Last year October purchased Samsung Galaxy 20+ on Smart Exchange Offer, now I'm eligible for Buy back option trying to upgrade with new mobile, it's showing error as " ABB is not enabled in your device" regarding this i called customer care, no one is not resolved issue. More over they are saying pay balance advance amount and Keep with you.
Then why should we go for smart upgrade??
Seriously Flipkart is cheating and playing with Customers money.

        I had ordered Realme Narzo 50 A Phone on Flipkart and they delivered me the defective product. I had requested them a replacement but they rejected it so many times also I requested a refund /replaced that also they are not providing me. Now 20 days has passed.
        Please help me to resolve this issue.

          I Ordered SAFARI Soft Body Set of 2 Luggage - STAR Set Of 2 55/65 4W - Black with price of Rs. 3328 with Big Billion and Card offer. I given correct address, pincode with my phone number. I placed that order 6th Oct 2021 with order ID OD[protected]. this order delivery date was 15th Oct 2021. Some un-necessary reason given from flipkart side for delaying delivery this product. i raised complain through flipkart customer executive more then 10times. now this order was canceled by dealer reason is wrong pin code. i ordered morethen 50 product in flipkart with same address, phone and pincode. how this only order got pincode mismatch. when i called customercare executives they said please raise new order. now this product rate is 4749 Rs.[protected]=1421 Rs now i need to pay excess for getting this product.

          i asked three option from flipkart but that are not provided me.
          1. I want this product so please cancel my cancel request raised by dealer side.
          2.I nee compensation for holding my money more then one months.
          3.i will raise new order if any difference amount will come need to pay to me.

          this all request they are not accepted and now they said create new order. even their not even not ready to raise simple complain against dealer.

                I have returned my mobile on 2 November & by 3 November the bank had refunded me on my account . I have call complaint many times it's been week I have been contacting the Flipkart customer care but they making the same excuses"sir wait for 3-4days we are working " actually they are looting the bank it self said and many witness are there too.

                      I had ordered Realme 8s 5G Phone on Flipkart and they delivered me the wrong product. I had requested them a replacement but they rejected it so many times also I requested a refund that also they are not providing me. Now one month has passed.

                        On 30th october 2021 I have ordered a boat aavante bar 2000 160W and on 6th october 2021 I have received the product. When I open the box I got product was broken (Sound Bar Broken from Middle). I have purchase so many item through flipkart and this is my 1st bad experience.
                        Whenever I am receiving any products all items was packed by bubble roll or at least wrap-up by plastic if product is big but this time my product (Boat Aavante bar 2000 160W) was not wrap-up it was only wrap by some clear tap. Mean while the packaging was very poor.
                        I believe delivery staff already knows that item was broken thats why he just asked for OTP in urgent basis and he left very fast al though I have requested him to stay at least 2 minute to check the product but he didn't stay. Same time I called and told him that item is broken he simply saying call customer service they will replace the item.

                        While I open and checked the item was broken same time I have register the return policy but flipkart team reject my replacement request.
                        I have received the item and I kept the item in one corner because i just want replacement of this product as soon as possible.

                            I cancelled my order of Samsung galaxy F22 mobile of ₹11, 499 on 4th November and was told the refund will be credited on 5th November.
                            But I didn't received any money, So I called there customer care and spoke to them about my issue they told me to wait but also after that I didn't received any money, they gave me an payment reference number [PZT[protected]VHFSF04] But still that doesn't make any difference.
                            I've talked to my bank they told me that not there side of issue.
                            I've talked to Flipkart customer care many times now and they just tell me to wait all the time. Which I can't do when there is no progress to be seen.
                            I want Flipkart to return the money today itself. I've already submitted all the documents that the customer care asked me too. And now I don't want or wait any longer.

                              I have placed an order for iphone mini 12 blue 64gb for the price 39999 on Oct 9 2021 and waited for so long and after a month flipcart cancelled my order without my knowledge and I spoke to many customer service and thy were commiting me false dates that it wil be delivered to me soon ..now when I ask them to compensate the price because now the product price is hiked up for 10k .why should I bare the loss when it was problem from flipcart...

                                I ordered Poco M3 on 2 October 2021. The actual delivery date is 4 October 2021. More than a month went till I didn't receive it. I sent so many emails. I got many calls, and they promised many deliveries dates nothing has happened so far. Not happy with the support team's progress. Till now, I wasn't able to contact higher officials. They don't even have the solution to provide me.

                                  Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                  I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.

                                    I ordered acer aspire 7 laptop in flipkart on[protected].
                                    I received the order on[protected].After using for 5 days it turned off automatically.So, I raised a replacement request.The tech visit is assigned to jeeves tech visit.The next day I received a message regarding the tech visit.i called the technician for that.He said the distance to my place is high.So, he said he'"ll come on[protected].I waited patiently for the visit.I called on that day and he"s refusing to come and he said talk to customer care.He"s very rude.I called customer care and raised the complaint.But no use they are saying your request is processed.This is the worst online shopping experience.They are saying they have highly trained professionals.But the truth is they got nothing.How can anyone is that much irresponsible.It"s already 11 days but no response.

                                      I ordered luminous shakticharge sc18054 150ah tall tubular battery on October 18 2021 but i am not received the product but i showing the status delivered on November 3 2021.
                                      regarding this issue we are contacting the customer support from 18th onwards regarding this issue unable to tack the order details from 18th October 2021. same is informed to customer support but no use, directly on 3rd November 20121 it is showing that product was delivered. same is informed to customer support team but still now problem is not resolved. it is support given by flipcart. how many days took to solve the issue. thank to flipcart give good support and products with out delivering.

                                        During Big billion day, I ordered an Iphone 12. The expected date was 7th of November. And it reached the nearest hub day before it.
