While delivery, i was not available at my address. I asked my friend to collect.
I pronounced the otp to delivery boy, but before my friend coming to receive the delivery, the delivery boy ran with my product. I tried him reaching multiple times on call. But since then, his call is busy always.

Since, i told the otp to him, the order status is delivered.but i haven't received my order. Kindly interrogate or will have to take stern action with the help.of police in this issue.

This kind of thieves in ekart delivery system is a shame to flipkart.

    I ordered one pair of slipper which I received on 4thDec but I dont like the quality of product and I want to return it. But flipcart is now showing any return button in Order page.

    It is not good to force consumer to keep the product even he does not like that.

      Dear Sir,

      Please note that I have buy Samsung S20+ from your Flipkart site under upgrade plan against Order Id-OD[protected]. But after one year also I did not got any upgrade option from Flipkart side. I have inform this many time through phone and mail.

      But I did not get any help from Flipkart. On 30.11.21 I mail the last detail and talk to customer executive but no solution came. At 9.45 I got call from your executive she told sorry she cannot help in this matter and told me to do the payment from the mail she is sending following the link which will stay 48 hrs. At 11.15 i have done the payment but next day on 1.12.21 I got again payment due notification. I then mail then and call the executive that i have pay the payment then also why this message coming again and again. They told it will be remove once system updated within 24 hrs. Of payment.

      But on 02.12.21 my phone got lock without any information. i cannot use my phone.
      I have pay full amount then also they have lock my phone which is disgusting.
      And this is the service which is worst and very bad. Not a single help come from Flipkart side.
      I mail several time after lock of my phone but not a single reply come.
      I also call them several time but they only tell the technical team is looking the matter which will be solve till 3.12.21 but not have done till now

      As per their commitment they did not do the upgrade option for which they have taken the charges and lock my phone after getting the full payment.
      As my phone lock have great loss in my business and work and its laughable things to my friend cycle and society and hamper my reputation.

        I placed an order on December 2, 2021 at F lipkart self care New Winter Collection Woman Top - Pajama Set. And for that I paid with Gpay. Money is deducted from my bank account but it shows order not placed on Flipkart. It contained a message stating, "Your order has not been confirmed as we have not received the confirmation of payment. Please wait for 24 hours. Your order will either be confirmed or the amount will be refunded." . But my order has not been placed yet and I have not received a refund. So please confirm my order or give me a refund.

          I ordered iphone 7 from flipkart ( 2GUD ) which was delievered to me 28 november this phone is not charging i want to replace it but my flipkart account is blocked by Flipkart . I want to replacement please help

              I order a DUCATI Full Sleeve Printed Men Jacket of order I'd OD[protected]
              The order get shipped but after somethimes it get cancelled and refunded my advance money. They didn't ask me and cancel my order and now the price of that product is too high.

                    Hi I have a Flipkart account from 2017 and I'm still using it, but this year I lost my mobile number and that number has been given to someone by the telecom operator and my Flipkart account was registered with that number, when I'm trying to change registered mobile number, it asks for the OTP sent to that lost number. How do fix this and change my mobile number from the account? Please Resolve My Problem ASAP

                        Dear Flipkart,

                        I made a purchase from flipkart on 2nd Oct 21 by flipkart pay later emi.
                        my first emi deposited on 2nd nov 21. I deposited 2nd EMI on 3rd dec 2021.
                        amount is deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting on your flipkart app. i checked my account statement of sbi there it is showing payment to idfc first bank with it's transaction number. Payment should be shown on app because i made payment.

                        SBI TRANSACTION NUMBER IS[protected] CHANNEL POS/ECOM TERMINAL ID 00005362.
                        Please resolve the issue i don't want to bear late fee.

                          I always used to get all my products delivered... And suddenly I'm facing issues with almost 80% products not deliverable at my pin 781001 which is ironically the main center of the city. I checked out from[protected] its not delivering and 781005/781009 which is literally 10 mins away is deliverable. The product was shipped till my city but then got cancelled cause its "Out of Delivery address"

                              The WEAVERS VILLA Cotton Sofa Cover (Brown Pack of 6) product with order ID: OD[protected] was returned on 06/11/2021 as it was WEAVERS VILLA Cotton Sofa Cover (Brown Pack of 2) delivered to me but the refund has not been credited yet to my account as one of the flipkart executive had promised me that after the return within 2 business days the refund will be credited to my source account and the refund amount will not be adjusted with the other products which had been booked under 10% off. There are no necessary follow ups to resolve the issue and there is no update on the same from the flipkart end, this is the worst experience I am having with flipkart. I hope the issue will get resolved and the amount of Rs.267/- will get credited to my bank account as early as possible since the product was returned a month back. A favourable action in this regard is highly appreciated and I am expecting that the refund of Rs. 267/- will be credited back to my source account as early as possible.

                                Have galaxy f41 which was bought from flipkart in smart upgrade plan by brother but its locked now now due to payment overdue, he couldn't make the payment because he had lost the registered mobile number he used to buy it and order ID also can't be found because of that. We are trying to payment in all possible ways but nothing helps
                                What can be done in this scenario please someone help.Thank you

                                  I had placed an order of dinning table with 6 chairs on 26th Oct'21 with full payment done and during the time of order placed commitment to be deliver was on 5th Nov'21. There was no information from their end for delay and next scheduled date.
                                  Lodge complaint and call several times and had even call customer care and every time waiting call and after connecting false commitment.
                                  Last conversation was on 30th Nov and I said they confirmed that products had been dispatched and will be delivered finally on 2nd Dec'21 and I had communicated them that if they fail again then they have to pay compensation and still not yet received the products. Even on 1st Dec'21 also they confirmed for delivery on 2nd Dec'21
                                  Now as per apps again commuting for 7th Dec'21.
                                  Now I want compensation for such delay and pathetic service.
                                  Very pathetic post order placed service... Once the payment done they don't even bother to update the customers the status.

                                    I have done the payment of Paylater on 3/11/2021 and amount got debited to my account but it's still showing outstanding in account, Also there is no help center or email id provided by Flipkart to file complaint now if I repay chance of again same problem and don't pay I will charged interest
