My order (OD[protected] was not delivered but the status shows delivered. Delivery person admitted that he gave the parcel to his friend who lost it somewhere and he will find it soon and get it back. He is not responding after this he didn't deliver it later on given time. Customer care says to wait 😰 Im being harassed mentally. I have recorded all conversations with the delivery guy. Please help me file a case.

    I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 262406 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 262406 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

      My Flipkart account was blocked on 4th Feb 2022 without any prior notice by the company and also they didn't gave any reason about the same. I had about Rs.2600 in my Flipkart Wallet which was unused.
      I even tried reaching the customer support with my issue and they told me to wait till 6th Feb 2022 and my problem will be resolved. But still I'm waiting for my problem to get resolved. Today i.e., 6th Feb 2022 when I called the Customer Support again then they asked me that they will put the call on hold for 1 minute to get the information regarding my issue but then after almost waiting for 10 minutes on hold they cut the call.

      I request renewal of my account and need the reason of this pathetic behavior of the customer support. Also, I would request the forum to help me get a compensation from the Flipkart because of the problem that I have faced. The company blocked my account without any prior notice or giving any reason which highly unfair.

        I have ordered a book from flipkart and when I received it 2 books are missing so i am trying to return it so i have called customer support but at the time of creating return flipkart has blocked my account and due to this my return policy date has been going to be over so please unblock my account and do my return otherwise I have a big financial loss because I am a student

I tried doing it from the app but after updating it from the app it send otp to both the numbers, the old number and the new number and i only have the access to my new number because my old registered number has been lost.               I had contacted flipkart customer care on October 2nd, 2021 for the resolution as the SmartBuyTornado mixer grinder 750 watts had stopped working and was still under warranty. The customer care team provided a 15 day period to visit the Flipkart authorised service center in Bangalore so that they can check the status of the item and provide resolution accordingly. I took the product to the service centre and the technician said it will take a week to notify. After a week, they indicated that the motor stopped working. I contacted Flipkart customer care again and mentioned the status. They promised to deliver the replacement product of the same on October 25th 2021. The product did not get delivered, instead the issue was marked as resolved after the replacement being cancelled without providing any reason to the customer. Neither the non working mixer was suggested to be brought back from service confer after contacting many customer care agents of Flipkart! When I contacted CS of Flipkart in November they gave different reasons why it got canceled and mentioned the issue would be resolved after three days. This happened three times again with the postponement of the date to November 16th. On Nov 16th, unfortunately my father passed away and I contacted the CS team again in December, many promises were made for replacement but no resolution. In Jan, 2022 I contacted again stating no resolution had been given, after speaking to supervisors of the Flipkart CS team the issue got into a loop as promises were made but no resolution were provided. On Jan 31st I contacted the CEO of Flipkart providing the incident ID stating that my issue has not been resolved since October 2021.Flipkart official support team contacted me and assured me that replacement will be delivered to my home on or before 2nd Feb. Later, there was a delay of shipping of two days, Feb 4th. Later on Feb 4th again the issue has been postponed without any resolution of neither replacement nor return of the amount! I am left with no option to either buy a new mixer Grinder I have left with no hope of resolving the query even after contacting the Flipkart numerous times! The issues have been marked resolved without even providing a resolution!

              I have enclosed necessary documents for reference.

                  Hello sir I am writing to you as I am totally fed up by your customer support because it was not helpful for me .My Return Option is blocked and I am not able to create return from my side and if i created return request by your customer support it is automatically cancelled or rejected. I complaint about it many times to your customer support but issue not resolved. I have complain the same to National Consumer Helpline and it's docket no. is 3268716 because Flipkart not have any authority to block my return request option. If it is there it should be mentioned before placing order from my side . It is totally unlawful .

                  Please look into this matter as soon as possible and unblock my return option and refund my whole amount and kindly ensure this behaviour not happen in future also so that customer can trust on Flipkart and continue shopping happily.

                        I'm truly shaken by this experience I'm a regular customer of Flipkart I even order my grocery from you guys, my previous laptop was placed via you as well. But this order has made my life hell. Up to the point where I'm questioning your authenticity and my decision of choosing you, not Amazon cause Amazon would always do anything for the customer it's a global brand.

