Yesterday I ordered a phone realme gt edition from Flipkart and seller was HydtelRETAILSsales
I ordered product and my money was debited amd order was placed but at yesterday night before offer end it was cancelled by seller automatically without any updates

I want to complain regarding seller that if they cancel products without any reason they should be punished or they should give free phone because they cancelled product without any reason.

Now i cannot place order because offer ended and amount of phone increased ..

Action should be taken regarding seller and i want product .

    My mobile number was changed without my consent to another number on 6/12/21 and my email id was also changed without my consent. My flipkart pay later account of Rs. 50000 was misused because of this changes. I had raised 3 complaint against this issue on 6/12/21 itself but this remained unresolved. Please do the needful at the earliest and change my mobile number, email id and resolve flipkart pay later amount.

        I have purchase LIVPURE LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS+ 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier with Taste Enhancer on 1st December . The Product was installed on 2nd Dec . Order ID :OD[protected]. The service agent went away after installation but water leakage was observed . I called Livpure on 2nd to come and look for some installation issue . On 3rd Livpure service agent came and mentioned of the part has got damaged and he will replace it . I refused for any part replacement as It was a manufacturing defect and I was still under return/ replacement period of the filter . I raised a replacement request after service agent visit . Flipkart schedule a technical visit ( and approval ) for refund on 6th Dec. Without any technician visit I received a Email on 7th Dec that my refund request has been denied after technician visit . I raised another replacement request as within 2 days the product has detoriated water taste as well . The taste was undrinkable . I called Flipkart service agent 4th Time to understand the necessity of water filter at home . In the evening another technician visited whose job was just to approve the refund after looking at the product that it has not been damaged so a filter can be replaced . The service agent started working on product and confirmed that TDS level of filter has rose to 130 level just in 2 days . But he denied any fault about the product and continue servicing it .
        Live agent from Flipkart was on call and she acknowledged that parts should be returned as the work of technician was just to verify the product was returnable and not provide any servicing on the product, but technician still need to give nod. Technician was rude and left the house after some servicing . Now I am left without proper drinking water at home with the worst service from Flipkart .

        Flipkart agent says they won't be able to help and needs to be escalated to seniors . But then neither they esclate the call/ logs and issue nor they connect . They don't even file the issue I am facing. i have tried to call Flipkart on 8th dec 5-6 time with no response. I have all the videos of way they handle it .

        I have recorded video of service agent and the concversation with Flipkart agent but it is not getting uploaded here

        Flipkart and Livpure together is harassing the customer . Flipkart keeps initiating technician visit while Livpure decline to come .
        Flipkart says they will send Technician to un-install the product, Livpure Technical says they will chare us for uninstallation .

          Flipkart has blocked my account which has around 500 coins and Flipkart Pay Later bill of Rs. 3000 due. I have complained to the customer support 9-10 times in the past one month and they haven't provided me a resolution. The customer support says that the system automatically blocks the account and all they can do is register a complaint to the technical team. But there's no way for a customer to reach out to the technical team himself. Everytime they just raise a complaint request and give me a deadline and on the day of the deadline I receive a email that says your request has been denied because o[censored]nusual number of high returns. You'll no longer be able to login into your account. This has been happening for the past 9-10 times. Flipkart no where mentions as to what constitutes an 'unusual' number of returns. They have no where mentioned the account blocking process and what leads to that. I returned just one product in the past one month because it was defective. No one returns the product for fun. I have been a Flipkart Plus customer for many years and this is how they reward their loyal customers. They have pathetic and rude customer support. Meanwhile, I get daily messages from Flipkart asking me to pay the Flipkart Pay Later bill which is due. How can I pay when I am not able to login to my account? Flipkart has no responsibility and concern for their customers. They are such a fraud.

          Flipkart customer care hasn't reached out to me and they haven't done anything to resolve my issue. Meanwhile, they have added Rs. 300 late penalty charges on my Flipkart Pay Later bill of Rs. 2660. What kind of dacoity is this? Whose fault was that I couldn't pay my bill? They didnt provide me any resolution for the past one month. How could I have paid my bill when I wasn't able to login to my account? Now they have the audacity to charge me penalty of Rs. 300.

