I am ordering products from Flipkart from past 3 to 4 years to the pincode 502319 but I am unable to order anything from past 15 days every product is showing unable to delivery it is okey to show some but it is showing to each and every product what the ridiculous job of the Flipkart am seriously asking to resolve these issue i hope you consider these!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Flipkart provide cheap price on Great India Republic sale, and i order 1 Nos Park Avenue Slim Fit Men Black Trousers and 1 Nos. Park Avenue Slim Fit Men Dark Blue Trousers which Price is mentioned Rs. 779 each on 23th of Jan, 2022.

    I received my first product Park Avenue Slim Fit Men Black Trousers Order No. OD[protected] on 25th Jan, 2022, product which i received was different from which i ordered. there was black velvet strip on both the side of the pants. when i opened the the product i immediately lodge the to return and replacement request, but till now there no status of the replacement of the product is there.

    I received my Second product Park Avenue Slim Fit Men Dark Blue Trousers Order No. OD[protected] on 27th Jan, 2022, product which i received was different from which i ordered and also size, i order 34 size and i received the size 30 size.when i opened the the product i immediately lodge the to return and replacement request, but there was no replacement request. i talk to your customer care executive they are not taking any responsibility for the product. they told me to take a refund for that product, because supplier does not have stock available for that product. It is pure case of supplier negligence but the flipkart company are not taking any responsibility for negligence of there supplier. In that case were are suffering, due to negligence of supplier.

      Hi, during flipkart reuplic sale i purchased realme c25Y mobile (order ID: OD[protected] by exchaging with my old realme 5 pro mobile, after i got mobile delivered on 23rd january, then they picked my old exchange realme 5 pro and given new device and paid remaining amount, everything fine upto here, after 2 days using new device here problem started, while calling to other people through this device speaker is not working properly voice not audible, i submitted return request, but suddenly one day after cancelled return request flipkart itself without asking me, and again i raised other return request, here one technician visited and he said iam approving return and he went away and then few minutues after again flipkart cancelled return request😡, playing customer emotions, iam not asking any other mobile iam asking just replacememt, even i[censored] cant give replacement no problem to me, but poor people how can they afford money and how can they trust you #flipkart #loosing valued customers #loosing trust., just look at this issue

        I have ordered Lifelong LLTM09 Fit Pro 2.5HP with Heart Rate Sensor, Motorized Treadmill.

        Product is supposed to be delivered on 17th January, still product is not delivered and i escalated issue in both customer care they promised to resolve issue on or before 19th January and after every 2 days they have giving the new resolve date and today morning it may be resolve by 1st feb.

        I need some help to resolve this issue. I called the several times to resolve this issue they don't care about customer.

        They even closed the ticket and marked as resolved.

            My order Order ID: OD[protected] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is out of stock but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever.

              Sir, I have complaint regarding the misuse of my flipkart account which was hacked on 24th january 2022 around 3:45pm and i got mail that my registered mob. no. was changed on my flipkart plus account from [protected] to [protected]. I instantly informed flipkart regarding this even i have filed FIR against this on same day but flipkart didn't take any strict action and they told me to wait till 26th january and assured me that no order will be received from your account but on 24th january night around 3:30 am order was placed by hacker amounted Rs39935 and I somehow managed to cancel that order by immediately contacting flipkart customer care support and they again assured me that now they will freeze the account and no order will be now accepted by this account and again told me to way till 26th. During this period i was continuously in contact with flipkart customer support team on call and also on Twitter and informed them same regarding multiple mails along with report and identification proof copy for the resolution regarding my query that either my account should be blocked or new orders should be stopped or flipkart pay later account should be disabled or prepaid order should be stopped but none of them have been worked up .I have even requested them to disable my pay later account hours before the transaction happened on incident id - IN[protected] despite multiple request and one cancellation of the fraudelent order again an order was placed on 25th january 2022 around 2:48pm for the same location and this order got delivered to the hacker within 30min although at that time i was on call with the senior executive of the flipkart initially they didn't cancelled the order but later they cancelled the order for which the incident id they gave to me is 'IN[protected]' finally the order amounted to be Rs 39956 successfully got delivered . Now today i got call from flipkart and they updated my old no. again([protected]) after more than 60 hours of complaint on account and now they are asking me to pay the EMI's of the order which i didn't placed and i didn't received . I have all the evidences including voice call recordings, mails and FIR that how flipkart fooled me and I doubt that they coordinated delivery with the hacker. Please provide me proper support and suggest flipkart to bear the financial loss and mental trauma i am going continuosly through, Incident happened because of the flipkart negligence, lack of privacy, data loss and no pre-emptive mechanism . Despite my multiple pre-emptive actions and requests no actions have been taken.

                I had ordered Samsung F12 4GBRAM smartphone priced at ₹9699 with exchange offer of Rs2350 for Mi 5A on 16th Jan 2022.
                Flipkart executive came on 23rd Jan 2022 and checked Mi 5A which was to be exchanged but it had slight cut at SIM slot so he took photo and told that I will check with my colleague on this and will get back to you tomorrow. Later, in midnight I got Message from Flipkart that "Failed Delivery cannot be delivered as pickup failed" but as per Flipkart exchange faqs if customer wants to still carry on delivery in case of exchange rejection he can hand over exchange amount in cash and take the delivery.
                I was ready to pay exchange amount and take delivery but I was not asked anything and Flipkart cancelled order without any confirmation from me.
                Now on 27Jan 2022 order is showing cancelled with refund in progress.
                After raising issue with Flipkart customer care they are saying we cannot do anything as order is already cancelled, you need to rebook order. But now price of same model is showing ₹11499 whereas when I had booked on 16 Jan 2002 it was ₹9699.
                I had waited 11 days and order cancelled by Flipkart and now price also increased. Please action against Flipkart for such a fake service.

