Dear Sir,
I had brought a Fire-Boltt Smart watch through Order no... from the online shopping portal Flipkart on 25.09.2021 and the same was delivered to me on 26.11.2021. That the package contained the Smart watch, Warranty Card of 1 year and the Payment receipt. That I used the product for max. 10 days and after which it stopped functioning. i have been following up since then with flipkart team and they have been using delaying tactics to register the complaint. After a while they asked me to directly complaint to the smart watch company - Fire bolt.
Accordingly i sent them a mail on 29.10.2021 and they registered my complaint. That after a lot of struggle they agreed to collect the book and refund the amount. That the Collection representative came to my home on 25.11.2021 and on inspection he has refused to accept the product as it was a duplicate product and did not match the company specification.
That i have registered a complaint again but they are not being responded by flipkart.
That as a customer i feel fraud has been committed and i have been provided duplicate defected good. I request the Hon'ble forum to register my complaint and help me get refund of my hard earned money.

    My TV was delivered nov 11 and today is nov 25th. I am following them for 15 days and customer care is. Disconnecting my call continuously. Not providing any solution

      Ordered a track suit worth Rs 3284 of PUMA with order ID: OD[protected]

      Track suit consists of a jacket and pant but only track pants got delivered to me and track jacket was missing. The product delivered to me was incomplete and the product had a refund policy of 10 days. When I tried to refund the amount, there was no refund option on the app. There was only replacement option present in the app. Although the product had a refund policy. I complained to the social media team but there also, no action is being taken. I have waited a lot but no proper resolution was provided. I request you to contact me on the number 7870****01 . If you need more information about the order. After that I tried getting the refund selecting that the item was missing and my return request was rejected and then my account was blocked. This is very bad. I'm having an issue with the product and instead of solving my issue, you guys are blocking my account. Moreover, I also have to pay the Flipkart pay later bill next month

        Subject: Complaint about wrong delivery of product.

        Respected Sir/ Madam,

        This letter is in reference to the order number Order OD[protected] placed on 11/11/2021 of product Poco M2 Pro B/s 6/64gb . My name is Shubham Santosh Badawane and I am writing this letter to bring to your kind notice that I received the wrong product, With different imei number, wrong color and also With damaged back panel in the delivery made on 13/11/2021. I ordered a Poco M2 Pro B/s 6/64gb and I received Totally different product from the one I ordered with critical condition.

        Therefore I am returning the order and Faces issue with Wishmaster when he checks the imei number differently.

        I already mentioned that I got the wrong product with a different imei number. and several issues. so plz mention clearly to the wishmaster for collecting the product that we got as it is condition.
        We also called multiple times with executives and they raised my issue but everytime we got very poor results. We kindly Request to look at it personally and solve it as soon as possible.

        I ordered the POCO M4 Pro 6GB/128GB variant from Flipkart on 10th Aug 2022.
        and they sent me a 6GB/64GB variant in the box. I was not at home when they delivered my order they left it to my family member and when I returned back then I noticed they sent me the wrong item. Now I am calling support to send me the correct variant but they are not replying to my call and removed the return option from my Flipkart account.
        Please help me.
        I got scammed by Flipkart.
        I have full unboxing video evidence also.
        and they can match by IMEI no. also that which model they sent to me and what I ordered.
        Please help me soon.

          In continuation with previous complaint: Grievance Number: 3455310 I am reaching out to know my handset package with shipment #FMPP[protected]. This order has been made on 27th April and till date, I haven't received the order. Since this is an order with an exchange of my old phone, i have completely formatted my old phone and currently do not have one as well. It was promised by Flipkart that the delivery will be made on 28th April before 7PM. I had waited the whole day, in fact canceling my evening appointments to receive the shipment. It's been three days since no attempt was made to deliver the product and I have made multiple attempts to contact Flipkart, EKart through all mediums. 0n 1-May-2022 - Contacted the Ekart delivery hub. They mentioned it is because of a technical issue they cannot create a request to pick the product. They asked me to wait. 2-May-2022- After I have raised a complaint, someone from the consumer department of Flipkart spoke to me, and she assured me she will get the prod delivered by the same day. But that did not happen. The evening she again called back to say that the technical issue is still persisting and advised to cancel and replace the order as this issue happens once in 100 people. I asked about buy back and she said its okay I can reapply again for the new order. I was not convinced hence she said she will arrange a call back from the buyback team on 03 rd May 3-May-2022 - No one had reached out. I personally called the CC and they advised me to cancel and reapply the buy back. I still waited. 04-May-2022 - I again called the customer care and informed them that am waiting to receive the order. They said to cancel and place a new order and said that the buy back is applicable. I did what they said. Now after canceling, I am unable to apply the same and when called the CC they say that it has expired. The policy copy says that they buyback is applicable till 7-May-2022. I have been horribly cheated by Flipkart and I demand an answer from them. If it's not getting resolved I will surely raise this up to the legal addressal.

