With great disappointment I'm writing this complaint as your customer support team is incompetent to resolve my issue. I have a dispute about my Flipkart Pay Later account billing as I have returned some products in Dec'21 but still charges not removed from my account.
I was trying to resolve this from 15th of Dec'21 onwards but your agents disconnecting my calls and not calling back. Finally after several attempts and huge mental stress and trauma, also waste of my precious time I was able to raise a complaint with your Escalation desk agent (Ms. Aprana) on 2nd Jan'22 and I told her last date to pay is 5th Jan'22 so please help. She gave me a reference no: IN[protected]
and assured charges will be removed before 5th Jan'22 and my payment of around Rupees 1600 will be adjusted also then I can pay remaining amount but today is 6th Jan'22 and my issue still not resolved. You are charging me for something I have returned and you have not adjusted my last payment which is unfair.
Your agent, Aparna accepted that Flipkart is at fault and charges are incorrect so she promised it will be removed from my account.
Please resolve this urgently.
I will write an email and copy that email to national consumer forum team,
Also, I do need compensation amount from Flipkart for giving me unnecessary mental stress and phone calls I had to make to Flipkart and my valuable time. I'm writing this email at midnight 2am so you can understand how annoyed i am. It's great example of poor service and caring for customer.
Nobody has resolved my issue or calling back but they are calling to collect payment. Now I have charged late payment of INR 410 which again not my fault as I was told no late payment and issue will be resolved. I'm ready to pay but remove unnecessary late payment charges..

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Numerous attempts to call / chat with customer support evokes no useful information other than routine apologies and concerns and fake promises of assured delivery.
I won't cancel the order because it was booked during the Grand Republic Day sale with instant discount on credit card. I won't get the same price again. Is this a tactic by FlipKart to force the customer to cancel the order at a discount and ensure he / she buys again at a higher price. I will never do this especially not on FlipKart again
