    I was promised delivery date of 9 April and later it is increased to 12th April but from 7th April my order tracking has no Change my order is prepaid.. Deliver it and please improve your service didn't expect such a bad service

      I ordered grocery from Flipkart of Rs 2260 on March 31, 2022.Till date it is neither being delivered nor any refund nor any updates are being sent to me.
      I have called Costumer service atleast 6 times but they are cold enough to ask to me to complain in Consumer forums instead of giving solutions

        I placed an order for groceries from Flipkart on 1st of April. The delivery slot was selected as 4th of April. However, my groceries have not been delivered till date. I have called numerous number of times, i have sent emails, and escalated the issue on social media. I am not getting a proper response from their customer support and when i press for updates, they ingore my messages or keep disconnecting the call.

        Initially, i was promised a resolution by 7th April, since then they are pushing the resolution date by a day every time i ask for an update. Now i got an email stating they will provide an update by 15th April. They are just playing at this stage and purposefully delaying the resolution. They are not even giving me an option to cancel the order and issue a refund.

        Need help on this ASAP Please

          I am trying 2 replace Oppo Enco Air 2 due to volume issues with the right speaker, balance is towards the left and clearly be understood. The technician didn't acknowledge the issue at first, later did say there is an issue with the volume but still canceled the replacement. What kind of service is this, Flipkart? and now that I have raised a new request, CC keeps on rescheduling the executive call giving lame excuses like technical issue or suddenly disconnecting the call. Flipkart, you are selling this product and are equally responsible for this as the seller.

              I ordered marq ac on 9 March installed was on on 11 March on next day AC not working properly have multiple issues. Cooling is not up to the mark, remote is not working, water leakage issue. So i request for replacement and pickup has been done on 13 March.
              It's been month still my replacement AC is not deliver. Please do needful. Customer agent of Flipkart everytime give extended date. Not resolution. Even they don't know where is AC

                I had purchased TV on 15th of March 2022 and it was delivered on 24th of March of 2022 after 2 days of deliverd the screen problem has been detected on screen after that in return policy i had put a return request they had cancelled again i had marked a return request again they had cancelled with updation problem resolved but no one exceutive or engineer has came to address to resolved it they had marked wrong updation this problem i am facing from the delivery. please clear the issue and replace the order item also sending the pictures of screen problem detected.
                Till now not a single issue is resolved.

                  In the package the boat airdopes is missing. So i request to refund. After one day one mail is arrive. That is,

                  To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48 hours . Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).

                  We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

                  “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”

                  Here are a few tips to ensure a clear photo of the ID card:

                  Place the ID on a dark surface
                  Use sufficient, natural lighting instead of a flash. It's best if the photo is taken during the daytime- Take photo as directly above the ID as possible. Please ensure that your shadow does not cover your ID
                  All four edges of your ID should be visible within the image
                  All details on ID should be clear & legible

                  Why Pan or Aadhar Card is require for Refund?

                  If I'm providing pan or aadhar card details, how it be safe and secure?

                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I bought lot of things in flipkart. I'm facing this kind of issue first. I'm really frustrated

                    I have ordered a milton mopper with bucket on 28 mar 22. I got one rod is damaged, old and mismatched in color. Then i applied for replacement of item. The wish master came and deny to recieve the item with silly reason that you have not select the exact reason of return. Then i have opted for return and refund which is scheduled for pickup on 07 apr 22. The wish master came for pickup but did not pick the item because he is on bike and said item is big. He told me item will be picked up by four wheeler but my item is not picked up till date with silly excuses and my refund date is over now and my account is also blocked without any reason. Please do the needful.