            Issue:
            After 17 days of product ordering, on 20th of November EKart delivery person was at my doorstep with the order but he did not deliver it saying it is run sheet issue.
            After continuous follow up with flipkart customer support, and multiple merry go round dates (22nd Nov... then 25th Nov... then 28th Nov.. ) nothing is being done till date to get my order delivered. Surprising thing is everyone at flipkart support says I am not the concerned person for this issue neither they are sharing the actual person's details who can resolve this issue. This is complete harrasment after buying product from flipkart.

            It is really surprising to see if one delivery agent of ekart is facing issue then how difficult it is to assign another agent and get my product delivered. Is it that there is only 1 delivery person delivering in Kolkata !

            Customer support is again and again playing merry go round and they again do not have any resolution neither an exact date of my product delivery.

            I just want my product delivered and written communication on the exact date of delivery with delivery person's details. How much more can a customer wait after product order is 23+ days not enough ??

                I ordered boat airdopes 131 from flipkart and was a replacement product which i received on NOVEMBER 5TH, 2021. When i opened the delivery parcel, the product was missing. It cost me rs 806. I have complained several times and my refund got canceled for 5 times.
                Even they asked for my identity proff. Still no help from flipkart. Now its 24th NOVEMBER.
                This incident has surely made me insecure while ordering from Flipkart. Such a jerk flipkart is, pathetic, terrible experience i had. Raise your standards flipkart. That's why brand is brand and Amazon will be my priority now onwards.

                    On (15/11/2021) i have ordered a Adidas shoes which is grey in colour but mistakenly or what i have received different colour or different product of same brand adidas, i want to return the shoes and want grey shoes of Adidas but they have sent an email to me and asking for my aadhar or pan which is completely irrelevant, in return policy they have not mentioned as such, and this is also my breach for privacy
                    I want to return my shoes without submitting aadhar nor pan card

                    I want that
                    1) flipkart tell me on which basis they forcefully asking me for my id card only that that i have asked to return my order!!??
                    2) return my order without submitting my personal document

                    This is an mental torture for me i am a prime member of flipkart and done lakhs rupees of shopping previously.

                                Order id OD[protected]. I have mistakenly placed the order on my husband's name. Since there is no possibility to change name now, Flipkart told to cancel at door step and reorder.
                                But the delivery partner not returning the product even after 10+ days and not accepting to cancel.

                                I am contacting Flipkar customer service and seller both, but no resolution yet.

                                  I have ordered KENT ZOOM 16068 Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner and paid amount on 1st Nov[protected] RS). And what I received is something else. I have complained the same to flipkart and also shared the Pictures of product I received along with consent to raise FIR and my ID proof .

                                  After all this, I came to know from flipkart that, the issue will get fixed by 22nd Nov and initiated the return procedure. But when Pick person came for pickup they asked me the reason for the return and I informed them that the product I have ordered and received is different. So they didn't accept the pickup saying "it's asking verification code at their side" .So if they pick the product, the pickup person has to pay the amount it seems. So the same rejected!!!

                                  Again I have shared all these information to Flipkart customer care and they confirmed that next pickup will not ask for any verification code, Also they said that, the issue will get fixed by 23 Nov and pickup person came on 23rd for pickup and they again rejected the pickup with same reason " its asking verification code at their side". So if they get a pickup option without verification they can accept. And the same rejected for second time!!!

                                  Again complained the same to flipkart customer care and now they are saying they will fix this by 27th Nov and return and refund will be initiated post pickup, When I asked them how you guys are managing pickup this time I haven't received proper answer.. This is one of the worst support experience I ever had in my life. I want the refund of paid amount (RS:12599) at the earliest!!! So what ever action can take against issue to be fixed, please do that ASAP

                                  Now the third return also rejected by pickup person and flipkart custonercare now saying issue will get resolved by 1st Dec 2021.So the dates are going going, but NO refund yet.

