I am Flipkart plus member.today my account is hacked by someone and I have received message and mail that my mobile account is linked with another mobile number. I contacted customer support to report this security incident and block the account temporarily team said they cant do as per their policy. What kind of policy is this I am a user and proving my identity with govt document but they said the saw its suspicious but they cant block the account temporarily. I have KYC registered and pay later activated and having EGV loaded. Poor customer support and poor policy. Policy made for hackers interest not for the customers. Please help me to retrieve my account asap.

    I booked a flight with Booking Id: FF[protected] and PNR no. 6UZY9M which was on 6th feb 2022 New Delhi to Manchester and return flight was on 16th feb 2022 Manchester to New Delhi. Due to some unseen circumstances, I wasn't able to travel and requested airlines to reschedule my flight. I started following up continuously since 16th Jan 2022 via emails and telephonic support. After several days of follow ups, they provided me with the rescheduled dates of travel but did not provide any payment link/mode along that email. Even after requesting for the payment link via emails, over telephone and on their social media handle @flipkartsupport (twitter), They did not send any payment link for rescheduling. Asked them repeatedly just one thing 'Kindly send me the payment link so I can make the payment and re-book my flights' over and over.
    Due to inefficiency and negligence of Flipkart travel team my hard earned money is wasted as they couldn't provide me with a LINK to make payment on time and airlines has put me on no show case. I've lost my money because of them. I demand a full refund or provide me with flight tickets for the same journey.
    I have all the proof of emails, call recordings and social media chats in which I'm repeatedly asking them to provide me a mode of payment to reschedule the flights but they never sent me one just gave me false hope and kept saying we're working on it till the airlines cancelled my flight as it was a no show.
    This isn't my fault, why should I suffer the loss for this? This has caused me a major mental distress and anxiety.
    I have a attached screenshot of Email and twitter chat in which I'm asking for a way to make the payment so I could reschedule my flight and as you can see, never received that.
    Do let me know if you require any additional proof, I have it all to prove this was because of their negligence.

      I had placed a shoe with order ID[OD[protected]] from HYDTEL RETAIL SALES on 10th feb 2022 and given assured delivery on feb 14th 2022 but till now the product has not been shipped by the seller . And when I reached flipkart customer care to my amazement they too do not have answer to this situation and they are just giving date which is not fullfilled. This is why people are afraid to trust even big ecommerce sites like yours also.
      Please kindly resolve my issue asap
      This is a gift to a special person flipkart and you've just ruined both time and money.

        I have purchased a product (eventh Heaven 5×6 Jute Fabric 3 Seater Sofa cum Bed with 3 Cushions Double Sofa Bed (Finish Color - Grey Mechanism Type - Fold Out Delivery Condition - Pre-assembled)) from Flipkar.com on 25-Jan-2022 for rs. 8, 299, i have received delivery date of 5-Feb-2022. But its 13 days passed from date of delivery I have yet not received my product.
        the flipkart customer support saying that there is issue with courier partner.
        but my question is that the product I have ordered is not the only single piece made on the earth so that I have to wait so many days.
        i am taking follow-up with them and every time I am getting answer of 3 days waiting period for resolution, but they did not give me delivery date till now.

        they are giving me only one solution every time that i can either wait for delivery of the product or i can cancel this product and order the same product again and they will gave me rs. 750 for my patience i showed that too after 72 hours of order of new product. and that amount will added in my flipkart account that means it is not useful for me in buying in this product.
        but that product value at present is rs 9, 449, means i have to pay more 1, 300 to buy this product.
        hence there offer is not having any meaning.

        i purchased the product in the winter season so that my child will sleep on that bed but winter is now over it means my main reason behind ordering this product is over. but still i need that product due to its durability.

        i need my product as soon as possible.

          My order: OD[protected], where I purchased Asus ROG 5, is having heating issues and it feels like it will burst in my pockets. The temperature is going beyond 45 degrees C. I got this handset delivered on 28th Jan 2022 and started contacted Flipkart since 12th however I didn't have any direct contact. Post this, I arranged call back on 15th of Jan however Flipkart's representative called, listened to my query and disconnected the call(as it happens all the time). I arranged another call and requested for Supervisor who then gave me email address to drop an email: [protected]@flipkart.com and I added another email grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, I have followed up with them twice however NO ONE is responding. I have requested to return this product as the Asus Official Forums and Flipkart comments are full of heating issues with the phone and I am not satisfied with the product.

          Flipkart is becoming worst day by day, from delivery standpoint to customer service.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Please check the emails, there is no response from the Team for more than 12 days, the handset is heating to almost 50 degrees Celcius...what to do with this phone...Flipkart is duping their customers!!

            I am a genuine customer of Flipkart from so long
            I shopped many item from Flipkart but one of the his product is defective which is Campus shoe and I wanted to replace that product but it was cancelled so I placed return to that item but
            Inspite giving me solution they blocked my account

              Sir, i have ordered Xiaomi 11Lite NE (Jazz Blue, 128 GB) from flipkart now after shipping, they are giving lame excuses that it can not be deliver as "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch) " why they accept the order if they not able. my Area code is 193401. i want my item to be delivered.

                    Flipkart blocked my account on 8 May 21 and not returning my wallet money even after repeated calls.

                    When I called them to know the reason of blocking my account they mentioned it was due to high number of returns. It is customer's right not to accept damaged / degraded / low quality product.

                    I called their Customer Care and logged complain more than 10 times. Everytime their representative said you will get call by our team within DDMMYY day but after few days I used to receive email that my mobile was not reachable. I cant accept this excuse by Flipkart as without mobile fulfilling day to day need is impossible.

                    Kindly help me in getting my wallet money back and unblocking my account associated with [protected].

                        I have paid the payment for the Flipkart pay later, its been 7-8 months they have not updated the payment, everytime I am calling them, they disconnect the call after hold. And it is impacting the Cibil score for my account. Please check this concern, I am struggling a lot to get my clearance.

                                    My name is suraj singh, I recently ordered a laptop form flipkart and received on 27th jan 22 and it's found defective then I request for replacement and received a new one on 7th feb 22 but I found this replacement product is also defective 2-3 days after return policy. They just keep doging my queries, then I take my laptop to service center and they said it's Unrepairable. I don't know what to do now none of them resolved my issue. My whole money got wasted. I just need my replacement from flipkart and need them to send a request to seller and explain my problem. As even service center techs didn't help me.

                                        Ordered I'd: OD[protected]
                                        Ordered realme Buds Wireless 2 with Dart Charge and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Bluetooth Headset (Yellow, In the Ear) item from Flipkart. As there was issue with one accessories missing, I raised a complaint regarding that. Now for the replacement of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is replaced it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?
