Allredy before due amount to paid to flipkart pay later account last month Dec 2021 but till my loan account show due pending allready idfc first bank to mail then contact to flipkart customer care but not they both not resolved my problem..allready pay ems before month also due charges.. 1444..why please clear my loan account.

    I have joined the Flipkart affiliate program in the year of 2017 and in December 2014, they changed their policy that referral fees only be transferred when the total due will be 5000/- or more.

    I have around 13, 849 in the Approved Payment section in my Flipkart affiliate account for the last 1 year, I have also submitted a non-GST declaration form and which is approved now in my account.

    I have mailed several times but nobody had replied I have also submitted issues on the affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to me.

    I am providing my tracking id here for the reference: naveenkar

    They are not providing any support and not even there is a number to contact them. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. I have worked very hard and now I am not getting my hard-earned money.

        Hello sir/ma'am I have issue regarding the refund of my order Xiaomi 11i 5g which I had to cancel on 4th Feb, and I still haven't got the refund in Flipkart it shows refund completed but the amount is not credited to my account, I had faced too much of issue with this product this was the worst experience of mine with Flipkart please help me get the refund,

          Unable to add gift card to wallet

          When tried adding the gift card to my flipkart wallet, the following error message shows and the amount does not reflect.

          "This card belongs to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card."

          Also, I am unable to purchase with "Pay with Gift card" payment method.

          Please help....

            I ordered an Apple watch Series 7 on 15th jan 2022, it was delivered to me on 17th jan 2022 but the product delivered was a first copy fake watch inside the original packaging. I immediately raised a return. Which was later concluded as wrong description for Return and i was told to raise the return request again with a different description that is product delivered is of different brand, i raised the same on 19th jan 2022, Since then there was a constant delay in my request, they repetitively market my request as resolved whenever i used to call them, after going through a hectic process my refund was accepted and pickup process started on 31 Jan 2022, as soon as my pickup was initiated they blocked my account and i am unable to login in my account since then, it was told my pickup would be done by 7th feb. On 7th feb they told that it will be done by 10th feb, and today is 10th feb and no pickup has been made till now.

            Everytime i call the customer support they tell me to wait for 72 hours. I have been waiting since 19th jan for the same.

            12 days have passed since my post. And no resolution from flipkart. They customer support has concluded that i am in deadlock situation and my money will not be returned. Until and unless the deadlock is resolved. Which is impossible for the team.

              I have created flipkart account five years back with a mobile number few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

              The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my existing flipkart account.

                      Unable to Change New Phone number- Old Number lost

                      I have created flipkart account many years back with a mobile number & Gmail ID . I lost my mobile phone number.

                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number.                       My order never got delivered and then my refund was also denied. Upon calling customer care, my calls were put on hold till it automatically got disconnected.
                      Even after waiting for 20 days, nobody from Flipkart is helping with this issue

                        I ordered man suit Flipkart amount is 3200approx but when I received the item it was different product..I logged complaints.They are agree to make me payment by 8feb2022..Today I shocked Flipkart had block my account and I have not getting my refund…Is this business policy to make foolish..

                          I'm student so i have enrolled some online course. In order to make my learning easier I placed this order but flipkart is not delivering. Flipkart is wasting my valuable time

                            HI, I have order Bean Bag from Flipkart On Dated- 31st jan-2022 and it got delivered on 2nd feb-2022 and same day i raised return request for this product.

                            and it got picked up by Flipkart executive on next day (03rd Feb 2022) but picked up status not updated in flipkart Application, So i raise compaint(Incident: IN[protected]) to flipkart for the same. and accordingly flipkart give me timeline of 8th Feb 2022, your complaint will resolve and automatically you will received refund amount.

                            Today (09-feb-2022) i received call from flipkart and executive was saying we are raising return request and you will received your refund in 48 hours. and asked me for available on call for the same. during call flipkart executive verified my Address and asked me to be available on call and put me on hold, after sometime call got disconnected. After that i checked refund status in flipkart application and i got suprise there by seeing my return request got cancelled and also my complaint got resolved.

                            For the same i raised call me back raise request from flipkart and whenever i recieved call from flipkart executive informed them not do disconnect call untill give me resoultion. but everytime filpkart executive disconnected call without notifying me and giving resolution.

