Sir,
i check my cibil score on 22 nov 2021 i see there is showing overdue of 5072 as on 30 sep 2021my idfc loan account number 43427900 in my flipkart pay later because of that wrpng reporting my cibil score decrese by 157 point.i complain issue to flipkart .it has been about to 1 month there is no resolution my complain number is IN[protected] .there is communication gap between lender and flipkart .by reporting wrong in cibil ., it badly impact my cibil .i contact their customer care they are not able to solve my problem.there is big co-ordination gap between idfc bank and flipkart pay later .copy are attached

    I ordered a POCO C31 (Royal Blue, 32 GB) on Nov 30 2021 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

            Ordered a phone from flipkart on exchange of my old phone . Paid the money online deducting the exchange amount 4250. When the delivery guy came he said he can't take the phone cos of some issues and said us to send the exchange money back . Paid him the money back using a link he sent us but he said he dint receive money . Now flipkart is not taking any action neither replying to msgs . Flipkart cancelled the order and refunded only the amount without exchange item amount sent to the delivery guy i.e Rs 4250 .I want my refund .Attached the screen shot of Phonpe transaction to the link the delivery person sent for exchange item

              My order no. OD[protected] was supposed to arrived by 14th Dec, 2021, but today they inform me that they have extended the delivery by 17th Dec, 2021. Since I am leaving the city for some personal work on 16th Dec, 2021, I will not be able to receive it. I try to cancel them via the website, but i am getting errors repeatedly. I contacted flipkart support team, but they are of no help. All three of them left me mid-chat without even giving me a reason. I have been a loyal customer since years, and I am totally disappointed by their service this time.

                I am holding Flipkart account from more than 9 years and have purchased more than appx. 7 lakh rupees worth of products. But for only 600 rupees worth product return Flipkart have deactivated my account and that’s too it’s a Flipkart logistic issue that item was missing from packing delivered (package was not sealed properly and two of items missed from package) and return was placed as per Flipkart customer care representative direction. After that have ordered miltan bucket but received local 100 rs worth bucket hence i denied to accept the product. Instead of deactivating seller Flipkart deactivated my account.
                Request flipkart to please unblock my account.

                  I had ordered Michael kors analog watch amounting to Rs.19, 995 from Flipkart on, Dec 5
                  2021. On December 11, 2021, the order was delivered and I received a different model of the Michael kors.

                  Immediately I raised the return request but there was no response from the customer service team. I contacted the customer care executive and they shared me a link through message to upload my personal ID proof and images of received product. On the same day itself I uploaded the ID and images trusting the company. On further contact they told me to wait 48 hrs for the update. After 48 hours, I did not receive any update, and hence I contacted them and the executive told me the return will be approved on 14th December afternoon. On 14th as there was still no update, I contacted the customer care executive and he explained that the reason mentioned for the return ie different product received is not enough for the approval, he suggested he could help and cancelled the existing return request from their side and placed a new return request, and asked me to wait for another 48 hours. After 1 hour I received a call and message from flipkart saying you need to print and fill an FIR filing consent inorder to proceed with the return. Unless you don't share this consent form of FIR your return request will be denied it seems.

                  Flipkart is forcing me to share my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driver's license) . If the Seller and Flipkart have delivered different product, why are they demanding to share confidential documents for their own faults? Nowhere in their returns policy have they asked the customer to provide the ID proof to process the return request. So, why are they asking me to provide the same? Still I shared thinking they would resolve, but they are just dragging.

                  And above that, why is Flipkart demanding me to sign a consent form to lodge FIR for a missing Laptop/Mobile? I had ordered for a watch, not a Mobile/Laptop. And why should I sign?

                  Flipkart is causing me too much of mental stress and discomfort, they are not at all cooperating with the customer to solve this problem. They just want to prolong the issue so that customer will drop it off.

                  I want Flipkart to -
                  1. Process my return request.
                  2. Send a refund of the amount paid Rs.19 995 or replacement.

                  Kindly help me out. All the images are attached for verification.

                      I brought boat airdopes131/138 through flip kart on OCT05th, and delivered on OCT18th . now i had a issue with the product and i claim for the warranty through their (BOAT) website so they asks about product invoice, i can't find my invoice in Flip kart . it shows "Flipkart Customer shared this order with you." for this order i purchased myself, order ID-OD[protected] . i need invoice for the product i brought

                        It's the second time my order has been cancelled. I had ordered for Realme Narzo 50 A on 5th October, which was cancelled because flipkart was facing issues with delivering the product. I again ordered the same product on 30th November. This time again it has been cancelled by flipkart team after waiting for the product to be arrived for so long.

                        I really want my product to be delivered to me instead of cancelling it.

                        I have raised incident as well with Flipkart [Incident: IN[protected]] . But I have not got any reply over it yet.

                        I really feel robbed off after waiting for two months and order been cancelled twice even with prepayment of the product.

                          I, a customer of Flipkart, had ordered Mi Super Bass Bluetooth Headset, which got delivered on 2nd December. I received an empty package for which I had called Flipkart Executive and they made multiple Refund Request. 4 types my Request got rejected and the 5th time I had talked to an Senior Executive named Mr. Sanjay told me that since there is NO RETURN POLICY to the product and I have received an empty package, Flipkart will replace the product for which he made an request and even that got rejected. Currently, even my account has got blocked for which I don't know the reason and no information for this was provided by Flipkart. I need a quick solution to this since my money is blocked with Flipkart.
                          I would request to please look into this matter and give a proper solution.

                            Hi team, I ordered King size bed from flipkart. I received wrong color in first place which is identified by service technician as well. So far they have rejected my return twice, service technician visited my home twice. I raised return request third time with same issue. No resolution yet. In addition to that, I see lack of information on their product description. There is big head attached with bed and they did not mention height of head, engineering wood is also not looking up to the mark. This is example of really bad service.

                                  . I ordered a *TB memory card in Flipkart on 28/11/2021 the package was delivered on 30/11/2021at 2pm to my wife since i went to my job. I came back to home midnight at 12.15am. i opened the package. I shocked since the pouch was tored, thememory card was not inside the pouch. Before i open the package it was good in condition. Immediately i raised a return order on Flipkart. *nd day customer care called me. I explained the issue. They told to close return order and to raise product missing issue. I did it. After a day, i received msg your issue will be solved before 18/12/2021.they asked me to raise a consent letter with relevant photos thru my email. After 2 days. They sent a mail that they are unable to solve the issue since insufficient details provided. After one day they my account blocked. Now i am not able to know the status of my issue. I am not able to contact customer support. I need ordered product or return my money
                                  They did not accept my issue. They told package was delivered intact. They are telling issue is true. How can i confirm the product availability before opening the package since the product is very small.

                                  This issue not cleared till now. I am unable to contact Flipkart customer care from my registered mobile number. they blocked my number and account. Flipkart becomes a Fraudcart. Government should cancel the licence of such fraud company and to take severe legal punishment.

                                    Dear Team,
                                    My payment has been blocked from last 3 months . You have given reason for blocking this amount that we had taken customer delivery charges on some of our orders as more as it has been allowed to a seller. This is not our fault as you should inform this to us while updating the shipping charges.
                                    We have to pay to amount to our distributor from where we have purchased our product. Hence, we request you to release the payment asap.
