I was ordering "Hidelink Men Casual Blue Genuine Leather Wallet", but due to technical reasons the order was keep failing. Two times the money got debited from my account. Out of two, one order was placed successfully, while the another got failed. But I didn't get back the money debited for the failed transaction.Total five time I tried out of them four were failed. Please find below the details:

    Respected sir, i want to convey that my order of xiomi 11i have to be deliever on 16 jan, and it is not deliver on 16 jan ..and next delivery date given by flipkart that is 23 jan.i am seeing last 5 days that it is at Farukhnagar motherhub not shipped to my location from last 5 days . And i am sure it also not deliver on 23 jan because today is 22 jan it is not shipped from motherhub till now .
    I pay prepaid payment .i talk to customer care 21 times but they didn't solve my problem .
    I am very worrying about my product.
    Please help me.

      I'm booking one order that order delivery date is[protected] is given and that day not received any order as well as any call but flipkart app is showing product already delivered : ok I'm flipkart problem ticket raised 3 times customer care is saying sorry for that some technical issues sir your product still in out of delivery sir sorry for delay your product delivered tomorrow sir[protected] date is given customer care ok today I'm open the flipkart app same is showing product already delivered ok again contact to customer care today customer care is saying product already delivered sir no actually I'm not received any product already yesterday inform to u r dept today delivery date is givin madam but customer care is no sir already yesterday delivered immediately call disconnected I'm shocked 😲 ok again call connect to customer care again total information shared then customer care is saying please wait sir I will verify please hold in the call 1m sir ok I'm waiting 21 minute but still hold after that automatically call disconnected, again call connected again today information share my call again hold automatically disconnected what is this noonsence I'm also paid money not taken free product ok I'm book the police case as well as rise the humman rights this second time first one of the order problem resolved taken time 1month

        I ordered a Vivo V23 on 20th Jan using Flipkart but immediately cancelled it, Flipkart instantly shower that my refund has been issued and will be received by me within 24 hours but as of yet I have received any refund,
        Also they are not providing me with any details on my refund such transaction Id or ARN number or anything like that

            Respected Sir,
            online shopping Company Flifcart, I was recived the defective product, But as long as the charger is connected to the laptop, the laptop remains ON and if the charger is removed from the laptop then the laptop is Shut Down .And the USB port on the charger side doesn't work at all.flifcard Has sent me the refurnished laptop?What if buying a new laptop requires taking it to a service center, so what happened then, I don't know what to do now, Looks like it is better to take it from the shop, I think Amazon is better than flipcart, my Money Also Gone And Nothing Came In Hand, This Is Not The Right Thing To, , product is totally usless, thats why, I was returned the product 23 days ago but so far, But till now Flipkart has not taken the product back, and is not giving any resolution, Flipcart Customer care agreed that due to technical problems, thats why can't pickup, and finally flifkart cancelled the return 3 time, For this i have also calls 9 time to Flipcart customer care but today is 23 days and till now Flipcart not giving any resolution for that. I told that them, If you don't get any resolution then I will complaint to Consumer But they didn't take this Seriouslly and answering me we can't do anything on it. Now I'm tired/desperate of calling to flipcart, no resolution is being to Flipcart card, 3 time refusing to return the product, Flipkart has completely violated the return policy, Respected Consumer department hear i have humble to you please solve my issue with flipcart online shopping company.

              I've made my payment through UPI But the order hasn't been placed, I've done my payment through Phone Pe. Now Flipkart Customer care is saying talk to phone pe and phone pe customer care saying talk to flipkart. What should I do?

                Parcel delivered without item & refusing to refund

                I ordered a HP 128GB Micro SD Card From Flipkart on 17 Jan 2022 & it got me delivered today on 21 Jan 2022 & When I opened the parcel there was no memory card ( I HAD VIDEO RECORDED ON OPENING THE PARCEL)

                I Contacted Flipkart but they said that it must be a seller Issue & they will refund me only Rs246 against Rs717 I paid for since I was asking for refund

                I asked them that If I was not at fault...

                  Hi Sir, Ma'am,

                  I have ordered a 5 items from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 4762 on 3rd novembet 2021 Because of personal issue I cancelled it. On 6th of October 2021, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

                  I waited till 10th of November but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to Sbi Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com. They said me to ask the ARN number from Flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

                  Again I called to Flipkart.com and asked for the Utr number. On that they said that they are not having any Utr number since I have done the payment through Net banking not through Credit or Debit card. Instead of that they had given me one Reference No and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the Reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                  I again called to Sbi Customer Care and told that Reference No. which I got from Flipkart.com but Sbi guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only Utr number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But Flipkart.com didn't give me any Utr number. After that Sbi guys told me to forward the mail which I had received from Flipkart.com and told me to wait for 24hrs.