                            even in every call i requested to transfer my call to senior, but they have not transfered my call and lastly in one call they said we are transferring you call and put me on hold and they disconnected my call.

                            Conclusion :- I keep on trying to reach flipkart executive to get the my refund status but they keep on disconnecting call wihtout giving me resoultion and side by they cancelled my refund request and complaint as well.
                            and i am asking who resolved complaint and who cancelled my refund request. they are not answering me and disconnecting call everytime.

                            Please look into this matter and resolve my query.

                                I ordered 6 WallBerry Wall Stickers Wallpaper Self Adhesive Nature Rocks with Grass Cafe Restaurant Interior Large Self Adhesive Wall Stickers through Flipkart app on Jan 4th, 2022. Paid Rs.1128.00 in cash when the items were delivered on Jan 8th, 2022. Even without taking it out of the wrapper (If the seller accepts the return, he/she can still sell it to someone who is okay with the product in its current state), I could see the stickers all had a greenish tint and poor contrast. I requested replacement stickers as they were having a color different from what was advertised. Please refer to the attachments to compare the color of the item delivered with the one they have advertised (both pics are attached).

                                They have sent Replacements on Jan 13th and 14th. One out of the six replacements delivered was of a different item (Bricks instead of rocks). The remaining five had the exact same issue as the previously delivered items.

                                I initiate a return request through their customer support for the following reasons:

                                Why should I pay for a falsely advertised product? Why should I pay the price for the vendor's printer malfunction?

                                The Flipkart customer support reps when they hear my concerns over the phone initiated the return request. But the same was rejected the next day with the reason "The courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact". As I explained to the customer support that it did not address my reasons for returning, they re-escalated the issue. But the end result was the same rejection notice the following day. This process was repeated 3-4 times. Then I requested a call back from their senior teams who take the decisions on such claims. The person from the senior team called and after confirming my identity as I was explaining my issue, the call got disconnected. No call back was received. I had to redo all the process once again to get in contact with another of their senior team. This time also after one minute into the call they disconnected. No follow up given. After this every time I try to initiate a call request, I receive a call but disconnects in the middle and later receive an SMS/e-mail stating that they tried to reach me but failed and hence they close the issue. There is absolutely no network issue from my end. Flipkart customer support representatives LIE and HIDE behind the "network issue" as the reason for disconnection and mark the issue as RESOLVED in their system. So far I had your junior reps had me connect with the senior team 4 times. On all four occasions, the call was abruptly disconnected and no follow-up call was given. A fake email/SMS stating that they made efforts to contact me but could not reach me. I assure you that there are absolutely no connection issues at my end. Flipkart customer support team hides behind the FAKE excuse "network issue with the customer" and refuses to give a call back after abrupt disconnection. Their strategy seems to be dodging my calls, disconnecting while on call, and blaming it on the Network Connection. They want to tire me out and expect me to eventually give up and stop contacting them.

                                    3rd feb i created a return request coz product was too loose and misfit & 5th feb return request is accepted by the seller then i got a message on 5th feb morning return will pick up after than i wait till the whole day no call received by the delivery boy that day passed when i contacted flipkart they said wait till 7th feb inbetween package will definitely pick up and initiate refund & 7th feb passed no delivery boy came to the delivery place and no call receive, then when i contacted again for the same to flipkart one of the agent transfer my chat to specialist & then higher department they promise me they finally resolve my problem on the 8th feb only if did not they initiate my refund without return then no one is came to pick up so when i contact again on 8th night they told our specialist are busy wait till 10th feb they today 9th morning return request is cancelled & i call again why return request is cancelled they have no ans … why pick up is not complete they have no ans … when i ask to contact the higher department they hold my call cut my call again & again 7-8 times & said contact to mail department, i am now going to counsumer complain for the same now i realized whats going on how many days a coustemer will wait you didn't give a proper date then today once again said wait 4 days continuously then we resolve this … what a company wow such irritating manner and they did not expect from flipkart … always a coustemer suffers no action take to seller or pick up boy or the flipkart agent who again & again cut my calls & hold my call did not response then

                                    Again they cancelled my return again without any reason and can't call back cut the call and hold the call frustrating manner what a fraud company
