Today is 11 December Saturday ( Time - 2:45 PM ) and there are no updates on where my package is for the last 3 days.

Is it being delivered on a cycle?

    I've ordered a Kurta of ₹619 (+ 30 supercoins) from Flipkart and requested for refund on 5th Dec 2021. On the pickup day, I've got the 30 supercoins back and ₹583. And received a notification from Flipkart chat support that the balance ₹36 will be credited to your account on or before 7th Dec. But hasn't received even after 2 days. I've contacted Flipkart several times and said wait for 48 hours and all.. And finally they said that the seller had initiated the refund amount via Paytm UPI and if you haven't received it yet you should contact Paytm customer care. After contacting, there shows an error in Paytm call. I haven't recieved my money back. Please do something.

      My order date 27 November
      First delivery date 5 December
      Then second delivery date revised date 7 December
      Then 11 December is just for the date for reason
      Then 15 December to just inform members that what issue and what reason behind delay
      And nothing proceeds in my case
      So I want to file complaint against all of them and I want Compensation for above misguided and waste my time
      Every day its show delivery today deliever today
      And make me wait
      They waste my holidays working days
      I chat every day but no result every day same story
      I call them once they hold call for 20 minutes and suddenly disconnected the phone
      Bad experience
      I want justice for this bad service

        I have ordered one office chair from flipkart and I requested for return within 4 days after delivery. They promised the technician visit on 9th December but still no one has reached or contacted me for that. Meanwhile I’m receiving messages like I requested for cancellation of my request without my knowledge. Customer support team marking my complaints as resolved with out showing any resolution. If I’m contacting them, calls getting rejected by them.

          I have ordered one Havells geyser. But it came with missing parts. After complaint Flipkart had send one Replacement product and I recieved it on 29th Oct 21. But it was defective. The packaging wad not proper and also body is defective. So I had lodged complaint for product return . But nobody came for pick up and I have not received my refund. The Flipkart and Havells sellers service is pathetic. Hope after this email I will get proper resolution.

            I've bought a non-stick cookware set . whose quality i did not like it.
            i put the return request same day as i received it as there was seven day return policy. but no one has come to pick it up. when I enquired about it through customer care he asked me to cancel the return because this packet can be picked up only in case of damage. I told him it didn't fit as per my requirement and this is eligible under 7 days return policy.
            so he asked me to hold and i kept waiting for 20 mints after that call disconnected.

            when I called them again 24x7 hours customer care i was told to call them in morning as they are not able to find any details.

            i am unable to understand why they are making an issue after mentioning 7days return policy.

              I had purchased Realme 43 inch Smart TV from flipkart on 20-Oct-2020. I also purchased complete protection, giving me 3 years extended warranty.
              I raised service request on 20-Sep-21, informing the Flipkart support team that I started getting horizontal lines on the TV screen and it is getting heated at one corner. One of the engineers from support team visited on 01-Oct-21 and informed that the panel needs to be replaced. Since then there has been no update on the status of the request. I have sent more than 15 emails to Jeeves support team along with Grievance Office as well as CS-Head. However there has been no help. I must have received calls from 6-7 different representatives from Grievance Escalation team, but with no updates. Jeeves support team has been only responding with a standard response asking for 2 business days. It has been 2 months since the complaint has been raised with the support team. I am not getting any co-operation from anybody from Flipkart - Jeeves Support, Grievance Escalation team or CS-Head.

                I ordered a product on 23th November through flipkart pay later and the delivery date was on 4th December. It got extended to 7th December. However, I recieved a mail that if I don't pay the amount till 5th December, it would levy extra charges. Therefore, I paid the amount on 5th itself without receiving the product. I didn't receive the product on 7th also due to too much delay. I haven't got my money refunded yet but flipkart says it has been refunded. Customer support says same thing. Kindly refund my money.

                  I had ordered Vokin Biotech Capsules on 24th November, which got delivered on 1st December. I received an empty package for which I have already raised complaints 5 times, which Flipkart has rejected. In response to them, Flipkart hasn't taken any action nor have any courtesy to call back the customer and resolve the problem. During this 5 complaints, never Flipkart has called for any clarification. Some executives keeps the call on hold and it be's on hold for more then 20 minutes which then gets disconnected. I had once talked to some Senior Executive, who indeed do the same thing and never contacted me again for my issue. Since I had made 5 complaints against my problem now Flipkart has blocked my account and no mail has been sent for the same. Yesterday an executive told me that account blockage problem will get resolved upto 12 PM and today still it has not solved.
                  Please, I request to look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                    I order a laptop worth 100k approx on 05.12.2021 on flipkart and was peomised to be delivered by 10.12.2021 (i.e. today) but all of a sudden the date is changed to 13.12.2021.
                    I contacted the customer service multiple times, and every time their reply was, "your order will be delivered by 7p.m. today". Now they are saying, "we can't register your complaint because the date was extended. You can only wait".

                    My order arrived in my city lucknow already a d yet they are not delivering it.

                    I have urgency which is why I am much more irritated by the poor service.

