I buyed orthopedic mattress in Flipkart on 18th December,

They are selling the product with the name of orthopedic mattress, they are using poor quality material in this mattress.

By using this mattress I am getting back pain and neck pain.

I informed to Flipkart, they won't return the product, they will do only replacement

Please help regarding this issue

    Good Afternoon!
    This is Rajesh. I purchased TCL 55" television on 20- sep-2019. It has a three-year warranty. I have the warranty card and it has mentioned the iv and tv box as well. Now the tv display is blurring. I contact TCL and Flipkart as well. but I didn't get any exact reply. Flipkart says they can give only one year warranty. TCL staff is saying they cannot give a three-year warranty because I brought this from Flipkart if I purchased this from the store they can give it three years. For only two years why should i spend Rs.40000/-. Also then why did they mention the detail on tv and why did they give to me a three-year warranty card. I contact them several times but I didn't get any reply. So I requested you to please take an action against this matter.

    There is no response from the TCL team. Please forward this issue. Its been an year I have registered this complaint. kindly go through this.

    Sorry to hear about your terrible experience. We are living through one right now. What TCL is doing is "Cheating". When the warranty card has 3 years warranty, it should not matter where the product was purchased, They simply cant make up their own rules, There is a rule of law in this county (I hope). I am planning to take this to consumer court and teach these bas**** a lesson. They cant take the consumer's money and throw a tantrum. Please let me know if you are interested in joining me in going to court with this.

    I file a complaint through a lawyer as well. But no reply on their part. They have masters in cheating. after that, I throw the **** television into the dustbin.

      I purchased washing machine in 30 days ago..still now iam not using, because demo has not completed, and has dent on product, I kept as return, even no response from customer care executive, waste and worst service

        I have a DUDAO Bluetooth purchased on Flipkart shopping app. From 15th December 2021 this product is not working properly, Left side ear buds has stopped giving voice and voice transmition on call is also not happening properly.
        This product is still in warranty, As I have buy this on 3 January 2021 and delivered on 5th January 2021.
        I am chasing flipkart and Dudao from last 8 days however I not getting proper response. From Flipkart Ms Shalini and Mr Maqsood is just Apologies and no solution. Even From Dudao I have talked to Ms Saxshi is not giving any response after my several call and email

        The warranty of this product is 1 year, which is not completed yet. Please help me in this, as flipkart and Dudao is making fool to me. Dudao is not even responding my mail

          When I try to update it's requesting for the OTP that was sent to my old number but as it's no more I can't provide the OTP to update it.

              I have ordered some household items from Flipkart in October 2021 worth 6986₹ through Flipkart Pay Later and later converted it to Easy EMI which is converted to 3 EMIs of 2329₹ and I Paid all the EMIs timely before due date i.e. 5th of each month and all EMIs paid on 4th December 2021 but to My surprise I received a Legal Notice from IDFC First Bank stating I'm not Paying my EMIs from last 84 days and I checked the same in IDFC Bank site and it's showing the same, then I checked my CIBIL Score and there's same story. Flipkart Not settling EMIs timely and for their mistake my CIBIL Score gone bad and I got a Legal Notice so for this issue I contacted their Customer Support through Call and one of their representative lodged a complaint and said I'll receive a callback regarding the resolution in 48hrs but after more than 72hrs passed no response from them. So please Help me to resolve my issue and Close my Pay Later account

                I purchased a shoe Product order I'd OD[protected]. On opening I saw that I received a shoe that is stained on bottom and torn on sides on the top . i placed item stating "received a broken/damaged item" and subcategory "stained or torn product recieved".
                Delivery agent came to my house and i told i selected wrong option and asked to call customer care as product is stained and torn on top. I told i selected same option and he told it is not reflecting on his Flipkart app. He told to contact customer care and he left and he cancelled return stating reason as product mismatch. I called customer care and again i selected return as above options and he came and rejected pickup again though I selected option received a broken/ damaged item.

                Customer service of Flipkart is not caring and told my complaint is in progress yet cancelled my return two times. I placed a return third time now

                  I have purchased LuxiriaEco 24 Induction & Standard Idli Maker on 07/10/2021 vide Invoice Number FAG4DO[protected] for Rs. 1540. As per flipkart web site there was warranty offered on Idly pot. Now the Idlipot has got a crack automatically by itself without any human fault. However the company is not admitting our repeated complaints. They are closing the issue without addressing to it.

                    Hi, i am vennela. My complaint is about the refund amount which is not credited to my canara bank account no [protected] IFSC code 0013134 Flipkart had informed me that "the refund amount no is successfully processed and will be credited to my account. If not credited then please contact the banks customer care". I have contacted the bank and they are saying the amount has not been refunded. They advised me to contact flipkart. Flipkart has not provided me any reference number of refund transaction, but only a mail that says refund is successfully processed. I am helpless!!

                                I ordered the table on dec 2, 2021 and product delivered at dec 11, 2021

                                Installation completed at 13th dec, alignment is not good and tellosscope not working properly and we have asked replacement to flipkart from the day 1 of installation to until now

                                Service engineer damaged my product finally

                                No one taking the action for replacement

                                I have all evidence with me including cctv footage and voice recorded

                                I have raised 6 replacement request and it's rejected by flipkart

                                They didn't know about the value for the customer money and customer time

                                Service team showing the hand to flipkart and flipkart showing hand to service team, any how losser is customer only

                                I have compliment and discussed with flipkart support team more than 50 times but no solution and always providing the fake information

                                    I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 801503 for almost 4 years. Even today (dt 24 Dec 2021) I received the orders placed on 20th Dec, 2021. But suddenly, since last 3 days, almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 801503. Not able to place any order. However on checking the same product for a pincode almost just 3-4kms away I.e. 800001 it's showing available. Even the most recent order went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is weird. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end. Nor giving any satisfactory reason.

                                      The first one i received was a corrupted sd card which i requested a return for the 2nd day of arrival .Every file i put on the sd card was getting corrupted and unreadable.The replacement card arrived today and it was a counterfeit product this one was not even registering as an sdcard the misaligned contact points and the poor quality paint suggests that this one is a counterfeit and i requested for a refund earlier today and now it states that " Your Return request is Cancelled" and i dont know why. what did i do wrong

                                        I ordered a Lauret Blanc A4 Size Table Calendar 2022 from Flipkart for Rs. 639 sold by Exsell Solutions. I recieved a completely different product i.e. a small size dairy to write notes instead of the calendar. I made a return request on the same day the product was received. Today, an Ekart delivery executive came to pickup the return but he denied to take it as he said it is different from the product mentioned in the description. I explained him that is the issue I recieved a completely different product as shown in pictures and description. He asked me to request a pickup return again mentioning the wrong item recieved. I already mentioned the same in the first place. Kindly intervene in the matter as I am eligible for a full refund and it is not my fault that a wrong item was sold, packed and delivered.
