Ka time bola gya delivery ka phir dealy kar ke 17 ka time managa 17 ko filpcart ke customer service se batt karne par unhone bola apke account me 150 ka gift voucher milega ap new fresh order kar do maine mana kar diya fir mere se 10 se 15 bar flipkart customer service ka phone aya fir unhone time manga 20 ka aj 20 ho gya hai mera product delivery fir dealy kar diya aj call aya aj phir 72hr ka time mang rahe hai sir/madam mai bhut paresan ho gya hu plz meri help ki jaye maine online payment kar diya hai meri emi bhi ban gayi hai jiska loan activat ho gya hai aur product abhi tak delivery nhi hua maine national consumer service mai apna complent darj karwa diya hai Plz apse request hai meri help ki jaye aur mere sath insaf kiya jaye filipcart ki service wale ko toda samjaya jaye ham filipcart par viswas karke kuch product order karte hai but customer ke sath ye yesa vartaw karte hai ye bhut galhai aj product ko order kare 11day ho gya hai plz meri help ki kaye

    I have lost my sim card from which I created my Flipkart account. Also, I haven't entered email during registration in Flipkart. Please suggest how to update my phone and e-mail I'd without sending otp to old phone no.

      We brought a glass top dining set from Flipkart in May ..by December the dining table started to wobble n the top glas is shaking.
      We request service from Flipkart fo several times .. customer service said no support is possible only u can send back to manufacturer n get refund.we said that is ok.
      We have since then Been promised 6-7 times by so many different agents of Flipkart customer care that tomorrow table will b picked up and you will get money back ..but nobody is coming from Flipkart to get the table...it's so risky to have a 3 year old running around the house with the heavy unstable glass top table ..I need you to be a little more genuine Flipkart.

        I placed order for grocery basket vide Order no.OD[protected] dt 12th September 2021 on flipkart and paid an amount of Rs. 1784/- via NetBanking. But so far neither products nor refund has been received. I complained so many times to flipkart and every time they are calling but except assurance nothing has received. More than 100 calles I received from flipkart but matter has not resolved so far. It is requested to take action against flipkart for either refund or product whatever easy for flipkart.

            Dear Sir,

            I have placed order on 17th oct and tv was installed 24th oct, after rare use of TV it became dead on 8th Dec 2021 and after that we have officially register the complaint CLBWQ[protected] claim id. They have not accepted the replacement and they have confirmed the part will reach to local service provider and they will repair your new tv very next day.

            Now more than 10 days has been passed but no commitment no calls from Nokia or Flipkart. not resolving the issue. today during call to their customer care [protected] we have not received any update and they are not ready to give refund as well replacement.

            This is worst service i have seen ever.

                    I received Flipkart Pay Later bill worth Rs. 1046/- on the last week of November 2021 & I paid the dues on 1st Dec 2021 via GPay vide UPI Transaction ID[protected] & Gpay Transaction ID- CICAgODu64_Ukw . On the same day on the app it was showing that I have not paid the dues stating last transaction got cancelled & if any amount is debited it will be credited back in next 3 to 5 working days. On the same time I called customer care & I was told that compliant has been raised & was told to wait for 24 hours. Till today I have made numerous calls to customer care team & I only got one resolution to wait for 24 hours. I have even provided the Transaction ID to flipkart but I was told that complaint is under process.

                    I made the payment on 1st of Dec & today it is 20th Dec more than 3 to 5 working days. If transaction would have failed then why money did not got credited back to my HDFC bank account.

                    Every day I am getting call from flipkart stating I my amount is still pending & flipkart pay later amount got suspended. Today I saw that the amount is Rs. 1221/- including overdue fine.

                    I made several calls to flipkart which can be found from the call records kept with you & no resolution is received yet.

                    I am attaching the Transaction ID receipt with this compliant.

                    Now this is first & last warning to you, stop harrassing me by saying that I have not made the payment. Kindly settle the dues in next 5 days or else I have to take recourse to legal action for all mental frustrating caused to me.

                    Parallely I shall be escalating the same issue in Twitter & Google, complaining the same issue to your CEO.

                    Apart from this, I shall not be using the worst flipkart service anymore. It's a request to kindly delete my flipkart account once you settle the dues or else I will move out. I will be stating this harassment in Twitter platform shortly.