                  Return request rejected for samsung a22 phone

                  I have purchased a Mobile phone Samsung A[protected]. This phone delivered me on 17-10-22. After delivery, i found that Phone has a manufacturing defect and the camera clicks all the blurred whitish photo and the sound of phone is also very low as it is a manufacturing defect.. So i raise the return request as it contains only that option With Flipkart. I had a word with customer care. She wasn't trying even to accept that the problem resides....

                  I've booked ptron basspods 281 from flipkart on 7 dec 2021.while opening this product on the same date I got nothing more than a ptron empty box and warranty card (without earphones). I've made complaint on the same day but still not getting new product, refund nothing. After complaining a lot of times customer care people saying that your account has been blocked due to more complaint raised by you. Why cant I complaint for your fault. It's 27 january 2022 i.e.around one and a half months.I not only want my refund but also to raise high complaint against flipkart.

                    They delivered the wrong product and when i complained about the same they asked for time over and over again and then they said the seller is not approving the return and then they blocked my account.

                      Hello Sir,

                      I have joined Flipkart Affiliate program few years ago. Their policy is that referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 5000/- or more. I have fulfilled the minimum payment threshold on April21, Now its January 2022 but still I have not been paid. Earlier also I have mailed and tweeted but no response from their side.                           Why flipkart customer care ask for OTP. NOT only one customer care but the other also did the same. Flipkart is not safe.
                          I asked for replacement for one of my product as it was a wrong product. Even after replacement they gave me the wrong product. I raised complaint again and the customer care said that the seller is going to refund in my account. So she asked for my IFSC CODE, account number and the registered phone number. After that she asked for OTP.
                          I thought i was talking with a fraud and again tried for second complaint with a different number. The person did the same.

                            I ordered a supplement Jarrow Formulas Magmind Nutritional Supplement (IFS1403 90 | BG0129) through Flipkart. I have received a duplicate/fake product and Flipkart is refusing a refund after multiple requests.

                            The product's label, seal and bottom has multiple issues. Please check the attached files for confirmation. Also, the bottle didn't have the distributor's label on it which carries their address and other verification codes. I have been ordering this product on a regular basis.

                            Flipkart wants to send me a replacement through the same fraudulent dealer. So the circulation of fake products stays unaffected and Flipkart doesn't lose its commission money. They have informed me that their policy is of no refund, even for counterfeit products that are under the physical health category.

                            For Flipkart, consumer's life is not important. I'm expected to consume duplicate supplements and risk my life. Please Help. And please take strict action, so that other unaware consumers don't fall in risk by consuming such duplicate products.

                            I received a call from your team yesterday requesting 24 hours time to come to a decision, and today I received a message that the replacement has been shipped. So you have decided to treat my like a fool. Fine.

                            Let me clarify something for your team and decision makers. I've proved it that your dealer is selling "fake" products which is meant for physical consumption. It's a clear "Health hazard" issue. Now, stating your policy written by Gods which cannot be changed, you're forcing me to take a replacement from the same dealer. This means you're fully aware that a criminal activity is in play here and you're choosing to side by the dealer. For me, this makes FLIPKART equally responsible. Flipkart is voluntarily being part of fake supplement circulation racket.

                            Now, at present I'm only asking for a refund. But if I'm intimidated or forced to follow your policy, which throws me at the mercy of a shady supplement supplier, then I'll have no option but to file a legal FIR with evidences, and run behind law institutions, NGOs and other helpful sources. I know you're a big company who firmly believes that you can arm-twist an average consumer the way you want. But I assure you, I won't give up easily and later I won't settle for just a refund, since I'll have to go through undue mental and emotional harassments, and waste my time pursuing this issue/case.

                            So, I humbly request you once again to please understand the issue, cancel that shipment, and provide an immediate refund, and the matter ends here.

                                Flipkart is not giving refund.. I returned saara women geometric print, printed, embellished rayon straight kurta (blue gold) and applied for refund but its been more than 4-5 months but i haven't got the refund for that. When i call cistomer care then say that refunf has been initiatee but bank refuses. This clearly mean they are lying to their customers.
                                Also very recently i unfortunately ordered a shoe from flipkart and applies for refund as i didn't like it but till now i have not got the refund and again the customer care is claiming that they have initiated the refund but bank is refusing.. This time i want the refund for sure as we are not mad here that we'll let our money get wasted and i want refund for both the products..
                                After this i am never going to use flipkart and also never going to suggest this shopping site to anyone..
                                Plz do resolve this problem as soon as possible...

                                    I purchased whirlpool semi automatic washing machine from flipkart on 24th Jan 2022. This product does not work properly.So i request for return this product on 25 Jan 2022. But flipkart send a message that "return update: sorry the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for whirlpo... With order id OD[protected]". So how can we trust online shopping. On 24th Jan. delivered only qty:1 (one pack). Where is other pack? Secondly observed that you have charged too high with respect to MRP. Kindly look into the matter.
