    On 21 Dec 2020 I had purchased the Samsung Galaxy F41 by paying INR 10, 834/- and exchanged my old mobile(Lenovo Vibe K5 note). The total amount was paid off but Flipkart company on 13 Dec 2021 locked my phone and after making lot of efforts and going through lot of pain I got my phone unlocked on 21 Dec 2021. Now again company had locked my mobile on 30 Jan 2022 and I am unable to use any service. I have contacted Flipkart they said that they will look into the problem and delaying in the resolution. I want the company to unlock his phone as soon as possible.

      Hello Sir,

      I ordered a laptop worth INR 72, 000 from Flipkart (Seller TBL ONLINE) on 18th of January. Initially I was given a delivery date of 26 January (which was already 8 days late from the date I ordered) but somehow they managed to skip that and changed that to GUARANTEED delivery date of 29th of January. Later, they skipped that too, now after multiple follow ups they are saying that the order will be delivered on 3rd of Feb and are providing me INR 40 as compensation which I don't think is fair considering the headaches that I had to take by following up with them daily and getting lied about the order daily.

      I don't think they will be even able to deliver the product on now provided delivery date, because they have just been updating the same status of the tracking details since last 1 week (Attaching below a screenshot for your reference).

      Please look into this matter and help me get appropriate compensation regarding the huge amount they have blocked for 15 days and regular mental traumas because of their cold lies.

        Hi Flipkart Team,

        I'm plus member in flipkart. Due to WFH i was very disappointed with the flipkart services. When i order product its was mentioned home delivery available and some Expected date. So, i have ordered and reached product to my hometown. But Delivery boys are simply calling me and collect the product where they stay or shop available. They are not delivering to the home. Once he called i have asked Im occupied with my work. can you please deliver to my home they are behaving like rude words. I never expected this from flipkart delivery boys. Im not sure why my hometown they are not delivering to the homes. I wonder how other delivery partners are delivering to the home. Flipkart is failed in my hometown. Please take some action on this other wise. I'm first guy who stop applying IPO if flipkart goes into the NSE in future. If you overcome all this challenges it would be really great website in the India.

          I had booked a flight ticket on Flipkart.com.
          Flipkart Booking Reference: FF[protected]
          PNR: MNKR53

          Before Cancellation, I had rescheduled the booking through Vistara airline.

          Vistara issued a New Ticket Number:[protected]

          I had cancelled the booking through Flipkart.com thereafter, but till now I have not received any refund amount.

          Issues with communicating with Flipkart.
          They ask for new ticket number multiple times even after sharing the new ticket number[protected]

          The refund is needed urgently for the new ticket reference[protected]

          I request Flipkart to contact VISTARA sales for the PNR: MNKR53 and request refund.

          Its their responsibility to contact VISTARA sales to initiate refund. But I am doing on behalf of Flipkart in order to get the new ticket reference.

            Almost all items ordered to pincode 500028 is showing Undeliverable and a message pops ups - "no sellers ships to this pin code". I don't understand why no sellers ship to 500028 pincode when that location is the center of the city. What sort of problem arises to ship to this pincode can anyone from Flipkart explain? Please resolve this issue on an urgent basis. Thank you.

                I have played games on flipkart for which I receive
                rewards immediately. Today I played free fall
                challenge and scored more than 800 points
                twice but I did not receive any reward.

                    I placed an order for flipkart 4 door wardrobe and when i received the product i was not allowed to open the product. When the technician arrived i found that the back of the wardrobe was paper thin and was not as mentioned of engineered wood. I'm very dissatisfied by the quality i received and want to return the product.
                    But thought lets give it chance after at the time of installation techniquen said there is bend in sheet. The door get open even they are locked properly just with slight force it makes noise even when it is not touched.
                    I had paid Rs.16090 for such cheap product i don't want replacement for this product i want my refund.

                            I ordered Samsang Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with ordered Id OD[protected] on 14/01/2022. The cost of the item was Rs 25850 which was paid by me on the same date with transection id[protected] on the same Date (14/01/2022). The Item would be delivered on 19/01/2022, this was informed me by the company by sms on my registered mobile no [protected] on the app of the company. The same information was depicted on my account on the app of the company. But Item was not delivered on the same date, even on the other day i.e.21/01/2022, It was not delivered, then I called the company" s customer care number they told me because of some issues your order could not be delivered but we are trying our best to delivered it as soon as possible . The next day I called them again and receive the same answer. till noon of 22/01/22022 i called them several times but they response me even once. Finally the ordered was delivered on 22/01/22. I asked the delivering agent for opening the box in presence of him but he refused todo so. I opened it if found that the item for which I paid Rs 25850 was not in the box . It was a toy type tablet. I requested them either to replace it of to refund but they rejected my request and when I asked them to do so they threatened me to make a fir against me . and for that They asked my id proof, Inside of this I requested to them several times but they rejected my request every time . Finally I make making complain against them in the hope that justice might be done by you.
                            Kindly resolved my complain as soon as possible . Imy Economical conditions are not so good that i can tolerate this lose.

                                  I ordered a bedseat from Flipkart. and I received wrong colour so I want to return the product so I raised a return request. But they want my government I'd like adhhar card pan card etc for return. It's not Flipkart return policy. It's not safe share personal information eny body. And Flipkart share this seller if they missuse it who take risks.

                                      I have ordered a new MI 11i 5g mobile phone from Flipkart in exchange for my old mobile phone ( order ID OD[protected]. The behavior of the delivery boy was very bad. He started fighting with us.
                                      The Whole incident :- He came in front of my house, i went outside and i was checking for left out data in my old phone (which i wanted to exchange with my new phone). I took only 2 minutes to check my old phone, He started shouting at me saying that you should have done it by yesterday only. Then due to this fight, he started reducing my old phone value (which was about to be exchanged) by giving invalid reasons like screen crack and other issues, The phone has no cracks at all. He is reducing the price of the phone just because I opposed his misbehavior. The worst part is Flipkart customer care is saying that Flipkart has no authority over him regarding this issue, i don't understand how flipkarts recruits Delivery boys like these. I Am very much disappointed with the flipkart service. I want Flipkart to take action against this delivery boy or else we have to stop ordering through Flipkart and you will lose many customers due to this goon-like delivery boy.

                                        I have ordered Shoes and product is eligible for 14 days return(Any reason). When I raised a return request they are rejected without reason and overcall they told that they are facing a technical issue so asked me to raise another. The same thing is happened for 5 times after that my account got blocked & No one responding from Flipkart team.
