I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me a way to update my new mobile number.

            I purchased mobile phone from flipkart and seller was Shreyash retail private limited. I applied for GST invoice but company has not provided me proper invoice and now I am not able to claim the GST.
            In the invoice company has simply pasted my GST no below my address without writing the heading GSTIN.
            And the bill now looks like I myself has inserted the GST no while punching my address and it printed as it is.
            When I took up the matter with the company neither they responded positively nor they modified the invoice.
            Seller has played smarty too. With his GST no and CIn no he has clearly mentioned the headings but not with mine. However I punched the correct information while placing my order and screenshots are attached

                Hello, I purchased exercise bike from Flipkart on 9th Jan, which they delivered on 16th Jan. Now I am waiting for installation but customer care keep assigning next day but no one is arriving to install the bike. If I install myself then the warranty is void. Now they are not allowing to return the item as well. I just keep staring at the package as is

                    I bought a mobile and i already initiated return request since the phone has volume issues. i am explaining the same issues to at least 10 different representative because each time a representative call their call gets cut and i have to call their toll free number to again schedule back a call like this i did 10 times. and still no solution . i want to return my order immediately. i feel they tare wanted doing this because they want to drag until the return plolicy gets overd. very very bad experience. i lost all my hard earned money by ordering the phone xiami 11i 5G my Order id : OD[protected]

                    if flipkart is hearing me please i really ask you to stop playing around the bush and get this useless phone returned to you and refund my money. dont jus say that customer satisfactory is your priority, . you are not even able to solve a simple customer issues with your technicians, . many if your reposentative call me and they pout their call on hold and send me an automated message to my number stating that they tried to reach me but was unsucessful. this is SO MEAN

                      Sompalli Gopalakrishna resident of Ballepalle has purchased a 'Samsung s21+ mobile' in Flipkart and he decided to sold the phone and I purchased it by seeing the post in olx.

                      As soon as I turned on the phone, I realized that I was sold illegally as the phone was purchased by Gopal in 'Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan' which means they give a discount on the phone while purchased. After 1year, customer can either exchange the phone or pay the money which was given as discount.
                      OTGERWISE PHONE WILL BE LOCKED
                      Gopalakrishna is not answering my calls.
                      Neither Flipkart nor Samsung is helping me to find a option to pay the remaining amount which I'm ready to do.

                        Hi,

                        I have ordered 2 products from flipkart with order id -
                        OD[protected] and
                        OD[protected]. These were cancelled from your end saying pin code mismatch. The package is going to far away center for delivery and getting cancelled saying they won't be be able to deliver it.

                        I have ordered the same products again with order id - OD[protected] and OD[protected]. One package is showing delivery center same as mentioned above. I'm afraid these orders will get cancelled too. Can't you fix it? Why same thing is happening again?

                        As in the previous case, this order also cancelled. It's only because of your logistics issues.
                        Fun fact is Flipkart will charge it's customer ₹50 for each quantity cancellation and you won't do anything for the inconvinience happening to the customer. What a great service!!!Highly appreciated!!!

                            We purchased a bed(cot) on 02.11.2021 that was installed by the service provider on 06.11.2021. But the bed got damaged within 40 days. One of the panels/planks got broken from the middle. We are really shocked. Even after spending such a big amount of about Rs.10000/-(Rs.9814/- actual payment + Rs.76/- loyalty bonus points) the product broke down. Then we could see the inside material of the product which was absolutely pathetic. It is made up of wood dust assembled together with gum or some other material. Actually we had complete reliance on FIPKART being such a renowned & worldwide company. We purchased it directly from FLIPKART after paying handsome amount. We did not have any apprehensions as it is marketed & sold by such a renowned & big company like FLIPKART. I am a loyal customer of FLIPKART for a long time. I never thought that I may get such an useless product from FLIPKART even after paying a good amount. I never imagined that FLIPKART will not help in arranging a REFUND/REPLACEMENT for a faulty product.

                            First we raised a complaint with "[protected]@flipkart.com" on 22.12.2021 . Two service engineers visited & checked the damage. One technician Ramesh Gowda visited on 24.12.2021 & the other technician Manjunath visited on 26.12.2021. Both of them took photographs of the damage & sent to their higher authority. The service technicians told that the bed can not be repaired as it is not wood but engineered wood. They were sympathetic to us as they understood that we have spent nearly Rs.10000/- on it & the bed got damaged so quickly. They told that Flipkart personnel will come & take the product back.