                      Yesterday I had ordered a baby dress, its my first time that I am shopping online i selected Flipkart over other because it's an Indian brand, when a reched the payment page I had done payment through the UPI payment is done no bank issue because amount is deducted from my account and on the Flipkart page it's showing order is not placed please Flipkart do something and get me my order or my money, I had tried to reach the customer care but it's responding me you had not done any orders from this number and ordered number is below

                        I have purchased the below items from Flipkart.com on 20-Jan-2022 and got delivered on 24 Jan 2022

                        LG 139 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV (55UP7500PTZ)- Rs: 48, 990
                        Buyback Guarantee- Rs: 99
                        Extended Warranty 2 Year- Rs: 3, 899

                        LG Electronics Pvt.Ltd came for demo/Installation on 25 Jan 2022 and they found the item was broken on delivery. They have given the JOB Sheet remark "TV Brocken Condition"- (Attached Job Sheet from LG Electronic Pvt Ltd). They did not Install the TV . Only old parents were at home during that time and the installation was on the second floor So due to Corona/Pandemic old parents didn't go to the second floor and they were not able to catch the term "return".

                        I was abroad and was home by Feb 08 and find broken TV . Got the job sheet and tried to return it to flipkart. The last date for return was on Feb 05 so I was not able to do it online. So I reached out to Flipkart Customer Care and explained to them the issue and reason for 3 day delay. raised ticket - IN[protected]

                        Customer care told me they will give the resolution a return/Refund by February 14, then again changed the resolution date to March 03, then March 18, Apr 04 and now they closed the issue ticket. They are simply extending the date and in between, they will close the issue ticket and mark the status as "Resolved" and reopen once we call them.

                        I called customer care multiple times and Messaged multiple times but the issue was not resolved.

                        I have spent more than 50000 Rs on the TV and I have this tv which cannot be used since the panel was broken on delivery. I have waited more than 2 months. I am a Flipkart Plus member and I have purchased Washing Machine, TV etc. from Flipkart earlier and never faced any issue like this which given me the confidence to buy this big amount item from Flipkart

                        Please do the needful for the refund/return of the item. It's a huge amount for me in this Pandemic/covid situation . Kindly understand my situation and do needful as soon as possible

                            I was supposed to get 500.0 rs back for my recent order Colorfit Caliber Smartwatch which must have been credited to my Flipkart gift card wallet right after delivery. Its been quite a while after delivery and I haven't received my money back yet. And when I tried to contact the hep centre numerous times they made me wait for so many hours and left me on read and even marked the issue resolved without giving me a proper response. Im attaching a screenshot of the order and cashback details kindly go through it for more clarification. This is such a scam kindly help me out to get my money back.

                                I have ordered APPLE PENCIL from flipkart on 3rd April 2022. And I got a cable plug instead of the actual product on 6th April, 2022. I have raised complaints several times but my complaints are getting rejected so many times. the pencil is of 10900 worth rupees. Either I want the product or my money back. I have submitted all the evidences still I got no strict action against the fraud. I have submitted signed consent even still no strict action has been taken against my appeal. I am ready to submit all the documents regarding this and also the video which I took before opening the actual product. I am fed up of reaching the customer supports. I am looking forward to you please help me within.

                                I am also attaching the barcode which was shown in the video which I posted as the evidence. So that it can be used as the proof that the apple pencil wasn't there in the same box for which the barcode has been generated.

                                  I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    In feb 2021 and feb 2021, I received phones as gifts from an office colleague. The phones were purchased by my colleague on Flipkart using the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan.

                                    Apparently, my colleague has defaulted on the EMI payments of both the phones which have led to the locking of my smartphones. Since the colleague has left my organization and I have no contact with him, I'm unable to find a way to make the balance EMI payments so that I can unlock my smartphone and continue using it.

                                    I have attached the details of the passkey and IMEI of phones. I request you to look into the matter urgently and suggest a resolution at the earliest.

                                        My order id number OD[protected]. i have returned the product, but they are not giving my refund. from last week they are just repeating again and again that they have send the link of filling bank details on my registered number and mail. But in actual they haven't send anything. and also i have given correct upi details for refund. i am literally irritated and depressed with incident because whenever i call them they drop off the call in between conversation and mine a lot of time got wasted in same from last week. i am asking for link in flipkart notifications also, they are not sending. i can't expect this big company is doing this kind of fraud with their plus member customer. every day they use to say in next 24-48 hours issue will be resolved...but this timeline never ending...please take into this issue seriously and refund my amount as soon as possible
