I have ordered a speaker worth Rs 499 on 27 Feb, 2022 and it is showing delivery date of 5 March, 2022 . It is not delivered and delivery date is passed. I waited for two more days and product is not delivered now. I was eagerly waiting for this . It had wasted my too much time. I all time waiting for this from last 5 day. I request a call but they did not make it. they are playing with my emotions. I want my product and compensation.

    Warranty Claim I'd - CLBWY[protected]

    I've claimed warranty to repair of my ac on[protected]:48 PM because discharge line ice & cooling issue then they told me that I'll get a call from technician within 24 hours but didn't received any call so again I called on marq-jeeves customer support then they assured that I'll get a call/visit by 24 hours. So I called again today[protected] around 10AM and they told me that I'll get a call from their technician by 2 hours but no one called so I called them again around 3pm then they told me that I'll get a visit by 72 hours. which is completely unacceptable and now I feel like Flipkart is trying to cheat me.

    Problem is fixed now but took 8 days for processing.

    Technician done it within 1 hour .

    Processing time is 8 days.

    I don't know how much time will take if there is anyone can't take proper follow up.

      I have tried everything to return my order as i don't want that product and according to your 7 days return policy i can return that but when i talked to your custome care service none of them are helping, they made call on hold then don't come back.
      I have contacted the one plus brand also they say its flipkart responsibilty not there.
      So kindly help me to return my order because your 24×7 customer service are unable to help .

        I Have Ordered Groceries in Flipkart on 3rd Feb, It is Suppose to be delivered by 5th Feb. But delivery has not done. when i contacted customer support they said to wait till 24th Feb, still not delivered, again contacted Customer Support I requested either deliver My order or Cancel My Order, they Said to Wait till 28th Feb, Still not delivered, they said they will cancel the Order but till not Cancelled or not delivered. Again they Said on before 3rd March will deliver, not delivered, again they said on 6th March till not delivered or not Cancelled.
        I request you to Solve this issue & Refund My Amount as soon as possible.

            I ordered a Haier gyser on 21st of Feb, got it delivered on 3rd of March, installation date was till 5th of march, No one from Flipkart team regarding that and not even providing the installation date even one executive is saying Flipkart is not responsible for installation. And Filpkart does not allow it installed by some local technician, if i do so my warranty will not be valid.

                My pay on deliver order from flipkart with order I'd OD[protected] has been paid for via mswipe. The money has been deducted from my account and I have received a receipt from mswipe that the payment has been successful. Yet flipkart deigns to disagree.

                      I ordered 23 t in which i ordered marQ by Flipkart refrigerator oder id OD[protected] In which I exchanged my refrigerator samsung double door.Whose exchange value was told to me Rs 4580 but when the executive came to take it. So he told me that I will double Rs.2000 for this.And if you get a new bill, I did not get the mail on gmail pay, then if I complained, I would have 2000 rupees credit as a gift card and after that I got mail on 27th that 580 rupees were credited to you within 24-48 hours but till today not Credit and anyway I had a big problem in replacing the new refrigerator also and now the replacement I got is a little dent but I accepted because i am stuck with this problem you can see picture also i attached
                      But money not credit whenever I call the anwer is same that wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs

                        I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500072 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 90% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500072 from couple of weeks.

                          For above mentioned order I order Flying machine grey jeans. Flipkart delivered me a completely different item and when contacted customer care for return they started rejecting my request by saying Courier confirmed package was intact. They kept asking for my Identity proof and still after sending valid ID proof they rejected again. And Finally Blocked my account without any valid reason.
                          This is ridiculous and I want my account to be reactivated.

                            I am received mobile was defective and damged [ display britness low and display side frame not finishing] . I am raisied replacement request, but all times [ 7] rejected and the reason was telling INTACT

                            Last 7th time rejected and block my account
                            I am asking reason to Flipkart will be telling

                            Unusal high no of return purchase history

                            Ok i can agree with block my account

                            I have doubt Flipkart delivery INTACT

                            i am going service centre was agreed to concern to tell it's manufacturing defective and damged., After he can part change [ display and display side frame change]

                            Authorised service centre was agreed to it's manufacturing defective and damged., But why should not agreed Flipkart ?

                            Incase Flipkart will be agreed before to not block in my account?

                              There is no call, no message and no any resolution given till now.
                              Not only this, Flipkart service also blocked my Flipkart account.
                              A mail came from Flipkart which said that Flipkart account has been blocked due to high number of return requested.
                              ''WHEREAS THE TRUTH IS THAT I`VE ORDERED FROM FLIPKART FOR THE FIRST TIME.''
                              Even after sending all documents, neither any resolution was given nor the account is unblocked.
                              What a shame, I`ve been messaging & mailing to Flipkart service support continuously for the last 10 days, but the lice in their ears will not come yet.
                              If there`s humanity in Flipkart team, please help me with a better resolution.

                                I have bought refrigerator from Flipkart in September 2019 with 2 years extended warranty. My refrigerator stopped working since 1.2.2022. i have lodged complaint to Flipkart and they advised to contact 'Jeeves' who is service provider for extended warranty. Jeeves engineer visited my residance and said there is compressor issue and contact Brand (whirlpool). I have contacted brand, brand engineer visited my residance checked the issue and said, compressor is ok and issue with 'circuit'. So there are two different answers from two people.
                                I asked brand to confirm the same that it is not compressor issue, next day he got the 'circuit' and replaced with the old one and showed me that refrigerator is working. This shows that 'Jeeves' engineer misguided us.
                                I again contacted complaint with Jeeves and Flipkart, on 16.02.2022 Jeeves engineer visited and taken out circuit for repair or replacement. Since then no one turned back to us, no reply from Jeeves as well as Flipkart. Every time when I call to helpline of Jeeves or Flipkart they do not have any answer, always asked us to wait for 48 hours and we will get back to you. This is happening since last one month.
                                I don't understand why they are getting so much time to procure one part, when they have good logistics support where they can deliver product to customer in one day but not able to provide after sale service.
                                Please help me to resolve my issue.

                                      I bought Realme TechLife Realpure Smart Water Purifier 10 L RO + UV + UF + Alkaline Water Purifier (Black) from flipkart.

                                      Bad product, no such thing as quality control. First time it had missing parts, damaged uv filter, wifi wasn't working. Replaced it, second time there was a hole in the purifier water tank, wifi wasn't working this time either.

                                      Both times I had to talk to this rude regional sales guy named subhash sharma (+91 [protected]). First time he refused to let me return the product saying just follow the procedure and it will work, how's a defective product going to work. I had to talk to him for half an hour just to convince him that the product wasn't acceptable. Almost as if he was trying to bully the customer into keeping the defective product.

                                      Second time I told him the tank had a hole, he asked to send video proof so I sent a video of water leaking out of the purifier. He said it doesn't show the hole. How would you see the hole from outside. I got the technician to open it up and snap a photo from inside (attached here).

                                      He was unprofessional and reluctant that I keep the defective product, if it was someone else from my family they'd have accepted the loss rather than argue with this rude guy.
                                      He kept threatening that my return won't be accepted if I don't convince him that product is defective.
