This is to bring into your notice that I had order trolley from flipkart and agent is denying duty at my location saying that it is not serviceable.(ekart agent)
However last week I got delivery of iphone 12 mini delivered by flipkart agent inside my house.(another ekart agent)
I would like you to take an stern action against it and provide me with the best resolution at the earliest regarding the delivery of my product.
Also the behavior of agent was very rude, I believe your organization is lacking in provide basic behavioral trainings to the employees.
He said 'çhahiye to office se le jana', then what is the use of ordering online, I could have gone and bought it from market.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after long harassment and umpteen number of calls, emails and tweets, today finally I got my order delivered.
Thanks Miss Hemanti from customer support team for the regular assistance and arranging the delivery to my location.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
