I have ordered LG Monitor on Flipkart on Jan 16, As my daily driver is not working.
Product is supposed to be delivered on 20, still product is not delivered and i escalated issue in both twitter & with customer care they promised to resolve issue on or before JAN 26.
ON 25 some one from social media team called and said can i go and collect product from hub, i denied the request.
As there no update from them on JAN 26 @7:00 i went to hub to collect, as item is present hub people said item is placed some where we cannot provide it come back tmrw
I need some help to resolve this issue. I called th several times to resolve this issue they don't care about customer.
They even closed the ticket and marked as resolved

Issue flipkart not behave like previous year times... Now flipkart customer service agent give only time not solve issue
Still now not give my order and not give still cancel ya return money
