I'm truly shaken by this experience I'm a regular customer of Flipkart I even order my grocery from you guys, my previous laptop was placed via you as well. But this order has made my life hell. Up to the point where I'm questioning your authenticity and my decision of choosing you, not Amazon cause Amazon would always do anything for the customer it's a global brand.
I ordered Acer Computer (A715-42G) Order ID - OD[protected] and I saw the delivery date was 5 days later for my address so I ordered it at the address of a nearby relative. And I received a product with a duplicate charger and laptop with Bluetooth connectivity issues. So I raised a ticket for a replacement and then your customer care people told me it won't get replaced since the system is legit ACER so it's an issue of quality and a technician would visit and check it. And mostly fix it and if not then I may file for replacement. And the charger would get replaced. And that I've to cancel this ticket and wait for 24-48 hours to place a request again. And since then I've not been able to get this done. I've gone back to that relative's address for a consecutive third day now at 10 so I don't miss the technician. But these technicians haven't been able to make it. Yesterday the technician told me when my sister called him 2 minutes after I missed his call and lost the battery (since I'd put it as the alternate number so it must have connected to her when he called again so she had a miss call). He told him he left for another visit, you can't wait 2 minutes? What kind of service provider are you we wait when you put us on hold and you can't wait? Or come back in 2 mins your priorities change? And if you reach the address you knock on the door but he hadn't even come. Cause I was there waiting for him. He told us he'd be there at 10 when we connected before. Listen please, your unreliable technicians and very organized procedures of waiting for 24-48 hours I'm putting up with it because of the fault of your seller. It's not my fault that he sent me a duplicate charger and defective laptop it's his fault. I paid you guys the price, (and it's not grocery it's a laptop, it's expensive) that too in advance. And I'm the one suffering here. So please be a little co-operative, please.
I've already told customer care to change my pickup address after the first time this visit couldn't have happened. But they said no. I have a bed-ridden dad and currently, I'm the only one available at his beck-and-call. And because of Flipkart's worst after-sale service, I've to leave him for hours and visit my delivery address each day and wait endlessly but your technicians can't make it? He fell today trying to go use the restroom and remained there till I came back home and helped him get up. All because you couldn't change my address.
You're customer care, at least show a little decency and humanity. My sister had to call and talk regarding my order from her number and the executive told him it could be done you can change the pickup location. But I'd have to cancel it again and put in the request again with my current address since he couldn't do it from his side. But if I cancel this now seller's last date for replacement will be expired it was the 3rd of this month. And yet my issue isn't resolved. It's not picked.
Please don't make me suffer and post a video or tweet about this cause I'm not rich and I've prepaid for something I saved to afford. I'll also file a complaint in the consumer court and rbi against Flipkart and the seller. Also, I'm very disappointed in you as a customer and my dad is in pain. Hoping for a resolution please put an end to my misery ASAP and get this resolved.
