I'm not able to claim my gst credit.because of seller is not filing there gst.
Flipkart is not resolved my issue yet, im follow up with them more tyan 3 months.
Also customer care wasting my time daily on call and i have to explain my proplem everyday to there support team.its take a lot time for me.I already talked with more than 30times with customer care executives.

And also not getting any update on mail even i have requested lot of times.
Also didn't get any reply on my previous mails.

I want to file a case against flipkart and the seller with the reference of all call recording eveidences, tax invoice,

Still not getting any resolution on my complaint

    I ordered something on Flipkart and the item was missing in it when it got delivered and I raised an issue with it and they rejected the return and refund option saying that the seller has provided the items properly and I raised the same issue multiple times and now they have blocked my account

        My account got blocked but because of my mistake.
        I recently order a earphone but when I get the delivery i see that the Eartips are Missing and colour is different from what I ordered.
        So due to that I call customer care and they place a request but got rejected and after that you le executive place more than 5 request but got rejected again.
        But When your agent tried for 6th time then my account got blocked and that actually not my fault because your department was not accepting it.
        And for your information I provide all the details regarding the product then also they are rejecting it saying'courier executive show the product been intact’.
        Those they see it from inside? Obviously not.
        So please unblock it.

          Almost from so many days whatever products I'm searching on flipkart whether it's shoes clothes bags etc are not being shipped or available at my pincode area ie 500036 it's showing that sellers are not available in my area pincode. Plz I request flipkart to solve this issue and supply products at my area pincode as I use to shop only frm flipkart site n it's my favorite shopping site.

              I've been purchasing so many items frm flupkart but almost ffrom 3 to 4 months whatever products I'm searching on flipkart are not being delivered Or supplied in my area pincode that is 500036 ie old malakpet area site. I request flipkart to allow products being supplied in my area pincode 500036 as it's my favorite shopping site n i use to order a no. of products from flipkart itself so plz allow products to b shipped in 500036 old malakpet area pincode.                   This is one of the worst experience from Flipkart.. whole customer care department is useless they don't even note the customer grievances related to product.
                  I've ordered Bata Company Formal Shoes(Black), I received a used product without any MRP tag, No Brand Box, No warranty card.. they're fooling people by selling the wrong product and not making a single resolution through customer executives.. I've talked more than 10+ times to customer executives mentioned them all product issues.. still delivery agent is declining my return pickup.. it's really pathetic

                    I purchased POOWEREST micro fiber collasible wardrobe from flipkart and i received the product on FEB 8th 2022. After opening i realised the stiches were not good and there was no tax invoice. when i tried return the product. It showed as the product has been cancelled. so there where no return option. i called up customer care they asked me to send product photo, shipping bill & Tax invoice which i dint receive. i mailed them the product pic &shipping bill. But they say i can't return my product because no Tax invoice. I been following for this for almost 10 day. THE FLOOR INCARGE called me, i told him what had happed but he was rude he asked me to find out the delivery guy to update as delivered.
                    1. I received the product but i shows as the product has been cancelled.
                    2. i dint receive TAX INVOICE

                          Have purchased a product (eventh Heaven 5×6 Jute Fabric 3 Seater Sofa cum Bed with 3 Cushions Double Sofa Bed (Finish Color - Grey Mechanism Type - Fold Out Delivery Condition - Pre-assembled)) from Flipkar.com on 25-Jan-2022 for rs. 8, 299, i have received delivery date of 5-Feb-2022. But its 13 days passed from date of delivery I have yet not received my product.
                          the flipkart customer support saying that there is issue with courier partner.
                          but my question is that the product I have ordered is not the only single piece made on the earth so that I have to wait so many days.
                          i am taking follow-up with them and every time I am getting answer of 3 days waiting period for resolution, but they did not give me delivery date till now.

                          they are giving me only one solution every time that i can either wait for delivery of the product or i can cancel this product and order the same product again and they will gave me rs. 750 for my patience i showed that too after 72 hours of order of new product. and that amount will added in my flipkart account that means it is not useful for me in buying in this product.
                          but that product value at present is rs 9, 449, means i have to pay more 1, 300 to buy this product.
                          hence there offer is not having any meaning.

                          i purchased the product in the winter season so that my child will sleep on that bed but winter is now over it means my main reason behind ordering this product is over. but still i need that product due to its durability.

                          i need my product as soon as possible.

                            I was earning quite regularly from my Flipkart Affiliate marketing but since August of last year, they have stopped sending any payment. I have sent all required documents including the non-GST declaration and it has been pending for approval for several months. I had also contacted the finance team and sent them all required documents several times yet no solution or feedback and I have not received payments.
                            Very disappointed and it has also made things difficult financially.
                            Would be grateful if this could be solved and I could receive my payments and continue with the affiliate programme once again.

                              My Flipkart account with contact [protected] was using since last 4year but in 2020they blocked me saying your account has unusual High return i know I have returned rarely but I used replacement policy in case of colour or size issue it's not fair they should mention before hand no of replacement customer can have overall i have lost invoice of many applliance pls unblock my account also i had got pay later facilities which is due till i want to pay that amount fearing legal action against me in future my bank

                                    I am Flipkart plus member.today my account is hacked by someone and I have received message and mail that my mobile account is linked with another mobile number. I contacted customer support to report this security incident and block the account temporarily team said they cant do as per their policy. What kind of policy is this I am a user and proving my identity with govt document but they said the saw its suspicious but they cant block the account temporarily. I have KYC registered and pay later activated and having EGV loaded. Poor customer support and poor policy. Policy made for hackers interest not for the customers. Please help me to retrieve my account asap.

                                      I booked a flight with Booking Id: FF[protected] and PNR no. 6UZY9M which was on 6th feb 2022 New Delhi to Manchester and return flight was on 16th feb 2022 Manchester to New Delhi. Due to some unseen circumstances, I wasn't able to travel and requested airlines to reschedule my flight. I started following up continuously since 16th Jan 2022 via emails and telephonic support. After several days of follow ups, they provided me with the rescheduled dates of travel but did not provide any payment link/mode along that email. Even after requesting for the payment link via emails, over telephone and on their social media handle @flipkartsupport (twitter), They did not send any payment link for rescheduling. Asked them repeatedly just one thing 'Kindly send me the payment link so I can make the payment and re-book my flights' over and over.
                                      Due to inefficiency and negligence of Flipkart travel team my hard earned money is wasted as they couldn't provide me with a LINK to make payment on time and airlines has put me on no show case. I've lost my money because of them. I demand a full refund or provide me with flight tickets for the same journey.
                                      I have all the proof of emails, call recordings and social media chats in which I'm repeatedly asking them to provide me a mode of payment to reschedule the flights but they never sent me one just gave me false hope and kept saying we're working on it till the airlines cancelled my flight as it was a no show.
                                      This isn't my fault, why should I suffer the loss for this? This has caused me a major mental distress and anxiety.
                                      I have a attached screenshot of Email and twitter chat in which I'm asking for a way to make the payment so I could reschedule my flight and as you can see, never received that.
                                      Do let me know if you require any additional proof, I have it all to prove this was because of their negligence.

                                        I had placed a shoe with order ID[OD[protected]] from HYDTEL RETAIL SALES on 10th feb 2022 and given assured delivery on feb 14th 2022 but till now the product has not been shipped by the seller . And when I reached flipkart customer care to my amazement they too do not have answer to this situation and they are just giving date which is not fullfilled. This is why people are afraid to trust even big ecommerce sites like yours also.
                                        Please kindly resolve my issue asap
