Flipkart Pay later Service Fraud by a Hacker

I have received a call yesterday to my mobile number [protected] that cash on delivery order is been placed but i told the guy that i have given any order and he asked me to share OTP for cancellation and suddenly, i got mail and message that my Flipkart account mobile number has been changed . Sharing OTP is the biggest mistake which I have done.

Flipkart provide cheap price on Great India Republic sale, and i order on a Wardrobe which Price is mentioned 14k on 19th of Jan. And expected delivery date is 21st Jan. And my Order was cancelled by the seller on 24th Jan morning. And don't take any responsibility. They just suggest me to frash order again, and the same product price is increased. Its a scam by flipkart. You are doing fraud sale scam. Just close your online scam sale

      I ordered Samsung galaxy F12 on 18th January and delivery date was given on 23rd Jan. When i see my order in Flipkart app it's showing as arriving tomorrow, but when i see in tracker it is showing as not yet shipped. When i raised the complaint the delivery date is changed to Feb 2nd, But order is not yet shipped.
      Please look into it.

        The delivery date was shown at 13 jan. But today at 25th january the item still not delivered. If they are unable to deliver at least they can refund the money . Their customar care response is also very poor.

          Hi,

          This is regarding the harassment that flipkart is repeatedly doing whenever I am trying to return a product. I have ordered shoes from flipkart multiple times but they have not delivered the correct product in multiple cases. When I try to return the product they ask me for aadhar card or pancard details to complete the request which is nowhere written in their return policy. Their CSR has already accepted that it is not written somewhere and they are doing in for verifying the customer which i don't find is the correct way. I am fed of calling flipkart again and again and is going to deactivate my account once this request is raised

            I have ordered a product from Flipkart on 11th Jan 2022 and made the payment from the credit card.
            The delivery date was mentioned as 19th Jan 2022 I have waited till 19th Jan till the expected time of 7:00 pm but there was no update from the delivery guy nor in the Flipkart application. Around 8:00 pm when I checked the status found that the delivery date has been extended till 25th Jan.
            I have again waited till 25th Jan and on daily basis get in touch with the customer care they only updated "please have patience and we will try to deliver till 7:00 pm", but today there is no update in the Flipkart application.

            When I spoke to customer care they told me that if you won't receive the product today we will get in touch with courier time and will give you some compatation based on the product price.

            I request your help for the same as I am not getting updates from the customer care team.

                Hi my self B Hari shankar achary, my flipkart account was hacked and hacker changed my mobile number([protected]) to his mobile number (hacker's number -[protected]), when i knew that my flipkart account got hacked, immediately i talked to customer care executive of flipkart but they failed to resolve and to guide me . later i sent mail about my query to flipkart's email address as refered by flipkart's customer care executive that is '[protected]@flipkart.com'
                but even after mail the hacker bought bluestone gold jewellery digital gift card using the pay later opiton worth 55000 . and redeemed immediately as my email id is associated to my flipkart account i got the mail include of the invoice (plz find in attachment ). even after i mailed to flipkart i have not yet received any mail form filpkart with regarding to resolve of the problem so my request to plz solve my problem.

                  I do ordered a Dress from Flipkart Order id:-OD[protected]. Order was pending for a long time after 2, 3 days the order has been cancelled by the seller. And asked me to book the product again then they will give me 100 rs as gift voucher but the product was out of stock. I contacted the customer team they said the product was damaged. If the product is damaged then the product should be replaced not cancelled. What the consumer don't have any rights?

                      Purchased the Brickwud Crislona LHS L shape sofa during the sale in November 2021 and was not given an option to cancel despite the fact that they delivered a month later. The sofa was delivered and assembled by delivery men resulting in the sofa legs falling out due to the fact it was not properly installed. My daughter managed to put the sofa legs back but it kept coming out. The same was informed to Flipkart, not once but several times. Flipkart said that the same would be resolved but the dates kept being pushed back, atleast four times.The latest being 20th January. We keep waiting for updates but looks like Flipkart customer care is least interested in helping resolve the issue. I am unable to contact the seller because the number provided is invalid. All we wanted was to replace the legs of the sofa since it's under warranty.

                        I booked poco x3 mobile in flipkart on 06 january 2022, my order no : OD[protected].
                        I booked that order through a EMI my 1st month EMI also debited in my account but still i did not received my order. they said expected delivery date 17 january 2022 but they said due to some logistics issue they changed delivery date 20 january 2022 but i not received that provided date also. they again changed delivery date 25 january 2022. i expected product delivery today(25/12/2022) but they cancelled my product with out my information. i tried call with flipkart customer care they are not responding my issue.