                        I ordered Acer Computer (A715-42G) Order ID - OD[protected] and I saw the delivery date was 5 days later for my address so I ordered it at the address of a nearby relative. And I received a product with a duplicate charger and laptop with Bluetooth connectivity issues. So I raised a ticket for a replacement and then your customer care people told me it won't get replaced since the system is legit ACER so it's an issue of quality and a technician would visit and check it. And mostly fix it and if not then I may file for replacement. And the charger would get replaced. And that I've to cancel this ticket and wait for 24-48 hours to place a request again. And since then I've not been able to get this done. I've gone back to that relative's address for a consecutive third day now at 10 so I don't miss the technician. But these technicians haven't been able to make it. Yesterday the technician told me when my sister called him 2 minutes after I missed his call and lost the battery (since I'd put it as the alternate number so it must have connected to her when he called again so she had a miss call). He told him he left for another visit, you can't wait 2 minutes? What kind of service provider are you we wait when you put us on hold and you can't wait? Or come back in 2 mins your priorities change? And if you reach the address you knock on the door but he hadn't even come. Cause I was there waiting for him. He told us he'd be there at 10 when we connected before. Listen please, your unreliable technicians and very organized procedures of waiting for 24-48 hours I'm putting up with it because of the fault of your seller. It's not my fault that he sent me a duplicate charger and defective laptop it's his fault. I paid you guys the price, (and it's not grocery it's a laptop, it's expensive) that too in advance. And I'm the one suffering here. So please be a little co-operative, please.
                        I've already told customer care to change my pickup address after the first time this visit couldn't have happened. But they said no. I have a bed-ridden dad and currently, I'm the only one available at his beck-and-call. And because of Flipkart's worst after-sale service, I've to leave him for hours and visit my delivery address each day and wait endlessly but your technicians can't make it? He fell today trying to go use the restroom and remained there till I came back home and helped him get up. All because you couldn't change my address.
                        You're customer care, at least show a little decency and humanity. My sister had to call and talk regarding my order from her number and the executive told him it could be done you can change the pickup location. But I'd have to cancel it again and put in the request again with my current address since he couldn't do it from his side. But if I cancel this now seller's last date for replacement will be expired it was the 3rd of this month. And yet my issue isn't resolved. It's not picked.
                        Please don't make me suffer and post a video or tweet about this cause I'm not rich and I've prepaid for something I saved to afford. I'll also file a complaint in the consumer court and rbi against Flipkart and the seller. Also, I'm very disappointed in you as a customer and my dad is in pain. Hoping for a resolution please put an end to my misery ASAP and get this resolved.

                            I bought a boult airbass xpod from flipkart vide order no.OD[protected] and the same was not compatible for me. Its sound quality was very poor and can damage my ear. In just 5 minutes, my ear get pain and thereafter i made a refund request. I am waiting for pickup for 4 days but no one come for pick up. I made many call to customer care centre and they refused for refund. I am belong to financial poor family and cannot afford such loss. Kindly help me

                                  I Have ordered DELL Inspiron Ryzen 5 Quad Core 3450U - (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10) Inspiron 3505 Notebook (15.6 Inch, Soft Mint, 1.83 KG, With MS Office) on Flipkart, but they delivered me Ryzen 3 processer on 23rd of Jan-2022, Returned the product on the same date, also spoken with executive and they said replacement not available so that we can refund the amount, i said ok for that. After few days they want me to file a FIR case, for that they need my sing on the petition, i said I don't want to file a case on the seller, do it from our end. They said ok and ready to refund the amount. Now they are cancelling my refund request by telling different stories. Each executive telling different story, and closing the ticket as issue resolved. Now i want my refund, as I am waiting from last 10 days. one time they are saying replacement is not possible we can refund, one time they are saying refund is not possible we can replace the product. On the name policies they simply wasting my time. Now they are telling the Seller itself cancelling the refund as the product comes under replacement policy and the product is available to replacement, but earlier they said product is not available with the seller, so that we can only give refund. Other agent telling you didn't bought the product from Flipkart, you bought it from the Seller and Flipkart is just a market place

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Regarding: Return ID[protected]

                                    Ref: Order No. OD[protected]LG 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star.

                                    This email is in connection to the product I had purchased on your E-Commerce site, flipkart via Order No. OD[protected]LG 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star. The product was purchased by us on 30th January 2022. The product was delivered to us on[protected].

                                    The product after been delivered on[protected] and a request for installation was raised from our end and on the same day the concern technician from the LG company had visited our premises for installation. The fridge has only two legs in the front, which needed to be adjusted for proper balancing of the fridge, after several failed attempts from the technician in making the fridge to balance properly, he realized that the fridge from the back, at the right side corner down, which is having a metal plate, is dented as a result of which the balance of the fridge is not getting set and he had requested us to ask for replacement of the same since it was very well within the replacement policy and the time for replacement was also there.

                                    The request for replacement and return was requested on the same day[protected] from our end and the same was put on hold for want for pics of the delivered product to be verified by the seller for processing of the return and replacement request.

