My first purchase from Flipkart and this first impression is very disappointing. Ordered for Realme GT master edition voyager grey on 28th October and the promise delivery date was 2nd November. However order got delayed and they promised to deliver by 5th November which is today but again it seems to get delayed as per the tracker. My phone is yet to reach the final delivery station. Customer care support number does not seem to be available in the app and when requested for call back within 10 mins yet I received call after 1 hour and it was a waste because the lady on the phone seems to least interested and someone who is not serious with her job. I had asked her to escalate the call to the senior as she was not knowledgeable but she then disconnect the line and no further call been received since then. I had tried several times to speak to somebody with regards to my order but then I get a call which the person on the other side chooses to remain silent! No further calls been received so far!! I had even made request to speak to the supervisor in the chat support but then gets denied. Seriously Flipkart is worse than "Club factory"

    I ordered a laptop over a week ago, it arrived and doesn't switch on. I automatically asked for a replacement, and have been lied to every single day ever since. I've spoken to over TEN people in the last 48 hours!!! Every single agent has hung up on me. I am asking to speak to management and no one will transfer my call. This is causing me so much stress and anxiety, I have to leave India and need this resolved today!

      I placed 93 clothing items from flipkart between 2nd and 10th Oct 2021. I returned 71 clothes after it was delivered to me because of the reason that the flipkart had delivered wrong color and wrong size products and also many of those were not looking same as desired by me. Citing the reason that I have placed so many return requests, the flipkart blocked my account, I told them that this is not my fault as the flipkart during festival sale period delivered wrong items to me. I also requested them that if you think I'm wrong, I will not repeat this thing in future and would not place so many return requests. I also told them that in case of clothing products its usual to return so many products and also notice that I have purchased 21 products and the strike rate is not bad as far as clothing items are concerned. However they did not pay heed to my request. Infact now they are not taking my request for return worth Rs. 3553 and also my gift card worth rs 471 is also blocked thus totalling to rs. 4024. Infact they forcefully delivered me a product worth 1995 which was cancelled by me so I want to return it.

        I watched 3 videos (FAKE OR NOT, DAAM SAHI HAI, KYA BOLTI PUBLIC) on SUPERCOIN SECTION...After watching that I try to check my rewards...
        It prompts the following :
        "UNUSUAL ACTIVITY DETECTED...YOUR ACCOUNT CAN NO LONGER CLAIM THE REWARDS FROM FLIPKART VIDEO..."
        It happened yesterday, it happens today also...

          I have genuinely used single account and single device for play flipkart videos. However from yesterday, while claiming rewards, it shows suspicious activity detected and I am no longer eligible to claim rewards from flipkart video program. Kindly resolve this issue and unban the restriction.

            A return request for Oneplus buds z unworking/rejected product supplied on 2nd of Nov. 2021 for which a complaint has been lodged but, your reply is that the product may be examined at a nearest service station for repair, which feels that why a new product will go to the service station for repair. It is a serious offensive against consumer by your company to satisfy the customer, the same may be brought before consumer forum on compensation act will be filed against your firm, if a suitable action has not been taken within 48 hours.

              So on 2nd November my ID got blocked without any reason. And it's 5th November and I am getting no response. I didn't even received any mail regarding why they blocked my id. I have gift card, all my purchase bills, super-coins worth 1700+ . Kindly take an urgent action in this matter.

                I have ordered a phone from Flipkart. It was not delivered by the delivery person . They said due to festive session they could not deliver. After that I received a message that the product got cancelled as they could not connect with me. This is simple lie and now they are asking me purchase the same phone at higher price ( because the offer session is over ) They blocked my money for more than 7 days and in return I am not getting anything, is it justified ?

                  Again it is happening 2nd time with my product, I ordered realme 8 6gb 128gb Order ID - OD[protected] on 21st October due to festival season it's expected date was 4th nov. but now extended to 7 nov. what's going on to this company i believe that it's good company but no I'm using flipkart from many years and i am plus member please i want my product fast

                    Ordered nothing ear (1) Bluetooth headset from Flipkart. As there it was damaged item, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                      I have ordered Luminous RedCharge RC18000 150Ah inverter battery in flipkart on 7th Oct 2021 with order id:OD[protected] and delivery date was on Oct 22nd, 2021. And on 8th Oct there is no tracking ID but showing the product is shipped even till 20th Oct. But on 21st Oct night its updated that the product is delivered on 9th Oct itself.

                      I had raised the issue on flipkart on 21st Oct. The complaint has been forwarded to the concerned team by the customer care executive and its been told that the issue will be solved by 26th Oct. But I didn't receive any call regarding this issue till 26th Oct.

                      Called several times to the customer care executive. But they give only false promises and the issue is not solved till now.

                      So I request to refund the amount ASAP.

                        Ordered The Samsung Frame TV 2021 and got it delivered on 4th October, 2021 by Flipkart. I was eligible for a free bezel for Samsung Frame TV post the return period(effective post 14th October). It has been more than 30 days that Flipkart Customer Support is not providing me the free coupon for the Samsung Frame TV Bezel/Frame through which I can buy the same product on Flipkart for free. After continuously complaining on Twitter against Flipkart Support they are not providing me the promised free bezel. Flipkart is involved in fraudulent marketing activities where they are promising their customers for freebies and luring their customers to buy their products. Later they are providing the freebie.

                        I have recorded the customer executive's call by "Riya X" on 25th October, 2021 where she claimed that the Free Bezel coupon will be delivered to me withing 10 days i.e. by 4th November, 2021 by the seller "IWQNBecommerce" but today is 5th November and there is no response from Flipkart's partner seller.

                            I ordered Thomson R9 60 cm (24 inch) HD Ready LED TV on 28 October order id- OD[protected] but for some reason I cancelled my order on 30 October this is prepaid order so refund of 6499 rupees has been refunded to my card and this will credit on 3rd nov. That type message showing in my order detail so i waited for 3rd nov but my money not reflected yet in my debit card linked bank account yet today is 4th nov please give my amount back.

                              I received a product on NOV-04-2021. It's whey protein, Nakpro compnay. After opening the package i found that the whey packet is opened, seal is broken and the packet seems like used and old. Inside it, whey also smells really bad. I need Flipkart to take action but it says product cant be returned.

                                    I have ordered the product a month ago and I still haven't got my product.I was supposed to get the product yesterday but Flipkart cancelled my order again.The customer executives at flipkart are one of the worst as they don't address our issues at all and just keeps repeating a scrip given to them by Flipkart.I paid ₹55990 for the product but the Flipkart doesn't have any information about my product/money.
