ON 4 Oct 2021. I ordered a saari from flipkart price 1348. Till date neither they are delivered my product nor giving my amount. When I contact flipkart customer care they are giving extended date for resolving the issue again again. Now I am totally harrassed by them, so please solve this issue as sooon as possible.

    I was using flipkart since 2013-14
    Since then I had ordered items worth a couple of lakhs(gross total, frok very start to this day) in my flipkart account that is household needs, electrical items, phones, computer parts, consumables, gift cards etc. I believe in flipkart as they offer great deals & services. And i honestly look forward to continue availing services of flipkart if FLIPKART UNBLOCKS & GRANTS ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. AND ALSO I FUTURE I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE CREATING RETURNS OF ANYTHING.

    Returns :
    Returns are very common in e-commerce
    Because as buyer & seller being in completely different location we don’t know the exact quality of item what the seller is sending, so customers upon delivery of item will open, check/inspect the item quality is item is good or not...If the item is good we will keep like that only, if not we will return to the seller as we got the item.

    I am using my flipkart account since 8-9 nearly I had gross total purchases that goes above lakhs.

    Let’s think : I had ordered nearly/around/approx 1000s of items in flipkart, In that few items you people only cancelled as seller cancel you people say like that time, I say that to you ok sir, I had returned(less than 10% returned, majority i kept) only a few items since 8 years. You can cross check into my account's order history.

    As up to me this is a not good to account blocked the account.

    However, treat this is my first time innocent mistake and please unblock my account I kindly request to you that please consider my request in future i will be careful with my orders & extra-cautious with returns/replacements please unblock my account because their is my hard earned ₹3500(approx) left unused in my flipkart wallet and 2500 super coins, I will not create unnecessary returns consider this as first & last time mistake. Please I am requesting you as last resort because i have only 1 single flipkart account.

      I ordered Mi Tv 50 inch on 22.10.21 and paid the amount the credit card, At the time of order, the date of delivery shown as 30 Oct 21. But the product not at all shipped on 27th of oct 21. I am called customer care and informed the status, they told me, we check it and update you on or before 6th of nov 21, i again called the customer care on nov 2nd or 3rd and informed the history, that person informed me, on or before 9th of nov 21. Due to delay and there is no response from customer care, i tried to cancel the product but they are up is allow to cancel the order but not reflecting as cancel. I called customer care to cancel but they also failed to cancel the order. I want the cancel the order and refund, I want the compensation amount for the delay

        I have purchased a Samsung Frame TV 50 inch during Big Billion days and as per the ongoing offers I am eligible for a coupon to purchase a Bezel for Samsung Frame TV worth Rs 8990, which i should get after the completion of replacement warranty period of 10 days. My TV was delivered on 11 Oct 21. So by 22 Oct 21 i should have received the Coupon.
        In spite of numerous call and chat with customer support i haven't received the coupon. However, on 11 Nov 21 i received a SMS quoting that the seller is not providing the free coupon, however you can purchase the bezel free of cost with this link. However, that link is not working and its validity is till 12 Nov 21. So when i contacted the customer care they said they will resolve it by 15 Nov 21. So as u can see by then the link will get expired and then i will no longer be eligible to get the free Bezel as promised by the Flipkart.
        Also that bezel of 50 inch is not available at Flipkart since last 30 days and that could be the reason that it's not working.
        So Flipkart is trying to act smartly by just giving the link which is not working with a expiry date of 48 hrs and then they will blame the customer, that you didn't utilized it on given timeline.
        Flipkart if you are reading this kindly resolve the issue or i will be force to go to the consumer court.

          I bought a Neel kamal TV unit from Flipkart a few months back. Now, last week I put my TV on it, within just a few days I noticed TV unit started bending down to center and drawers that were opening/closing easily have also stopped working.
          Flipkart is continuously denying support and even most of the time they didn't respond to query.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              Flipkart is continuosly harrassing me by sending sms and emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs 367(60rs of penalty charge for non payment included) whereas i tried to open my account for last 1 month which had been blocked by flipkart. Without opening the acount how can i pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now for 367rs how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal for 367rs! Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Actual due amount was only 307rs but now they keep adding penalty charges.. Why should I pay the penalty charge of rs 60 as the mistake is happened from you side not mine. Flipkart should provide an alternate option to make payments. Flipkart can behave like a dumb! I want proper solution.

                I have placed an Order of Microwave Convection Oven on 28th Nov 2021. The due date for the arrival of the product was 07th Nov 2021 and the installation date was on 09th Nov 2021.
                But till then from 07th Nov 2021, 4 working buffer days have passed by. I have placed multiple tweets tagging Flipkart Help Team and had multiple conversations on a daily basis and all i got is false assurances from them. I have even raised a complaint again on 10th Nov 2021 (Complain ID: IN[protected]) and got assurance it will be delivered by 10th Nov 2021. As I am writing this mail, i have posted two tweets, talked with two executives but still no response of assurance has been provided.

