It is more than 1 month for refund amount Rs. 1950. Flipkart is not refunding my amount and it is more than 1 month. I have called so much time. Now, there is no support from flipkart. Please see the attachment.

    My flipkart accout got hacked and with continuous day & night follow up with customer care team, they reinstated my mobile number after 11 days !!! By that time the hacker misused the account for around 55, 000/- and now flipkart is asking me to pay for the amount which was purchased by using Pay Later.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have purchased refrigerator from Flipkart and after delivery, installation team was expected to install the product but on the promised date of installation Flipkart cancelled my installation without my knowledge. Installation team never called or never contacted to me and they cancelled my installation which is causing me wasting my time .

                  Ordered a earbud from Flipkart. As there was a issue with the items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of the product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card and other details for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery person. Why I need to share my ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers like this?

Recently when I checked my Credit Score, it was downgraded inspite of making all payments on time. I want my credit score to be restored and also deactivate my Flipkart Paylater account.                           I'm a flipkart paylater user, i always pay my dues on time. But when I checked my cibil report i was shocked to see that I lost my cibil score. Flipkart somehow messed up and failed to pay idfc even though I paid flipkart before due date.

                          I have called and emailed them more than 20 times as of today. I'm fed up and now trying to move to consumer court

                              I had purchased 2 units of boAt Rockerz 255F Prowith Fast ChargingBluetooth Headset on 21st feb online on Flipkart and paid 2098 Rs On 22nd feb and my order ID is - OD[protected] . I received the order on 22nd feb and when I opened the box there was only one Unit and I immediately informed the flipkart customer care.I was asked to share the ID proof which I had already shared twice on [protected]@flipkart.com and yesterday I was told by flipkart customer care that they don't have access to that email and they never receive any email on [protected]@flikart.com.There is no coordination between flipkart and the seller .Everyday I am following up with customer care for my refund unfortunately there is no update and solution yet and everyday I am getting a new date for resolution and my issues are simply getting extended .Immediate actions need to be taken on Seller and flipkart both for this kind of fraud business .I have had a lot of mental pressure in tha last few days .
                              Expecting immediate justice for my issues.

                                I am giving the return product and asking why you cancel my return yesterday he was yelling at me and spoken unparlimentary words and trying to beat my brother, neighbours of our housecame to stop him, i never saw any delivery executive with this type of behavior .he is worst, threating the ladies how you appoint these type of rowdies in your company.please make sure to take action against him otherwise i will make complaint in consumer forum court thank you

                                  Flipkart has blocked my account while I’m trying to return a product. I have contacted customer support. They said they have raised complaint will get resolution through mail. The mail says account has blocked due to number of returns. But i have returned only 2 or 3 items. I want my account back.

                                      I want to pay my overdue flipkart paylater amount. But my account was blocked for unknown reason.And I called the customer support team many times for help but not a positive reply from there side. If my account was blocked then how could I pay my overdue amount. Also my cibil score has been decreased for this reason.
