I have tried booking a flight via Flipkart on 1st Feb 2022. To my surprise the money RS. 8031 got deducted but tickets not yet confirmed. Even I cannot see any status of the booking as of now. No money back to my account yet. Now I have to book my tickets but till now no confirmation.

        I'm not able to use to update my number as the old one I had created the account with years ago, is deactivated. There's no way I'll get password on that!
        There's no help via chat on app. To place a call I need the same number, which doesn't exist anymore. My account is jeeev.[protected]@gmail.com. kindly help me update my number.

          Really Bad experience!

          Received a defective produc(Hindware Water Purifier).asked to Replacement and Raised Return request many times. I raised request 4 times and not resolved, They are rejecting my request and closing Request as resolved the issue with technical support but which nevr had, I had contact to selller(Hindware).They Said, We have already sent a mail to flipkart for Product replacement Kindluy contact Flipkart. Flipkart Customer said, Stay on Hold and cut the call after a time
          I will file a Complaint in Consumer Court.This is not way to behave Customer like thie. I will not Order through flipkart in future .Thanks Flipkart for Bad Experience .

            Hello Team,

            As per the attached screenshots, I had cancelled an order on 26th January at 9:06 pm. As mentioned in screenshot, the cancellation was supposed to get processed within 4 hours.

            Since then, I've tried to follow up with Flipkart customer care over email, call and other social media platforms (Facebook & Twitter) as well.

            It is with utter disappointment I bring to your notice that not one person wanted to take ownership, not one person provided an ETA for the same, not one person got back with an update on time. Every single time I had to follow up and every time they kept on asking me to be patient.

            I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently as my money in stuck in between. It surely doesn't take eternity to process a cancellation order.

              I have ordered Flipkart Gift Voucher on 23rd Dec 2021. It was gifted to my colleague as a marriage gift. But the Voucher was not sent to recipient email address and I raised a compliant on the same. It more than 1 month, still there is no resolution or follow-up from Flipkart side. Gift card worth 2500, which was gone in air. I was so frustrated about choosing flipkart.

              If I raise this with FlipkartSupport team they will say 24Hours. How many 24 Hours do they required is not sure. Such a bad experience.

                    I had ordered Mobile online from Flipkart order ID - OD[protected] on dated 04.01.2022 and payment done same time, mobile delivered on 08.01.2022 after receiving I open the box and found Mobile not turning on, screen internal damage touch not working, immediately I raised request for return but seller rejected the request.
                    Again, I raised request then seller arranged technician visit and technician came my home for checking and he agreed with the problem on mobile and seller approved request for replacement.
                    Mobile shipped but this time courier team refused for delivery and return period of 7 days expired.
                    I called to Flipkart customer care, they created replacement request and told me to wait for resolution, same thing repeated many times.
                    There are total number of request are 8 which has been rejected/cancelled by them.
                    It’s been 25 days since mobile arrival I’m continue following up but no solution given till now.
                    I have paid Rs.13990 my hard-earned money to Flipkart and got defective product.
                    Kindly understand my pain help with payment refund.

                      I ordered few products in big billion day, they were not delivered. Automatically they raised replacement request, that i cancelled

                      Still they delivered one product and charged me. I asked them that after cancellation why you deliver, pick it up and refund my money

                      They are not able to provide resolution
                      Also they didn't refund the cancelled product amount to wallet and now bill got generated with outstanding for product which i never see.

                      Now my CBIL will be affected as new emi got started

                            I was a plus member from last 3 years and I regularly used flipkart for shopping online but suddenly my account blocked for the reason high returns and then I requested customer support many times to unblock my account but they didn't ..but in reality I didn't returned a high number and they don't give any term and condition of number of returns in a particular time so how can they say I returned a high number .

