      Hello, I am Santosh (PNR No. D23DVF) - Emirates (EK 45),

      On 19th October I have booked a flight ticket through Flipkart from Hyderabad to Frankfurt. On 31st October, I got an email from Flipkart travel booking partner Tripjack that my flight has been cancelled. From then, I was calling Flipkart to reschedule my flight. My friends are also calling them on my behalf regarding the reschedule. All together we might have called them at least 25 times, sent request emails at least 20 times. Complained to the customer service at least 12 times. No response at all, my flight has not been rescheduled yet. I have given them the options to choose among 3 different departure cities, 10 different dates without any time preference. Still,
      they failed to book a seat for me. When I called the airlines, they told me that they could reschedule my flight in 5 minutes if I would have booked with them. However, in my case, as I have booked with Flipkart, the airlines, can't do anything, and they said that I should contact the respective travel agent (Flipkart).
      I would never ever book a flight ticket with Flipkart. Also, this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced with. I really don't know what to do to get a seat on any of the flights. I am stressed and worried.

        I am buying iPad air 4 generation from flipkart and the 1st time uses I see some minor Issues But I ignore them but this issues increases day by day then after 14 days I contact to flipkart and I say i got defective Product and I see some heating and Applications crashing problems So Please replace my Product then flipkart say me this is impossible to get you refund and replacement go to service centre we are not do anything, then I am shocked because I invest my 50, 000 On my first ipad for study and medical purpose What can I do please help me

          On 5th October 2021, I ordered Cojin adult diaper pants combo pack of 2- 40 pcs - M worth Rs 1175 which was a prepaid order. The product was delivered on 15th October, 2021. I ordered for a combo of two Cojin adult diaper pants Out of the two I received only one product . I immediately complained the customer service and they told me that I will get the refund of the same and they told me that I have to send my government issued document for verification through a reply of the mail sent to them. I tried for about 10 times to send my documents (adhar card) but could not send as there always came an error from mail delivery system. After that I opened the Flipkart app and tried sending the documents from there but the technical problem arises there as well and I was unable to send my documents for verification. I spoke to the customer support executive and then she told to cancel the return request and create a new return request and do the verification process. But then also the verification was not successful as there was a technical glitch from flipkart. I tried damn hard to send the documents but due to technical glitch of flipkart, I was unable to send. My money was also wasted. I don't know why I have to suffer due to the technical glitch of flipkart. This is very bad. I need the refund ASAP

              Flipkart is asking for identity proof for return request specifically mentioned adhar card or voter id or driving licence. Which are known as Address proof why they neee for address proof despite I have already submitted KYC which is verified and approved by flipkart portal and approve ita flipkart pay latter facility in my account. Though they asked for the same..realy funny and irritating.

              Please see flipkart and improve your return policy. I am still waiting for return approval despite have flipkart plus account with flipkart pay latter facility.

                My order Order ID: OD[protected] Its not yet delivered. First expected delivery date was shown 3 November then it was postponed to 5 November but still it's not been delivered. I want to cancel my order and place it from Amazon please provide me my refund or else deliver it within 2 days.

                  I purchased a adidas ultraboost shoes amount rs 10799 from flipkart on 10 october 2021.A return request was made by me till date the shoes were not returned by flipkart.I requested 5-6 times for the return but flipkart is not returning the shoes.I called tbe customer care 10-15 times but they are making fool of me

                    I had buy dell laptop i. e. flipkart assured product of specification 8gb ram 512gb ssd, 1Tb but unfortunately I was received 256gb ssd laptop. In return also I am getting same 256gb ssd laptop.

                    After month also their is no improvement & no satisfied update from team flipkart.

                    I had decided laptop buying just because of good specification & flipkart assured product.

                    Now My request is simple I need replacement of laptop as per the specification & my tax invoice.

                    Pl response the same as I am not getting satisfied response from customer care & team filpkart.

                      On 2nd November I played the Cricket Super League game in Flipkart Game Zone and next day, the results on the winner's page showed that I have won a Boat Airdopes 131 bluetooth headphone. But till now no coupon or reward has been added in my rewards section of the app.
                      It's been 2 days and few hours and I don't know hot avail it. Please Flipkart look into this.

                        I am a seller in Flipkart and recently i have receive a return request for the things that i sold on Flipkart. I have not received the product on return and when i file SPF claim for the products that flipkart logistic team has lost so they even did not pass 5% amount of the total value of the product. This is not fair dealing. Why i will suffer for their incompetent service of their logistic company. Order ID OD[protected]

                            My first purchase from Flipkart and this first impression is very disappointing. Ordered for Realme GT master edition voyager grey on 28th October and the promise delivery date was 2nd November. However order got delayed and they promised to deliver by 5th November which is today but again it seems to get delayed as per the tracker. My phone is yet to reach the final delivery station. Customer care support number does not seem to be available in the app and when requested for call back within 10 mins yet I received call after 1 hour and it was a waste because the lady on the phone seems to least interested and someone who is not serious with her job. I had asked her to escalate the call to the senior as she was not knowledgeable but she then disconnect the line and no further call been received since then. I had tried several times to speak to somebody with regards to my order but then I get a call which the person on the other side chooses to remain silent! No further calls been received so far!! I had even made request to speak to the supervisor in the chat support but then gets denied. Seriously Flipkart is worse than "Club factory"

                              I ordered a laptop over a week ago, it arrived and doesn't switch on. I automatically asked for a replacement, and have been lied to every single day ever since. I've spoken to over TEN people in the last 48 hours!!! Every single agent has hung up on me. I am asking to speak to management and no one will transfer my call. This is causing me so much stress and anxiety, I have to leave India and need this resolved today!

                                I placed 93 clothing items from flipkart between 2nd and 10th Oct 2021. I returned 71 clothes after it was delivered to me because of the reason that the flipkart had delivered wrong color and wrong size products and also many of those were not looking same as desired by me. Citing the reason that I have placed so many return requests, the flipkart blocked my account, I told them that this is not my fault as the flipkart during festival sale period delivered wrong items to me. I also requested them that if you think I'm wrong, I will not repeat this thing in future and would not place so many return requests. I also told them that in case of clothing products its usual to return so many products and also notice that I have purchased 21 products and the strike rate is not bad as far as clothing items are concerned. However they did not pay heed to my request. Infact now they are not taking my request for return worth Rs. 3553 and also my gift card worth rs 471 is also blocked thus totalling to rs. 4024. Infact they forcefully delivered me a product worth 1995 which was cancelled by me so I want to return it.

                                  I watched 3 videos (FAKE OR NOT, DAAM SAHI HAI, KYA BOLTI PUBLIC) on SUPERCOIN SECTION...After watching that I try to check my rewards...
                                  It prompts the following :
                                  "UNUSUAL ACTIVITY DETECTED...YOUR ACCOUNT CAN NO LONGER CLAIM THE REWARDS FROM FLIPKART VIDEO..."
                                  It happened yesterday, it happens today also...

                                      A return request for Oneplus buds z unworking/rejected product supplied on 2nd of Nov. 2021 for which a complaint has been lodged but, your reply is that the product may be examined at a nearest service station for repair, which feels that why a new product will go to the service station for repair. It is a serious offensive against consumer by your company to satisfy the customer, the same may be brought before consumer forum on compensation act will be filed against your firm, if a suitable action has not been taken within 48 hours.