                  The order for dining table was placed on 3rd oct, 2021 along with other items through EMI on credit card. The promised delivery date was 13th oct, 2021. On 13th oct, 2021, it got postponed to 18th oct, 2021. Then, on 18th, again it got postponed to 23rd oct, 2021. On 23rd oct, 2021, it again got postponed to 28th oct, 2021. On 28th oct, 2021, it got postponed again to 5th Nov, 2021, and on 5th nov, 2021, it got postponed again to 11th Nov, 2021. Today is 11th Nov, 2021, but I have not received any message for delivery and delivery stats is also not updated. After calling to Flipkart, the customer representatives don't give any proper reason, they are only extending the delivery dates. One of the customer representative called us ask to cancel the order. How is it possible, ? I have paid through credit card, interest and emi is going to start from this month. Also, the price of the item is increased. This is a complete fraud. It has been more than a month but we have not received the product, yet they are asking us to wait.

                    But now delivered to me total quantity 500gm on dated 10/11/21. And cheating is that quantity is changed by seller on site as cheating plan,

                      Order for a refrigerator with exchange option. The delivery boy inspected the old product and claimed it is not meeting the exchange criteria, after clear evidence shown he was asking for extra tips to mark the exchange product as good which i refused to pay. After long arguments, he left the item undelivered. I raised complaint with customer care, without even resolving the complaints, the order was cancelled and issue got closed by Flipkart. i am surprised to see the delivery boy has such power to simply close the order and customers left unhappy.

                      i escalated to customer care supervisor, but of no use, same answer.

                      I want my ordered item back (which came until my doorstep) and take action on the delivery agent.

                        I am Arun K S . I ordered a HP Pavilion(15 inch) laptop from flipkart on October 2, 2021. It had some hardware problem with the camera, so I contacted the branch HP and they arranged me a technician. The technician visited to check the problem and declared the product as DOA (Dead On Arrival).I contacted flipkart regarding the issue and filed a complaint. I got an e-mail from flipkart assuring that the issue will get resolved on or before November 10, 2021, 7:30 PM. But unfortunately there is no response from flipkart. It's been a month since I bought the laptop. I need the issue to get resolved as soon as possible and I need a replacement.

                          From Bangalore it moved very fast till 05/11/2021 it came to Hyderabad and Arrived at my Nearest Hub and Expected delivery date also given on Sunday 07 November 2021 - 11:59 PM before.
                          But today is 11/11/2021 - still item is not delivered and in online EKart logistics shows Arried at your Nearest Hub(Hyderabad Dispatched to PKCorporateKomapllyODH_HYD) .

                          When I call to Flipkart they keep on post pone the delivery date.

                          I feel like its like game. I ask a question, they call and give a new date.

                          I wish i would have ordered from AMAZON or buy the product from near my home.

                          To Dear readers, my humble suggestion to all. Never buy anything from Flipkart until u can wait upto endless and waste your money and most important your TIME.

                          Go for Amazon they do delivery quickly.

                          Stay away from Flipkart and Stay Happy .

                              I had ordered a "Luminous RedCharge RC18000 Tall Invertor Battery" through Flipkart on 22-Oct-2021
                              Order Number: "OD[protected]"
                              The product was never delivered to me, neither it had an associated AWB number or the tracking it. However, it was marked as delivered on 4th Nov'21 at "11:59" PM (Midnight) in the FlipKart website.
                              This is a prepaid order of nearly 12000 INR.
                              The incident number "IN[protected]" was raised on 5th Nov'21 had a resolution date of 10 November, which is further extended to 1 day.
                              I need a refund of the product immediately.
                              It is very frustrating to follow up continuously and receive no updates but just a default response. Please look into this immediately.

                                I ordered a washing machine on flipkart on 19 Oct. I got a defective machine. I requested replacement after 11 days they said they can't replace and they took request for refund. It's been another 11 days refund is approved by not picked up yet.                                   I have order one luminous inverter battery ORDER ID: OD[protected] on 18th Oct, it would be delivered by 3rd Nov, its not delivered till 7pm of 3rd Nov, after that I request cancel by calling flipkart customer care they cancelled my order, on 10 pm got one email your order is delivered successfully so again call to customer care regarding this, they commented me they are escalate one complain with Incident id [Incident: IN[protected]], last date of resolution is 9th Oct, still it's not resolved, my money is hold since 1 month.i am continuously follow with your customer care. They are just extending date, so I requesting to take proper action. On flipkart for wrong commitments and not giving good resolutions on particular time,
                                  Also I am demanding to refund my money with 20 % intrest for hold my money since 1 month.

                                    Why the flipkart Is behaving like this.?? U only accepted refund request and u only telling that u r rejected what is going on. I have received a mail that u refund will be processed and I have a chat with support team and they said that ur will be credited with in 6 days and It' is accepted by seller also. I have a proof plz refund my money ... u r playing with me from 20 days onwards... i have ordered a jbl ear dopes on last month inside the package accessories is missing i have requested replacement and refund refund is accepted by the seller

                                      Don't trust Flipkart, delivery person marked it as delivered but I haven't received the product I have CCTV proof. after complaint to customer care then they disabled my account So I have planned to file a complaint in consumer court