            I ordered a White color cello maestro bottle. Flipkart sent a fake product. I asked for replacement they cancelled my replacement request 3 times even though it was within policy. They are now refusing to even refund my money back. I spent 3hrs talking to customer service . 3 customer service cut my call or put me on hold for more than 15 mins and ultimately cut my call.

                    5 of my products ordered on 31 november 2021 on Flipkart was suppose to be delivery by 1st of December 2021. All the 5 product was not delivered and they keep extending the product. I no longer need the product and wen I asked the customer service to cancel they say it's out for delivery and therefore not able to cancel. I am also not able to cancel the product on their app. The product keeps extending and Flipkart is not canceling the product.

                    4 orders are cancelled and refund is yet to be made, however the 5 order is still not cancelled and is further being pushed as will try to deliver even if I have told them to cancel the order

                        I ordered Apple AirPods Pro from Flipkart on 27th Oct'21, which was delivered on 29th Oct'21, however on checking the product it was found to be fake product with local company name as varni. I raised replacement request multiple times, but same was rejected by Flipkart and eventually they suspended my account. My order id is - OD[protected].

                        The serial # on the box is also invalid and not recognized by Apple Company.

                          For the past 2 weeks, my orders getting totally canceled by the sellers, despite selecting unique sellers' products. I received only the partial amount. When the products are not available or if they are not able to deliver at my specified location, why the hell are you keeping the sales open? I am wasting so much of my time looking for products.

                          Not received the payment of Rs.2246/- order ID OD[protected] placed on 27 Nov 21.

                          Rs.4253 - Order OD[protected] all orders canceled for no reason. I would be glad to know if you provide me with the reason.

                            Flipkart block my account suddenly. flipkart does not inform account block . flipkart say account block reason is many return of item. but if i get defective product then i have right to return my item. its is under flipkart return policy.

                                  I have been receiving text messages and automated phone calls for the orders that someone else placed. It's happening for the past 3 months. I am receiving it almost every day. This was informed to their customer service as well as the grievance officer numerous times but no action has been taken by Flipkart. I continue receiving text messages. I am a businessman who travels frequently as part of my profession and calls and texts from Flipkart interrupt the smooth operation of my business as it sometimes happens during meetings or driving. It's unfortunate to note that Flipkart is not taking this issue seriously or they are incompetent to resolve it.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I ordered puma men green sports sandal on[protected] in pre-book sale of paying one 1/- after starting sale I paid the total amount of 757/- rupees on[protected] through upi payment. On[protected] the product is come for delivery delivery agent told to me sir your got product from flipkat it is COD so you need to pay 757/- in that time I said I am already paid money for that product but he said no sir It is COD and show to me COD written on the package and said If you will pay I will delivery the product other wise I will return the product. Inthat I called to flipkart customer care executive and said the what happens he said due to some technical issues it is not updated to the courrier partner because of that the product shows COD after you paid the money so present you pay the money to delivery agent and our courrier partner will update to our after that we will refund the money to you because of that I paid the money of 757/- to the delivery agent through upi .so I paid the money two times for this product one though upi when book the order and another time when deliverd the product. After that I am waiting for one week I am waiting for refund but I did not get the refund so I am calling customer service several times and register a complaint but there is no use.so I am requesting to you take complaint and take the necessary action and give the Instructions to close issue as early as possible.

                                      They have blocked my account due to which I have lost my supercoins (money) due to which I could not pay their flipkart pay later on time so I contacted bank and paid to them I have told so many times to flipkart team that I have paid and Clear my dues but still company is messaging and calling all the time due to which my mental stability is getting worst they didn't even unblock my account I am having with 2000 coins in that which is getting expired day by day I am really feeling lot of problems due to this company's staff behavior their back end team is worst they are not at all suitable for customer service

                                        I have complaint regarding gift voucher. In the flipkart app they claim 2500 hundred gift voucher once we earn 2500 super coin we can redeem it for 2500 voucher but as I earned 2500 hundred super coins they are saying this reward is not available for you. I complained about it in their customer care they said we will resolve it soon. Now they are saying you have to earn super coins by shopping but they have not mentioned it in their terms and conditions. And at the I am feeling like cheated as always E-commerce company do.
                                        I am writing this email with full of hope you will understand my situation and help me to get what I deserve.
