Sir, I have order a Milton Glassy 500 ml Flask vide order ID OD[protected] on 7th Feb’22. But, the product was received on 21st Feb’22. After 14 days, I have received wrong product. I ordered above mentioned ID Pink colour and size is 500 ml. But the received product is not only different in colour but also different in size. On received I called the customer care executive and got incident ID IN[protected].
As, I am plus member I am never expect such unreasonable delay. Before that it was two more times extension had been made by Flipkart, those dates were 12th Feb, 22 and 15th Feb, 22.
My question is why unnecessary delay where I am paid full amount more than 14 days before.
Please take action against such kind of activities.

    I have ordered Oppo Reno 7 mobile with cost of 28990/- in exchange of my old mobile Oppo F3 plus (Exchange value for OLD phone is 6450/-) which was fully in running conditions in ON conditions). payment was already done by EMI through credit card.

    Today morning flip-kart delivery boy came and he has verified my old phone, Person has switch on my phone, phone was in running conditions, phone gets switch On. Phone get switch of on his hand and the person is saying that "there is hardware issue with the phone and i cant exchange the mobile". You just pay remaining amount(6450) and i will give you new phone, or else i will cancel you ordered.

    In the terms and conditions of FLIPKART for exchanging the phone. no written conditions was there related to Hardware issue. Only, written conditions was about, phone dentin, banding, display cracks and etc. Screen shoots attached.
    as per their my old phone is eligible for exchanging with flip-kart terms and conditions. because phone is in running conditions.
    And person has cancel my ordered at 11:30 a.m in morning
    but in Flip kart application, my ordered is still in pending mode. and my deducted amount is still not refunded back (19620)/-
    Person has not giving me new phone and also not exchange my old phone which was fulfilled all requirements by flipkart terms and conditions.

      Since my ordered product( a POCO X3 PRO phone) stopped working and it is suitable to be covered by warranty by the service, I need the invoice to show them and accept the warranty to fix my phone.
      Please Flipkart, I need as soon as possible, I am begging you because I need the warranty claim even before it hits the expiry date. Understand my problem and I am not that rich as well to get it repaired with my own money. Just give me a copy of the invoice. I give you the Order ID.         Flipkart doesn’t recognize my phone’s IMEI number when I enter the same for exchange. It shows an error: ‘entered IMEI number did not match with selected brand and model’.
        I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using IMEI number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognizing. Please check and let me know. My Flipkart id:[protected]@outlook.com.

            When i try to buy via pay later on flipkart it sends OTP to my old number.

                  Hi Team,

                  I ordered ALSTORM Brio 4 Burners built-in Hob Stainless Steel, Glass Automatic Hob on 23rd Jan'22. Order was delivered on 28th Jan'22. Since that day I have been mailing them raising one issue to another . Then on 11 Feb'22 after so many phone calls and chase ups they exchanged the product on 13th Feb. Again a different product and with scratches since then I am chasing with them for a refund now. But they are not responding or taking proper steps and rejected my request
                  As per the website this product is available for replacement and refund too. I have sent a lot mails with lot of pictures of the received product. I am tired now and as I paied through my credit card my bank is charging me which I have to pay with intrust or taxes. I have begged them that I have big family with 2 toddler and my current stove is not working, we are facing a lot of issues please to resolve this simple and very strate forward issue soon. So one takes the responsibility. They push you to the corner and I am emotionally exhausted and financially worried as it costed me 13999/-

                  Pls someone help me.

                    I have rated and submitted my review on this product but its not showing on product page. what i have written in review is showing is as published in my review section but its not showing on product page, its showing as published on 17 feb 2022. but still not showing in product page. i have done complain regarding same with flipkart too, but they are just making fool extending dates and sending same email of system generated again and again.br...

                    I ordered the five plants and today I received the delivery i am shocked to see that three of them are totally different plants that I ordered. I ordered moon cactus but received different, syngonium with peach colours leaves but received simple syngonium, and third one euphorbia with light pink flowers but got common euphorbia.These shown in pictures are different and sent something different.other two are in very poor health . I want you to send me which plants I ordered or take them back.I am totally unsatisfied.

                        I was order a product, it was delivered by 20th Feb and i have received message for OUT FOR DELIVERY, But not delivered on 20th Feb and not inform me that your parcel will not delivered today and i was tried call 5 to 6 time but every time your guy cut my call and 1 to 2 time was fully ring but not pick up my call and no response.
                        This is very bad to me that i want to go out of city to my personal work but not goes due to i am waiting courier guy.
                        Why flipkart are hired this type of guy and now i want to charge back for this issue.
                        I want to penalty this guy and want to charge back.

                          On 6th August 2021, I have purchased 2 items worth Rs. 1804/- through Flipkart Pay later payment mode and I had cleared the due amount on 12th August 2021. In the Flipkart application, it had been displayed that there are no overdue. However, in the first week of February 2022, when I applied for a loan, my loan got rejected as my CIBIL SCORE was less because of an amount overdue of Rs.1804/-. I was in shock as I had never been facing such an issue. Unknowingly my CIBIL got affected, when I contacted Flipkart Customer Service, they said they shall resolve the issue as early as possible, and henceforth there has been no proper response. When I contacted their supporting bank, they stated that the amount was not credited to IDFC First Bank from the Vendors side i.e., Flipkart. After That, I have raised a complaint again on Flipkart and there is no proper response except for one person but yet there is no solution. Kindly acknowledge this issue. This is affecting my CIBIL Report.

                              we have received the package after paying ₹1, 369 cash amount 19th Feb.
                              when we opened the box, we are shocked to see that, Inside the Box we found stone instead of mobile.

                              we have received this from the packing address as follows

                              road, Industrial area, Near Kirti nagar metro station, New Delhi 110015

                              we have ordered this mobile on 14th Feb and we received the delivery as on 19th Feb

                              I and very upset, that after long time I had planned to present one mobile to my Mom make her happy, But Filpkart had spoiled our happiness.

                              Kindly help me to get my Money back or I need my order in a right way from Flipkart.

                                    They are not sharing the proof that i have put these details for my refund i m continuosly saying that this account doesn't belong to me and as enquired with the bank this account was closed since 2013.. and i have never ever had any link with this fake account..Flipkart is not helping me and continuously it's been a mental harrasment for me.. Why would i put a completely different and invalid bank account for my refund..Plz help me and investigate in this matter I had also shared my bank statement with them several times.

                                      Issue with placing an order

                                      I want to buy a laptop and I'm using my debit card for the purchase but I cannot place an order. After I place the order it shows "transaction pending" and sometime after it shows order not placed and gets an email that says payment failed. I've tried to purchase the item many time but it fails everytime....