                                    The return request page is having a option showing upload pics, but when we are trying to trying to use that option to upload the pic, we are not getting any option of attachment or so to upload the pic and every time the page goes back to the status page only. After several failed attempts we got in touch with your call center officials on[protected] stating our problem of our inability to use the option o[censored]pload pic to solve our request for request with replacement. We are advised to do the below mentioned options:

                                    1) Uninstall and install the APP and try again to upload pics.

                                    2) To use the website version of the APP

                                    Despite doing all this we were unable to upload the pics, by using the upload option as the page kept on going back to the status screen only.

                                    Based on this issue, we once again approached the representative working at the call center end, where they asked to send the pics via the mail id [protected]@flipkart.com.The same was done the next second without any delay from our end.

                                    In spite of doing all this our request is yet not processed and the status of the return / request is yet at the same image verification page only. It has been a long time, since we have been waiting for the replacement product to be delivered at our premises. We were supposed to get the product delivered today, i.e[protected], but yet the replacement request has not got processed at your end.

                                    Every time we are trying to contact the call center, all we are being informed is to just wait, wait and wait, without been given any proper resolution to the query. It has been a long time since we have waited and more that this, I don’t suppose a person can wait. Every time we just be told that the concern official will call u before 9.00 Pm today, but so far in this 3 day we have not received any call.

                                    Every day I keep getting any automated call from your flipkart office asking me to upload the pics so that my return request can be processes from your end, getting this call everyday asking me to do something which I am unable to do, due to the problem in your website, is like a mental torture to me, because instead of getting a call telling me how to resolve the issue, I am getting a call telling that I must do something which I am unable to do, or which I have already shared via the mail. A lot of mental agony and dissatisfaction has been caused from your end towards the purchase of this product to me, for not providing any proper resolution for the query asked.

                                    The sole purpose of purchasing a fridge was to gift to my mother, but the same has gone in vain, since from past 4 days the fridge is there, but the same is of no use, as its just kept in a corner without been operated due to the defected product received from your end to us.

                                    Kindly respond to the following question from your end to me,

                                    1) Do the sellers have a policy of removing out their defective products by offering discounts .

                                    2) when will the query be resolved at your end.

                                    3) when can I expect the delivery of the product.


                                    Please not failing to reply back to the query asked by me by today EOD, I will be taking it up via social media to be heard better by you and as a last resort I will have to go to consumer court to sort the mental torture and the mental agony caused at your end to me.

                                      I have ordered a Mobile (Samsung Galaxy F12) on Flipkart on 17th Jan 22 (Order ID: OD[protected] and paid the amount by my Credit Card. That order talking was fine till the delivery person came on 24th Jan 22 (no information SMS from Flipkart for delivery), when the delivery person came to my home, I was not present at home but my wife was there, but he refused to pick my old phone (RedMi Note 3, that was have to give in exchange and was in working condition) reason not exactly known for the same refusal. When I have called him up on phone, he told me that he is not picking up the old phone right now and his will pick that up next day (25th Jan) or day after next day (26th Jan) and will deliver my new phone at the same time. After this I got an SMS from EKart for Reattempting the delivery, on which I have requested reattempt for the same on the same day (24th Jan 22). On 25th Jan I also raised an issue on Flipkart for my order delivery as on their portal it was showing customer rejected. Customer support told me that the issue will be resolved on or before 31st Jan 22. When I asked, why so much time they will take to resolve the simple delivery (Which is kept at my nearest Hub, they the support team told that it will be resolved. since that day (25th Jan) I was tried many times and asked them to deliver my phone even if they don't want to pick my old phone I will give gap of the payment, I have got the same answer that they will deliver. even on 31st Jan when I asked that today is 31st Jan, then they have told that they will update at 9pm. when I have not got any update at 9pm on 31st Jan, I raised a call back request, then the customer support told me that my order has been cancelled and will not process further, then I have asked them why they have taken 7 days to just update me that order has been cancelled and why they have not delivered my mobile even after so many requests from my side and asked them to connect me with some senior level. I have got call from a person on 1st Feb morning, he told me that he is a senior member from customer support team from Filpkart. But still he told me that order has been cancelled and can’t be processed further and told me to order again and he can’t help further in this matter and refund will be processed.

                                      That was a good deal price for me (Special Price Rs.9699) on which I have got Rs.750 instant cashback on ICICI Card payment and Rs.2000 for my old mobile exchange (after removing Rs.100 pickup charges). The final amount I have to pay was Rs.6949. The order was prepaid that I have paid by Credit Card and now bill has been generated for the same. Now I am feeling helpless as I have missed the scheme on same phone on Samsung Online (that was for limited time) same phone was at 9499 (old phone value was 2700 and instant cashback on HDFC Card was 950) and also missed on Flipkart too.
