I had ordered realme 8 on 26th December and the delivery date was 28th December, but it got delayed to 31st December. I complaint about it on customer care and they said that they will resolve my issue till 1st jan, and on 1st January they came up with a resolution by cancelling my order even though I told them that I urgently need my product, now it's been six days since they cancelled my order by my refund is not yet showing in my account, I complaint about it but I didn't got any help, they have extended my refund date to 13th January. I need my refund as soon as possible, please look into this matter.

    They sent me a message claiming online part time job, told me its flipkart, who is recruting you .
    Asked me to recharge for 200 and then 1000 and they started their scam forced me to complete the purchase, gave me an idea too, to borrow from my friends .

    Please, help me i was looted around ₹10, 000.

      I ordered 4 sarees with order Id OD[protected] by paying full amount in advance on lower rates, now Flipkart has cancelled my order and they are saying to place fresh order on higher rates. Also they have cancelled my order by stating quality issue with product, I want to know that if there is any issue with quality than why they have not removed product from site and why they are telling to reorder that product on higher rates. Please tell Flipkart to deliver my product on the same rates on which I have ordered. Being a common man Flipkart harassed me so much mentally. Please do needful.

        I ordered a Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered wood 2 door wardrobe from flipkart which is delivered on 16 Dec 2021 and promised installation on 18 December 2021 But installation has not been done by the company yet. I called the flipkart customer care executive more than 20 times they gave me 4 to 5 times fake date of installation but no installation was done neither information about the same was given. And they continuously extending the date. Further, on 5th January they gave me the information of the assigned person named Suraj Singh but he didn't pick up my call first then after picking up the phone he told me that he will not come to my place for installation. I also raised complaint in flipkart but no action was taken. They have also removed the option of return or replacement. And first EMI also has been deducted from my account.

            I frequently order from Flipkart but from some days ago I saw 95-98% of the things weren't deliverable to my locality but these things were available when I had last booked it and it was having the same seller too.
            I can't even book from Flipkart grocery which is making things difficult for me as I would easily order things.
            I hope my problem gets sorted out as soon as possible.

              The company without any warning has just blocked the account which devoids me returning the product and also also avail my extended warranty for previous purchases

                I had purchased Gift cards for me and my family for an occasion on the 2021 September around 8-10 of value of around[protected] Rs the gift cards taken were used for some amount by me and my family and then the cards remained with balances of Rs[protected] for later use however on later trying to use those the cards showed gift card deactivated why so ? I tried calling the customer Care and every time I got a new answer Every single time and the call gets disconnected after 30 mins of me explaining the issue and on trying to reconnect I get a new person to speak with putting all my efforts to a waste I tried mailing them also but 6 days up no response

                  Hello,
                  I have query regarding cash on delivery for my pin code.which I had been ordered by COD only.i have already spoken with Flipkart customer persons, they said like I cancelled/ return more product.that is reason they have blocked my disable COD.
                  I am a existing customer of flipkart.i have bought so many things but cancelled less product which was very cheap quality and size issue.there is clearly mentioned that COD available for my pin code.once I came to payment mode then it is not taking same.do enquiry and please let me know the reason.they only disable my COD facility because other people who has belong my native place they can able to buy through COD.it has done by intentionally.

                      Ordered washing machine from Flipkart on 26th Dec2021 (prepaid order).Product got delivered on 30th Dec2021.In the presence of delivery agent, upon checking the product, Water was found inside wash tub of the washing machine.Also there are dirt accumulated on the back side of the washing machine..There are small scratches on the body also found.So According the above observations, it seems to be an "USED PRODUCT".So i want to return the product.According to the delivery agent, i have to create a return request to return the product within 7 days of delivery.So on the same day i have created return request but Flipkart rejected my return request.Tried contacting Flipkart customer support several times.But till now didn't receive any response.My money is blocked.I dnt want to use that "USED PRODUCT" because warranty claim will be a major problem.Got cheated.!Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

                        I order f&d speakers from Flipkart on 19 nov 2021 which was delivered on 24 nov 2021, both the packing box and the item was damaged. On the same day I requested for replacement of the product and it was about to completed on 1st Dec 2021 but the delivery executive nor delivered the product neither he picked up the original damage product from my address and he marked false delivery and pickup done. On the same day I again raised the issue about this false delivery and picked up confirmation on Flipkart coustomer support, but still now I haven't received resolution of this issue. The original damaged product is still with me.

