I had purchased i5 3rd gen processor from Flipkart and gift card voucher payment mode had seleted.. i saw order taking so many weeks for deliver therefore i cancelled order and i recived mail that refund processed from saler.. but after wating so many days still no any refund i recived in my Flipkart account.. i cheaked web version to mobile app everywhere zero amount reflected.. i talked to customer care but seems they all are new and unble to help me..

    It is very annoying that the money is debited without our knowledge.

      I have ordered 3 items{DIGITALDUNIYA Cheese, Vegetable & Fruit, CareHut Multani Mitti 200 grams For Glow.., Xclusive Plus GS69 Set} dated 28/01/2022 .after placing successful order buy paying amount rs8 after all offer, my order was cancelled by flipkart after few minutes. This offer was once per user per month.So now my prdouct also lost due to flipkart and my offer too went away.This is their tractice to cheat customers and wasting their valuable time. I request flipkart to rectify this dissappoint faced by customer by providing a satisfyable compensation along with refund amount, or provide me the product at same rate.

        Received a clothing apparel from Flipkart on 24 Jan 2022 and immediately placed a return request. First they said by 25 the product will be picked up. Then 27, 28, 29 and now they are saying 31st January. While Amazon, Myntra pick up the items the same day itself or the next day, Flipkart is just giving dates instead of resolving the problem. I have been shopping with Flipkart for such a long time, since 2012 I don't want to anymore as I don't this hassle.

            Dear Sir,
            I am Prabhat Sharma mob no- [protected] is a plus customer of Flipkart.
            I was made a order of Samsung SDRAM PC3-10600 with order Id OD[protected] on date 17 Jan 2022 and received that order on 21 Jan 2022.
            I was go to Samsung service center to check Geniune status of product. From where do I know that this product is fake.
            Also this product is not match with display product,
            also the specifications of this Ram is not matched with ordered product.
            I was in touch with Flipkart customer service from 22 jan 2022 and raised return request 5 times but every time Flipkart rejected my return request and not supporting me.
            Also Flipkart is blocked my account on date 28 jan 2022 without any prior communication or notice.

            I am requesting you to take this matter is very seriously and provide me better solution.

                My product i recieved was of different colour...when I tried return ing it it was cancelled like 5 times...on complaining they just give dates but haven't solved my problem...now my account they have blocked .. I can't have acess to my account ...and also facing multiple issues ...I am very frustrated with the service of Flipkart...plz help me my lot of money is just obstructed in the account

                      Products are undeliverable at my pincode

                      I have been using flipkart since long time and i am ordering items at 201310 pincode for so long but now suddenly all products are undeliverable at the same pincode why the hell this glitches are not resolved by such a reputed company.pls resolve it asap...

                      Someone hacked my account on 24/01/2022.
                      On 25/01/2022 he used my credit limit of ₹55k of flipkart pay later account
                      and ordered an iPhone.
                      Flipkart has not resolved my issue yet.

                        I am complaining about fraud

                        On 2 nd january I try to search shoes options and I got campus shoes which has much less price as I expected so I move forward and add it to the cart then they showed options if I wanted to buy it they I need to pay 50 rupee in advance so I paid it but my order not get confirm.then I contacted to their customer care but it can't help me .

                        My concern being Flipkart customer care does not have any means to connect with logistics team in case of emergencies once the order is shipped, this obviously affects the end customer.
                        This is regarding my order with flipkart for Iphone 13 pro max. The day i was supposed to receive the order, i missed flipkart calls in the morning (not sure if these were calls from flipkart or logistics), tried connecting back to the number and i couldn't, spoke to customer care representatives multiple times but to no use obviously hence the complaint here, they just kept telling me that i will get logistics details once the order is out for delivery, by the evening the delivery date changed to 2 days later, and i was going to leave the city for a month or so on that day. I needed to speak to someone from logistics and get a confirmation on the delivery plan so that i can manage my schedule or will not have to stick to my phone the next day so that i do not miss the call again. The concern being no out for delivery message was received on the delivery day so that i can connect with logistics directly and no further attempts were made to connect with me. Not sure how things would go if I missed the call on next delivery day as the customer care was completely useless on this matter. Flipkart please add some connectivity between customer care and logistics so that they can be helpful to customers, i understand when they say it will be delivered the next day but what if the call is missed the next day as well, or the customer is unavailable.