                        Got delivered unsealed oil can of 5 liters which in unsealed and no sunpure label on it.and after consuming it we found allergies and rashes on skin.though complained on it no action is taken. Only calls have forwarded from person to person.thr is lot of difference in the regular oil.this smells and change and color too.though it's the health concerns they are least bothered to take action

                          I want to file a complaint about the highly pathetic service I am getting from Flipkart. Even after contacting their customer care multiple times my complaint has not been addressed. They do not even have customer care number wherein we can connect with an advisor. Only bot is available. I have contacted them 4 times today and was asked to arrange call back 4 times. In first instance my call was disconnected by advisor after hearing my complaint and 2nd time no one was speaking. I have complaint about this on twitter as well but they don’t care. This was not the first time my order gets delayed. No resolution till now. I am highly disappointed with their customer service. I have ordered multiple items however they always get delayed without any intimation and then I was given false promises that it will be delivered and the I had to wait for more than 10 days. This happened multiple times and I was assured that this will not happen again but it is happening every month.

                            IAM a registered seller on Flipkart seller.i provide almost all details what are they asking, I have genuine product for sale, iam a brand owner, Flipkart running a seller food boarding audit, trust n safety audit, which is scam?they block almost all new seller for fake product, without doing audit, first they email you that showing "we are doing video call audit for trust n safety, we can check all your documents are ready, our executive quality auditor will inform you before".after that I send 2 emails for, but they not given single reply.after one month my account is inactived, due to suspected fake product without doing any audit how can they guess IAM selling a fake product? Customer care helpful but they also failed to track, trust n safety audit solution, and they forcing me to close or delete my account, without asking additional information for reactivate account.its a scam running by Flipkart for big brand and personal brand growth, they using guessing method working for new seller, they only launch their seller audit programme, to stopping small seller, saying fake product, and auditor customer care is careless and not to responsible a single reply. They only making a programme called audit, so their market reputation growth, and show fssai that they are doing most working method, but eventually this is blocking all seller account which are doing legal business who are they in start mode or small seller.my account profile is 100% complete but they inactive my listing, due to auditor mistaken or careless action.or they also not know what happened, customer care also feels helpless to track why listing is inactive.if it is asking additional information I will surely provide, but they doing what they like without asking information.please Flipkart authority who is responsible make my listing active, otherwise IAM not stopping, I spread this message "Flipkart attacking to stop selling programme on small seller".becauae IAM facing problem from 1 month.due to Flipkart trust n safety audit program which is never work.also Flipkart disrespect the government certificate, fssai license, trademark register

                                Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.                                     I have booked flight ticket from you on 23-sep-2021, due to covid situation in the world i just wanted to know about flight cancellations fees so have called on your customers support number, then after your customer support executive guided me on call how can know about cancelling fees as per your customers support executive i have open my booking in flipkart app as per executive information i have selected process to cancellation button (all details are confirming with your executive on call) then after he said to select reason for cancellation i have selected that still i didn't see and cancellation fees over there same updated to executive, he said me click on confirm button then after i can see cancellation fees i have done that but still didn't show any fees after that i have checked my booking showing me cancellation pending msg i have immediately inform about this and he disconnected call and it have try to contact in your customers support they are saying there no opinion for this. As consumer i have lost my flight ticket and as well as my money too, so i have registered complaint in consumer court docket number: 3149378,

                                      On 1st Dec, I ordered an earbud Soundcore by Anker Liberty 2 True Wireless bluetooth headset and it was delivered to me on 3rd December.As soon as I started unwrapping the package, I knew something was off about it. The box was resealed with cello tapes. I ignored that assuming this is how the packaging must be done for this brand. The earbud case had some scratches.By this time, I was convinced this box was already opened by some one else. Ideally the case and earbuds should be arranged separately inside the box but here the earbuds were inside the case and that too it was a completely different model. Also, I realized that the charging cable was missing.Immediately, I informed the Flipkart customer service about this situation and asked for a return with refund.But they refused saying the seller only does 7 day replacement. Today is the seventh day, no update on replacement as well. This is blatant cheating.I requested them for a return multiple times but they rejected this saying it is against policy. The seller Shreyas retailer has so many negative reviews still Flipkart supports them more than its customers, Many people faced this similiar situation earlier as well. I can't let my money go waste like this.I really want a refund now.

                                      They tried to replace my product in the delivered location but since I was out of town, I had to cancel the replacement request.I then called up Flipkart to return this product.This time they approved the request quickly

                                      Flipkart rejected my return request even after knowing that the seller sent an used cheaper earbud.When I try to put across my point, the customer support simply disconnects the chat or the call.they have initiated the replacement after 7 days of raising the concern. I will be traveling to my native place via train tomorrow and they are asking me to wait and collect the package or ask someone else to collect.But finally I should be here to check the quality of the product.And I am out of town for a month. that's why I contacted them daily but still they provide delayed resolution. the seller can't accept returns because that's their policy but I also should have the right to reject a product if it clearly fails the expectation. i don't trust the seller anymore but Flipkart won't understand.
                                      Flipkart accepted my refund request after a failed replacement attempt.Closing this issue as resolved.I hope they don't delay in refunding the amount paid

                                        I am trying to make a purchase using a Dhani one freedom card and Kotak Mahindra debit card. This is a card I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" .
                                        Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
                                        I wish to make a purchase.

                                        I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 1 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does Flipkart want customers???
