I buy a book on 29 jan 2022in flipkart but I cancel the product from flipkart. There said that you refund amount will credit on 04 feb 2022 .. Still now I didn't receive any amount from flipkart.. There said that please contact ur bank... But there saying the thing is we completed are refund amount is credited... Yet now I didn't receive the amount 570rs..please consider my issues and give a resolution for this...

    Hi,

    I have purchased Redmi 7A phone from Flipkart last month on Jan 17 2022 worth Rs 7570.

    Once I received the product i raised concern for refund as i dont want that product.
    But they refused and now the phone got dead and when i showed that phone in service center, they opened the phone and showed to us and it was a duplicate product as the battery was locally replaced and Was sticked with the help of a tape.

    I want my refund back as flipkart executive are not responding on my concerns.

    Please look into this and help to get my refund.

          Dear team

          Please help to solve this issue i ordered a tv on flipkart on 2nd february 2022 i received it on 7-Feb-2022 around 3:06 pm whose order number is OD[protected].
          More TV details are (Chroma 81.28 cm (32 in) HD Ready LED TV) One day after that the installation person comes to my house and opens your new pack to install the TV We found that the whole TV screen is broken . I always thought that Flipkart is famous for fast and excellent packaging of products. But I never thought that a TV screen that was completely broken would be packed and shipped to the customer.

            I recently bought samsung galaxy phone from flipkart. When i received the phone the box was tampered and full of scratches. The phone was not even in factory reset mode, it was already using by someone else. So i placed a return request and flipkart rejected . After i placed multiple return request and flipkart rejected it all and finally the blocked me. I want to move legally against flipkart and the seller. Please help me with legal suggestions.

              Dear team,

              I had placed an order on Friday 4th feb order id is OD[protected] and till now I didn't got my refund in my bank account. I tried many times to contact Flipkart on the call as well as chats they told me by 7february EOD you will get it but till now refund not yet credited in my bank account. Its a gentle reminder for Flipkart or else I have to go with the legal procedures. Kindly solve this issues today itself as I am in need of my money. I had talked with the customer care executive she marked the complain as resolved it's very disgusting and they had kept my rs 7249 which is huge and I need my money back I want to pay that money to someone and Flipkart is not bothering they are telling transaction history is not available but seller has processed the refund. Till now I didn't get my money. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I ordered an grocery at jan 6th 2022 after one month am still not received any order also am not able to cancel that order if i call customer support they are kind of supporting in a way which don’t even works in thier website totally horrible and worst experience ever just quit this grocery store or try to build a UI in a better way don’t make customers feel bad for a long while

                  Hi, I ordered 43 inch, thomson smart Android TV from flipkart. Well they delivered it at the respective date but about the installation process there has been no updates, it was clearly mentioned that installation will be done at the provided date but it has already been more than a week and the tv has not been installed yet. I called at the customer service they gave me false promises/assurance and nothing else. Now they are picking up my call putting it up on hold and then ending the call afterwards. I have clearly been scammed by Flipkart. Flipkart should stop mentioning free installation if they are not sticking to that policy and scamming people.

                    We ordered a coffee table from Flipkart on 9 Jan 2022 and was delivered on 17 Jan 2022 and on the same day complaint was made to the engineer who came to install as well as to flipkart on the very same day just after installation and scratches were found on the table was there were finishing defects and seemed very old . The cost was rupees 3695 . The Engineer who installed tried to cover the cratches with a marker despite we refused to . The return complaint was made 4 times and still ignored and cancelled every single time . This wasn't at all a professional reply from Flipkart . The experience from Flipkart was truly trash and I want this product to be replaced as soon as possible .

                                  I have placed an Grocery order num, : OD[protected] on 17 January 2022, and my account has been debited Rs 806/- for this order. The order was to be received by 21 Jan but now even after 3 weeks i have not received my order. I have called their customer care team but of no use they just kept changing my delivery date, first when i called on 22 Jan they said I will get on 27 Jan and later when i called they told 1 Feb, again afterwards they said 3 Feb and later 5 Feb like this they are just pushing the date but not giving me correct delivery date.

                                    I've a flipkart account with a mobile number but few months ago i lost my mobile phone.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
