I Manik had a Flipkart Which was blocked by Flipkart in October 2020 For returning too many orders as per reason stated by Flipkart, I Have been ordering since 2017 with 400+ Orders in my Account.

If I get an Seal Broken Orders or Wrong size of clothes Delivered isn't it eligible for return But Flipkart refused that they won't revoke ban on my Account

I Complaint earlier but Flipkart Did not contacted So I am Again Complaining to Flipkart to Check in my matter ASAP

    I had order the Apple Watch and the colour was differ for that I request the seller to replace it but the seller making me fool again n again by not picking my order for more than 6 no of time and after that they made my I’d blocked and not issue my refund

        Hello Team, This is regarding my latest order from flipkart (BOROSIL Pack of 35 Opalware RB) which was expected to be delivered yesterday as a Lohri gift on our Lohri festival.

        I called the delivery executed yesterday morning for delivery timing and he confirmed for delivering the product in evening hours however later he denied for delivery and asked me to collect the product from delivery office.

        Today also he disconnected the call after taking and not responded back.
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Flipkart has raised outstanding dues for Rs.5754.93 against M-Flipkart internet pr on 13.12.2021 whereas i have not purchased any item of above amount from flipkart.

          I tried to contact costumer care but they not picked call and when called to me no answer received.

          Flipkart making fool to people by such deduction.

          Request to refund the amount at the earliest.

            Dear sir,
            With great disappointment I'm writing this complaint as your customer support team is incompetent to resolve my issue. I have a dispute about my Flipkart Pay Later account billing as I have returned some products in Dec'21 but still charges not removed from my account.
            I was trying to resolve this from 15th of Dec'21 onwards but your agents disconnecting my calls and not calling back. Finally after several attempts and huge mental stress and trauma, also waste of my precious time I was able to raise a complaint with your Escalation desk agent (Ms. Aprana) on 2nd Jan'22 and I told her last date to pay is 5th Jan'22 so please help. She gave me a reference no: IN[protected]
            and assured charges will be removed before 5th Jan'22 and my payment of around Rupees 1600 will be adjusted also then I can pay remaining amount but today is 6th Jan'22 and my issue still not resolved. You are charging me for something I have returned and you have not adjusted my last payment which is unfair.
            Your agent, Aparna accepted that Flipkart is at fault and charges are incorrect so she promised it will be removed from my account.
            Please resolve this urgently.

            I will write an email and copy that email to national consumer forum team,
            Also, I do need compensation amount from Flipkart for giving me unnecessary mental stress and phone calls I had to make to Flipkart and my valuable time. I'm writing this email at midnight 2am so you can understand how annoyed i am. It's great example of poor service and caring for customer.

            Nobody has resolved my issue or calling back but they are calling to collect payment. Now I have charged late payment of INR 410 which again not my fault as I was told no late payment and issue will be resolved. I'm ready to pay but remove unnecessary late payment charges..

              Hi Sir,
              I have ordered Metro Bellies for Women shoes product in flipkart on 7th January 2022. The product has been delivered on 10th January 2022. And on that day I saw that the shoes has big size and raised return request 11th January 2022 on next day. And delivery came to take up the product and he rejected to took the product due to strain issue. But there is no strain on this product still he rejected to take up the product. Again I have raised new return request and Flpkart approved my return request on 11th January 2022.
              And again I got a message that delivery partner rejected to pickup my product. Could you please check on this issue and get me resolved asap.

                  I have bought realme airpods neo from flipkart.and there is issue in that products.i am trying to return it.but they reject my return request
                  My 2 airpods is not working very bad quality like a product is local like 200 rs only

                    I have ordered a blutooth headset nothing ear 1 black colour. Unfortunately i recieved a white coloured product on 27th of December. I requested for the replacement on the same day. But Flipkart ias rejecting my replacement request Asian and again. Today is 14t is January. But still my issue is not resolved. They are making me wait . This is the sixt replacement request.

                              Hey @flipkart, looks like you have gone crazy these days, letting your sellers defective products like never before.

                              I have ordered a brand new REALME C20 device and this is really crazy, This is my 2nd replacement request already, performance is extremely slow and the technician who visited stated some ### policy that they are @Jeeves, a 3rd part vendor for flipkart and rejected my replacement Request.

                              More over the CUSTOMER support when CONTACTed, after explaining the issue they just go on mute for around 20 mins and just disconnect.

                                    I have order IPHONE 12 Black 64 gb (51999 Rs. Paid from credit card) from flipkart on 31-12-21 My persal delivered me on 3-1-22 when i open a box in fornt of Ekart Person i see in box i have recived A face wash then i go to Ekart office with Ekart person his officer tell me that we cant do anything its not on our hand you can call to flipkart then i call to flipkart and they log a call (OD[protected] then they send me mail for id and products pics then i can send all details in mail and also in Flipkart App ( find attachments for mail screen shot ) resolve date showing 15 jan after that in 6 jan have recive a msg that your ur complaint is resolved i can call back to Customer care and they tell me that u can’t send ur detais so we closed ur call then i can reopen the complaint and its show me 18 jan for resolving date after that i can resend all thing 5 to 6 time thats they want after that i can call 30 times to customer care for my complaint update no one can give me satisfaction answer today i can call customer care for my complaint they tell me that for some technical problem ur complaint not going to our backand team so we reraise you complaint after that my call automatically close and my flipkart app showing me “ ur call is resolve from troubleshooting “ then i recall to customer care they tell me ur call is closed from some technical issue then i reopen the call today now i see in app my call resolving date is 24 jan
                                    i can’t understand why they close my call and why they change my resoving date Flipkat is a multination company why they not solve this issue i can spand 51999 rs and i have recive a face wash

                                    Sir please I request u do needful ur selling doing fraud to me
