Never purchase anything from flipkart. Boycott thi site. My flipkart idVery poor response by flipkart. Why flipkart dont help its custmers? Why do flikart faruds with custmers like me. I have not got help till now with order idOD[protected] @flipkart, i ordered 14499 Rs prpduct they made fool.me. now they are sending auto genrated sorry msg only. Flipkart is not helpinh me even they did not call me, and whenever i cal they disconnect it. I called flipkart more than 100 times but they are pathetic. Flipkart sucked my money. Refund it flipkart. Dont show such bad behavior

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to you with respect to my 3 orders on Flipkart as below for which the refunds are pending for a very long time:

    OD[protected] amounting to Rs.16, 797 for blackberry suit for which the refund is also pending
    OD[protected] amounting to Rs.13, 620 for Louis Phillippe suit for which the refund is pending since I cancelled the product
    OD[protected] Blackberry suit pending to be delivered and since delivery period was long had cancelled the same but no refund till date

    Request if actions can be taken against Flipkart for refunds

        I ordered one soundcore headset. he advertised colour was pink but the displayed colour on the website was golden. I thought it would be golden. but it was pink. I requested a return and without giving valid reason, the request rejected thrice. lastly they said my PAN card is not matching with flipkart records. So I want to raise complaint.

          I had ordered redmi 9i from flipkart and its delivered on 11dec 2021. The quality of phone is very poor so I raised return request but even after constant follow up and messages and even after flipkart SLA 72 hrs return request is not approved.pathetic service

              Hello, My name is Govind. I am from Jaipur. Since last two months, Flipkart accept the order, which are prepaid, items are out for delivery and never get delivered. They keep assigning the replacements and after a month of wait, they cancel the order. I am not getting this behavior. If you can't deliver the product, why are you accepting the orders. The pin code is fine, even your firm Myntra is delivering everyday on the same address. Amazon is delivering. Why you keep me waiting for a month for a prepaid orders and end with nothing, a canceled order. The fun fact, I have called more that 10 times to customer support, and every time they say, "We are sorry sir" but they do nothing. They give me a date, by which the issue is supposed to be fixed, but when the date arrives, either system replace the order and ends with order cancellation. This is torturing me mentally. I am not supposed to make so many calls. In my previous calls, I was assured that my complaint has been escalated, and registered. Today when the dates arrives and order got cancelled (As expected), I made a call I came to know that there was no escalation or previous complaints logged and when I said what is this, again the same answer "We are sorry sir". Dear Flipkart, why you are having a customer care, if your answer is only "We are sorry" and there are no actions associated around. Wake up and see, I am not talking about any brand or products issue, its you, your systems and your service. I ordered for my parents, to whom I everyday confirm that the item will be delivered today, tomorrow, today, but it never gets delivered. you can't understand the value to emotions that are behind. You don't even look towards the complaints which you are getting from months. All the systems are just to show, no actions. I am not going to place any future order with you and I pray to the God that you feel this pain when you are making promises to your parents and they are waiting for something prepaid. Totally unexpected.

                I had ordered water purifier from Flipkart on 27th October . It get delivered late on 3rd November. The installation of the was done before a day of return period ending on 11th November. After a days it stops working and raise a service request on 25th to the brand authorised service centre and also manufacturer. I didn’t any response from them . Again raise a service request in flipkart and i didn’t get any response from them. Finally I had submitted my grievance on consumer helpline, flipkart team responded and accepted return request on 7th December. After no technician visit for dismantling the product and it doesn’t get picked up. I am charged with 700 for installation from Sri kanakadurga aqua solution. Again I gave complaint and flipkart team responded to pickup the product on 15th December and again they didn’t send technician and doesn’t get picked up my product. I had lost my time, work and money for this issue but I didn’t get any response. I need compensation for the loss of time and money for this issue which was following from a month.

                  Purchased a refurbished mobile redmi y3 from flipkart. With in 2 days I requested replacement but product not in stock - then have another option refund . But they rejecting my refund request continuewsly .

                    I order a phone at flipkart on 12th Dec and cancelled it same day in their app before even it was shipped.

                    Next day I got an out for delivery message and the flipkart delivery agent came to deliver.

                    My parents denied to take the order . The delivery ery boy threatened my parent that he will take the phone himself and mark it as delivered.

                    He also updated us that once the product is delivered immediately we can cancel and get the refund.

                    Now flipkart is saying I can only get replacement.

                    Only because deliveryboy threatened and updated about refund my parents had to take thw product with us.

                    I don't want the product and want the money back. Please help

                    I spoke to flipkart customercare and they drop my call everytime

                          Flipkart Order#OD[protected] was placed on 2 Nov 2021 & it's cancelled at door delivery(06 or 07 Nov 2021). but till 23 Nov 2021 in my flipkart account it's showed product is out for delivery & after multiple times reached customer support executives, finally it was cancelled on 24 Nov 2021. but as on today refund is not credited to source account. reached multiple times customer support executives but issue is not resolved as on today. while reaching customer support executives, sometimes they are saying seller is not received the product (or) refund will credit after 8 business working days.

                          So finally I exhausted & regretted with the flipkart service...

                            I Order new mobile phone on flipcart and get a defected product..on the day of receipt of defected product, I request flipcart to pick the product and refund the amount.

                            Almost 13 day already have expired and flipcart team not pick up the product and refund the amount.

                              I had ordered a mobile infinix hot ten play of rs 8499 the it was fully damaged but in working condition I had raised a replacement request it was approved by flipkart but when the wish master came to my house he said the IMEI number is not matching and then I checked that the mobile which in the box is different which is on box I have complaint about that several times but they did same thing that wish master comes and check IMEI number and says that it's not matching I have tried it several times but I didn't got resolution till today I have online classes and so much works should done in mobile but they are not at all replacing or refunding my money they hi ust saying that thaey call me back in 24 hours but they don't resolve my problem
                              So please give me justice

                                  I ordered the complete Calvin and Hobbes set of books for which I paid Rs 4300.

                                  The set contains 4 books. Which comes in a set and it includes a box of its own.

                                  The package I received has only one book. I have shared the images of the product and the package I received to Flipkart. They started asking for my government ID which was not required when I placed the order.

                                  After this Flipkart started closing my ticket without any action

                                  This product was delivered using ekart, Flipkart’s own delivery company.
                                  Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected] Here is the tracking number. The package according to description of the product should be 8kgs. This information is nowhere displayed in the package. This is a easy way to identify it’s problem at Flipkart side.

                                  Though it’s a problem they are not refunding, the mode of payment was on my card. So I don’t think there is more information needed to refund or identify.

                                  I have been ordering from Flipkart for near 10 years using the same ID to the same address. Still Flipkart is harassing me and wasting my time.

                                    Product has been picked up but status is not getting updated

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have ordered a product from Flipkart but because of size issues, i need to return the product. I have raised return request for same. Next day i received a message for pickup and but it didn't happen. Again they gave me deadline of 15th dec 2021. Again the pickup was not completed. They cancelled my return request and again ask me to raise return request. This time my product gets picked up but still status is not...

                                      I had ordered Vidyami Honey 16 kgs on 3 Nov 2020 and made a payment of Rs 7173/ through my credit card ., On 17 th Nov 2020 I received 3 kg of my order .Till date I haven't received 13 kg of the product nor the refund . Made numerous calls .I was informed that the package was damaged so it was returned and you will get the balance money credited to your credit card account only after the seller gets his damaged good back.This is ridiculous excuse to hold back my money and make me suffer for no reason of mine .Till date I haven't received my refund . please help .
