I ordered the table on dec 2, 2021 and product delivered at dec 11, 2021

Installation completed at 13th dec, alignment is not good and tellosscope not working properly and we have asked replacement to flipkart from the day 1 of installation to until now

Service engineer damaged my product finally

No one taking the action for replacement

I have all evidence with me including cctv footage and voice recorded

I have raised 6 replacement request and it's rejected by flipkart

They didn't know about the value for the customer money and customer time

Service team showing the hand to flipkart and flipkart showing hand to service team, any how losser is customer only

I have compliment and discussed with flipkart support team more than 50 times but no solution and always providing the fake information

      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 801503 for almost 4 years. Even today (dt 24 Dec 2021) I received the orders placed on 20th Dec, 2021. But suddenly, since last 3 days, almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 801503. Not able to place any order. However on checking the same product for a pincode almost just 3-4kms away I.e. 800001 it's showing available. Even the most recent order went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is weird. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end. Nor giving any satisfactory reason.

        The first one i received was a corrupted sd card which i requested a return for the 2nd day of arrival .Every file i put on the sd card was getting corrupted and unreadable.The replacement card arrived today and it was a counterfeit product this one was not even registering as an sdcard the misaligned contact points and the poor quality paint suggests that this one is a counterfeit and i requested for a refund earlier today and now it states that " Your Return request is Cancelled" and i dont know why. what did i do wrong

          I ordered a Lauret Blanc A4 Size Table Calendar 2022 from Flipkart for Rs. 639 sold by Exsell Solutions. I recieved a completely different product i.e. a small size dairy to write notes instead of the calendar. I made a return request on the same day the product was received. Today, an Ekart delivery executive came to pickup the return but he denied to take it as he said it is different from the product mentioned in the description. I explained him that is the issue I recieved a completely different product as shown in pictures and description. He asked me to request a pickup return again mentioning the wrong item recieved. I already mentioned the same in the first place. Kindly intervene in the matter as I am eligible for a full refund and it is not my fault that a wrong item was sold, packed and delivered.

            I worked so hard on it. But my payment is not proceed 5-6 months passed when my payment got approved but still i didn't get my payment this is my account details

            We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

            They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

              Sir my wallet money expired on 22/12/21

                This is regarding my order OD[protected], This was a prepaid product, This product was supposed to be delivered on 14 dec 2021, I dont know what kind of Scam Flipkart is running, they have automatically marked this product as delivered but in reality they have delivered the product in my dreams I guess,
                Literally I am pissed of from flipkart services, I am calling their customer care daily, but instead of resolving issue they are pushing the dates,
                This is the way Flipkart is playing with a persons hard earned money.
                Till now there is no resolution, no refund, no action, no delivery of product and no actions against the scammers behind this

                  I have placed order on Dec 5 2021 and the product is expected to deliver on Dec 13 2021 but they failed to do so and in the tracking status the order is marked for Dec 16 (extension of 3 days due to some issues from their end).

                  So waited till Dec 16 2021 that is also failed and not delivered and I could see in tracking status that something happened and they are checking on it and will deliver the order in next 3 days.

                  I waited and Dec 19 I raised my issue in help desk and they called me back and I stated all these issues and the executive promised me to wait till Dec 22 for the resolution and she have raised complaint for the same and promised two offers,

                  1) If I get my product on Dec 22 2021 they will provide gift card for the shipping fee for my understanding and if the product is not delivered on Dec 22 2021 they will provide 100 Rs worth gift card if I cancel my order.

                  So on Dec 22 I opened the chat support session of the raised complaint and explaining multiple times and agents keeps changing in the chat and I started to get frustrated and they again asking me to wait till end of the day or 7 PM till dec 22 2021. I was asking what if the product is not delivered because I was sitting in that chat session for solid 2 hours. I asked for gift card worth product price for the worst experience I faced and finally no proper resolution provided and I ended the chat.

                  But suddenly from Flipkart end I received email stating your promised resolution date is changed to Dec 23 2021. they themselves changing and dragging the time.

                  So Dec 23 morning I got call from flipkart and again no resolution. I keep asking them to track where exactly the product is lying and what is the shipping status but none of the executive know how to do and saying they can't do because they don't know. I even asked for next level of escalation to check where exactly my product lying but again they told me to wait till Dec 23 7PM 2021 for order delivery if that is not delivered then their team will provide complete solution Dec 24 2021 9 AM ... I am typing this on Dec 24 11 AM no response or email from them.

