I have placed an order on 28th Oct, and it was supposed to be shipped on 29th & delivered by 2nd Nov as per initial order details. However, the status has been stagnant ever since order was placed. It always shows as item is not shipped yet, and item is waiting to be picked up by courier partner. I called up customer care several times, and they say complaint raised an update will come by 8th Nov. The delivery was expected by 2nd, and they say update will come by 8th. This is very disappointing. Please do something and deliver my product at the earliest.
