I had ordered realme 8i on 27 Jan 2022 and the delivery date was 12th Feb. it's been 5 days since delivery date and still, I have not received the order. Every day it shows out of delivery and at end of the day, it shows unable to deliver. (Order ID-OD[protected]

    Greetings
    My complaint is regarding non-release of cancelled items in two orders. I have raised the issue many times in chats, discussed the issue two times with your customer executives. But till date the main issue of refund has not been resolved. If my request for refund is not acknowledged, then I may be forced to go to consumer court for the same. The details of these two orders is below

    Order No. 1: - OD[protected]

    Total order Value= Rs 1286
    Only one item namely Dettol Skincare Germ Protection Bathing Soap worth ₹253 was received. Remaining items were cancelled by Flipkart.

    Balance amount: - Rs 1033

    Order No. 2:- OD[protected]

    Total order Value= Rs 773
    Only one item namely Flipkart Supermart Food Essentials Choco Flakes worth ₹212. Remaining items were cancelled by Flipkart.

    Balance amount :- Rs 561

    Total refundable amount = Rs 1033 + Rs 561 = Rs 1594

      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500049 for almost 5-6 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly all products from all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500049/500072 from last 2-3 weeks. HOW SUDDENLY ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the pincode 500049/500072. Both these pincodes are in the centre of Hyderabad. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart customer support is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah. Ultimately flipkart is going to loose lot of revenue as we are all ordering required products from different vendors like Amazon, Tata Cliq etc. i hope at least this support team will escalate this issue to the right dept and sort this issue asap. Thanks.

        Recently I requested for a replacement of a mens` jeans, then after sometimes they demand me for id proof ( aadhar card), and I also gave my documents, then after 2 days blocked my account, didn`t tell any reason.
        when I call the customer service supports, they put it on hold for a long time and the call gets disconnected.
        Now I can neither open my account nor know by return and fresh order.
        pleease hepl me as soon as possible.

          I did received an email from flipkart for rs 1500 gift card today morning as my order of phone got cancelled but still the amount is not added.
          I placed the order of micromax in note 1 4 times but none of them is shipped till now and it got cancelled.

          in behalf of these orders flipkart mailed me to give a gift card of ₹1500 but still i havent received it.

          I have been contacting flipkart since 1 month daily still not getting any response those customer care executives dont have proper knowledge and many of them refuse to talk and put call on hold.

          This is the last time i am trying to contact you if i dont get a proper solution then would surely proceed for a legal complaint

                My return request rejected and from Flipkart received 3 times different dates for resolution. Below order they mentioned " we are sorry we are unable to process your refund request. I have sent my PAN Card as i was received mail from Flipkart but in reply i received my details not matched with my account . Flipkart is holding my hard earned my and it's a big amount for me . please help me because I am not getting any positive response from Flipkart customer support.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I ordered a (jacket ) have received a different or wrong product (Rally tunning bumper gaurd) on 3rd Feb from Flipkart. And from that day I returned this product 5-6 times every time it was cancelled then i talk to customer care where they told me that product is picked up by delivery agent in 48 hours. Then again it was cancelled. I also shared images my id proof to the customer care. They only believed me that your issues resolved within 48 hours. And after 8days i.e on 12th Feb They blocked my Flipkart account without giving any notification on email or call.

                    Therefore I request you to please take my complaint on serious note and take action against the company.

                              Hi I have ordered the teaddy bear product which description clearly shows 4 feet 120 cm.

                              But what we received is 3 feet 90 CM product. Is that the ethics that flipkart is following. Wont the seller see the product before sending.?

                              Its not first time, previously also 6 month back this happened to the friend and that time the flipkart closed the one by refunding the money saying the product is not available..

                              Are we fool to give money to flipkart for 2-3 weeks and get the money back.. We are paying for the product and hope i will receive the correct product as description.

                                I am from Jaipur, i have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 302017 for almost 3-4 months with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 100% of the products from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 302017 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 302016 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode? Flipkart customer care executives are not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving different answers everytime i call them. Please help me.

                                      Got a call from a person claiming from Flipkart Grievience team (Call recording available). The person was constantly insisting me to cancel the order and raise a new one. This order is being classified as Technical issue, though the details of the technical issues is not listed. The product is being ping pong between Ghaziabad and Delhi Centres, yet not being delivered to me.
