Hello
I ordered 3 books worth 577 each (total- 1731)along with delivery charges on the 3rd of January, 2022 via cash on delivery payment.
On the date of delivery i.e 11 January, 2022 I paid Rs1731 from the Flipkart app via Google pay before the delivery man came and when I went to receive my order I had to pay the same amount (1731) to the courier gpay account which led to the deduction of twice the order amount from my account, i called the delivery man and he said don't worry it will be refunded but the money has still not been refunded refunded. I request whoever concerned to resolve my matter and refund the extra amount i paid as soon as possible

    Flipkart has blocked my account. I have paid the Paylater bill and the amount is still as overdue and I am getting penalized for no reason. I have contacted the customer support but no resolution is provided. I want this to be escalated.

      I have ordered Refurbished Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, and found display is not working. I request for return and technician come and confirm issue is present. But the pickup man reject my device by saying different product without visiting my home.. did second time same pickup rejected due to product mismatch without visiting my home. Flipkart is biggest fraud. Sending defect product and not refunding the money. Wasted my three days.

        6, 00, 000 INR was kept on hold and adjusted by Flipkart while saying issue with the pricing. The product pricing was even confirmed with the Flipkart support executives and Flipkart system, still they kept such a big amount for a small seller. The registered I'd is:

          Dear sir,
          i have purchased Metronaut Slim Men blue jeans from Flipkart order id- OD[protected] and paid Rs 685.it was delivered on 7th jan .i have tried it once but the size is too ig for me thatswhy i want to return the product purchased but in my app or we return option is not coming . ihave installed the app in three mobiles and two desktop website but the Return option is not available there. i have also talk to your customer care 10 times but my problem is not resolved by any of them.they are repeating the same words that return option will be there in ur app but no such option is coming.and now with this mail y u i have to wait till 15th jan2022.

          i have not got positive feedback and i am mentally distressed with ur Flipkart since ur are delaying the issue and not solving my problem and not returning the product and returning my money.i do not expected this type of service from a name like Flipkart.
          Please solve my problem efore the return period is over, otherwise i will be free to file a case against Flipkart in CONSUMER COURT.

              I Purchased new Motog31 phone . Its camera is not working as Expected and its clearly showing processing after clicking picture. I have done all reboot and factory reset but still my problem not resolve . They are neither refunds nor exchange my mobile.

                Sir this is my order id OD[protected] of flipkart on registered no. [protected].…...they promised me to deliver a ordr on time but flipkart fails to deliver it...again they given a new date...again they failed to deliver then i cancel the item...on 04 jan2022...and today 10jan2022...they have not issued a redund...what is this...flipkart is not able to deliver a order on time and not able to issue refund...

                  In my Flipkart pay later I don't have any pending but still showing 800 pending. Few days back I had call to IDFC customer care they told, they will close the loan account#28275747 if I paid directly to IDFC . I have paid 795.50 as per IDFC executive but now they are ignoring to close the account. they asking to call flipkart customer care to resolve the issue. Please help to close this flipkart pay later account which impacting my cibil score

                  Flipkart and IDFC bank are making people as Fraud because now they disable my flipkart account but they are not mentioned this account is closed. which after few months they will show in cibil report like pending which they have done with my cibil/Experian report. If you see in my cibil report attached, in the month of April I dont have any pending, suddenly in month of May they show as pending 416 days. They should fined from court and make correct those details also with the compensation.

