I ordered an Apple watch Series 7 on 15th jan 2022, it was delivered to me on 17th jan 2022 but the product delivered was a first copy fake watch inside the original packaging. I immediately raised a return. Which was later concluded as wrong description for Return and i was told to raise the return request again with a different description that is product delivered is of different brand, i raised the same on 19th jan 2022, Since then there was a constant delay in my request, they repetitively market my request as resolved whenever i used to call them, after going through a hectic process my refund was accepted and pickup process started on 31 Jan 2022, as soon as my pickup was initiated they blocked my account and i am unable to login in my account since then, it was told my pickup would be done by 7th feb. On 7th feb they told that it will be done by 10th feb, and today is 10th feb and no pickup has been made till now.
Everytime i call the customer support they tell me to wait for 72 hours. I have been waiting since 19th jan for the same.

Updated by baljeetsingh97 12 days have passed since my post. And no resolution from flipkart. They customer support has concluded that i am in deadlock situation and my money will not be returned. Until and unless the deadlock is resolved. Which is impossible for the team.
