I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from Flipkart on 8 Jan 2022 with the specification of C type charging. But I recived the micro usb charging device. This is the issue. So, I make return request 5 times in a row but all are got rejected with the property explanation. The return policy is expired now. Such a fraud customer care when I'm talking about the problem seriously the cut down the call...
I have the audio proof that customer executive told about the order and they confirmed it problem from the end also but rejected the return request.

Complaint marked as Resolved I saw a very worst team because my return is rejected 5 times in a row but, nobody from Flipkart team and customer executive didn't have the proper explanation and reason for why is rejected. The most hard one is you can take 2 days time to verify the return request for first but keep on doing the same thing for the upcoming request means what the customer do.I raised return in 11 Jan 2022 but you confirmed on 23 Jan 2022. Based upon this how can we trust your easy return. I escalated on online that's why I got resolutions I think... Very very very happy to purchase with Flipkart - you end the call like this right but please feel the customer like that...ha ha ha
