      17th Oct I ordered a POCO M2 Pro Green & Greener 6GB 64GB Variant and 25th Oct Received RIN Bar in Mobile Box Packaging Was Ok..

      27 Oct Placed Return Request in Flipkart App .And Called Customer Care
      They Request Me to Update My Email ID and Wait for 72 Hour. After That I Received a message to Wait More 24 Hour.. After That no Response Received, So I Called Them Again This Time They Told to give more Time above 48 Hours

      4th Nov I Checked no Update Made on Behalf of my Return Request. And Called Them Again .. They Told me to remain In Hold While Checking. And Never Come o Unhold and Cut the Call..
      After That I am Seeing in App They Closed My Retrurn request and Date Showing 1st Nov.. Which is Totally Scam they Done
      Now They are made an Another Return issue which is after return period ..

        I ordered order with id:OD[protected]

        I didn't received the order.. But i got the message from flipkart.. Your order delivered successfully.. the thing is i received message 3rd November 9.00pm.. But we can see the message is delivered nov 3rd 11.59pm..

        In my online shopping experience..First time in history.. Advance delivery report 2 hrs before actual delivery..this information indicates.. They are doing scam and cheating customers

        courier team didn't called me yet.. this is scam.. Ever experienced this before..

        Flipkart didn't respond my complaint.. I tried 3 times connected to customer support.. Always they put my call on hold for long time and disconnected my call.. I will going to file a case in consumer court

          I have booked a fight ticket from flipkart travels from doha to Chennai due to covid19 the flight has been cancelled on 22nd may 2020 and the air line has refunded the full amount to flipkart that is QAR825 on 13oct2020 but i didn't receive my money back from flipkart and now I'm asking them they are not refunding me my money and playing with me the ticket booking id is FF[protected] and pnr is MWXEBP They are not responding good pls take necessary action regarding this and i need my money back Thanking you please send an email to me regarding this [protected]@gmail.com

            I will book realme buds air 2 on 25 October they deliver on 29 October but they are defective and damaged I tell flipkart but they get tell you get I'd proof then after process today 6 day but they not refund the money
            I tell many time flipkart they not response please solve my problem because my money of RS 2599 get loss they not refunded

              I had Ordered a Mi 4A 100 CM(40 INCH) Full HD LED Smart Android TV through Flipkart against Bill No.: (OD[protected]./ May 24, 2021 / 22999 +1299(complete TV protuction) ) through EMI scheme of 12 months,
              however it was noticed that from last 5 months EMI deducted for the same are double the EMI amount which was earlier fixed(2198 ) one is under my City bank account and the second for Flipkart banglaore.

              and am trying to contact Flipkart and they are not ready to help to solve this.

              Kindly please resolve this matter on top priority immediately

              I am not at all satisfied with your customer support. Based on the issue, I have been in contact with Flipkart Customer Service on October 12, 2021, and I have not received any updates or support from your team. They are treating me extremely badly and after fixing this issue I am not going to use Flipkart.

                I ordered a RealMe GT NEO2 from Flipkart via order OD[protected] on October 21 2021. Delivery took place on 30 October and I got a spanner set inside the box instead of the mobile phone. I took a video of the unboxing so I was lucky to capture this fraud. I raised a return request in flipkart app and flipkart is asking me for id proof with matching address on the order. I provided my driving license but they refused the refund 4 times saying address not matching with delivery address. Delivery was at my rented accommodation but the address in id proof was permanent address. For this reason Flipkart refused a refund of 31990 rupees after sending me a spanner kit instead of a Mobile phone and cheated me. Being a flipkart customer since 2014 and also having ordered iphone 7 from them, I am now being cheated by Flipkart by getting my refund request rejected 4 times.

                    I have ordered a phone with exchange program on Flipkart on 30th October, 2021. The order id is: OD[protected].

