Doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model.i was checked my imei number in google web site they verified and shown my device(tecno iace 2x)but flipkat were said miss matchin.unless you considered till please consider ""tecno i ace 2x"".

    Have complaint regarding gift voucher. In the flipkart app they claim 2500 hundred gift voucher once we earn 2500 super coin we can redeem it for 2500 voucher but as I earned 2500 hundred super coins they are saying this reward is not available for you. I complained about it in their customer care they said we will resolve it soon. Now they are saying you have to earn super coins by shopping but they have not mentioned it in their terms and conditions. And at the I am feeling like cheated as always E-commerce company do.
    I am writing this email with full of hope you will understand my situation and help me to get what I deserve.

        Namaste ! tis is Vishnu here, my Flipkart account has been blocked for more than a month now without any support Flipkart team. All these weeks I have trying patiently to get the account unblocked with no change in the status.

        Just a quick brief of my scenario:

        1. Orderd 6 fans - Orders got auto closed. when contacted Flipkart customer, I was advised to reorder.
        2. Reordered 6 fans - Orders got accepted for a few hours, later, Orders got cancelled and the account has been blocked.
        3. Cannot login into the account anymore. The refund amount of the fans is blocked too.

          Flipkart is a scam.Flipkart remove the 2500 Gift voucher offer after i earn more than 2500 supercoins.
          Before it's available after earn this supercoins and it is not available and it is expired has been seen. There are two account same problem. I talked about customer service they are properly not responsible and didn't correctly response please available this offer for this account.

                          Sir I have booked a track suit (Sport sun solid men track suit) on 01 nov 21 from flip kart.com.Order I’d was OD[protected].Due to change of delivery date by flipkart I have requested cancellation of the order on 11Nov 21.
                          Till now I am waiting for my refund.I have called to customer care more than 10 times but my problem is not solved and sometimes customer care people disconnected the call.On 2nd Dec21 I have spoken to to your supervisor mr Shashank Singh about the problem and he told me that they can’t solve my problem as it is some different kind of problem and given me email I’d [protected]@flipkart.com and advised to write mail.

                                I ordered a product of MRP 7149 on 22nd November, the promise delivery date was 27th November. I Raise complain on the same date. They reschedule the delivery date to 3rd December. I waited till that date. On 4th December they forced me to cancel my order. I refused to do so. On 6th they cancelled my order without my permission and update there website and app saying i request to cancel the product'. It is a lie.

                                    1. Purchased flipkart branded perfect homes solid wood bed on 5th June 2021. and got installed on 9thJune2021.

                                    2. Headboard started bending and cracked within 6 months and became unusable, eventually sent email to flipkart with photos on 5th Dec2021.

                                    Raised the complaint on flipkart and Technician visited my house and said that he could not take the return request. asked to place the replacement request in flipkart and closed the complaint.

                                    3. Flipkart refused to accept my return or replacement request. They said, it was damaged by customer. We didnt damage anything. It got cracked and started bending in a few months o[censored]sage. It has one year domestic warranty.

                                    I have availed the extended warranty also. We have never seen this worst bed like this. I am a student and not earning also. How can I afford on this.

                                    1000rs lost because of this worst bed. Please help me on this.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had booked a ticket through Flipkart.com from Delhi to Frankfurt (PNR - YJZ3T) for 11 Dec 2021. I have raised a request for the cancellation of the ticket on Nov 30, 2021 via Flipkart.

                                        I have repeatedly called Flipkart regarding the same and was told that cancellation is pending from Air India.

                                        I had a conversation with the AIR INDIA team and as per them the status of the ticket is still confirmed and AIR INDIA is telling me that travel booking Flipkart has still not transferred the cancel request.

                                        The Flipkart support executives states that it takes 120+9 days for a refund but why the cancellation is showing still pending as I have logged the ticket for cancellation a week before. (on 30 Nov, 2021)

                                        So if cancellation is already requested, then how come the status in AIR India still shows confirmed. I have just 4 days left for that ticket and if cancellation is done after 11th Dec then I am going to lose my money.

                                        I have tried several times to get a written email for a cancellation request from Flipkart but I haven't received any response. If this is not going to be taken seriously I am going to raise the concern to consumer court because this is very unethical behavior from Flipkart as they trying to loot their constant customer.
                                        Also, this behavior is going to hamper your reputation for flight booking in the future.

                                        Please take an action ASAP and cancel the ticket or else I will not leave a stone unturned to defame you in any portal. I myself have worked in a reputed organization and vow to spread the behavior elsewhere.

                                        Flipkart.com and AirIndia please look into this as it seems there is a miss from your end.