                          My Flipkart account Mobile : [protected] was hacked and the mobile number and email id was updated to another mob and email. Even after complaining for several times the customer care never resolved my problem. It was then showing no account with this mobile no. and email so I created a new account with same mobile number. after i receive notification from IDFC Bank i purchased 70k item from Pay later what the hell is this?

                                I got buyback guarantee of Rs. 25k on the behalf behalf of oppo Reno 5 when I bought this phone at 26th Jan 2021. Now this month 6 Jan 2022 I was just checking new phone Vivo v23 Pro and attached buyback guarantee with this phone and added in card. Due to any reason when I remove this from cart, it automatically shifted in my order history with order not placed category. Point is my buyback guarantee also attached in this. This buyback guarantee won't come back until it has cancelled properly in order history. This scheme is about to expire at 29th Jan 2022. So I couldn't buy a new phone until I got this scheme back. If it is not resolved before 29th jan, I will lose 25k.

                                I already talked to flipkart executive, but they know nothing. Simply said, Sorry for Inconvenience, our backend team are working on it. I don't know, why does escalation team communicate to me directly, they haven't sent me even a single mail about status of my issue.
                                Seriously this is worst service I have ever seen.

                                  Complaint detail :
                                  I ordered 5 swiggy digital gift vouchers on 16 January 2022, [ 1 voucher costs 980Rs - such 5 vouchers - Costs 4900Rs+Interest rates (As purchased by EMI) ] the order was supposed to be delivered on the same date & I not got the order.
                                  when contacted flipkart customer care - they suggested to wait 24-48 Hours each time and extended the dates without no proper resolution . It's been 10 days since purchased and no proper update/refund is provided..
                                  already raised tickets are closed from flipkart side mentioning "solved NRR"
                                  Actually my contacts details were available all time and without any updates they are closing the ticket improperly.
                                  The seller also mentioned "delivered" status in order status without delivering the order.
                                  The flipkart is fooling the customer (me) by extending the days telling would provide proper resolution & would escalate issue.
                                  At end : flipkart would close all raised issues/ticket as solved as customer not replying.

                                      I complained flipkart customer care about fraud order placed from my account registered with amit.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. [protected]. A call received by me from the number [protected] on 22.01.2022and informed me that m order placed by me on flipkart for kodenipr surgical mask is out for delivery and my delivery address i.e. my office address is close and he needs otp for delivery of order on my residence. I was in hospital and I shared otp to that caller.At night, approx. 11 PM When I checked my email, I mobile number was updated two times, first number updated is [protected] and second is [protected] and also received email that 7 E-gift vouchers of Blue Stone Gold Jewelry each of Rs. 7000 and total Rs. 70000 was delivered to email [protected]@gmail.com and invoice received on my email.The order was placed using flipkart pay later EMI. I told all thing to flipkart customer care and toild to deactivated those E-gift vouchers code instantly so that fraudster could not get the delivery of physical gold jewelry if he already placed order either from Flipkart or Blue Stone. I requested flipkart customer care executive to co-ordinate with bluestone and cancel/deactivate the E-gift vouchers code so that if order is on the way to delivery the order should be returned to the seller and my loss is prevented of Rs. 70000. if not taken any action then I have to pay the amount of Rs. 70000. I complained on 11:52 PM of 22.02.2022 but till now no resolution is provided from Flipkart. I talked so many times to Flipkart customer care but they only say that I understand your problem and wait for 24 to 48 hours for resolution. Again, after complaining flipkart and requested them to suspend my account so that another action could be stopped by fraudster using my flipkart account. but on 10:56 PM on 23.01.2022 I again received eamil that mobile no. [protected] is updated in my account, then i deactivated my flipkart account after getting advice from a senior desk executive from flipkar. (I have voice recordings of all calls received from flipkart.). Complaint no provide by flipkart customer care is: IN[protected] And IN[protected]
                                      It is requested to take proper action so that it could be prevented the loss of Rs.70000 as the order was not placed by me. I also complained to Gorwa Police Station on 23.01.2022 regarding this fraud.( copy enclosed). I also complained on [protected]@flipkart.com regarding this incident

No call has been received regarding resolution of complaint.
