I bought a nintendo switch lite Dialga and Palkia edition which was delivered to me on 26/01/22. But when I opened the package it was just a normal cheaper model nintendo switch lite. It was not as per the listing and I was quite upset with the discovery. Since the package was very beaten up I was afraid and did a video recording of the same and hence thankfully I have recorded evidence. I placed a replacement request on 26th of January itself but today is 5/02/2022. Talking with customer care has not landed me anywhere. 72 hours resolution has become a week now. I am tired of reopening the case. They mark it as resolved but nothing.

Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care was understanding and after a short delay the issue has been resolved. Please check seller ratings before order. Getting the replacement was tedious but finally the issue is taken care of by flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have registered the complaint on flipkart on 9th February 2022 at 5 pm immediately after hacking and taken the follow up several times but every time they are saying that it will be resolved in 24 hours but no resolution has been provided yet.
