Hello Team,
As per the attached screenshots, I had cancelled an order on 26th January at 9:06 pm. As mentioned in screenshot, the cancellation was supposed to get processed within 4 hours.
Since then, I've tried to follow up with Flipkart customer care over email, call and other social media platforms (Facebook & Twitter) as well.
It is with utter disappointment I bring to your notice that not one person wanted to take ownership, not one person provided an ETA for the same, not one person got back with an update on time. Every single time I had to follow up and every time they kept on asking me to be patient.
I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently as my money in stuck in between. It surely doesn't take eternity to process a cancellation order.
