I was trying to log in to my registered Flipkart account using my phone number. So, I entered my phone number and clicked the verify button. It displayed that "otp successfully sent to 91(my 10-digit phone number)". But I didn't receive an OTP from Flipkart. I tried several(5+) times but failed. I am looking forward to your response to my problem. Thanks in advance.

    Friday I received a call from +91 [protected] mobile number, user had all my flipkart order information, he claimed that one of the order is placed so please share the OTP to cancel the same.

    Since he had all the flipkart account information, i thought he is from flipkart so shared the OTP and immediately I received a sms stating accounting has been transferred.attached image for reference.

    I noticed this suspicious activity, informed the customer service immediately but flipkart has very bad service, most of the executives not even care to respond.
    But later, i got a chance to explain the situation and they suggested to write a email to [protected]@flipkart.com.

    But no response from the recipient.again today after so many attempts, one of the executives responded to my query and registered a complaint on this.
    But what is the use of this tedious process ??
    Flipkart should have stopped this malicious activity when the user called to customers service stating account has been hacked henceforth block the account preventing from unauthorised transactions.

    I seriously don’t understand why flipkart pay later service doesn’t have two times verification process.

    I sincerely request team to take the case on high priority.

    Flipkart backend team contacted me and just restored the account and for pay later amount scam they told me to contact cyber crime.

    If this type of cases are happen dont contact flipkart, i request you to contact pay later bank account to block transactions or report cybercrime.

    Trusting flipkart at the first place won’t help you.
    I am sensing scam from flipkrt and bank partners.

    I am taking further action on flipkart.

      I have booked the laptop on Jan 17 2022 with a promised delivery date of Jan 22. However, on 22nd there was an update stating it is delayed to Jan 25 due to some unforseen issues with courier partner, eKart Logistics, even though the tracking info shows it as arrived in Hyderabad by Jan 19. We waited further, contacted customer support who gave their routine apologies and fake promises. It was once again delayed to 29th, but the website was continuing to show as 25th Jan. It was not delivered on 29th either and again got a note stating it will be delivered in two days i.e by Jan 31 7 PM and now it is 7.20 PM as I write this.

      Numerous attempts to call / chat with customer support evokes no useful information other than routine apologies and concerns and fake promises of assured delivery.

      I won't cancel the order because it was booked during the Grand Republic Day sale with instant discount on credit card. I won't get the same price again. Is this a tactic by FlipKart to force the customer to cancel the order at a discount and ensure he / she buys again at a higher price. I will never do this especially not on FlipKart again

      Each time a new person is assigned the ticket who has no idea or power to resolve it
      Everyone says its been escalated to "concerned team" which anyway does not have any concern
      You won't share the logistics partner location or contact number, so I can go and collect the product myself
      The product is in the same city as mine, still you're unable to deliver in a week's time
      No customer representative has any idea of the solution, they are only trained to speak like bots with standard template
      They cite policy and confidentiality for not sharing the exact reason / location / contact person number
      They disconnect the call midway or pretend to have lost connection to avoid harsh words
      All they want is to cancel the order so that they can save on the fake offers during republic day sale

      Today is Feb 2... still no resolution in place. its a prepaid order worth 50k and looks like they're running a scam similar to 1992, where they put all prepaid money in the stock market hoping to make fortune post NS's budget. They have no intention to provide the Republic Day offers, simply keep the high value prepaid orders hanging in balance for as long as they can, rake in the moolah and force the customer to cancel and some gullible people do reorder at a higher price, and if they cancel it.. I am not sure how long its going to take to get the refund. To my utter shock I find so many similar complaints on twitter and other social media

        Received dead Iwatch from flipkart and company is not providing any resolution says go to Apple company I ordered it from flipkart prepaid trusted flipkart but now company is not providing any response disconnecting my call everytime can consumer complaints please help ne because apple also denied it was for 15650 But noone is providing me anyresponse

