I had ordered realme 8 on 26th December and the delivery date was 28th December, but it got delayed to 31st December. I complaint about it on customer care and they said that they will resolve my issue till 1st jan, and on 1st January they came up with a resolution by cancelling my order even though I told them that I urgently need my product, now it's been six days since they cancelled my order by my refund is not yet showing in my account, I complaint about it but I didn't got any help, they have extended my refund date to 13th January. I need my refund as soon as possible, please look into this matter.
