My flipkart account was hacked and gift cards worth 50000 was ordered using pay later credit, Flipkart customer care is not responding properly . Also how is such a transaction not authorised by any OTP . Flipkart security is very bad . Please cancel these gift cards and cancel the pay later transaction

    I ordered the product on 18th-Jan-2022 and also paid, order id is [OD[protected] ] .
    The product delivery date is Jan 25th-2022, but till now shouldn't shipping.
    I spoke to Flipkart customer care customer executive, they told me no valid reason, but still no response for shipping.
    Flipkart is very disappointing to me.
    I request that your order be delivered on the due date Jan 25th-2022.If not given on the due date.I will cancel my order.

        I ordered a product on Dec 31 and supposed to be delivered
        product_id: OD[protected] supposed to be delivered on Jan 12 as per schedule, but no update on that, whenever I contact customer support they tell like issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but no resolution and sometimes they keep call on hold and disconnects the call.
        worst service is provided, and customer service is all robotic responses.

              I have been ordered a book with order id OD[protected] on 18th Jan 2022. Delivery executive didn't make any effort to contact me regarding to deliver. As well as flipkart also didn't make any attempt to contact regarding to confirm about cancellation. This book was most important for me.
              Either deliver me same order or make a order me for same book.

                मैंने 8 मार्च 2021 को एक स्मार्टफोन Flipkart.com से खरीदा था। उसके साथ मैंने Exchange with buyback guarantee वाला ऑफर भी लिया था, जिसमें यह ऑफर था कि 14 मई 2021 से 14 मार्च 2022 तक मेरे फोन की वैल्यू 24500 रूपए दी जायेगी। लेकिन 21 जनवरी के बाद से ही मेरे Flipkart Account से Exchange और Exchange with buyback guarantee वाला ऑफर ही हटा दिया गया है।
                कृपया मेरी मदद करें।

                  I was order Head and shoulder shampoo 2 time and every time Flipkart cancel or rejected my order without my permission, I was order in offer and delivery side my order rejected then customer service person call me and said me that I will send your order tomorrow and cancelled my order why ?
                  I want resion or submit complain in consumer court against Flipkart and customer service and delivery person .

                    I purchased apple pencil 1 generation from Flipkart on 19th January 2022. Order had delivered on 21st January 2022. After delivery of apple pencil, I che for warranty of Apple pencil on Apple website. For this product it is showing that its warranty is till 5th October 2022. But it should be having warranty till 19th January 2023. This means they sold me fake product.

                          My 13 gift Card voucher has been deactivated which I had purchased on 16th and 17th January 2022. When I contact the customer care they are always saying we are working on it and it will resolve in 2 working days but after 2 working days it will not resolved.
                          They are asking for time again and again.

                          Please refund my money rupees 10400 which has stuck in Flipkart gift Card vouchers with 1 or 2 days

                            I want the refund of it, total amount of 13 cards is rupees 10400.

                              On 15 January 2022, through order ID OD[protected], I've ordered 08 different products of amount Rs 17, 373/- pre-paid through UPI, on Flipkart.

                              Out of 08 they've delivered following 06 defective products (and due to this I've cancelled 02 other products of order as safety measure).
                              1 Woodland shoe Rs 5349
                              2 Adidas track suit Rs 4199
                              3 Flying Machine Light Blue Shirt Rs 1953
                              4 Killer thermal wear Rs 1280
                              5 Lux Cott thermal wear Rs 699
                              6 Good luck raincoat Rs 999

                              After scheduling return pickup, pickup agent without visiting my door, updates that I'm willing to keep that defective product and cancel return requests. It happens 4-5 times for every product they deliver. Even today @ 6PM I got sms that shirt and thermal wear will be picked up before 9PM, when I called agent @8PM he told me that today its became late and someone else will pick it tomorrow.

                              You're requested to kindly help me to get my money back.

                                I ordered the item Lenovo 27 inch Wall Mountable Monitor (D27-30) [order ID OD[protected]] on 19 january 2022 by looking at the Flipkart's Big Savings days offer from 17 to 22 January 2022. The price of this item is Rs 13, 999 and the product is delivered to me on 22 jan 2022. But today 23 jan, the same seller (OMNI Tech) has reduced the price to Rs. 12, 999/-. I am loosing Rs.1000 in a single day. So I planned to cancel the item and reorder but there is no such reasons option in the return list. I didn't get a proper reply from the flipkart, then why they have to mentioned big savings date and all. Is it to lure and cheat people. I requested for refund by selecting other option that is faulty one (as there is no option for decrease in price in the list). But the seller has rejected my refund request. Now they also removed the review option for this product from my account so that they can hide the truth from the other customers.

                                Flipkart telecaller accepted that, it is their mistake. She said that the product is now out of stock... price may increase and decrease...that kind of story between severe coughs. So I told her to avoid this kind of mistakes in the future. If you buy something online and its price decreases by Rs 1000/- on the next day, you cannot describe the struggle of the customer. I just deactivated my Flipkart account permanently.

                                    I am Flipkart plus member.today my account is hacked by someone and he placed and order worth 18800 rupees in Flipkart pay later.and I received that msg like u placed an order worth 18800 rupees by using Flipkart pay later.then I immediately call to customer care but they told they r unable to cancel that order because it is a 2 Myntra gift vouchers each worth 9400 rupees..and agin I call to customer care so many times but they are not unable to cancelled that order..he also change my account password..anyone plz help me.

                                      Flipkart suddenly stopped delivering almost everything to my address (i.e., PIN). But everything is fine at different PIN which is a couple of kilometers apart.
                                      I talked with the customer executive and she was not of any help. She told me that northing is wrong with my account. She was not able to solve the problem and asked me to wait for few days and it MIGHT get resolved.
                                      On top of the Flipkart is bombarding me with sales message all the while not allowing me to purchase.
                                      I would have understood the issue if I was living in an interior place. But I stay in the IT hub of Hyderabad (in Hitec City).
