As I'm writing this email to you with total disappointment in service provided by Flipkart.
On Jan 23rd 2022, i ordered a mobile (Realme Narzo 30) via Flipkart, paid full payment and got my mobile delivered the next day.. While checking my mobile, when I'm calling, i couldn't hear clearly and more over there is too much noise from that end even though the person is speaking from a calm location. I got a new mobile for calling purpose with that new mobile i couldn't hear anything properly na, why should I buy a new one.i would have repaired my old mobile, if I have time to visit service centre too and fro. So i requested Flipkart to replace with a new mobile phone. But yesterday 26th Jan, a technician named (KUMARAGURU D) visited our place, first to start with he was very rude, he was shouting like a hell saying for mic problem and all we won't replace the item, (if that is the case why in replacement there is a option mic/microphone issue) he told me that nothing wrong with the phone, it's Airtel tower problem and he rejected my request, i even told him even in other tower the same problem occuring. He is not listening and simply shouted and went away. I need my issue to be resolved, I can't waste my time running to service centre or you people repair it and give me. I got a new mobile, thought Realme is a leading brand so it will be a top-notch Mobile. But it's a total disappointment. Pics attached for your reference. Complaint marked as Resolved Yesterday again i called Flipkart customer support and spoke to a senior executive (escalation desk). I explained him all the issues I faced, He listened to me with absolute patience and resolved my problem at the same time. He told me replacement request accepted and I got the replacement mobile Today afternoon. Thank you Flipkart.