                              I have ordered a refrigerator for rupees 11590 on 1st of Feb 2022 at 12:22 minute and i have paid this amount using credit card while placing order everything went fine but things gets tricky when i checked order section and found no such order of refrigerator that I have placed few moments ago

                                I have ordered refurbished iPhone 6 on 16 of January which was delivered on 22 January. The phone have many problems like overheating within minutes, too much battery drainage, electric shock while charging etc. so i have requested return of product.Technician visit was on 30th of January but no one visited or call me.i want my money back. if it is not solved here then i will raise complaint at consumer court

                                    I was trying to log in to my registered Flipkart account using my phone number. So, I entered my phone number and clicked the verify button. It displayed that "otp successfully sent to 91(my 10-digit phone number)". But I didn't receive an OTP from Flipkart. I tried several(5+) times but failed. I am looking forward to your response to my problem. Thanks in advance.

                                      Friday I received a call from +91 [protected] mobile number, user had all my flipkart order information, he claimed that one of the order is placed so please share the OTP to cancel the same.

                                      Since he had all the flipkart account information, i thought he is from flipkart so shared the OTP and immediately I received a sms stating accounting has been transferred.attached image for reference.

                                      I noticed this suspicious activity, informed the customer service immediately but flipkart has very bad service, most of the executives not even care to respond.
                                      But later, i got a chance to explain the situation and they suggested to write a email to [protected]@flipkart.com.

                                      But no response from the recipient.again today after so many attempts, one of the executives responded to my query and registered a complaint on this.
                                      But what is the use of this tedious process ??
                                      Flipkart should have stopped this malicious activity when the user called to customers service stating account has been hacked henceforth block the account preventing from unauthorised transactions.

                                      I seriously don’t understand why flipkart pay later service doesn’t have two times verification process.

                                      I sincerely request team to take the case on high priority.

                                      Flipkart backend team contacted me and just restored the account and for pay later amount scam they told me to contact cyber crime.

                                      If this type of cases are happen dont contact flipkart, i request you to contact pay later bank account to block transactions or report cybercrime.

                                      Trusting flipkart at the first place won’t help you.
                                      I am sensing scam from flipkrt and bank partners.

                                      I am taking further action on flipkart.

                                        I have booked the laptop on Jan 17 2022 with a promised delivery date of Jan 22. However, on 22nd there was an update stating it is delayed to Jan 25 due to some unforseen issues with courier partner, eKart Logistics, even though the tracking info shows it as arrived in Hyderabad by Jan 19. We waited further, contacted customer support who gave their routine apologies and fake promises. It was once again delayed to 29th, but the website was continuing to show as 25th Jan. It was not delivered on 29th either and again got a note stating it will be delivered in two days i.e by Jan 31 7 PM and now it is 7.20 PM as I write this.

                                        Numerous attempts to call / chat with customer support evokes no useful information other than routine apologies and concerns and fake promises of assured delivery.

                                        I won't cancel the order because it was booked during the Grand Republic Day sale with instant discount on credit card. I won't get the same price again. Is this a tactic by FlipKart to force the customer to cancel the order at a discount and ensure he / she buys again at a higher price. I will never do this especially not on FlipKart again

                                        Each time a new person is assigned the ticket who has no idea or power to resolve it
                                        Everyone says its been escalated to "concerned team" which anyway does not have any concern
                                        You won't share the logistics partner location or contact number, so I can go and collect the product myself
                                        The product is in the same city as mine, still you're unable to deliver in a week's time
                                        No customer representative has any idea of the solution, they are only trained to speak like bots with standard template
                                        They cite policy and confidentiality for not sharing the exact reason / location / contact person number
                                        They disconnect the call midway or pretend to have lost connection to avoid harsh words
                                        All they want is to cancel the order so that they can save on the fake offers during republic day sale

                                        Today is Feb 2... still no resolution in place. its a prepaid order worth 50k and looks like they're running a scam similar to 1992, where they put all prepaid money in the stock market hoping to make fortune post NS's budget. They have no intention to provide the Republic Day offers, simply keep the high value prepaid orders hanging in balance for as long as they can, rake in the moolah and force the customer to cancel and some gullible people do reorder at a higher price, and if they cancel it.. I am not sure how long its going to take to get the refund. To my utter shock I find so many similar complaints on twitter and other social media
