IAM a registered seller on Flipkart seller.i provide almost all details what are they asking, I have genuine product for sale, iam a brand owner, Flipkart running a seller food boarding audit, trust n safety audit, which is scam?they block almost all new seller for fake product, without doing audit, first they email you that showing "we are doing video call audit for trust n safety, we can check all your documents are ready, our executive quality auditor will inform you before".after that I send 2 emails for, but they not given single reply.after one month my account is inactived, due to suspected fake product without doing any audit how can they guess IAM selling a fake product? Customer care helpful but they also failed to track, trust n safety audit solution, and they forcing me to close or delete my account, without asking additional information for reactivate account.its a scam running by Flipkart for big brand and personal brand growth, they using guessing method working for new seller, they only launch their seller audit programme, to stopping small seller, saying fake product, and auditor customer care is careless and not to responsible a single reply. They only making a programme called audit, so their market reputation growth, and show fssai that they are doing most working method, but eventually this is blocking all seller account which are doing legal business who are they in start mode or small seller.my account profile is 100% complete but they inactive my listing, due to auditor mistaken or careless action.or they also not know what happened, customer care also feels helpless to track why listing is inactive.if it is asking additional information I will surely provide, but they doing what they like without asking information.please Flipkart authority who is responsible make my listing active, otherwise IAM not stopping, I spread this message "Flipkart attacking to stop selling programme on small seller".becauae IAM facing problem from 1 month.due to Flipkart trust n safety audit program which is never work.also Flipkart disrespect the government certificate, fssai license, trademark register

      Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
      I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [protected]@gmail.com

        I ordered a laptop acer aspire 7(order id-OD[protected] and delivery date was 8 Dec.and it's shown on flipkart app that ur item will be deliver today but nothing happened.
        Even they increase 4 days for delivery same item it is so frustrating because i have to use laptop for my college works and exam are going on.

          I have booked flight ticket from you on 23-sep-2021, due to covid situation in the world i just wanted to know about flight cancellations fees so have called on your customers support number, then after your customer support executive guided me on call how can know about cancelling fees as per your customers support executive i have open my booking in flipkart app as per executive information i have selected process to cancellation button (all details are confirming with your executive on call) then after he said to select reason for cancellation i have selected that still i didn't see and cancellation fees over there same updated to executive, he said me click on confirm button then after i can see cancellation fees i have done that but still didn't show any fees after that i have checked my booking showing me cancellation pending msg i have immediately inform about this and he disconnected call and it have try to contact in your customers support they are saying there no opinion for this. As consumer i have lost my flight ticket and as well as my money too, so i have registered complaint in consumer court docket number: 3149378,

            On 1st Dec, I ordered an earbud Soundcore by Anker Liberty 2 True Wireless bluetooth headset and it was delivered to me on 3rd December.As soon as I started unwrapping the package, I knew something was off about it. The box was resealed with cello tapes. I ignored that assuming this is how the packaging must be done for this brand. The earbud case had some scratches.By this time, I was convinced this box was already opened by some one else. Ideally the case and earbuds should be arranged separately inside the box but here the earbuds were inside the case and that too it was a completely different model. Also, I realized that the charging cable was missing.Immediately, I informed the Flipkart customer service about this situation and asked for a return with refund.But they refused saying the seller only does 7 day replacement. Today is the seventh day, no update on replacement as well. This is blatant cheating.I requested them for a return multiple times but they rejected this saying it is against policy. The seller Shreyas retailer has so many negative reviews still Flipkart supports them more than its customers, Many people faced this similiar situation earlier as well. I can't let my money go waste like this.I really want a refund now.

            They tried to replace my product in the delivered location but since I was out of town, I had to cancel the replacement request.I then called up Flipkart to return this product.This time they approved the request quickly

            Flipkart rejected my return request even after knowing that the seller sent an used cheaper earbud.When I try to put across my point, the customer support simply disconnects the chat or the call.they have initiated the replacement after 7 days of raising the concern. I will be traveling to my native place via train tomorrow and they are asking me to wait and collect the package or ask someone else to collect.But finally I should be here to check the quality of the product.And I am out of town for a month. that's why I contacted them daily but still they provide delayed resolution. the seller can't accept returns because that's their policy but I also should have the right to reject a product if it clearly fails the expectation. i don't trust the seller anymore but Flipkart won't understand.
            Flipkart accepted my refund request after a failed replacement attempt.Closing this issue as resolved.I hope they don't delay in refunding the amount paid

              I am trying to make a purchase using a Dhani one freedom card and Kotak Mahindra debit card. This is a card I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" .
              Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
              I wish to make a purchase.

              I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 1 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???

                We have ordered sewing machine worth 5000 and its delivered on dec 1st. As we have noticed that its not working, we have raised return request but there is only replacement option and no refund option. We have contacted the customer service team. They said if we want refund then we must go through replacement of the product and then returning the replaced item . So for the 2nd time retuting the item the seller will lets us get the refund option . So we opted for replacement . Its supposed to be replaced on dec 6th . Today is dec 9th but still the item is not replaced yet . Worst experience from flipkart and the customer service team is completely useless . As a middle class person the money i have spent for this item is means alot to me so please help me out .