                  I forwarded that mail to Sbi CC and received a mail from them stating that Sbi has not received any refund from the merchant Flipkart.com. They said me to contact to Flipkart.com. The flipkart asked me to raise chargeback form i raised even after that also they are not refunding money they are saying me to consult bank but bank is saying problem is with flipkart only in between them iam struggling a lot

                  I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund has been done from Flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, Kindly contact to your bank. When I say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, They do that but next moment I get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from Flipkart.com end.

                  Sir, I am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more details

                        This is to bring into your notice that I had order trolley from flipkart and agent is denying duty at my location saying that it is not serviceable.(ekart agent)

                        However last week I got delivery of iphone 12 mini delivered by flipkart agent inside my house.(another ekart agent)

                        I would like you to take an stern action against it and provide me with the best resolution at the earliest regarding the delivery of my product.

                        Also the behavior of agent was very rude, I believe your organization is lacking in provide basic behavioral trainings to the employees.
                        He said 'çhahiye to office se le jana', then what is the use of ordering online, I could have gone and bought it from market.

                        At the end of the day he rejected the product saying customer denied it's acceptance during delivery however no one came for the delivery of the product.
                        This is the pathetic service I have experienced by ekart logistics and flipkart in which I am getting the orders delivered to my address but 1 specific agent is denying the delivery as if he wants to save the delivery expenses which I have already paid in the product order amount.

                          My Flipkart Pay Later account was debited with 50, 000\- due to fraud. I got a message from one number where it showed as business account and he is from Flipkart exactly after the product was delivered. I thought it was legit due to the order details that he mentioned was accurate and shared the OTP which he asked for. After that I received sms on my mobile stating 50, 000 was debited from my Flipkart Pay Later account(Flipcart provides credit limit with which we can make payments and pay them later like credit card) and I need to pay them as EMI of 6100/- from next month. Details of the phone number and email are attached also the transaction and other details.

                          Hopefully my issue gets resolved soon.

                            A product was delivered to me on last Saturday, but the product was too large for me. So I wanted to return the product. But when I saw order details there is no return option.

                            So I text to them, first the reply came that it was due to technical issue... Second time when I text they said it will be resolved ( at a given time ).

                            So at evening time I received a call. They asked about my query. I explained them. They said ok it will be solved, and said " go to order details and request for return" . But when I check it, there was no returning option.

                            Again I text to them, they again gave
                            me a time . But time is over now and they still didn't help me...

                            Please help me with my issue, I want to
                            return it. Last time it was done easily, but why I'm facing so much trouble this time.

                              I Bought a furniture in Flipkart and it was delivered on December 29th 2021. Damaged product was delivered. I Raised a replacement request, replacement has not happened yet n number of complaints I have raised with flipkart No use. Still they are extending the timeline. Even managers on the customer service are also dumb. Seller is clearly known as cheating seller.
                              Worst service from flipkart. Until jan 21st no solution. Planning to take legal action I have around 15 recorded audios from customer service person, No solution yet. Waste fellows

                                I am Aravind and I have ordered VU premium 55 inch Television in flipkart and it was delivered on 19th Jan, 2022. The installation was scheduled on 20th Jan. But no one contacted me and I have called and discussed with flipkart support nearly 10 times and they have raised a complaint. And assured that it will be done by the next day. And I was hoping that and again no response and evening I got a message like your installation/demo for the product Vu television was cancelled due to no reposnse from me.

                                I don't want to leave this and I am waiting for the resolution and I am ready to go to any extinct.

                                  I requested for Refund but received mail from Flipkart as below,

                                  Hi Flipkart Customer,

                                  We are writing to you about your recent return request for the NIKE Flex Experience Run 9 Running Shoes For Men

                                  To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours . Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).

                                  We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

                                  “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”

                                  When the product was bought, no ID proof was required but now that they have sent wrong product and i want to return it, Flipkart is asking for ID proof. This is a complete breach of privacy and unacceptable.

                                  REQUEST FOR REFUND WITHOUT DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL DETAILS SUCH AS PAN/ADHAAR CARD WHICH ARE VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATIONS.

                                    My timeline is over, on the flipkart end they are saying that my refund gas completed, but the amount yet not credited, they are also not giving me the transaction id