                            But the service provider did not do anything to resolve the issue. when contacted over phone their service person declined to help, though 'THERE IS ONE YEAR WARRANTY' on this product. The only thing they repeated is that the replacement/refund period was upto 10 days from purchase which is over. I told them that this is a bed & not any perishable item like fruits/vegetables. No body can ascertain the quality & usability of the bed without using it for a fair amount of time. The product is of so low quality that it could not run for 40 days. A bed can last for years together, atleast 7-10 years, without which there is no meaning in purchasing it with such big amount. SO STICKING TO THE RETURN/REPLACEMENT time period is not valid for this type of product such as furnitures & BEDs. It seems that the company does not have confidence on it's own product lasting beyond 10 days. I & my husband also spoke to the customer care executives of FLIPKART on 27.12.2021 & also many times thereafter, who were sympathetic towards our problem & promised to help on or before 04.01.2022 by 9 p.m. We were bit relieved by their assurance. We kept on contacting FLIPKART customer support many times. They kept on promising that it will be resolved in the next 3 days. i, e on or before 08.01.2022.When we sent a reminder mail on 08.01.2022, then one of their(FLIPKART) customer care executives telephoned me told & that our request for resolution of the issue could not be granted as their branch office has rejected it.

                            It is noteworthy that the product is of very low quality & is not for normal use. A bed is meant for sleeping on it. But this bed can not withstand the weight of two normal people sleeping on it. After the damage it is now clear that the bed is prepared out of wood dust assembled together. The bed can only be used as a show piece. HOW FLIPKART IS MARKETING & SELLING THE PRODUCT ?
                            I had good faith in FIPKART being such a renowned & big & worldwide company. That they will take corrective action & refund my money or replace it with another good product. But now I am disappointed. I AM ATTACHING THE IMAGES/PHOTOs of the damage & the damaged product.

                            Requesting you to take action against the company & direct them to completely refund the amount paid by us.

                            I am sure that your good office will take prompt & proper action and provide relief to me. It is very difficult to just throw away such handsome amount in this COVID situation. We also told the same to the FLIPKART executives that it is difficult for anybody to digest that she/he has lost Rs.10000/- in one month just for nothing.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing following a recent purchase from flipkart. I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received.

                              Although the price of product [BATA ARENA NON SLIP FORMAL SHOES DEBY FOR MEN-BROWN COLOR] of the price which is reflects in flipkart RS.2124/- and after discount @ 52% price is 999/-, but the product which I have received the actual price it self RS.999/- [Proof attached] and my question is that where is you have given discount. It seemed to be a lack trade practice and totally misleading advertisement under, International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN), Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), Consumer complaints cell, consumer protection act 2019 and Section 24 of the Act (Restrictions of advertisement and prohibition as to unfair trade practices) says that.

                              No person shall engage himself in any unfair trade practice for purpose of promoting the sale, supply, use and consumption of articles of food or adopt any unfair or deceptive practice including the practice of making any statement, whether orally or in writing or by visible representation which -

                              a. falsely represents that the foods are of a particular standard, quality, quantity or grade-composition;

                              b. makes a false or misleading representation concerning the need for, or the usefulness;

                              c. gives to the public any guarantee of the efficacy that is not based on an adequate or scientific justification thereof:

                              Provided that where a defense is raised to the effect that such

                              guarantee is based on adequate or scientific justification, the burden

                              of proof of such defence shall lie on the person raising such defense. Section 53 provides for penalty for misleading advertisements, extending to ₹5 million.

                              Another cause for complaint was that the I have raised the call request regarding on this issue and I was informed, need to talk with your top escalation authority, but which I have receive call from Antara, call center executive and she was says that can settle with a small amount of token and same she could not arrange the call request.

                              Finally, I have decided to bring this into top authority of your company and hope for peaceful solutions.

                              I hope you will take these points into consideration and treat this as urgent. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

                                      Hi,
                                      I received my tv on 9th Jan 2022. The Lg technician came on 10th Jan for installation. After unpacking the TV, we got to know that no remote was provided. So the installation cant be done. The same day I placed a replacement request. I asked flipkart if I can get a remote if possible. Flipkart said that I should buy the remote from outside, I will receive the amount of the remote from flipkart, and for doing so, my first replacement request will be cancelled. So the next day the same Lg person came with the remote, mounted the tv and now, the tv was also defective. The screen was blank, after powering it on, that's it, nothing happening. The Lg guy himself told me that the TV is defective. So I placed another replacement request. I got a call from flipkart after placing the request. I explained to them everything that happened and they assured me that I will get a new TV by 18th Jan (Today). According to the flipkart timeline, 16th Jan is the technician visit for the defective Tv. The technician contacted me the same day I placed my second return request (13th Jan) He visited and confirmed that the Tv is defective. Here's the RNP number provided from LG - RNP[protected]. All this is done but still Flipkart says that the technician visit is yet to be done. After all this, whenever I contact flipkart, they disconnect their calls and chat in the middle of the conversation. Here's the replacement ID-[protected].
                                      I have waited long enough. Now I don't want a replacement, I want a complete refund. Shop dealers have a better service than Flipkart.
