      My order Order ID: OD[protected] It's not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very disappointed. Hope you can help me in some way as this is important for me. Appreciate your service.

        When I asked for return, flipkart is forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD ) scanned copies to get my return request accepted.
        As a common man, I was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties.
        They are harassing me by not accepting requests and not giving refund.
        One thing I want to know, If the sellers and flipkart have delivered defective products to me (customer), why are these people asking customers confidential documents for their own mistakes and faults that too at the time of return?
        If its mandatary to provide Id proofs, why can't they request these documents at the time of registration in flipkart, then people who interested to provide confidential will use flipkart if not they won't.
        I'm really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behavior of flipkart.
        Kindly help in accept the return.

          I want to deactivate my flipkart paylater account, but getting any help in deactivating my flipkart paylater account, i am worried because i accidentally activate the flipkart paylater in my friend flipkart account but thanks to him he completely gives his account to me and i have change the mail id and i want to deactivate the flipkart paylater so that i can give the account back to him but unfortunately flipkart not helping me in this and ignore.
          I request Flipkart please have a look on this because i have many complain issue with you and every time you did the same you promise but you never help or resolve the problem.

            I have placed an order for Apple iPhone 12 Mini green 128GB variant. But I have received an iPhone 6S which is dead. Regarding this I have been following up from past 1.5 weeks and nothing has happened.

            Flipkart just dragging time and not being helpful at all... regarding the money I invested I'm getting mental depressed now, and feeling so suicidal on this matter.

            I really don't know what is gonna happen.

              I have ordered iPhone 12 mini 128GB variant and received iphone 6s which is not even turning on. I have signed all the consent of filing an FIR also but still I haven't got any resolution from flipkart and they just dragging the time.

              Its really giving mental depression and suicidal. I can't handle the pressure.

                I placed an order realme book RMNB1002 laptop through flipkart, got delivered Yesterday(19.01.2022) realme book laptop (Price. 52999/-), When i was "turn on" the laptop dots coming on the screen, i was realy offset, when i book ed the package including ms office & windows 10 installation. But laptop is not working .After i contact to flipkart custmar care, they didnot respond properly, they told ask to realme company people, after i ask to realme company people they told also same like that. today I contacted both (flipkart/realme) companies 4 to 5 times, but no use. (They are troubling so much)

                in flipkart 7 days returns policy also there, there are not responding,

                i want to replace or cancel the product.

                  I have received the defected laptop battery from Flipkart
                  The battery is not working and is the poorest quality. It worked only for 20 days. Now it is not working. It is not even backing up for a second.
                  This is a serious issue and I need my money to get refunded please.
                  Flipkart should sell the good products and maintain its standard.

                  I have all the proofs and want to get and the money . My hard earned money has to be respected.

                    I Am Customer in Flipkart from Sep 11 2014 to till now, and in 2018 period they had provided Flipkart Pay later service to me, and they asked pan number to me and i am also provided to Flipkart company and as we know that flipkart is providing credit to his customer with the tie up of IDFC first bank, and i had purchased so many products using Flipkart pay later option and i had paid the due amount before due date regularly, and 4 months before i had checked my cibil score that has showing i want to pay Rs.500 to IDFC bank and at that time i didn't take this seriously and past 15 days before i am again recheck my credit report and it has showing i want to repay the amount of Rs.1346 and i am so shocked and enquired to IDFC bank they told to contact flip-kart i also update my issue to flip-kart customer service multiple times but till now there is no proper reply to me and i had e-mail my issue to both Flip-kart and IDFC bank but there is no satisfied reply on their side

                        I purchased a mobile with insurance. Now, I had some crack issue on my phone, so I raised a claim on Flipkart's android application. It submitted all details and it showed me 'Claim is processing'.

                        But after a few days when it showed still the same message to me, then I firstly contact Flipkart. they told me that no such claim is received from my end.

                        Then I check their website, no such claim was showing there but the same is showing on the android app.

                        how can their website and app can show different data?

                            I had recieved a a damaged screen mobile when found unpacked, called the customer executive to actually resolve the issue, the told me that seller will provide me a replacement of the phone or refund. few days later seller rejected the phone and refund was initiated, till today no sign of refund has been from flipkart neither the sellers side. its very embarassing to see this issue this way. would never irder things on flipkart anymore.