                        I purchased VIVO X70 pro plus and gave oneplus 6 as exchange on 31st October. Wishmaster took 4250 rs extra from me for the OnePlus 6. Amount for the exchange is 12700 and they took 4250 rs extra by saying this comes under damage category. But device which I gave was well maintained.
                        Later on I came to know these wishmaster doing same to many consumers. I called flipkart customer care and it's been 15 days now and they're not giving any postive reply. Now I am calling them and they're disconnecting calls again and again. This is clear cut fraud and I want a apology from Flipkart and my money back 4250 or my OnePlus 6 back.

                            2 days back i checked a product in the morning and it said deliverable to my pincode i.e 190019... but in the evening i went to checkout but it said not deliverable to this pin code ... and now nearly 90% of products on flipkart are showing not deliverable... flipkart should fix this...

                                  I purchased a product through Flipkart Pay Later account which is provided by IDFC Bank. I paid the amount which i used in IDFC Bank App before the Due date of my Bill. I have received the confirmation from IDFC Customer care that amount has been credited through the statement. Now Flipkart has to update their back end data base. They failed to update the paid amount. Even though i tried calling to FlipKart Customer Care they are not bothered to resolve the issue. Its been almost a month still it is not resolved. They are torturing me daily with Messages and Phone calls still the amount is due. I want to escalate this harassment calls and message from the Flipkart and i need your support in this.

                                      I had ordered 6 products and on 9th December I got a delivery in which I received 2 items, but three items were mentioned in his invoice and also on Flipkart app it was showing that the item is delivered. I immediately contacted an executive of Flipkart and I was told to wait for three days. But after two or three hours my account has been blocked. Then I contacted on Flipkart Customer Support Twitter page and I got the reason that my account has been blocked due to a high number of returns. Then the next day I got a mail that a product has been canceled by the seller due to an excessive delay and that product was the same as the one for which I had lodged the missing complaint (Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Mousse). I was also given a gift card of 50 by the seller for appreciation.

                                      Sir, basically I'm trying to say that due to that product which was not even delivered to me, my account was blocked. Sir, I tried a lot to contact with Flipkart team, but it was not happening properly. And even if it was happening, I was being given the same reason that I have returned a high number of returns, which is completely wrong.

                                      Sir, I have mailed so many times with my reasons but Flipkart hasn't responded.

                                      I have been a Flipkart customer for almost four years and also a valuable plus customer and I have never done anything unusual. Till date I have huge trust in Flipkart, please request not to let it break. I had ordered other products that have not been delivered to me yet, and I am not able to track them due to the blocked account. I have placed all orders through online payment and still, I am facing this and not able to trace the order.

                                      If you think that all this happened because of my fault then I sincerely apologize to you. And I also assure you that there will be no mistake from my side in the future. Please give me a chance to prove myself🙏

                                      I hope you understand my helplessness. And I am sure that my account will be unblocked as soon as possible.

                                        My account blocked due to high returns happened right i will give explanations.

                                        There are 2 reasons for high returns

                                        1. Some time I have placed order with contains 5 or 6 items in my basket some times 1 or 2 items price will decreased after placing order that thine tried to cancel same order for replacing but unfortunately all orders will be cancelled.
                                        This is also 1 reason the 2nd reason is

                                        2. Actually I have placed an order blue geans pant, received the package but i couldn't see the item inside the package so am raised missing items but it's asking for pickup so again i cancelled the order because missing item how can I hand over to deliver excuitive that's why I cancelled and again i raised dispute under missing items but again it's asking for pickup again i cancelled like this i did more than 10 times this is the 2nd reason for high returns or cancelled orders in my account.

                                        Same i raised dispute in November only that time around dated 11th to 16th Nov I got call from Flipkart they confirmed we will send one mail from our higher outharity please respond that mail then we will unblock your account. But till today i didn't get any communication mail from your end am waiting like anything.

                                        Note : Even am a Flipkart plus member and i purchased my mobile under Flipkart smart upgrade plan so i need to upgrade with some other mobile or i need to clear 30% payment what I got an discount other wise my mobile phone will block.

                                        Am literally saying am not violating any policies of Flipkart if i violated by mistakely un knowingly apologies for that.

                                        Am not doing any fraud here please accept my apology and unblock my account.

                                        Note :- Any clarification required from my end am ready to provide.

                                        Am expecting positive response from Flipkart, thank you so much.