                    The delivery executive came to deliver
                    and pick up the old phone at my address. He confirmed all the checks which are required for exchange and asked me to format the phone. I started the process but the format was taking time. After few minutes, he started saying that he needs to deliver other Zomato orders so he can't wait. He cancelled the order while my phone was booting after a factory reset. He left saying to reorder.

                    I have reached out to customer care couple of times. I was assured that my order will be attempted for redelivery.
                    Then yesterday I got a call that if i cancel the order I will get 1000 rs coupon or I can wait for few more days for re-delivery. I insisted on redelivery but eventually at night it got cancelled.

                    I have wasted so much time in explaining things to customer support but all in vain.

                    I have gained nothing but a bad experience with this order.

                    I will think twice ordering it again on Flipkart as there is no customer support which actually solves the problem. The delivery executives attitude is not good and are very impatient.

                      Hi team, please help me to get refund of my money 391 rs. From flipkart as money deducted from my phonepe wallet on 13 Oct 2021 and order not booked by flipkart. After 20 days also I didn't receive my payment. Order id OD[protected] Tokyo Talkies Women Maxi Multicolor Dress, order was placed on 13 Oct 2021 and payment was debited from phonepe wallet but order not confirmed by seller of flipkart and they are not refunding my money please help.

                        Hello sir, I purchase iPhone 12 .. my problem regarding mobile is mobile screen was not working properly ..and the mobile was automatically restarting and showing yellow screen.. sometimes touch also not working so I complaint to Flipkart and applied for return the product and the pickup date is 2nd November 2021. Sir still my order was not pick up the day today date is 3 November.. when I call the customer care of Flipkart they saying sir please wait for up to 9 November we will solve your issue .../ Flipkart customer care not helping regarding this problem ...so, I contacting you sir.. help me regarding this.. and the price of it is 53999.. and I provided the invoice below.                           I have ordered a product from flipkart on 3rd oct 2021 as promised by flipkart the product was supposed to be delivered by 4th Oct 2021. Flipkart team failed to deliver the product on time so whenever I called them (around 70 times) asking for the update I didn't got any update from them today - 03rd Nov 2021, after receiving 7 to 8 fake promise date from flipkart I haven't received the product requesting you to kindly help the same as the order is prepaid order.

                            I have booked a 43" REALME LED SMART TV with order id OD[protected] on 3 rd October, item delivered on 8 th and the technician came for installation on 13 th October. On the day after opening the package they found the TV was a damaged one. I requested for replacement on the sameday. Now itself item is not replaced. I paid for the product with my credit card and i paid the first emi with13% interest.. i need compensation for the late response of flipkart

                                Respected Sir I bought a kurta from Flipkart to use in Durga Puja but requested to change it as the kurta was not fitting. And the replacement kurta was supposed to be delivered on 18/10/2021 but the ekart delivery boy took the item back without coming homestep and And the thing has been canceled today, 03/11/21, after 17 days in the Ekart office, suri birbhum pin-731101. Why for the delivery agency my favorite thing I didn't get in time and couldn't use it. Why I lost faith in a trusted company like Flipkart.

                                  I want my refund on Realme C21Y as today i have completed 3rd technician visit and this was confirmed by your executive (Jhanvi [soory if spelling is wrong]) that further there will be no technician visit and you will have your refund but now your are saying that we can't process refund as seller is not getting any damage approval by technician. How can a visit of 5 min technician knows my problem of Mic/Speaker ask him to stay for 24 to 48 hours (my 2nd floor is empty) he will surely confirm the problem.

                                  Very rude behaviour for plus member till now I have never returned any product so this means there is some serious problem in this phone that's why I am returning it.

                                  Call me only if you are okay to approve my refund request don't make call to say "please visit to nearest authorised service centre" why would I visit if i have taken this from your website and what's the problem you have to take the phone and refund my money.

                                      But in my band there is no credit my refund following up with flipkart daily but no proper response. No update or no resolution and closing the issue without any resolution. Further, I enquired with ani bank as well and as per their response, there is no refund initiated as such from the flipkart. Kindly, consider the issue and resolve it as early as possible.