          Ordered a product in the name of "MANOJ KUMAR " and before it was out for delivery i updated the delivery adress with the help of the Flipkart feature to "PRASEETHA C P" . And to confirm that the billing address change will be reflected in the invoice i contacted their customer care and made sure that there won't be any hassle in the invoice name, it will be in the name of " PRASEETHA C P". But today[protected] when the product got delivered the name and adress was the old one and i checked with the invoice from Flipkart application, it also showing old name and adress. After that i again contacted their customer care team . Now they say they can't do anything about the old name and adress. Is this the correct way of dealing with customer? It is their own staff who confirmed me that they can update the billing address and name no need ro worry on that. And after the product delivery they turn their head . I have to submit the invoice to a bank for getting my loan approved and it will be only possible if the name on the bill is " PRASEETHA C P" . I don't have a choice because i was scammed by Flipkart team . I didn't expect such a negative character from Flipkart . Serious action must be taken on this matter m i have all the call recording in which Flipkart team ensures that the billing address change will be updated 100% sure. And also all the proof with me .

                  I am flipkart plus customer more than 5 years yesterday at 5.15pm got a call from customer care saying flipkart care as it shown in Truecaller and said u have ordered 2 trousers week back which are returned and hence refund processed for which one had refund issued and another one is still in process so they asked may have verification that to clear refund to your account I said yes then they intimated a otp they said this is for verification as to refund as per new policy and I said otp after that with in seconds call got disconnected and msg came as mobile number changed

                  I came to know at that moment it is hacked hence I called customer care as when at that moment informed them and update in twitter portal regarding same and logged in through mail and decativated account

                  Though I decativated the account it is re activated again hence I cannot login from that moment as mobile number is not mine and through mail we cannot login

                  From 5.15 pm to night 11 pm I was in touch with customer care intimating them all facts and asked them to deactivate my account or atleast hold account with no further transactions apart from this what can I do as a common man nothing I can

                  When I got up morning got several mails with otps to login and a mail with order for 68k of apple phone and boat ear phones and again intimated them regarding same and they said it is not yet shipped we will be escalated so order will be cancelled don't worry like that it been 12 pm Jan 31 this day still no call received and not cancelled so I request call back and had a call with executive again he said wait for 24 hrs like that

                  Even again I intimated him clearly mobile number can be changed as per ur schedule kindly cancel order kindly make hold karke .. he said order been delivered

                  What is the use of thing that I been intimated as when happened everything how flipkart should be pro active when customer intimated as n when happened and how outers get details of order I'd of my account where it is compromised of data leakage

                  Why I been liable to pay for some one placed order through this hack

                  Even i experienced the same suspicious activity as mentioned by Devendra and in my account using Flipkart pay later hackers ordered worth 70k products and i noticed it, informed customer service immediately
                  And also sent mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response from the Flipkart customer service team. Flipkart customer service disconnect the call abruptly after listening to entire emergency situation.
                  I request immediate solution.