                          I bought Apple Airpods pro ordered on 10-10-21 and delivered on 16-10-21. And it gives warranty of 12months with effect from[protected] but after connecting it to my phone it showing that its warranty is covered once. But after I received this product i have never visited costumer care. And its warranty which should expire on[protected] is expiring on[protected] because this product is uses before by seller. Bill, warranty covered and warranty expiring on all detailed screenshots are enclosed.

                            My seller account was suspended in August and the reason was seller fraud, however I don't know which mistake was done by my side. But I sincerely apologise for any mistake from my side. I want only 1 and last chance to sell on flipkart. I was a new seller and was doing well. My rating was also good and the seller was also increased but suddenly the account was suspended. I was depressed but somehow I survived and waited for some time to sell. Please consider my request and reactivate my seller account on flipkart. Its a humble request Please reactivate my seller account. I assure you that I will not do anything against customer and flipkart.

                                We have purchased a coffee table from FLIPKART on 6th of Nov'2021 and made full payment. But the product was not delivered to us and changed the delivery date three times. Customer support team also not responding properly and saying that dont' have tracking details on this product. We have waited for two months. But
                                Today flipkart team canceled the product without our confirmation and saying that it is a long pending item and suggested to raise fresh request with new price instead of taking action on the supplier and delivering the product.

                                  I Was a Flipkart Plus member from the last 1-2 years. But, around 17 days back, Flipkart had blacklisted my account saying that high number of returns (but, sellers also cancelled many orders).

                                  And as of today, I have sent them dozens of Emails and I had called them so many times. Previously they were saying that my account is absolutely okay and having no issues. There might be some technical issues so I am unable to login and access my Flipkart account. But, today I got a email quoting that my account has been blacklisted due to high no. Of returns.

                                  Now please tell me what to do?

                                  I have begged them so many times to share any link or tell me some procedures to clear my dues of my Flipkart paylater amount. but not sharing any link or telling any procedures to clear my dues. Please help me, if there are any options.

                                    I had bought a Redmi 9i through Flipkart on Dec 16 in Bangalore. I had bought it as a Christmast gift for my mom, hence I did not unbox it then. I travelled to Kerala and there the phone was unboxed and everything was working fine except that it was not charging. I tried charging another phone with that charger and it worked so issue was not with charger. Fortunately it was within 7 day return policy so I immediately contacted flipkart customer care and they mentioned, they cannot replace the phone since it was a flipkart quick order. However they can raise a return request. The same was done and tech visit was scheduled. Technician did not even check anything in the phone, he simply mentioned try upgrading the phone software and marked issue as resolved. The return request was hence rejected. He said if issue is not resolved raise another request. I tried software upgrade but issue did not resolve so I raised another return request. This time tech visit was cancelled and again return was rejected. This same thing happened again for a third time. Technician is not visiting and return request is being rejected. There is no accountability as to verify with customer before marking issue as resolved. After that I have worked with more than 10 different support personal, and had to explain same issue again again to them. Each time they open some ticket and then simply close it. Its as if they do not care. Hence I want to complain against Flipkart for wasting so much time and still issue is not resolved. Please help in resolving the issue.

                                        I online ordered DIZO Watch2 from Flipkart website on 8th December 2021. I Got Defective Product. The sensors of the DIZO Watch 2 were not working/ they are fake. I realized that after 7 days.
                                        I called the customer care[protected] regarding this but they said there is not any customer care outlet of Realme (DIZO) in your Ratnagiri city. Next day I called customer care service again for to replacing the watch but they said that replacement policy is now ended after 7 days. I cannot get replacement on this product.
                                        either I need my money back or give me replacement. I have invested 2499/- on this watch
