I booked a flight with Booking Id: FF[protected] and PNR no. 6UZY9M which was on 6th feb 2022 New Delhi to Manchester and return flight was on 16th feb 2022 Manchester to New Delhi. Due to some unseen circumstances, I wasn't able to travel and requested airlines to reschedule my flight. I started following up continuously since 16th Jan 2022 via emails and telephonic support. After several days of follow ups, they provided me with the rescheduled dates of travel but did not provide any payment link/mode along that email. Even after requesting for the payment link via emails, over telephone and on their social media handle @flipkartsupport (twitter), They did not send any payment link for rescheduling. Asked them repeatedly just one thing 'Kindly send me the payment link so I can make the payment and re-book my flights' over and over.
Due to inefficiency and negligence of Flipkart travel team my hard earned money is wasted as they couldn't provide me with a LINK to make payment on time and airlines has put me on no show case. I've lost my money because of them. I demand a full refund or provide me with flight tickets for the same journey.
I have all the proof of emails, call recordings and social media chats in which I'm repeatedly asking them to provide me a mode of payment to reschedule the flights but they never sent me one just gave me false hope and kept saying we're working on it till the airlines cancelled my flight as it was a no show.
This isn't my fault, why should I suffer the loss for this? This has caused me a major mental distress and anxiety.
I have a attached screenshot of Email and twitter chat in which I'm asking for a way to make the payment so I could reschedule my flight and as you can see, never received that.
Do let me know if you require any additional proof, I have it all to prove this was because of their negligence.
