Hello Sir,
I ordered a laptop worth INR 72, 000 from Flipkart (Seller TBL ONLINE) on 18th of January. Initially I was given a delivery date of 26 January (which was already 8 days late from the date I ordered) but somehow they managed to skip that and changed that to GUARANTEED delivery date of 29th of January. Later, they skipped that too, now after multiple follow ups they are saying that the order will be delivered on 3rd of Feb and are providing me INR 40 as compensation which I don't think is fair considering the headaches that I had to take by following up with them daily and getting lied about the order daily.
I don't think they will be even able to deliver the product on now provided delivery date, because they have just been updating the same status of the tracking details since last 1 week (Attaching below a screenshot for your reference).
Please look into this matter and help me get appropriate compensation regarding the huge amount they have blocked for 15 days and regular mental traumas because of their cold lies.
