Complaint detail :
I ordered 5 swiggy digital gift vouchers on 16 January 2022, [ 1 voucher costs 980Rs - such 5 vouchers - Costs 4900Rs+Interest rates (As purchased by EMI) ] the order was supposed to be delivered on the same date & I not got the order.
when contacted flipkart customer care - they suggested to wait 24-48 Hours each time and extended the dates without no proper resolution . It's been 10 days since purchased and no proper update/refund is provided..
already raised tickets are closed from flipkart side mentioning "solved NRR"
Actually my contacts details were available all time and without any updates they are closing the ticket improperly.
The seller also mentioned "delivered" status in order status without delivering the order.
The flipkart is fooling the customer (me) by extending the days telling would provide proper resolution & would escalate issue.
At end : flipkart would close all raised issues/ticket as solved as customer not replying.

      I complained flipkart customer care about fraud order placed from my account registered with amit.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. [protected]. A call received by me from the number [protected] on 22.01.2022and informed me that m order placed by me on flipkart for kodenipr surgical mask is out for delivery and my delivery address i.e. my office address is close and he needs otp for delivery of order on my residence. I was in hospital and I shared otp to that caller.At night, approx. 11 PM When I checked my email, I mobile number was updated two times, first number updated is [protected] and second is [protected] and also received email that 7 E-gift vouchers of Blue Stone Gold Jewelry each of Rs. 7000 and total Rs. 70000 was delivered to email [protected]@gmail.com and invoice received on my email.The order was placed using flipkart pay later EMI. I told all thing to flipkart customer care and toild to deactivated those E-gift vouchers code instantly so that fraudster could not get the delivery of physical gold jewelry if he already placed order either from Flipkart or Blue Stone. I requested flipkart customer care executive to co-ordinate with bluestone and cancel/deactivate the E-gift vouchers code so that if order is on the way to delivery the order should be returned to the seller and my loss is prevented of Rs. 70000. if not taken any action then I have to pay the amount of Rs. 70000. I complained on 11:52 PM of 22.02.2022 but till now no resolution is provided from Flipkart. I talked so many times to Flipkart customer care but they only say that I understand your problem and wait for 24 to 48 hours for resolution. Again, after complaining flipkart and requested them to suspend my account so that another action could be stopped by fraudster using my flipkart account. but on 10:56 PM on 23.01.2022 I again received eamil that mobile no. [protected] is updated in my account, then i deactivated my flipkart account after getting advice from a senior desk executive from flipkar. (I have voice recordings of all calls received from flipkart.). Complaint no provide by flipkart customer care is: IN[protected] And IN[protected]
      It is requested to take proper action so that it could be prevented the loss of Rs.70000 as the order was not placed by me. I also complained to Gorwa Police Station on 23.01.2022 regarding this fraud.( copy enclosed). I also complained on [protected]@flipkart.com regarding this incident

All customer executives are saying wait for 24 to 48 hours and flipkart team will call you. all call received from flipkart customer care no is +914068987300 and +914461762300. No call has been received regarding resolution of complaint.

        I have ordered the Pendrive by paying from my bank amount costs - 363/- in which money gas deducted, later due to some issues I have canceled the order. I was got a message from Flipkart that money has refunded to me on Jan11-2022 itself but I didn't get the respected mail or message that money has refunded from the customer.

        please kindly look into the screenshots provided to solve this issue asap and refund the money....

        I returned a product in Flipkart on 22 January 2022, the order I'd is OD[protected], refund reference number is[protected], refund amount was 497, after 72 hours I didn't get any refund amount. Please solve the issue

          From past few days I am unable to order pretty much anything on Flipkart to my pin code 500049, Miyapur, Hyderabad.

          I really shocked that Flipkart is not delivering in my area.

          It is not just few products, it says the same for all the products.

          Please address this issue ASAP.

            I am purchased a 'Ajmal Ajma Diza EDP Fruity Floral Perfume 100ml ' from flipkart on 9th January 2022 and product delivered on 20th January 2022. When product is delivered then i am open product box i see that i am recived damage and broken perfume bottel. Regarding this issue i am raised a complaint via customer support on 20th January 2022. Customer care create a return request for this and my return approved my request quickly than on 20th January 2022 pickup boy come at my location and pick up boy opening the seal of product and denied to my orginal product and update a wrong reason for reject my return request. After i again creating return request in flipkart app help desk 4 to 5 times but i am not recived any type of response from flipkart esclation team.
            I am also a flipkart plus member after flipkart provide third class service. I am very frustrated about this because i am pay 1917 rupees for this. So i am requesting to you please help me and provide my refund immediately.

