I recently purchased a track suit from Flipkart and i received slightly different jacket from the seller. When I tried to return the product filpkart has rejected it 4 times. Whenever I call the customer care they say you are eligible for return but then i receive message from Flipkart that your return request has been rejected. Also now to add to haraasment Flipkart is asking to give them access to my aadhaar cards and pan card it is absolutely wrong as they do not ask for same when I ordered a product. And they are also saying in the same mail that we will share your personal aadhaar and pan card detail with some other party. And if that third party misuses my personal data then what filpkart will you be liable for any fraud or misuse done using my perosnal documents.

    I have lost my old phone number (+91 [protected]) and want to transfer my phone number to +91 [protected] as immediate as possible...I have tried changing my number from the app, but it requires an OTP from my old number which is no more with me ! But I still have the email...

      My name is Gaurav Kumar . I had purchased Realme Watch from Flipkart.com costing Rs 4499/-‚ I visited the Flipkart's website 20/01/2022 And we just got it on an empty box And when I contacted Flipkart customer care, they blocked my Flipkart account And for about 10 days we have been complaining to them again and again. But those people are repeatedly refusing to give our refund Please get my refund as soon as possible sir in my account receive the payment amount

        I am using flipkart for so many years.
        Today morning I tried to login my account and it says account blocked contact customer service.
        I tried to connect to customer support, first representative who assisted me was Arpita who putted my call on hold and after that cut it without any reason.
        Second person connected and told I'll call you back with the reason
        Third person named Praveen said I'll resolve your problem, it is done by our back-end team to whom I'll raise a requet and told me to check my email stating reason which is sent before blocking the account, When I told him I have not received any email, just unblock my account, he also disconnected the call.
        I Again raised request for call back, and lady called my and told she is raising complaint but when I asked him to connect me to her supervisor she disconnected the call, I got text message saying we tried connecting you but you were not reachable.
        None of the person raised any complaint.
        Please resolve my issue.

          I have purchased a Safari Regloss Antiscracth Check-in Suitcase-30 inch from flipkart by placing prepaid order on 19th Jan 2022.

          Order details:
          Product name: Safari Regloss Antiscracth Check-in Suitcase-30 inch (color - Purple)
          Order id: OD[protected]
          Order date: 19th Jan 2022
          Payment: Cash on Delivery.

          I received the product on 24th Jan 2022. The Safari Regloss Antiscracth Check-in Suitcase was not as per my expectation and looked very weak. I have immediately placed a return request the same day 24th Jan 2022 and claimed for a refund.

          It has been 3 times i have called the customer care and placed the return request again and again, but there is no refund being initiated from their end. As per the return policy, the flipkart would be sending courier services to have a doorstep return pickup if location is serviceable. My location address is serviceable; but still sadly, no one has ever approached for return pick up till now.

          I have been continuously calling the customer care to know about the status of the return and why it has being delayed. The same response i get every time from them is: "sorry for the inconvenience, we see that your return request is not processed. We will raise a new return request and it will be completed within next 4 working days".

          It’s been more than 3 times such requests are placed, but did not have the return completed. The product is simply lying at one corner of the house unused and packed.Because of flipkart, i have been facing mental agony and lost my patience. I am losing my complete trust on flipkart. The flipkart customer service is very bad for return and refund processing. They do not have any consideration for their customers. If not they would have processed this request immediately.They keep boasting that return and refund no problem. But the real problem with flipkart is return and refund.I think flipkart does not pay well to their service executives and tie-up courier partners. So how will anyone do their work in that case?

          I want the refund of money for this product order immediately, even if flipkart is interested or not in taking the product back.

            I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

              Flipkart paylater fraud -no action from flipkart

              On 28th Jan 2022 my flipkart order got cancelled by itself, i did not cancelled any order . I received a call from the no [protected] at 4:13 pm which is flipkart customer care service and was informed that the order got cancelled due to backend issues . So please share the otp to get your order by evening . I rechecked on truecaller which clearly stated flipkart customer care. Unfortunately i shared the otp and witin a second i received...

              I received Text message from Flipkart that order will be delivered by 13th FEB few minutes after completing payment of 1.79 Lakhs in Indian Rupees, but how they gonna deliver if they didn't ship yet?

              In "My Orders" section, the order shows purchased and not showing any other tracking details. What should i do?

                  Dear sir,

                  I have ordered a fossils men watch from your site for rupees 5397 . I have received an empty box. My order number is OD[protected]. I received it on 6th of February and as soon as i opened i was shocked to see empty box.Against which i have placed a complaint on your site 4 times. Every time asking for documents and the box which i received which i always provided. But without any information the return is been cancelled.

