This my updated version of my previous compliant which is not yet solved.

I have ordered an office chair (Green Soul Jupiter High-Back Mesh Office Executive Ergonomic Chair Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair (Black)) from flipkart on 12-January-2022. Order ID : OD[protected]
Full Payment of ₹8513 was paid online. The delivery date was supposed to be 20-January-2022. The product is still not delivered.

I have been continuously contacting flipkart support regard my product delivery but the only responce they gave was we will update in 48 hours but nothing happened. And they went a step further and marked my complaint as resolved and asking me to do the same.

I have not received my product, I have not received any information about why the delay is happening, I have not received anything. But they have my money.

At this point I feel very much cheated. Why are they stealing from me ?
Are they trying to make money by cheating and stealing ?

I have never received the product.
I want my money back.

    My Flipkart account is blocked without any prior information. They provide reason saying due to multiple returns. I have been calling customer support every day but they are not able to provide any solution till now. Everytime they ask to wait and give false hopes. I have been shopping from several years. The products had return policy and it was during the sale. Some sellers describe something on the website and deliver something. Flipkart has return policy but when the customer uses it, they block the account. I want my account to get unblocked. I also have paylater activated in my account and I am unable to manage it for the products I have already purchased.

          Hello, I brought a realme GT Neo 2 on Flipkart on 23rd February
          Order ID - OD[protected]

          Got the phone delivered yesterday but there attaching picture, You can see the green tint on the picture on the left
          Green tint issue is also seen when you open realme clock app and the dialer, It looks like a green filter is applied on the screen. The AMOLED display is defective.
          It is also present on the dialer app when you make phone calls, realme clock app and settings.

          I had to call Filpkart 8 times and explain everything each time to the customer care executive and still they haven't found a solution/ initiated a replacement request.

            I m regular user of flipkart as well as i have prime membership in account. But i have been charged high. I don't want to deactivate my account but flipkart is forceing me to do so with there action.
            I have tried to contact costumer care in flpkart but there just call after hearing my issues.

                      I ordered Oil filter room heater on 25/Jan and got a Skybags suitcase on 29/Jan. I reported the issue same day and customer care said it will be replaced. When the new delivery date was given of 7/Feb, I cancelled my order and asked for refund on 31/Jan. The customer care person cancelled it and said money will be refunded in 2 days and delivered wrong item will be picked up. I have the flipkart app chat screenshot as its proof. When it not picked for a week then I contacted again and since then I am contacting or trying to contact for refund of my money.

                      Please process the refund of my money and compensate the mental harassment that I am going through. I cannot write here more. I hope you will understand my pain and resolve my concern.

                        I ordered Moto edge 20 phone through Flipkart. In that, Front camera was not working properly and there were performance issues. Flipkart gave a replacement phone. In that also, I was facing the same issue. Then Flipkart arranged for a technician visit twice. The technician rejected the refund request twice stating that there is no issue with phone. Now, when I contact Flipkart, they are arranging the technician visit again and the same technician is arranged again. Flipkart gave the defective product twice and they just arrange a technician visit so that return period for that product will be over

                          Respected Sir / Madam,

                          I have recently placed an orde on Flipkart this February. They did actually delivered order with missing items. The actual items were 25+ but they had just delivered two of it.

                          When enquired the support, they asked me to raise a return request but now are asking me to provide my ID proof details of Aadhaar or Voter ID to verify my account to proceed further for return process failing to provide the details with results will lead to non return of my order.

                          I don't understand as a company why don't they ask such informations when they deliver to the customers, instead they force us to provide such details when we look for replacement or refund.

                          It didn't make any sense and they also say they will provide these details to third party to verify my identity and then will pick up my return and proceed for the refund.

                          I am not comfortable revealing these details to Flipkart or to third party for this specific refund purpose as it looks like a.Spam and don't wish proceed with this.

                          Kindly help me resolve this issue at the earliest for me please..

                            Recently I ordered a bluetooth headphone and it delivered today`s morning, when we opened the parcel box there is no any headphone or other gagets in the box, and it is filled with lots of papers and bubbles wraps.
                            I`m still trying to contact wih yours customers service support but no response me yet.

