The below two are the incident ids ( Seller’s complaint) for resolution by the Seller support team of Flip kart. 1) IN[protected]) IN[protected] Complaint ref Nos) with Flip kart
1. Absolutely there is NIL way for a small seller to contact the Seller support executive at Flip kart end . The Noida no given is now nonexistent.
2. There is no way a seller can talk to the talk to the seller support team ( Only few big sellers have the facility of call back)
3. Ours is an Ashram selling own publication on Philosophy.
4. We have been raising complaint against one fraud customer from Idduki district of Kerala who keeps ordering our books and once the dispatch starts, he will be cancelling the same . This has been going on for the last 5 months. We have been complaining to Flip kart seller support team, who have turned blind and deaf to our complaint and the above two incident ids are poof of this.
5. This customer so far this customer Nasim Abdulsalam would have ordered around 30 books on us over a period of 6 months, , but he has cancelled all of them once we dispatch the same. We are incurring huge costs by way one way shipping charges, packing charges, waste of man-hours and materials.
6. When we have raised these issues with the seller support team, executive keep marking as resolved without even reading the issues we have raised . They many a times copy / paste their guidelines as how to raised a complaint, without reading the issues we had detailed
7. This team, despite our request to provide us with the contact no of this customer, the sellers support team without responding, closes the ticket/ complaint
8. The seller is disable to contact the seller support team to get his issue resolved, nor the team by themselves resolve the issues we have raised.
9. The situation was somewhat better before being taken over by the US multinational. At least through their Noida contact no was available for the sellers to contact which is now disabled.
10. Not only it is a waste of our time, money and material, but involves loss of effort and damaged books and shipping charges. Despite request, Flipkart has refused to provide the track order cancel history of this customer to know the truth. The customer does not give any reasons for the cancellation. It appears that this customer is playing a hide and seek game with us and Flip kart does not bother about this.
We earnestly hope some good sense will prevail with the Seller support team and resolve the issues we have raised
