I have ordered Onida washing machine from Flipkart. I have seen Rinse and Spin function on washing machine photographs. When I received delivery on 08th January 2022, I received the washing machine without Rinse facility. I have complaint immediately but they said that after 2-3 days, they will replace/refund. Till the date they are not resolving by sending message that seller has declined to refund. I am suffering a lot from the issue as I have purchased as I have little daughter of 4 months and my wife not able to wash cloths. From the laziness of the seller and flipkart, she is washing cloths and suffering from cold and my daughter also. Today they have blocked my account and reason I don't know. I want my refund and want action on both SELLER AND WHO BLOCK MY ACCOUNT.

      I purchased my mobile Realme 7 Pro from Flipkart with order id- OD[protected] on 25th Feb, 2021 along with Complete Protection by Jeeves with Policy Number- CMFK[protected]
      Due to an accident, my mobile got damaged completely on 26th Dec, 2021 and I called the Jeeves care for my claim. They registered my claim with claim id- CLCMD[protected]
      I paid the required fees of rupees 1500/- and they picked up my device on 31st Dec and promised me that it will be returned to me within 10 days. 10 days passed, I called them back then they told me that my device cannot be repaired and I will receive a refund of 60% from my invoice value and asked me to share my bank account and other details for the refund but after sending it many times, they are not confirming and asking me to give the bank details again and again. Whenever I call them up, they tell me to wait and they will contact me with an update in 2 business days, but it never happened. They are neither contacting me, nor processing me refund.
      I am now losing trust on Jeeves as well as Flipkart for such poor and unprofessional service. Please provide me an update and give me my refund claim amount as soon as possible.

          (ISSUE STILL OPEN)

          I ordered Asus laptop on 30th DEC 2021 and got this on 1st JAN 2022. when I opened it I had a defect on screen. There are dead pixels. the product was defective.

          so I raise a replacement request on 8th JAN 2022 under DOA period. I also raised a technician visit by Asus to start working on DOA certificate on 8th JAN 2022.

          Asus executive came and checked the laptop and found the same fault on screen and processed the laptop for DOA replacement. He packed the laptop with all the company seals and certificate in the front. I got the DOA certificate from Asus and first thing I did was submit it to Flipkart. Flipkart agreed on replacing the laptop over customer support call and arranged for replacement order.

          on 13th JAN 2022 the delivery executive came with the replacement laptop. first of all the delivery executive didn't have any knowledge of DOA process so he called someone I don't know whom, he also asked him to reject the replacement. The reason was he needed to take the serial number of the laptop from inside. I asked him to wait for 5 mins to clear out the confusion with Flipkart. He specifically said 'I don't have time for all this !' and went back without resolving anything. plus he put reason saying item is mismatching when I checked the reason for rejection with Flipkart.

          on 13th JAN 2022 itself I called Flipkart and asked to look into this matter and close it as soon as possible. Flipkart again agreed with me and apologized for the mess that happened. Flipkart again put another order with the delivery day of 16th JAN 2022. So I thought everything is conveyed to delivery partners about DOA process(also asked for different delivery executive as I didn't have proper encounter with the previous one).

          on 16th JAN 2022 second replacement order delivery day, same delivery executive got assigned. this time he did not even come to my place to look into matter. he directly called me and asked 'if its the same problem then I don't have time for this, I am rejecting your order!' I was like what is this behavior. and again he rejected the replacement order without even coming to place to deliver reason being verification failed.

          Its been more than 15 days. I have been putting mails to Flipkart and calling them nonstop to look into this matter and close it. all I get is date of resolution and again same thing happens. This is not going anywhere and because of that I am getting suffered. I cant use the laptop now nor i am getting any replacement.

          I request higher authorities to look into this close this issue as soon as possible. otherwise I am ready to file a complaint to National Consumer Service.