                              I ordered an wooden almirah from Flipkart (order number OD[protected] on 20th Jan 21, which got delivered on 24th Jan.
                              The team came for installation on 28th Jan and found that the product is defective. They promised the product will be replaced within two days and fresh piece will be installed. However, no action was taken from their end till 5th Feb. I called them continously to get the product picked up but they always transfer my case to some or other team. On 9th Feb, the case has been transferred to higher escalation social media team because of my continuous tweets to them. They promised the case will be resolved within 48 hours but no action taken. Again I followed up with them, my case transferred to some other team. On 20th Feb, the team confirmed the replacement will be done on 23rd. The team came with new product part and it was also defective. I need my money back but they are not ready to refund. I am mentally harassed by flipkart team. Need to get it resolved asap. I want my money back

                                I have ordered realme wireless buds 2 on 12th Feb. and it got delivered on 13th Feb. but inside the box it was oneplus damaged earphone. i requested for replacement and they Schule for 18th Feb. but product never got delivered. I have called delivery boy (Ekart) over 50 times and he either talk for 10 seconds or don't pick up the call. eventually replacement got cancelled and then I called flipkart customer care over 20 times. no-one give proper answer if i will get replacement or refund. they put my call on hold and then cancelled the call. I have recording of every single call conversation in my phone.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have made a purchase of two products from Flipkart using Flipkart Pay Later EMIs of total tenure of 3 months

                                  Order ID of First Product : OD[protected] on 2nd of October which costs ₹2299/- (EMI amount : ₹794/-)
                                  Order ID of Second Product :
                                  OD[protected] on 10th of October which costs ₹1399/- (EMI amount : ₹483/-)

                                  EMI was supposed to end by January 2022, but I have cleared all EMIs for both of the products on time without making any delay and even before the end of tenure. i.e, By the end of December 2021, I've made a payment of remaining amount & cleared the EMIs. (Payments Receipt have attached here along with Flipkart Pay Later Due Report on monthly basis)

                                  But now I'm facing a issue with Cibil Report, although there is no due, where these two loans are updated as Over Due & in November and December of 2021 & still showing as both accounts as active without closing it off, which made my Cibil Score to decrease drastically,
                                  Details of these two products of loan account (IDFC First Bank) given below for your reference:

                                  Detailed Cibil Reports of these two accounts have been attached here.

                                  I tried reaching out CIBIL Credit beuro and raised the dispute to update correct details, tried reaching out IDFC First Bank bas well multiple times, but still I have not received any kind solution from thier end, both were asked to me reach out Flipkart Pay Later to resolve the issue, I'm trying reaching out Flipkart Customer Support team from past 2 months, but the service I'm getting is pathetic, it's still updated as overdue for both of the accounts in all credit reports which made an huge impact of decreasing credit score.

                                  Finally I'm here to file a complaint on Flipkart. I again request you to please solve the issue which causing me decrease in credit score and incorrect data in the report
                                  I request you to please contact CIBIL Team and send them a proper account status so that they can able to correct the wrong information.

                                  I'm also facing the same issue its the same story as above and I did not knew it untill I applied for a loan and then found that my cibil score reduced from 860 tp 602.. From 4 months I'm contacting flipkart for correction. How flipkart gets an authorization to play with customers cibil score. Why government is not taking any action against them. I don't know what to do I'm completely helpless please some one help me

                                        I have ordered House of Kuber Solid Woods Shoe Rack from Flipkart on 20th Jan 22 and I payed online through my ICICI debit card. While ordering the product they have promised me that they will deliver the product on 16th February 22. But they reschedule the delivery on 17th and they said they will be able to deliver it on 24th Feb. Because of that I have requested them to cancel the order and they cancel the same on 17th Feb 22. They have promised me that they will refund my money (15349 INR) to the original payment mode within 24 hours. But till now I have not received my money back. Its been almost 10 days now. I have requested multiple call backs form Flikart and every time their executives are saying different promises. They are not giving any proper answer for getting my money back.

                                        This such a pathetic customer experience from Flipkart. They are trying to cheat their customers.