                  Then for the fourth time when i raised a complaint then i received a concent letter that ensures me to look into the matter and lodge a FIR. But soon after my account has been blocked.

                  I have bought this watch on Pay Later. And as this account is been blocked i don't know what to do and when i didn't receive the product why should i pay for it. This is the first time i have received an empty box and this kind of mental harrasment they are putting me in. I didn't even receive any call from Flipkart team to verify what is the problem what happened.

                  There is no email support from Flipkart they just have call back option on which customer support team is never helping not even listening and just giving fake assurance that you will receive a call from the team. I am willing to file a FIR against the matter. I can't think any way of contacting the team as my account is been blocked.

                  I hope this complaint will help me resolving my issue.

                    I requested for rescheduling of flight due to COVID but the executives didn't process it. I could not travel and lost money. I requested for refund and mailed the COVID result certificate also. After that there is no reply or update! Didn't get the money and booking is not even cancelled yet. Had terrible experience from customer service such as disconnecting the call, not giving reply etc.have the voice record and email as proof.

                    No solution to problem!! The executive called on the other day and he is referring that I won't get a full amount refund since it's a no show ! see, it was not my mistake. i did raise the rescheduling request on time. it was clearly the Flipkart travels lack of capability or i could even call it irresponsibility. what kind of travel agency is this if you cant even properly communicate to the airlines?! so im not ready to pay for their mistake. i want my full amount back.

                      I have ordered Lenovo tablet from flipkart and i paid online while placing the order. Upon receiving the delivery box, i find that the product is missing from the box.
                      Tried to reach immediately delivery agent but couldnt reach him(i have call logs). Then tried contacting customer care and she raised a return request.
                      The following day return was rejected. Again called customer care and raised the issue again. I have shared all the documents photos whatever they asked for. and keep on getting rejected.
                      3 to 4 times my return got rejected saying various reasons.
                      I am facing mental stress because my money is blocked and it is a huge amount for me.

                              I have purchased two things from Flipkart pay later

                              1. Bumtum diapers - rs. 1104/- + 10/-
                              Ordered on 13th January 2022

                              2. Marq microwave oven - rs. 4999/-
                              Ordered on 1st January 2022
                              Instalment - 892/- rs for 6 months

                              So, on 19th Jan 2022 I have paid Rs. 892/- for the first instalment for the microwave and on 20th Jan 2022 I have paid Rs. 1104/- for the Bumtum diapers after that it is showing that 10 rupees still pending so I have paid 10/- rs. Also but in the application it is still flashing the amount of Rs. 2004/- + they have added penalty, which is Rs. 300/- so, the total amount is flashing is Rs. 2304/-

                              I have called many times in flipkart customer support but they are not helping me it is very frustrating for me. I am an old customer for flipkart and still facing this type of problem. This is not a professional behaviour that I hope with flipkart.
                              I need help because I don't have extra money to pay.

                                Today the deliver boy delivered a product which was not booked buy us. He has delivered it to the wrong address. Since the name was same we collected it and the delivery boy was in hurry. Now we are unable to return the product for get the refund amount. Please help me with this I don't want this product as it is not ours. And I want the refund.

                                  Unable to place the bundled offer MOTOROLA g31 (Baby Blue, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) costing ₹14, 999 along with 'Complete Mobile Protection 1 Year' costing ₹599, Cyber Fraud Protection upto Rs 50, 000 costing ₹183 and 'Flipkart Warranty Assistant 1 Year' costing ₹99; Unable to add these bundled items into the shopping cart;
                                  Error message "
                                  Unable to add to Cart. Please try in a few minutes." received. Please help.

                                  This error message has been there from last 3 days and certainly there is no help / assistance by the flipkart team though there were several call back with the help center team for a resolution, apparently not worth the time and effort as ithe issue remain unresolved.

                                  I did send mail to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com and they raised an incident IN[protected] dt 10/Feb/2022; not sure of the further steps.

                                  Want to understand from Flipkart when they will provide a resolution for this?

                                  can you share the incident process and explain how to track the incident online?

                                  how flipkart would compensate me for the delays and hardship coming out of deficiencies in the support.

                                      Maine 3rd September ko flipkart se ek gyser order kiya 2899rs ka aur maine payment bhi kar diya tha par ye item abhi tak naa hi deliver hua hai aur naaa hi cancel...par abhi tak kuch nahi hua...main is se pahle 50se 60 baar call kar chuka hu ..meri call ko hold pa rakh k disconnect kar dete hai...har bar yehi bola jata hai aap 7days wait karo par koi solution nahi hota
