I received a call from your team yesterday requesting 24 hours time to come to a decision, and today I received a message that the replacement has been shipped. So you have decided to treat my like a fool. Fine.
Let me clarify something for your team and decision makers. I've proved it that your dealer is selling "fake" products which is meant for physical consumption. It's a clear "Health hazard" issue. Now, stating your policy written by Gods which cannot be changed, you're forcing me to take a replacement from the same dealer. This means you're fully aware that a criminal activity is in play here and you're choosing to side by the dealer. For me, this makes FLIPKART equally responsible. Flipkart is voluntarily being part of fake supplement circulation racket.
Now, at present I'm only asking for a refund. But if I'm intimidated or forced to follow your policy, which throws me at the mercy of a shady supplement supplier, then I'll have no option but to file a legal FIR with evidences, and run behind law institutions, NGOs and other helpful sources. I know you're a big company who firmly believes that you can arm-twist an average consumer the way you want. But I assure you, I won't give up easily and later I won't settle for just a refund, since I'll have to go through undue mental and emotional harassments, and waste my time pursuing this issue/case.
So, I humbly request you once again to please understand the issue, cancel that shipment, and provide an immediate refund, and the matter ends here.
