Dear Flipkart,
have created a Flipkart account around four years back with a mobile number a few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

I have lost my mobile number that is registered with the order and my account now the order is out for delivery so how to change number, registered mobile of [protected], new number [protected]. My registered email id is love.[protected]@gmail.com.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    I have purchased a phone from Amazon. Few days ago, Flipkart message appeared and my dad (in his 60s) accepted some terms. Now flipkart has locked my phone and asking for payment.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The same thing has happened to my mother as well ...we bought from flipkart only. No resolution yet depesite calling flipkart and registering complaint

      I purchased product from Flipkart of INR 4483 and the order I'd OD[protected] on October 2021.
      i'll paid 3 emi's complete on dated -:
      1st Emi 04/10/2021 @ INR 1551
      2nd Emi 01/11/2021 @ INR 1551
      3rd Emi 01/12/2021 @ INR 1550

      But Flipkart not update this detail to IDFC Bank..and Bank says overdue of this loan. And my cibil score effect from this loan.

      So please update this payment as soon as possible. And share all datails to IDFC Bank.

        I have ordered for 6 items on Jan 27, 2022. They have delivered only 4 items but didnt get refund so far. I have received 5-8 calls from Flipkart customer care, all they told me is they are facing technical issues while raising a return request. When I ask them now, they are saying that the return window is closed.

            As I'm writing this email to you with total disappointment in service provided by Flipkart.
            On Jan 23rd 2022, i ordered a mobile (Realme Narzo 30) via Flipkart, paid full payment and got my mobile delivered the next day.. While checking my mobile, when I'm calling, i couldn't hear clearly and more over there is too much noise from that end even though the person is speaking from a calm location. I got a new mobile for calling purpose with that new mobile i couldn't hear anything properly na, why should I buy a new one.i would have repaired my old mobile, if I have time to visit service centre too and fro. So i requested Flipkart to replace with a new mobile phone. But yesterday 26th Jan, a technician named (KUMARAGURU D) visited our place, first to start with he was very rude, he was shouting like a hell saying for mic problem and all we won't replace the item, (if that is the case why in replacement there is a option mic/microphone issue) he told me that nothing wrong with the phone, it's Airtel tower problem and he rejected my request, i even told him even in other tower the same problem occuring. He is not listening and simply shouted and went away. I need my issue to be resolved, I can't waste my time running to service centre or you people repair it and give me. I got a new mobile, thought Realme is a leading brand so it will be a top-notch Mobile. But it's a total disappointment. Pics attached for your reference. After spending hours and hours of conversation, today I got message from Flipkart.They have assigned the same person, who spoke to me in a very cheap and unprofessional way [Dear Customer,

            Yesterday again i called Flipkart customer support and spoke to a senior executive (escalation desk). I explained him all the issues I faced, He listened to me with absolute patience and resolved my problem at the same time. He told me replacement request accepted and I got the replacement mobile Today afternoon. Thank you Flipkart.

              Fake Neutrogena Sunblock

              Recieved a fake Neutrogena Sunblock from ShaliniStore.
              1. Original and ordered product is 88ml but received 118ml. Neutrogena does not have any sunblock that is sold in 118ml package.
              2. Neutrogena banner on the packaging is in royal blue instead of black.
              3. No ingredients mentioned on the packaging.
              4. Fragrance and texture of the product is different from original.
              5. Packaging looks puffed and cylinder...

              I have order a phone on Flipkart and it has reached my city on 28th January 2022 but it's tracking status is not updated in the Flipkart and the product is yet to get deliver me. In Flipkart expected date is showing today (i.e., 2 February 2022) but it's evening now and now delivery guy comes around this never. I am not able to contact ekart logistics and i don't know when the have holded the product since 28th January instead of delivering it

                    I ordered a Sofa from Flipkart App on 6th of December and I received product on 18th of December which is defective. As there is no return available, I have raised replacement request on 19th of December and from then onwards they keep on cancencelling without any reason even If I have provided photos of defective product. After many attempts of trying and checking with Customer care finally replacement request got approved and they told like it will be delivered by 6th of January and they keep on extending the date and 1 month passed away till now I am not getting any update. And they now extended it to February 28th without giving any reason and this happened more than 6 times . When I call and ask Customer care, they just tell me to wait till February 28th and it's already 2 months from the date I purchased. I am not getting any resolution at all from Flipkart Customer care even if I speak to seniors. I am completely disappointed and frustrated.

                        I was ordering one mouse for my personal use from Flipkart, but the seller was cancelling my order every time. This process happened 25 times i.e., the seller cancelled my order 25 times. The next day Flipkart blocked my account because of an increase in the purchase orders. This was totally a sellers mistake and my account got blocked. When I contacted Flipkart customer support they gave me this response :
                        Hello Mohan,

                        We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login into your Flipkart account

                        They didn't provide me with any resolution to reactivate my account. I am a very old Flipkart customer and they are doing this with me. I had not expected this kind of behaviour from them. I contacted them several times but every time they send me the same reply instead of providing a resolution.

                              I haven't received my product. Nor the delivery agent called.
                              i place my order in instagram page by flipkart i called your customer care number but it didn't get connected

                              It was a prepaid order and I really don't know what to do.
                              It's really not good to make your customers suffer like this .

                                I ordered Smartphone from Flipkart and it it delivered on time but when started I found its screen showing purple vertical line. It has faulty screen/ hardware. I immediately requested return and replacement order. Flipkart arranged Technical visit but technician not yet visited nor he receiving calls. Its one week now but no update. I have called several time to customer support number. Customer care support now not responding to call. They keep call on hold for 5-10min and disconnect it. It's ver very bad experience from Flipkart