              I ordered an item on 17 Jan 2022 with a promised delivered date of 19 Jan 2022 .there’s been no response from flipkart Regd my order they are extending the resolution date every dead line date .
              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              They cancelled my order and now the price of the increased if they have said this so I would have cancelled the order days before and would have received a product for a lesser price this is utter disappointment and unprofessional of them .

                    I ordered sony Playstation 5 from Flipkart by paying 49990/- on 17th Jan with promised delivery date as 18th Jan but it was not delivered to me citing some logistics issue then the next date given to me was 21st Jan and even after 21 st Jan it was not delivered to me, on 24th Jan I was notified that the order was cancelled and if I choose to place another order in next 10 days will get a gift card but the product is out of stock and is very hard to get. I have asked for an immediate refund but I have got no response. Flipkart has blocked 49990/- for around a week now and has neither delivered the product or refunded the amount. I believe I should be compensated for the amount blocked by flipkart which has affected my liquidity.

                      I purchased some item From my paylater account which is some amount 2000 approximately.
                      Many times I called this customer care for account suddenly block.
                      I request please unblock my account I want to refund my product.. but it's not happening. Since 80 days gone. Still now my paylater account showung.
                      Due to this flipkart ingorance . My CIBIL getting very low impact.. I want to need proper explanation.. why my cibil is low..

                          I have paid my Flipkart pay later due amount of Rs. 1807 on 1st Nov 2021 at 10.41 AM before due date and same is debited from my account and status showing successful (attach screen shot for your ref) .. even after that i m getting calls from flipkart pay for due amount which is already paid.. I have raised the concern issue with my banker and i got reply showing amount is credited to beneficiary account (attach mail for ref) and till the date i am getting reminder and call everyday for amount i have paid 2 month ago.

                          I am requesting you to resolve my complaint because it is very much disappointing and frustrating behaviour of flipkart . i have requested customer care to provide me email where i can share proof of payment as customer i have done my job ... it is fully flipkart responsible to investigate on where is money laying because it it deducted from my account attach bank statement for ref.

                            Hi Team,

                            My flipkart account phone number has been changed, on 23rd Jan around 11 AM, immediately after that I reported the fraud to flipkart and ask them to change the contact number to the original and also asked to close pay later account which had 70000 credit. I followed up with them over call multiple times and asked them to block all the transactions. They just said they have escalated, in the evening around 6PM I received an email from flipkart about the pay later account closure within 72 hours, I asked to close the account immediately as the account is hacked.

                            They did nothing, and at night around 12:12 AM on 24th Jan 2022 they hacker placed an order of 7x10000 bluestone vouchers(OD[protected]. I saw the email in the morning and tried to cancel but I am not able to do so. I called flipkart and asked to reach bluestone.com to cancel if there is any txn made. They again delayed, and did not get any proper response from them yet. The mobile number which committed the fraud is [protected]. I tried all the possible things to prevent the fraud, but due to flipkart delay this happened, now its showing as pending EMI in my end, I would wish the cybercell to investigate the issue and give me a proper resolution.

                                It’s been more than 2 months that my account got blocked and I approached support team multiple times but didn’t get a proper resolution from them. They informed that there are some irregularities in payment, but I haven't done any. I need to know the irregularities which I have done and the support team even stopped responding when I approach them in Twitter.

                                I have been using Flipkart for past 7-8 years, placed multiple orders and I am not sure why they blocked my account

                                I request the team to transfer the amount of 5k which I am having in my flipkart wallet to my Bank account or whichever convenable.

                                Please look into this.

                                  I purchased my new smartphone from flipkart exchange offer, they are showing me the value 4500 in exchange. But when delivery executive came, Delivery agent ko bahut jaldi thi wo apne aur orders ko lekar phone p baat kr rha tha. mobile exchange ki to koi baat hi nhi kr rha tha ..siddha khta h..1500 do or mobile le jao ..screen shi nhi h...jbki usme koi dikkat nhi thi... puchne pr khta h...ye problem sirf mujhe dikhegi tumhe nhi ...how rude he is ...
                                  mujhe mobile urgently chahiye tha isliye maine usse 1500 de diye ...but now i feel that's wrong .
                                  Please do some justice.

                                    Such a disgusting customer service my return has been cancelled without discussing with me of the issue. Since morning i am calling customer care. One lady called me from escalation team most probably and after that she told me sorry, I can’t help you. I have been talking to Flipkart customer care for the last 1 Month but, he update fake comments & close my issue without any solution Pathetic I am regretting why did I order from Flipkart VU TV is defective and wasting almost 1 Month i don’t even have clue about what Flipkart is going to do.
                                    But my problem still not yet solved & Flipkart showing NRR complaint Solved.