                          I ordered a product in the name of "MANOJ KUMAR " and before it was out for delivery i updated the delivery adress with the help of the Flipkart feature to "PRASEETHA C P" . And to confirm that the billing address change will be reflected in the invoice i contacted their customer care and made sure that there won't be any hassle in the invoice name, it will be in the name of " PRASEETHA C P". But today[protected] when the product got delivered the name and adress was the old one and i checked with the invoice from Flipkart application, it also showing old name and adress. After that i again contacted their customer care team . Now they say they can't do anything about the old name and adress. Is this the correct way of dealing with customer? It is their own staff who confirmed me that they can update the billing address and name no need ro worry on that. And after the product delivery they turn their head . I have to submit the invoice to a bank for getting my loan approved and it will be only possible if the name on the bill is " PRASEETHA C P" . I don't have a choice because i was scammed by Flipkart team . I didn't expect such a negative character from Flipkart . Serious action must be taken on this matter m i have all the call recording in which Flipkart team ensures that the billing address change will be updated 100% sure. And also all the proof with me .

                            I had ordered on 19th Jan order id is OD[protected] where as promise date was 23rd jan., no one came on 23rd then i raised a call back on 24th they said they will deliver on 26th as there's delay. EVen it was not delivered on 26th i called to them again they said they tried to deliver on 24th however number was not reachable (no one called me i have all the details with me even i have forwarded my call if my number is not reachable or busy somewhere . then again they said they will deliver next day, no one came on 27th also . in the evening they called and said either you wait or cancel the order, that's the resolution they gave me over the call i have the recording of that also. its been 9 days they are harassing me a lot.
                            i would request you to take action against with them, my number is [protected].

                                  I tried contacting executive support team too but no positive response came from their side too .
                                  Whenever i’m trying to make payment for any of the product it doesn’t allow me to do so . Its very pathetic customer service i’m dealing with . Kindly take necessary action on this case and fix it .

                                    I ordered a Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 WoRoad s running shoe for women ( order ID - OD[protected] on 17th january 2022 and placed a return request for the same on 26th january 2022, due to size issue. I received a mail and msg from flipkart stating to Upload ID proof and some other documents. It say to upload :-

                                    1.Scanned copy/ clear photo of both sides of Aadhaar or Driving License or Voter ID. Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).
                                    2.Full image of the product received (front side of the product)
                                    3.Image of the manufacturing label (manufacturing date, expiry date, etc.)
                                    4.If the product is damaged, image of the product such that the damage is visible

                                    I agree to provide them all the product related documents they asked but I object to provide them with my ID proof. Moreover they say "We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider."
                                    I totally object to this condition. As a normal common person, I am also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want there should be misuse of my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties. I agree to show my ID to their delivery/pickup agent in person. I see no relevence in return of the product and my ID proof. They were sure the purchase was made by me while payment was done and order was delivered but suddenly at time of return and refund they need to verify me. It's an absurd condition. The delivery and pick up address are same and money will be credited to same account from where it was deducted. I complained the same issue to flipkart customer care but they failed to explain me the necessity o[censored]ploading ID proof and couldn't solve the issue from their end. All the say is " this is the process else your return request will not be accepted" . I would like to mention there was no such condition in their return policy.
                                    Since I disagree to their illogical condition they are not processing the return request forward.

                                    I repeatedly complained to customer care and asked them to transfer call to higher authority. Posted issue here in detail. When I was contacted by customer care they were helpful and resolved the issue.
