Dear Sir/Mam,
I Yogesh Kumar booked a ticket from Flipkart on 8th November from Amritsar to Dubai but unfortunately there was delay in my visa regarding this I contact to Flipkart to reschedule my ticket or cancel it. I contacted with Flipkart on 23rd of November to reschedule my ticket but they gave me 8 hour time to get back to me with the details of re-schedule but after 10 hours I again contacted to Flipkart to re-schedule this ticket but they told me again to wait for 24 to 48 hours for more details therefore I wait till 27th of November and on 27th of November flipkart told me that they can’t help me to reschedule or cancel this ticket they ask me to contact to Air India to cancellation of this ticket. So i dropped a mail to air India for cancellation my ticket. Furthermore, very next morning I again call to air India and they told me that this ticket was booked from travel boutique New Delhi, Then I contact to travel boutique they ask me they can’t make any change in my air ticket as it was made by Flipkart and they deal with business to business not business to customer then I again get back to Flipkart they told me that your ticket is now no show they can’t provide me refund of this ticket. In all this matter clearly Flipkart harass me for a week and I lost my hard earned Rs.40, 000 in this air ticket,
Moreover, now flipkart asking me for full refund proof from airline, i think they are still making me fool
If my Concern not resolve here I will launch this complaint to the consumer Court portal with all the evidence like all call recordings and email screenshot.
Your retrospective action in this case shall be highly appreciated.
