I have purchased online washing machine from flipcart as per details given below:
MarQ by Flipkart 7 kg 5 star Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver Warranty: 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty and 3 Years Warranty on Motor from MarQ by Flipkart 1. [IMEI/Serial No: MQFL70D5S20070

The outer glass of the washing machine is broken and now I need to replace it with payment of charges to that I am ready.
The customer care dept. of flipcart is asking to pay partial amount in advance.
The query is - I have asked them to provide me nominal cost of the product and actual amount to be paid in advance. If the amount is to be paid in advance is there any policy on which the customer care is silent and I am struggling since last 04 days and not getting any response from them.

being the product is useable on daily basis and thus my family is facing problem due to exclusive product of the company and that too is not available in any shop but online only.

    I bought 3 products from Flipkart on 26th of January, which was supposed to reach me by 31st of January. After complaining 3 times, my order was not shipped so I cancelled it on 7th february. Now after complaining 4 times I still didn't get me refund. Please help.

      Ive purchased 2 products from flipkart and made payment through UPI and received a refund of one product but one product refund has not yet been received and from flipkart side the refund of both the products has been completed. Reference numbers as provided by flipkart regarding issue is[protected]

        But the product is not delivered.

            I got defective product.The battery is so bad that the phone is not getting switched on.When i call the customer service they said that there is no refund only replacement option is available.But flipkart refurbished privacy policy mentioned that there is easy return available. But there is no refund option when is try to return, there is only replacement option. The product i received is very bad and it is not getting switched on.Flipkart doesn't care about customer needs.I dont want to replace the production i want my amount back

                Recently I ordered a bluetooth headphone and it delivered today`s morning, when we opened the parcel box there is no any headphone or other gagets in the box, and it is filled with lots of papers and bubbles wraps.
                I`m still trying to contact wih yours customers service support but no response me yet.
                Please help me and contact me as soon as possible so we are connected with well reputed Flipkart in future also.

                Flipkart is doing absolutely wrong with me. I never expected such behaviour from well reputed Flipkart end.

                  I brought an Apple mobile phone charger. It got repaired in the warrenty period and I raised a complaint with Flipkart support team. It's going to be 20 days, the issue is yet to be resolved. I have been played like tennis ball between Flipkart support team and apple support team. I have ordered the product in Flipkart. It's the moral obligation of the Flipkart support team to make the product replacement or service whichever is right. I was so highly believed that Flipkart is built with high moral and ethical values. I was wrong so much so that the support team is keep on mocking me for the past 20 days. Here chronological order of the events happened.

                  Issue raised on Feb 3 of 2022 with Flipkart.

                  1. Filpkart support team asked to call apple support for the replacement the Apple mobile phone charger.
                  2. When I contacted Apple support team they said that filpkart will do the replacement.
                  3. Again I contacted Flipkart and said the above point. Flipkart support team wanted the case ID from Apple support in order to do the replacement.
                  4. Then I called Apple support and explained about the process and Apple team gave the case ID:[protected]
                  5. Then again I contacted Flipkart support team and gave the case ID given by apple support and the person gave assurance that the product will by replaced on priority basis.
                  6. After some 4 days of waiting, Flipkart support team is now asking for job sheet from Apple support near to my region.
                  7. When I asked for escalation of this issue, I am yet to get a call back on this.

                  I need to resolve this issue ASAP. I couldn't charge my Apple mobile. And i like to mention the Techniques followed by customer support of Flipkart support team to declain the replacement:
                  1. Support team are giving missed call for the raised issues and closing the issue mentioning that customer not available.
                  2. When called for "Need higher executive to deal with this issue. Need escalation". The higher offical called me and pretending like that there was some issues in network such that the call was not clear and audible. After some 2 mins of hellos from both the sides the moment I said "I am not going to cut this call" he began to speak again. Such an unethical behaviour from the senior customer support team manager.
                  3. If you provide with something the flipkart support team with what they have asked ( in my issue the case ID from Apple support) they will come up with the new story of wanting some other thing. Ridiculous!

                  Note: I am having the recordings of each and every telephonic conversation with the Flipkart support team. If needed I can share them.

                  Here is the proof of what the flipkart is doing. Just now they called me, and in one ring the call got disconnected ( you can see how many times my phone rang in screenshot). Immediately after that I am receiving the mail that I am not available.

                    This complaint is against the delivery boy who misbehaved and used slang words over the phone with my sister who was supposed to received her percel yesterday. This kind of misbehaviour is totally not acceptable so please look into this matter. Otherwise I will never order anything from the flipkart.

                      Placed an order on Flipkart on 7th Jan.
                      It was supposed to be delivered by 18th Jan, but it didn't.
                      Then they updated it as 22nd Jan but even then I didn't get it.

                      They said of transit issues and placed a replacement request. I asked to cancel it and process my refund.

                      From then on, I've been contacting them every now and then but still I didn't get my refund.

                      Everytime, they say like they're escalating the issue but there's no action on it.

                        I ordered this product on 1st February 2022, I received the bag which was sealed under bag product bag was also sealed, when I open the bag there was no machine inside, only a booklet and a pin was there. I raised the issue several times on Custumer care, several times, but after assuring investigation, they rejected my complaint. When I raised the issue again they blocked my account. So please take suitable action.

                          Both amounts are not same...

                                My problem is related to Order ID - OD[protected], i placed order of Samsung Galaxy f12 smartphone for me, parcel delivered without product, so i raised complaint to them, after few days they asked my Id proof, i sended my aadhar card then after few days they asked me any other alternate id proof then this time i sended my voter id card, after few days they asked another alternate id proof like driving license, but i don't have Driving License so declined this request then they closed my complaint by saying i didn't provided requested documents, i was too irritated but i made another complaint by saying all incidents like if i don't have Driving License or passport then how can i send the same, after few days they called me and told that Their Seller is ready to provide refund so they need my bank details, i gave my bank details, then they told me to wait 24 hours for same, but after 24 hours i received Email saying Their system detected high numbers of return requests in my purchase history thus my account blocked, Although it is my first return request, I am Very fraustrated now, they didn't reverting my emails and when i contacted them via Twitter they are saying same thing like "we addressed your concern in earlier tweet." Or "we already clarified earlier". Although no clarification at all, this is my first and genuine return PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE That YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE IN FLIPKART, I DON'T NEED MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

                                      Sir, Flipkart has blocked my account i have complained to their customer support many times but nothing helpful. I have also mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com, Cs- [protected]@flipkart.com and to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com also.
                                      Received reply mail on 17 feb 22 about account activation but still my account is blocked. When I call customer support they just write a complain and gives me new date of resolution. I am unable to shopping with Flipkart due to this reason. I am a Flipkart Plus member also . Please help me to accelerate my complain so that Flipkart at least hear my opinion.