                  In my frustration I requested call back from them not received yet

                    I had purchased allen solly checkered shirt from flipkart and returned it due to incorrect size. flipkart is showing that the amt is refunded to my bank account. but in my bank statement there is no refund of rs. 900 /- . the transaction no( igamefjcm6 ) they are mentioning is the purchase transaction no as seen in my bank account statement. when i raised complaint with flipkart asking for the refund transaction no there is no proper answer and my amt is not yet refunded.
                    as all o[censored]s know that for both the purchase and the refund the transaction no cannot be the same.
                    pls help in the refund of my rs.900.

                        I received my Honor Band order on 16th Dec. It is already switched off then i tried to put on charge for an hour but it didn't show any response . Then unplugged the charger and the next morning again i tried to charge for 2-3 hours but still not any response then i filed a return request with the comment "It is not Charging" on 17th Dec night and received a call from Flipkart and they told me that JEEVES Technician will visit in next 2-3 days and only check that what you have said is true and then he will approve your return request. After 1 day on 19th Dec JEEVES Technician came and checked the band and said that charging pin is damaged so it is not charging he did all his process and asked to wait some hours for approval and he is gone . After 2 hours I received a notification, Message and Email from Flipkart that your return request is rejected and when i called them, reason they told me that the JEEVES sent them report that my issue is resolve so return request rejected . I told the FLIPKART executive my issue isn't resolved according to JEEVES charging pin is damaged so how did they sent issue resolved report i asked them to contact JEEVES but FLIPKART denied it. They asked file return request again . Then i thought it might be a Technical error so filed a return request again on 20 dec and THIS ALL THINGS HAPPENED AGAIN, AGAIN SAME TECHNICIAN, REJCTION, FLIPKART EXECUTIVE CALL, then FLIPKART has left no option for me THEN I HAVE TO FILE RETURN REQUEST AGAIN on 22 dec AND AGAIN SAME TECHNICIAN APPOINTED and he didn't visited yet .
                        So it is the loop going on and on.
                        I don't know how flipkart handle this but I'm shopping from flipkart for more than 4 year and this is never happened but this things surely destroy your reputation FLIPKART.

                          Hi Sir/Madam,

                          I, Balaji, am a Flipkart customer. I made an order of Realme GT Master Edition on 21.12.2021 along with mobile exchange. Exchange value for my old phone was Rs.7900/- and I paid rest amount through Debit Card. On 23.12.2021 delivery person named AJITH came to deliver the item. Before delivery he had to pick old mobile up. Old mobile is in very good working condition with minor dents. As per the Flipkart return policy, my old mobile is eligible for exchange even though it has minor dents and it can’t be denied on any ground. When the delivery person came he checked the mobile but unfortunately he told it can’t be exchanged and made fictitious excuses. I asked him why are you making such excuses. He told me that the phone has some minor dents and it is not eligible for the full exchange value of Rs.7900/-. He said that the old phone can be taken only for the exchange value of Rs.3400/- and asked me to pay the difference amount of Rs.4500/-. I paid him the difference amount Rs.4500/- in cash and received my order. But after the delivery when I checked in My Orders section it is displayed that my old phone has been picked for Rs.7900/-(attached the reference screenshot) instead of Rs.3400/- and then I realized that the delivery person has cheated me. Also when I checked the price chart for exchanging old phone in the website it has been mentioned that my old phone is eligible for the maximum exchange price of Rs.6200/-(attached the reference screenshot) even though it has dents or cracks which means the maximum difference amount I’m supposed to pay is Rs.[protected].

                          I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by the flipkart delivery person and I was cheated by him. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and make necessary steps so that no customer gets cheated like me in future. Also I request you to take necessary actions to refund my amount based on the eligible exchange value for my old phone.

                                  I had purchased United denim jeans item on 14/12/21.item was not delivered but in my orders in Flipkart site it is showing item delivered.i raised the complainant on 19/12/21.but no resolution came from the concerned team .I purchased the item on offer price but solution they are telling after offer ending so I had lost my offer item and offer to purchase another item .I'm unable to get the solution from Flipkart team.

                                  This issue I'm facing 2 nd time in the October month also I had faced same issue but I did not got any solution.

                                  I'm asking team to replace the same item or else refund the original price. Not offer price which I had purchased.so that this type of mistakes will not be repeated by the website and team.

                                        I ordered a shoe on Flipkart on 3rd Dec 2021. It never got shipped. Once the expected delivery date was reached, flipkart sent me an SMS saying that my order is delayed due to unforseen circumstances and they gave me another delivery date. I then cancelled my order thinking that there might have been some technical issue on their side. I again ordered the same product from the same seller and again i am facing the same issue. This time I ordered on 17th Dec 2021 and it gave an expected delivery date of 26th Dec 2021. But the order is still not shipped. I think they will do the same thing once the delivery date is reached. They will just keep on increasing the expected delivery date.