                      Good Morning,
                      This is to inform you that I had a terrific experience in flipkart customer care service. I would like to inform you that I purchased Samsung F41 mobile phone in last year 2021 under smart upgrade plan. I pain nearly 11, 000 at the time of purchase then after one year I have to pay remaining 5, 000. My due date is January 19, 2022 for the remaining 5, 000. I paid the amount in advance on 18th January 2022 itself. After that I called customer care also they said that your paid the full amount and now the phone is yours, I Mean no due at all. I paid the full mobile amount. (I have the voice clip recorded). Suddenly on 30/1/2022, yesterday the mobile is stopped and all mobile services locked and the screen says you have to pay the 5000 until then your phone is locked by Flipkart. If you pay the amount using your flipkart account in other device we will unlock your phone within 2 hours.
                      I already paid the amount well in advance on 18/01/2022 itself. So I called Flipkart customer service, a lady called me her name in Monika and she asked me all the details including the Order no and she says wait I will check and inform you. Nearly 15 minute I waited in the phone then she says that you have paid the amount, it shows in their systems, she don’t know why they lock their phone. I said that I already paid the amount but if you want I pay again also I pay again. Now I cant use the phone at all because all of important datas are in my phone only. So I request her unlock it. She again said wait for some time then again I waited in the call for 10 minutes then she says I forward your request to concern team they will check and inform you on 2/2/2022. I said why I have to wait for such a long period inspite of I paid the amount well in advance then I request her to transfer her call to her superior officer. Then she said wait, again I waited 10 min then she transfer the call by a person name vinodh kumar. He said he is the Chief officer and I informed him all and requested him to unlock the mobile because all my details are hidden and I am unable to use my phone. I told him that if I have to pay again 5000 also I pay u please unlock my phone and after checking the details you repay me. The message displayed in the phone itself says that if I pay the amount then within two hours the device will be unlocked. But this fellow make me nearly 30 minutes I am requested him to unlock for some time so that I can take back up of my devices or I pay the amount fully again also no problem. This fellow makes wait for me in the call nearly 30 min then I told him if I not the result by today then I have no other option except to go to Consumer Court for the problem. Then too he said you can do whatever u want and I requested again him to transfer the call to concerned team so that again I can explain my situation. But the fellow simply cut my call then I again called the customer care this time the lady monika attended but she also cut my call. I tried nearly 10 times to unlock my phone but the customer care not attended and cut all my calls.
                      I think Monika said she transfer the call to her superior but she transfers to call to another telecaller only. I had so much of mental pressure then I bought a new phone and using it now. Till now my phone is locked only in spite of I paid the amount well in advance. I decided to move this matter to Consumer court then I thought to approach Flipkart Nodal officer first to see they are taking any action towards such irresponsible cheating customer care tele caller and also to solve my problem immediately.

                              We have ordered a Havells 2.5 mm copper wire from Flipkart with order I'd OD[protected].

                              We have get different wire in box of Havells.

                              Then we have make replacement request & shared details to Flipkart customer team.

                              They have realised there fault & tell us to replace the product.

                              Meanwhile they have tell us to upload ID we have uploaded pan card for ID. We have talk with customer care team & they have told us that ID is correct we will get replacement by 1 FEBRUARY 2022.

                              On 30 January 2022 we have received message that our replacement is rejected.

                              They are doing totally fraud.

                              We request goverment to take strict legal actions & release my amount through these scam.

                                    I had ordered a phone from flipkart last year order Id OD[protected].
                                    We did not purchase flipkart smart upgrade with this. However the phone has now been locked and there's a pop up on the screen saying we have to pay for smart upgrade otherwise phone will not be unlocked .
                                    Firstly we have not bought or chose option of flipkart smart upgrade and the customer service agents have confirmed this.
                                    Despite this they are not giving us immediate response and expect us to wait till Feb 18th for response to our complaint. In the meanwhile the phone is unusable. Only emergency calls calm be made.
                                    Secondly I find it odd that a seller is able to control the phone and lock it as and when they please. They shouldn't be able to access the software of the phone. In my very limited knowledge of software and the law i truly believe this is a gross mistake by flipkart and I want it rectified the earliest.

                                    The phone was bought as a gift for my mother and she is alone with my sickly grandmother and father. It is very difficult situation that we have been put in.

                                      I booked air ticket from Patna to Goa. PNR No. KMN2JW on 25 November, 2021. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled and I had to cancel the ticket through Indigo website on 10th January, 2022. According to Indigo, they have sent the refund to Flipkart but I have not received the money yet. I even sent the refund receipt sent by Indigo. I am mailing them continuously from the last few days but no reply. I need my refund as soon as possible.

                                        I had used the flipkart pay later service and converted the amount into 3 equal monthly installments and paid successfully confirmed by financing banking partner IDFC, but till now it's 50++ days after the payment confirmation but the flipkart team is not updating this in there system and due to this my CIBIL score is empacting badly don't know weather they are doing it purposely as in any organization the maximize TAT period to resolve the issue will 30days here I already waited for 53 days not no resolution.