                                  This is the latest rejection message I have received from Ekart today on 26th Nov 2021. I have already complained many times that, the product I have received is different. Last two times the pickup person is not at all came to my place and rejection reason This time mentioned as product mis matched. What he told me is "verification code asking" on the phone. So what next ??? How are you planning my refund ??? So as agreed proceed with my refund at the earliest!!!

                                    I want to remove the old ph number that I don’t use anymore from my Flipkart account. And the problem is I don’t have that number anymore and when i try to edit the number, otp goes to the old ph number as well. And I don’t have access to that.                                       I placed order and waiting on the delivery date. Status showing as "Out for delivery" at the evening I got message saying "Refund initiated and order cancelled" without any communication or call!

                                      Reason being mentioned as "Non deliverable area" where I stay in middle of Bangalore. Now if metro city falls under non-deliverable where can they deliver??

                                      Surprises not yet over!! I reached out Flipkart help saying how it can be resolved. If it was not deliverable seller can see it before hand. He has my address and pin-code. When its out for delivery how it could cancel and refund without even calling once? Reply from there is "You can place a new order with revised price" :)

                                      I ordered it again at the night and wolla! It’s delivered now! So guess you need to know the mood of the seller and your luck to get the product as Flipkart not gonna intervene although you trust Flipkart and order via their site!

                                      As a Flipkart customer I trust you as in inter mediator to resolve conflict and make sure right genuine product is delivered and listen to the issues, rather you say its seller who can make any decision to refund anytime without valid reason and he still can run business with you and keep cheating Flilpkart customer. ( so you saying we don't care its your issue deal with seller? did I go and bought from their shop/site!! NO I visited flipkart and ordered having trust that it will have consumer/buyer protection)

                                      Happy Shopping, I was thinking why I moved to Amazon from last 1-2 years whereas I used to be quite regular customer of Flipkart. Guess now I have the answers and my last order too!

                                      Thanks Flipkart for keeping my trust NOT to order anymore! Wish you luck to be in market for a few more years.

                                        I have registered my Complaint in the National Consumer Court Helpline. please help me
                                        The request is as follows, my name is Akash district Meerut sir I have contacted Flipkart company I ordered one (Canon EOS 1500D Dslr Camera) on 7th July from my account [protected] and gmail id [protected]@Gmail.com which cost ( 31, 499) with order id ( OD[protected] I got it on 9th July tracking ID ( FMPC[protected] ) and I paid it by courier online [protected]@ybl phone pe (QR code ) from my Ac[protected] Paytm payment bank UPI Ref.Id[protected]
                                        And I took it after paying and when I run it, the memory was not supporting. So I called customer care on 9th July itself and told that memory card is not being connected in it then they put its replacement and his message came that your replacement pickup will be on 13th July and on 9th July same day at 11 PM my account was blocked. When I got the replacement of this camera in 13th Date, I opened it and saw it was defective and not working which was already used.When I talked to Flipkart customer care and told them that I have got a bad camera and it is old, they said that your account is blocked, we cannot do anything, our team will contact you. I said that you sent me a bad camera, you are saying that we cannot help you. He repeatedly said the same thing, your account got blocked, our team will contact you. Till then you wait. I made many calls but got no help then a customer care
                                        Talked to the advisor, I told him the whole thing that I have got an old bad camera. They put the return request and I got 16 date that your product will be pickup then on 17th July I got a mail which said we want to inform you that your recent request has been canceled Then I called on July 17, I asked him that it was going to be pickup on July 16, then why the pickup was not done, then he said that it has been canceled by our team.I said you sent me a bad camera in replacement, you have to return it, either give me another camera or refund my money, I have given Rs 31, 499, you sent me a bad camera, I appealed a lot but a consultant put a return request and 19 Date pickup date arrived and then that return request also got cancelled. And I contacted again on 19th July Told them that it was not picked up today They told that your return has been cancelled. Our team will contact you please wait and got a mail from their side it was written in it. We would like to inform you that your recent request has been canceled because our system detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This will also mean that you will no longer be able to log in to your Flipkart account.
                                        Then told I did not make much returns.
                                        And I contacted a lot for 5 months 10 days but there was no help from your side. Nor do you understand my concern. You are requested to give me correct reply.

                                        We would like to inform you that your recent request has been canceled because our system detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This will also mean that you will no longer be able to log in to your Flipkart account.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
