This is to inform you that I had a terrific experience in flipkart customer care service. I would like to inform you that I purchased Samsung F41 mobile phone in last year 2021 under smart upgrade plan. I pain nearly 11, 000 at the time of purchase then after one year I have to pay remaining 5, 000. My due date is January 19, 2022 for the remaining 5, 000. I paid the amount in advance on 18th January 2022 itself. After that I called customer care also they said that your paid the full amount and now the phone is yours, I Mean no due at all. I paid the full mobile amount. (I have the voice clip recorded). Suddenly on 30/1/2022, yesterday the mobile is stopped and all mobile services locked and the screen says you have to pay the 5000 until then your phone is locked by Flipkart. If you pay the amount using your flipkart account in other device we will unlock your phone within 2 hours.
I already paid the amount well in advance on 18/01/2022 itself. So I called Flipkart customer service, a lady called me her name in Monika and she asked me all the details including the Order no and she says wait I will check and inform you. Nearly 15 minute I waited in the phone then she says that you have paid the amount, it shows in their systems, she don’t know why they lock their phone. I said that I already paid the amount but if you want I pay again also I pay again. Now I cant use the phone at all because all of important datas are in my phone only. So I request her unlock it. She again said wait for some time then again I waited in the call for 10 minutes then she says I forward your request to concern team they will check and inform you on 2/2/2022. I said why I have to wait for such a long period inspite of I paid the amount well in advance then I request her to transfer her call to her superior officer. Then she said wait, again I waited 10 min then she transfer the call by a person name vinodh kumar. He said he is the Chief officer and I informed him all and requested him to unlock the mobile because all my details are hidden and I am unable to use my phone. I told him that if I have to pay again 5000 also I pay u please unlock my phone and after checking the details you repay me. The message displayed in the phone itself says that if I pay the amount then within two hours the device will be unlocked. But this fellow make me nearly 30 minutes I am requested him to unlock for some time so that I can take back up of my devices or I pay the amount fully again also no problem. This fellow makes wait for me in the call nearly 30 min then I told him if I not the result by today then I have no other option except to go to Consumer Court for the problem. Then too he said you can do whatever u want and I requested again him to transfer the call to concerned team so that again I can explain my situation. But the fellow simply cut my call then I again called the customer care this time the lady monika attended but she also cut my call. I tried nearly 10 times to unlock my phone but the customer care not attended and cut all my calls.
I think Monika said she transfer the call to her superior but she transfers to call to another telecaller only. I had so much of mental pressure then I bought a new phone and using it now. Till now my phone is locked only in spite of I paid the amount well in advance. I decided to move this matter to Consumer court then I thought to approach Flipkart Nodal officer first to see they are taking any action towards such irresponsible cheating customer care tele caller and also to solve my problem immediately.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even i experienced the same suspicious activity as mentioned by Devendra and in my account using Flipkart pay later hackers ordered worth 70k products and i noticed it, informed customer service immediately
And also sent mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response from the Flipkart customer service team. Flipkart customer service disconnect the call abruptly after listening to entire emergency situation.
I request immediate solution.
