I ordered 6 WallBerry Wall Stickers Wallpaper Self Adhesive Nature Rocks with Grass Cafe Restaurant Interior Large Self Adhesive Wall Stickers through Flipkart app on Jan 4th, 2022. Paid Rs.1128.00 in cash when the items were delivered on Jan 8th, 2022. Even without taking it out of the wrapper (If the seller accepts the return, he/she can still sell it to someone who is okay with the product in its current state), I could see the stickers all had a greenish tint and poor contrast. I requested replacement stickers as they were having a color different from what was advertised. Please refer to the attachments to compare the color of the item delivered with the one they have advertised (both pics are attached).
They have sent Replacements on Jan 13th and 14th. One out of the six replacements delivered was of a different item (Bricks instead of rocks). The remaining five had the exact same issue as the previously delivered items.
I initiate a return request through their customer support for the following reasons:
Why should I pay for a falsely advertised product? Why should I pay the price for the vendor's printer malfunction?
The Flipkart customer support reps when they hear my concerns over the phone initiated the return request. But the same was rejected the next day with the reason "The courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact". As I explained to the customer support that it did not address my reasons for returning, they re-escalated the issue. But the end result was the same rejection notice the following day. This process was repeated 3-4 times. Then I requested a call back from their senior teams who take the decisions on such claims. The person from the senior team called and after confirming my identity as I was explaining my issue, the call got disconnected. No call back was received. I had to redo all the process once again to get in contact with another of their senior team. This time also after one minute into the call they disconnected. No follow up given. After this every time I try to initiate a call request, I receive a call but disconnects in the middle and later receive an SMS/e-mail stating that they tried to reach me but failed and hence they close the issue. There is absolutely no network issue from my end. Flipkart customer support representatives LIE and HIDE behind the "network issue" as the reason for disconnection and mark the issue as RESOLVED in their system. So far I had your junior reps had me connect with the senior team 4 times. On all four occasions, the call was abruptly disconnected and no follow-up call was given. A fake email/SMS stating that they made efforts to contact me but could not reach me. I assure you that there are absolutely no connection issues at my end. Flipkart customer support team hides behind the FAKE excuse "network issue with the customer" and refuses to give a call back after abrupt disconnection. Their strategy seems to be dodging my calls, disconnecting while on call, and blaming it on the Network Connection. They want to tire me out and expect me to eventually give up and stop contacting them.
