I had ordered 2 ivbox Ezygrill non stick pan worth 277 inr each, through flipkart on 3rd october 2021.
The order id is OD[protected].
i made payment using paytm wallet on 7th october at 9.34 pm, wallet transaction id [protected], Order id : PZT[protected]R7SFL01, INR 554, which was successful, but flipkart app failed to update the payment gateway.
The customer support at flipkart advised me to make payment via cash on delivery, so i made payment twice, assuring me a refund for the above mentioned transaction back to my paytm wallet. it's been more than months, i did not receive the refund yet, non of your customer service executives have satisfied my query.
Kindly help me in this regard and order to make refund asap.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Numerous attempts to call / chat with customer support evokes no useful information other than routine apologies and concerns and fake promises of assured delivery.
I won't cancel the order because it was booked during the Grand Republic Day sale with instant discount on credit card. I won't get the same price again. Is this a tactic by FlipKart to force the customer to cancel the order at a discount and ensure he / she buys again at a higher price. I will never do this especially not on FlipKart again
