I ordered a product on flipkart on 9th Oct, on that time it shows the product will deliver on or before 27 Oct but till now the product wasn’t deliver to my address .
I complained this to the customer service but they didn’t respond about my problem.

    I ordered vega helmet on 21/10/21 via Flipkart. My order delivered on 29/10/21 with outer box damaged and helmet broken condition..So I request on 29/10/21 for replacement but Till now they don't make return pickup..The Flipkart website shows return will pickedup in 29/11/21...It's too late for return pickup..I need to replace my helmet quickly because It's seller's mistake, they send product without proper package so it's broken...My replacement Id:[protected]...I have enclosed my return pickup related screenshot...

      Complaint No.1 - I can't order more than 40 items
      Complaint No.2 - I ordered 1 Litre Fortune Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil. Fortunately, it was appearing for Rs. 1. Instead of changing my order of ordering 1 Rice Ban oil pouch. I kept it as 2. The delivery Agent very smartly asked me to submit good feedback, he told me that my salary will be paid if you give good feedback. Since this is a Diwali time please give good feedback without giving me time to count the products. Since this was only 1 Rs product given from company but it was around 180 Rs for me. So very smartly he kept my eyes out of it.
      Complaint No.3 - This is 2nd time I haven't received the product. They always refund and I have to purchase it manually. What is the benefit of ordering online? This time they promised me a refund again, but of Rs. 1. Ideally since this product for me was a value of 180 Rs. they should refund the same so that I can buy it from outside.

      This seems to be a planned fraud with company by the calling and delivery agents.

          I have ordered an item in flipkart with the order ID - OD[protected]

          The delivery boy refused as there is no price tag, How can i use the product with the price tag else there should be a prior notification that, they will not accept if there is price tag in it. This is horrible, I was a loyal member to flipkart for so long and this is the second incident i am facing in this month.

          I also ordered for a product subaa subaa stainless stell with lid - Order Id -OD[protected] but i received the product without lid. Flipkart Packing is also a issue now. it comes in transparent packing and it is not professional to look at.

            It is matter of harassment, delaying the case, lethargic approach, & wasting the time of customer, for that I need compensation along
            with my wrong deduction amount.

            Indigo Credit shell was available for Rs. 7828.00 for two passengers, for one passenger credit shell 50% (Rs. 3914.00) was used and they refunded the balance 50% of Rs.3914.00, and there was no deduction from indigo airlines since the flight was cancelled due to pick COVID situation.

            Indigo was promised & refunded the full amount without deducting a single paisa, but flip cart has deducted the amount which is totally wrong and provide me only Rs. 2290.00.

            Email from indigo for refund already provided to flipkart by me.

            Flipkart has given a 24-48 hours timeline many times, but the issue is not yet resolved & no status has been provided only giving 24-48 hours again and again.

            This is a simple case of harassment
            I need my money back

              I have ordered a Trouser from flipkart on 4th october.The product was delayed and was asked to wait till 12th oct. Still not deliverd so i have raised a complaint on flipkart support for which i was asked to wait till 18th. Still delayed i complain again was asked to wait for 22nd, then 23rd, then 27th, then 28th, then 30th. Its still not delivered . im really frustated.

                I am an old customer of your company and I have purchased subject mentioned phone from your website on[protected] and the same day I have raised a complaint about the back panel is pressed (Damaged) and I want to replace the same item but no action has been taken and only false assurances were given. Your customer care told that it will be resolved by 29th of October but nobody called up me for the resolution, I have called up to you on 29th evening then they told it will be resolved by 30th but nobody contacted me then I called up again your customer care they told your complaint will resolve by 31st of October please wait till time.

                I understand I have been cheated and only false assurances were given no step will be taken till the time for the resolution. I request you to please resolve my issue immediately.