                              I purchased Asus laptop from Flipkart with order id OD[protected]. The same was delivered on 15th Jan. but the laptop I received is damaged and defective. It is having dents/bumps in it and it is not at all turning on. I raise replacement request and daily I’m following up with mails and call atleast 10 times per day. But no one is responding properly. They are simply disconnecting my calls.

                                I have created flipkart account seven years back with a mobile number and an email id.

                                Some time ago I lost my mobile phone and the mobile number and I could not reactivate that mobile number registered with flipkart account. So I have bought a new sim card.

                                The main problem is when i am trying to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and have my flipkart account password, but the OTP of the old mobile number cannot be entered as i lost that mobile number and now i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  We have a serious issue regarding Bharat Lifestyle Nano L shape Fabric 6 Seater Sofa ordered from Flipkart on 4th Jan'2022 for Rs. 23, 999.
                                  We requested for replacement on 5th Jan'2022 due to poor finishing and fabric damage at one corner of the sofa.

                                  We got a call from Easy fix for a Technician visit which was completed on 14th Jan'2022.
                                  Contact no. from Bharat lifestyle (Easy fix)- +91 [protected], Name- Ruchika
                                  Contact no. of Technician- +91 [protected], Name Sharukh

                                  We contacted Flipkart customer care on 15th Jan '2022 and let them know that the app is still showing as pending on Technician visit however it was completed on 14thJan and Flipkart is not able to properly track the issue with the product to which they confirmed that it could be a technical problem.

                                  On 17th Jan'2022 we got a call from Spoton courier services for product pickup, we called Flipkart customer care to double check meanwhile their app is still showing on pending Technician visit to which one of your agents confirmed to us that we must get pickup acknowledgement from the pickup agent and there could be a technical problem with the app not showing correct status.

                                  On 18th Jan'2022 Flipkart app showed the current status as " Your return request is canceled ".

                                  It's a shame how the issue of the customers are being tracked by the Flipkart and the app is not updating with the action steps arising to multiple calls to customer care.

                                  I have done ample online shopping with Flipkart, but this time it really cost the trust which I had on Flipkart safe online shopping.

                                  At this moment, the product has been picked up from our place, and we have already paid for the product.

                                  One of the grievance officer from Flipkart informed us that Flipkart is not responsible for our purchase and provided us with Bharat Lifestyle contact number and email address which is not valid when reached.
                                  Surprisingly such fraud sellers are tied up with you and as a resolution you guys are totally not taking any responsibility.

                                  We don't want replacement from Flipkart now, we would like to have refund.

                                  Yes..this issue needs to be taken up by Flipkart seriously...Flipkart needs to make sure that no fraud seller can do business on flipkart..You cannot just do away with ur responsibility by providing seller contact number and that too fake..

                                  I urge flirpkart to take this issue right away ..as i was present when all this happened..and this really evokes the trust placed on a brand .!...go and check our transactions history with flipkart..and u will definately realise the cost of the trust u have broken .!

                                        Respected Sir/ Madam, E-commerce online shopping website Company Flifcart, I was recived the defective product, But as long as the charger is connected to the laptop, the laptop remains ON and if the charger is removed from the laptop then the laptop is Shut Down .And the USB port on the charger side doesn't work at all.flifcard Has sent me the refurnished laptop?What if buying a new laptop requires taking it to a service center, so what happened then, I don't know what to do now, Looks like it is better to take it from the shop, I think Amazon is better than flipcart, my Money Also Gone And Nothing Came In Hand, This Is Not The Right Thing To, , product is totally usless, thats why, I was returned the product 22 days ago but so far, But till now Flipkart has not taken the product back, and is not giving any resolution, Flipcart Customer care agreed that due to technical problems, thats why can't pickup, and finally flifkart cancelled the return, For this i have also calls 10 time to Flipcart customer care but today is 25 days and till now Flipcart not giving any resolution for that. I told that them, If you don't get any resolution then I will complaint to Consumer But they didn't take this Seriouslly and answering me we can't do anything on it. Now I'm tired/desperate of calling to flipcart, no resolution is being to Flipcart card, refusing to return the product, Flipkart has completely violated the return policy