                  I have order items in flipkart worth 2796 on 3rd may 2021 amonut got debited from my account but order not placed.keeping in mind that money will get refund i have placed another order on 3rd may which got delivered as order not placed for 3rd may i dont have order reference i was struggling between my bank and flipkart to get the refund amount.hdfc bank executives clearly telling that money has been processed i need to check with merchant i.e flipkart only when i called so many times flipkart executes are unable to help me..hence requesting in this platform to help me as soon as possible it almost more than 6 months struggling to get my money back

                    My flipkard account is blocked due to high number of return they are telling its no issue for me. I paid the due amount but they are not update it. I got a link from flipkard i paid the amount in that link but they are not update it. Its not good and also in twitter page they are not responding properly i attache a images

                        I had placed an order with Order ID - OD[protected] with flipkart
                        It is a Men's Suit. Seller - Retailnet.
                        According to the website description, Both Pant and Blazer had to be delivered as I ordered a SET. But only blazer was delivered.
                        I tried to return it multiple times but every time the return would get rejected.
                        I was promised that I will recieve full refund if return gets cancelled as its completely FLipkart and seller's fault.
                        Despite chasing behind flipkart executives no resolution has been provided and I have been duped. Incomplete order delivered and I am charged for the full product. No return, No refund Provided.,
                        I have Screenshot/ Mail proofs coming from Flipkart higher team MS Riya jain Stating that a full refund will be provided in my favour if return gets cancelled but 9 returns have been cancelled and rejected but my money is not returned. FLipkart is washing away thier hands from my case by falsely marking issue resolved. They wont take the item returned, they wont refund my money. Fraud Flipkart

                        Consumercomplaints.in disappointed me as there was absolutely no use of mentioning the complain here. Nevertheless i kept trying to chase flipkart, Every time a junior used to call me, I denied talking to them and asked them to make me speak to the senior. This happened 5 times each time a junior came on call. But one fine day, finally there was the floor manager on the call asking me the issue as I had demanded for a senior, she created return with immediate refund. My money was credited and the item was picked up. To whoever struggling with returns @ flipkart. Keep the faith and keep calling them, my issue took 2 months 15 days from date of purchase to be resolved, theres no shortcut, keep trying. Thanks

                        As you can clearly see in the screenshot proof, After 5 return requests, I was once again told that we will try to resolve your issue and create another return request but this time with the promise that incase the return gets cancelled, A full refund without return would be provided.
                        Return was rejected as expected but this higher team never gave me my refund as promised. Thye started ignoring my complaints and imcompetent senior team members kept saying that we will initiate one more return. This is unacceptable behaviour. After giving customer a written statement of providing refund, backing away, and not acting accordingly is a shame.
                        Looking forward for my refund

                                I have purchased Samsung 345 Liter Refrigerator on 30 Oct 2021. A damaged product received on 02 Nov 2021. I have applied for replacement and the dates are given for replacement are… 13 Nov, 24 Nov, 30 Nov, 04 Dec, 09 Dec 2021 but not received yet. I am in touch with customer care centre but there is no satisfactory reply. EMI has started and product is not in use…. Refund is also pending….

                                  I received this product on 3rd Dec'21. Since day 1 the mobile charging is draining drastically without using much applications because I have not installed higher number applications and specifically no gaming application but still charging is getting drained so fast and raised this complaint with Flipkart and they asked me to contact Apple which I have contacted them. The first person remoted into my phone and changed few setting and he even noticed that over the remote call the battery is drained drastically hence he asked me to do a factory reset and monitor for 24 - 48hrs but after which still the issue remains same. Again I contacted apple support where the second guy remoted into my phone and he observed the same where the battery is getting drained hence he checked with second level support team and they said could be hardware issue. Hence I reached out to Flipkart reporting the same and their response is very unprofessional and pathetic because they promised me that if apple not providing enough support then report to us where we can help in arranging the needful but all were fake promise they made to me. I have been a legitimate customer to Flipkart but they fraud me in handling this case. It's so depressing and annoying because I paid a huge amount for this product and the behaviour of Flipkart is so bad and pathetic. I cannot even use this phone because I'm panicked & scared if I use then the battery might get drained and it will go to switch off mode which is of no use after spending this much money on the product. Hence I need a justice because of this fraudulent activity and I want them to pay back my amount.

                                  I'm no where any getting any justice on this case. I have given my mobile to the Apple authorized service centre and it went to Bangalore for further investigation. The service people identified that the iPhone SE got some issue hence arranged for a replacement. But the concern here this particular model has lot of issues hence I have requested them to upgrade for a better phone where I'm ready to pay for the additional amount but they blindly refused telling that it's not there as per their terms which I disagree and term it as a fraudulent activity because I received a defective product and reviews about this product was not good hence as a legitimate customer asking for a replacement to a better phone by paying additional amount but they were keep rejecting and worst support I received. Hence I need a justice on my case, I need a refund either by Flipkart or Apple.
                                  Received message from CanaraBank "the refund of Rs.648 was transferred to your account on Dec07, 2021 and will be credited in 24hrs". No credit so for. On enquiry with Canarabank with ref.no.they say no credit is received so for from Flipkart and so you contact flipkart.

                                      I have submitted complaint on 2/12/2021 today is 9th but no reply from Flipkart and nor my amount is refunded by Flipkart very poor service from Flipkart it was my biggest mistake to use Flipkart pay Later

                                        I have ordered a women's dress for my sister on 14 th November and I received delivery on 19th November, in the package I got totally different product without any price tag(T-shirt that is used also) my order is sharara set for women, when I see the wrong product I cal Flipkart customer care they assure me that we resolve your issue. After 4-5 days their wish master came to my home, after seeing the product he denied pickup he says i only take the same product then i said I haven't received so how I could, then I again put complain again the same thing was repeated and after that around 4-5 2 wish boy refuse to receive the product which is given by Flipkart, i talk to more than 10-15 Flipkart representative every time they assure me and their wish boy refuse to accept every time when I call them another person hear my story assure me and do nothing I am in tension from last more than 10 days, i order product from their Flipkart pay later now they tell me to pay without giving product please help me to get out of it as I have no option left so I am complaining here