            I purchased a mobile from flipkart and the product delivered has screen defect. Product was delivered on the 28th December 2021 and I requested for replacement. I was told there will be a Technician visit and after his approval, the device will be replaced. I was told the technician will visit on or before Jan 2 2022. No one came even on Jan 2. I called the customer support and I was told the technician will visit before Jan 6. No on came. Again called the customer support on Jan 7. I was again told a Technician will visit on or before Jan 10. Again no one came. Again contacted the customer support and i was told the same thing again. Jan 14. No one came. Called again and i am getting the same response. I talked for more than 1 hour on the customer support call but they're saying they can't replace without the tech visit and their technician is not even coming. It's been 3 weeks I'm stuck with this defective device. Never seen such a fraud in my entire life.

              I am trying to buy a phone on Flipkart by submitting my old lg v20 phone, however it is not accepting it and saying that my IMEI number is invalid.

                  Im jyoti. maine ek bluetooth neck band[protected] ko purchase kiya tha filpkart se jiski order id OD[protected] hai. but mujhe wrong neck band delivered hua. last ek month se 10 compliant kr chuka hu. but uska kuch nhi hua. har bar compliant likhne k bad bhi kuch solution nhi ho rha h. bahot pareshan ho chuka hu. 1 month se jyda time ho chuka hai mujhe na replacement mila h na hi refund. please solve my problem as sson as possible.

                        I have reviewed Olay Day Cream Combo - Order ID - OD[protected] on 30th December, 2021 but it's been more than 15 days now & my review is not shown on the product page yet. I have already tried asking customer care people regarding this issue but they are not able to provide a proper solution for this. They just keep telling me to wait for 24 hrs or delete & post the review again or try to login again. But after trying all this also I'm unable to see my review on product page.

                          I ordered a soundbar with a subwoofer from Flipkart on the 9th of January 2022. I took delivery of the package and the subwoofer is just a wooden box inside the cardboard box parcel The wooden box did not have a speaker within it. It was just an empty wooden box. The soundbar seemed ok a but the subwoofer is just a box. I arranged for an exchange via their website but this was rejected twice by Flipkart in spite of me in closing photographic evidence and offering to send a parcel opening video as well. I was unable to send the parcel opening video in view of the size of the file. I had put out a tweet and tagged Flipkart and I just got a standard response saying that someone will be in touch with me but nothing has happened since. My exchange window closes in 24 hours and I tried to login into my Flipkart account to raise a further complaint but I noticed that my Flipkart account has been blocked. I call the Flipkart customer care number and I was promised a return call within seven minutes and I just had a missed call from a spam number and when I try to call them back to phone call does not connect. In spite of all of this I have not been able to speak on message aur chat with a single person from Flipkart. I really would appreciate if someone from Flipkart would get in touch and resolve this issue. My order number is OD[protected].

                            I ordered my first order from flipkart of 6 books for my study . out of 6 books 1 book has tp be delivered on 11 th january 2022 and the remaining 5 on 14 th january
                            Today mean jan 16 none of the product has been delivered to me yet . and when I contacted flipkart . an executive called me back after raising issue . they said me that my product can't be delivered and I had to reorder the products . the previously ordered will get cancelled. They made me to wait for 9th january . today 16 th january . I had made a prepaid payment . and now the books price had increased for up to 200 rupees per book . is this fair ??? I requesting you to have look at the 2 options
                            - deliver my all products in one day ( as all the products are at my nearest delivery hub as shown in flipkart app)

                            Or to pay me the compensation per each book for keeping waiting me for these many days and return my money ..

                                I have bought a Lenovo laptop charger from Flipkart on 12/01/2022 with Order ID: OD[protected]. But invoice download option is not available in my order details and also the hard copy I received is not readable. I want the invoice as soon as possible.                                 1. Please refer to order No OD[protected] in which i ordered a RAM Sk Hynix HMA85166CZR6N DDR4 4 GB (Dual Channel) Laptop (Hix 4gb DDR4 2666Mhz).

                                2. I have received a duplicate/ substandard and used product entirely different from the original RAM ordered. It initially carried a 1 year warranty and 7 days replacement but now it is mentioned that it is not eligible for return. Therefore, request a refund.

                                    I have created flipkart account some years back with a mobile number. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