                    I had ordered realme Pad 4 GB RAM 64 GB ROM 10.4 inch with Wi-Fi+4G Tablet (Grey) on December 21st, 2021 with credit card payment of rupees 15499. I was expecting delivery on 2nd January 2022 as it was my daughters birthday. I wanted to gift the same to her.
                    Though with flipkart I was expecting the delivery well ahead but due to the year end and some sale was live it showed expected delivery date as 2nd January 2022 and I was fine with it as it was on time of my daughter’s birthday. I kept checking on the tracking details on the order, found that even after December 31st the product was still waiting to be picked up. I contacted flip kart customer care center they said that it will be shipped well within the time and even after January 2nd, 2022 the order was not delivered. I checked with customer care again on the same they said they will get back with the resolution within 24 hours which they did not get back next day again I called they asked another 24hours but did not get back. They marked my ticket as resolved without giving a resolution.
                    I checked with them again they said they have extended delivery date to 9th January 2022 due to some issue with shipping firm. Even after the moved delivery date there is no activity in the order status from 3rd January 2022 till 7th January 2022. I should say that it is the worst service I have received till date from flipkart. I have received a mail regarding i would get the delivery by 9th January 2022 at any cost after which I see that the product was shipped which is still in the same status today that is 10th January 2022 I have not received any communication from flipkart.
                    I brought this product on a discount, as a gift to my daughter’s birthday that I had promissed it could not happen and she being a kid was very disappointed that she did not get gift that she was expecting. It spoiled a special day for her. I want a compensation on this and deliver my order as soon as possible.
                    If I have to reorder the same product, I should be paying the same amount that I have paid earlier 15499 rupees with compensation so that I can buy something else as well for my daughter to make sure that she is happy.

                      Deactivate my EGV gift card without any notification on 30 Dec 2021 and told me you to resolve you issue in 3 days and same assurance was given to me for 4 and 5 days . But 4 days ago, they said me that the egv have been deactivated from tachnical issue second time wallet issue. They are just trying to make me fool from 12 days

                      My order is not delivered yet, but the customer care team told me it will be resolved in 48 hour.. Now 48 hour is completed and after which order is not delivered and cancellation is also not taken. Today they are telling me to wait for 4 more days.

                      They are not allowing me to cancel the order also as I can by it from another vendor quickly to start my work.

                          This shows about the service of flipkart.

                            With reference to the subject, I'd ordered a Casio A1669 Enticer Men's ( MTP-V002D-7BUDF ) Analog Watch - For Men (https://www.flipkart.com/casio-enticer-men-s-mtp-v002d-7budf-analog-watch-men/p... on dated 07/01/2022 from Flipkart sold by 'RetailNet' for 1557 Rs. I recieved the delivery on 10/01/2022 and witnessed that inside the box was an old bill with invoice number FAETLP[protected] addressing Sushmita Khittoliya, New Delhi. It was dated back for 19/12/2021 and valued 993 Rs.
                            The seller reshipped the same returned product as a new product with with increased pricing. With past 2 orders I've been witnissing major inconviences from Flipkart with orders being delayed by over 7 days, promised Gift Card of Rs 750 not being added to my account and now this. I request for a compensation against the fraud and the inconviences caused to me. The supporting bills and pictures are attached below.

                              I ordered realme 8 and I got it on Dec 30th when I opened the pack and found that I got a different product which is of totally cheaper than I bought and then immediately I contacted customer care and placed a replacement request and after that, after a day I got mail that replacement is rejected and after that every day, till today I am placing refund request and after few hours I will find that they canceled my refund request, every time I contact customer care they say that they will help me and they places refund request and asks for id proofs which I also provide them on time and next day I find that refund is rejected even today I am facing this prob please help me with that refund

                                As a valuable customer I received
                                Wrong Item and no replacement/ refund issues from flipcart, multiple times we call to customer care and they promises that your refund or replacement provided but after 08 day no refund return ireplashment issues from flipkart .

                                    This is first time I am facing problem for my order No is OD[protected] and tracking id is[protected] to get deliver on time. On 5th January product has reached KOLKATA hub but after that my product is freeze there. I am getting no call from delivery agent, no sms. Flipkart is saying that they have no connection with 3rd party logistic that means my product, money and time are wastes. Money already paid, winter is going. Now this Puma jacket will going to use in next year winter may be….Flipkart is also not registering any complaint. Please avoid delhivery logistic as they are not capable of their job. 12 days already passed and my product is still coming from different planet.

                                    Today I went to KOLKATA delhivery hub, in Picnic Garden..in computer they find my product details but in real their input is zero. No one is trying to search my product. All product are not properly segregated, my product supposed to come in Eliot Road hub but landed in Picnic Garden hub..and lost there.
