I had placed an order for 'Divine Arts Sheesham Wood Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color -Brown Finish, DIY(Do-It-Yourself))'
on Flipkart on 30th October 2021. The order was placed from the account of Krishna Komarpant, email: [protected]@gmail.com
Order amount was Rs 21649/- and payment was done on SBI credit card. The order was supposed to be delivered on 9th November 2021.
However, the product is still not delivered and the delivery date was revised 7 times.
The product is not eligible for cancellation as per Flipkart policy, so I am stuck with this undelivered and non cancelable order, without any fault of mine.
I contacted Flipkart customer care several times over phone/ twitter, but no use. Everytime the only give fake assurance that the product will be delivered
on the next committed delivery date, but the date just gets postponed. The calls with the customer care are useless and just a mental harassment.
I requested them to cancel the order, as its really a long time and unprofessional behaviour from their end and there is no guarantee the product will even get delivered. They said they cannot cancel the order and nor do they know the reasons for the delay in dleivery of the product. Flipkart does not even know its sellers information, as per the converstaion i had.
I have the sms of delivery date postponed, and all other details pertaining to the order.
Kindly help me in getting a refund in my account, as the credit card bill is already paid and a reversal transaction will not help.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
