I ordered a soundbar with a subwoofer from Flipkart on the 9th of January 2022. I took delivery of the package and the subwoofer is just a wooden box inside the cardboard box parcel The wooden box did not have a speaker within it. It was just an empty wooden box. The soundbar seemed ok a but the subwoofer is just a box. I arranged for an exchange via their website but this was rejected twice by Flipkart in spite of me in closing photographic evidence and offering to send a parcel opening video as well. I was unable to send the parcel opening video in view of the size of the file. I had put out a tweet and tagged Flipkart and I just got a standard response saying that someone will be in touch with me but nothing has happened since. My exchange window closes in 24 hours and I tried to login into my Flipkart account to raise a further complaint but I noticed that my Flipkart account has been blocked. I call the Flipkart customer care number and I was promised a return call within seven minutes and I just had a missed call from a spam number and when I try to call them back to phone call does not connect. In spite of all of this I have not been able to speak on message aur chat with a single person from Flipkart. I really would appreciate if someone from Flipkart would get in touch and resolve this issue. My order number is OD[protected].

Attached is a screenshot of the Opening video that I took. Happy to share whole video but unable to share here due to file size. Here it can be seen that the window in the Subwoofer wooden case is empty.

    I ordered my first order from flipkart of 6 books for my study . out of 6 books 1 book has tp be delivered on 11 th january 2022 and the remaining 5 on 14 th january
    Today mean jan 16 none of the product has been delivered to me yet . and when I contacted flipkart . an executive called me back after raising issue . they said me that my product can't be delivered and I had to reorder the products . the previously ordered will get cancelled. They made me to wait for 9th january . today 16 th january . I had made a prepaid payment . and now the books price had increased for up to 200 rupees per book . is this fair ??? I requesting you to have look at the 2 options
    - deliver my all products in one day ( as all the products are at my nearest delivery hub as shown in flipkart app)

    Or to pay me the compensation per each book for keeping waiting me for these many days and return my money ..

        Download invoice option is not available

        I have bought a Lenovo laptop charger from Flipkart on 12/01/2022 with Order ID: OD[protected]. But invoice download option is not available in my order details and also the hard copy I received is not readable. I want the invoice as soon as possible. Flipkart please look into the matter and do the needful....

        1. Please refer to order No OD[protected] in which i ordered a RAM Sk Hynix HMA85166CZR6N DDR4 4 GB (Dual Channel) Laptop (Hix 4gb DDR4 2666Mhz).

        2. I have received a duplicate/ substandard and used product entirely different from the original RAM ordered. It initially carried a 1 year warranty and 7 days replacement but now it is mentioned that it is not eligible for return. Therefore, request a refund.

          I'M RUPESH KUMAR I HAD ORDER A Motorola phone in 11th January order ID =OD[protected]
          That delivery happened on 15th and now when I returned, they are saying that we cannot take it back. The problem with the phone is that the display is damaged and the phone is not able to switch on properly. Pay mode UPI

            I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                    I ordered the product because it showed that it will be delivered next day by 11 AM. The seller belongs to the same city so there shouldn't have been a problem. Despite of the product reaching the hub near to me still no delivery attempt was made on 15/01/22 it's already 16/01/22 but still no updates about delivery and suddenly it shows that the expected delivery date is 17/01/22. When you can't deliver why do you have to fool people with misleading and false information? And why does it take 3 days to deliver in same city even after parcel reaching at the nearest hub?

                                  My flipkart account got hacked today on 15th Jan 2022, some unknown person changed my flipkart registered mobile no and email ID both by giving some fake Pan card details to flipkart customer care. The problem here is that i am a flipkart plus customer and i have Rs. 60000 credit limit in my account.
                                  And i want to close my flipkart pay later account asap before the hacker use it.

                                      I ordered laptop HP PAVILION GAMING LAPTOP on 25 dec 2021 and I got this on 27 dec 2021, and when I'm using it I find some problem the laptop is working slow and hanging order is defective . So I raise a replacement request on 29 dec 2021 after raising request flipkart cancel my request and I again raise replacment request on 31 dec 2021 and this time request is going on process I also have technical visit by HP on 3 Jan 2022, Hp exicutive come and check the laptop they also find same problem so they proceed to replace the laptop and after that I also got DOA Letter from HP Letter saying to replaced the order and hp exicutive put DOA seal on laptop and they pack the laptop and on same date flipkart again cancelled my request, so again on 4 Jan 2022 I again request for replacement and this time my order has to be pick up and replace on 6 of Jan but delivery boy didn't deliver my order cause the confusion made by Flipkart and again on 10 Jan 2022 they cancelled my request and again I raise new request on same date and this time my order has to pick up and replace on 11 Jan 2022 but they didn't deliver so they give me next date that is 13 Jan 2022, on 13 Jan 2022 my orded has out for delivery so I calleded delivery boy to confirm the time he said that he will not delivered my order cause he need to take picture of laptop with serial number but he can't take cause of DOA seal and he dont have permission to open DOA seal do he denied to pickup and replace ..
                                      And from all of this confusion and issue made by Flipkart I'm suffering with my order I got defective product and they not even replac till now
                                      After tired from again and again complaining and calling flipkart to deliver my order fast .
