I purchased 4 items from Flipkart in November 2021:
1) Order OD[protected]METRO LIVING 104 TC Cotton Double Floral Bedsheet (Pack of 1, Blue, White) - INR 299.00
2) Order OD[protected]Solomon 2.2 L Water ™ Premium Quality Water Jug Cocktails Jug for Kitchen...) - INR 229.00
3) Order OD[protected]Solomon 2.2 L Water Jug Plastic, Pack of 2) - INR 413.00
But after receiving the items I found problems:
1) For Order OD[protected], the beedsheet was not of same color and the quality was not good. So, I placed a return request and my refund on return was accepted.
2) For orders OD[protected] and OD[protected], I found the items defective, and I placed a return request. For all the orders return request was approved and it was scheduled to be picked up by 06-Nov-2021
However, none of the items were picked and I reported this to the customer care on 08-Nov-2021. But, after reporting this, the pickup and refund were canceled. After that I complained many times about this to Flipkart but no resolution was given. However, on 25-Nov-21, the refund amount of INR 299 for Order OD[protected], was only issued to me.
Therefore, I want to know why my refund was not issued to me for the two orders (OD[protected] and OD[protected], because the pickup was not done by Flipkart and it was also not canceled by me.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
