On 15 January 2022, through order ID OD[protected], I've ordered 08 different products of amount Rs 17, 373/- pre-paid through UPI, on Flipkart.
Out of 08 they've delivered following 06 defective products (and due to this I've cancelled 02 other products of order as safety measure).
1 Woodland shoe Rs 5349
2 Adidas track suit Rs 4199
3 Flying Machine Light Blue Shirt Rs 1953
4 Killer thermal wear Rs 1280
5 Lux Cott thermal wear Rs 699
6 Good luck raincoat Rs 999
After scheduling return pickup, pickup agent without visiting my door, updates that I'm willing to keep that defective product and cancel return requests. It happens 4-5 times for every product they deliver. Even today @ 6PM I got sms that shirt and thermal wear will be picked up before 9PM, when I called agent @8PM he told me that today its became late and someone else will pick it tomorrow.
You're requested to kindly help me to get my money back.
