Complaint marked as Resolved Consumercomplaints.in disappointed me as there was absolutely no use of mentioning the complain here. Nevertheless i kept trying to chase flipkart, Every time a junior used to call me, I denied talking to them and asked them to make me speak to the senior. This happened 5 times each time a junior came on call. But one fine day, finally there was the floor manager on the call asking me the issue as I had demanded for a senior, she created return with immediate refund. My money was credited and the item was picked up.
To whoever struggling with returns @ flipkart. Keep the faith and keep calling them, my issue took 2 months 15 days from date of purchase to be resolved, theres no shortcut, keep trying.

Updated by ronak4070 As you can clearly see in the screenshot proof, After 5 return requests, I was once again told that we will try to resolve your issue and create another return request but this time with the promise that incase the return gets cancelled, A full refund without return would be provided.
Return was rejected as expected but this higher team never gave me my refund as promised. Thye started ignoring my complaints and imcompetent senior team members kept saying that we will initiate one more return. This is unacceptable behaviour. After giving customer a written statement of providing refund, backing away, and not acting accordingly is a shame.
Looking forward for my refund