                  I had ordered a 'powerest metal collapsible shoe stand' from flipkart with order id- OD[protected] by paying 1 rupee on pre-book offer on 1st October 2021 and i paid the remaining Rs.595 on 3rd October 2021 at 2:16am through the phone pay with the transaction id - T2110030216195629423696.
                  But when the Ekart Delivery boy came to deliver me the product on 8th October 2021 with Ekart logistic number FMPC[protected], he had told me to pay the remaining amount of Rs.595 because on his mobile it was mentioned as COD.
                  Then soon after i talked to the Flipkart customer care and told them all the matters and they have told me to pay the amount of Rs.595 and they promised me that my another Rs.595 will be refunded soon within 2 working days.
                  But its been more than 22 days and my amount of Rs.595 still didn't got refunded. In between i had complaint many time by calling them but i didn't got the positive response. Infact many time they had put my call on hold and then it got disconnected. And the same process continues for many times. And still i'm waiting for the refund of my Rs.595
                  Please do take action on this issue.

                    Why the product hasn't been shipped till now. Is this the priority you give to the flipkay plus members? Products have been received faster when I'm not plus member. And 2000 rupees discount hasn't been applied in this product while check out and 500 rupees magic box in rewards has also not applied on purchase. I have raised call request multiple times while ordering the product. The product is being available for 10 minutes and next 10 minutes it is showing not deliverable to my address. You didn't even call and simply sent a text message saying 'we have been trying to contact you...' is this the priority you give to your flipkart plus members. If the calls gets connected and I say don't cut the call and if the call gets disconnected please call me back multiple times. There's no callback or response your side. Since it's a mistake from your side for not calling back on time and not giving proper response and your representatives don't have proper knowledge regarding offers and simply disconnecting the call. Reduces and return an amount of 2500 to my account. If you want valid proofs regarding offers which I'm saying I should get I'm ready to provide you and even I have the audio recordings with me. This is not the first time you have done this to me. Kindly reduce the amount of 2000+ 500=2500 to me. Thanks.

                    And do remove that one option from customer care representatives that they are simply disconnecting the call and sending a message ' We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but were unable to reach you. You can always call us on our toll free number[protected] for further assistance.' Instead of calling back they are not even calling back and simply keeping that message as they don't have an answer for the query asked by customers. After being asking the customer care team don't disconnect the call and if call gets disconnected please call me back several times and don't send messages instead of calling, try again still I don't get a call back. This shows how you respect a customer. Being a flipkart plus member you are giving me this worst service/ support, I pity for non flipkart plus members. I have messaged the photos in the Flipkart Facebook social media account, follow up there for the related proofs there.

                      I want this complaint to be very strong against Flipkart. Am I here to hear cancelled order after this long time ?

                          On 27th Oct 2021, I purchased Pixel 4a from Flipkart for Rs.23, 999 (Diwali offer) OD[protected]. On 28th Oct. the product got delivered but when i opened the package it was Pixel 3a. The seller placed a sticker on the Pixel 3a box with Pixel 4a tag. I placed a replacement request. The seller requested by ID card and Product details . I submitted them. I called the customer care and they said that i have to wait 48-72 hours. So on 1st Nov I receive an email and message that the replacement was rejected since i did not submit any details. I called the customer care and they informed the same thing and to raise the replacement request again and now i receive the same 72 hours waiting period which will close the return window on Nov 4th.
                          I am very frustrated with this issue and wonder if i will get the money back or a replacement

                              I have query regarding cash on delivery for my pin code.which I had been ordered by COD only.i have already spoken with Flipkart customer persons, they said that it depends over seller and my past purchase history
                              I am a existing customer of flipkart.i have bought so many things but cancelled less product which was very cheap quality and size issue.there is clearly mentione that COD available for my pin code.once I came to payment mode then it is not taking same.do enquiry and please let me know the reason.they only disable my COD facility because other people who has belong my native place they can able to buy through COD.it has done by intentionally.

                                  I ordered this product LUMINOUS Zelio 1100 + Rc18000 Tall Tubular Battery + on 7th Oct. And the last delivery date they gave was on 26th October. When I asked about the product by calling the customer care they told that it will be delivered within 9pm and will get message if it's delayed. After waiting till 9pm suddenly the status for this product has changed as delivered that to on 17th. I immediately called customer care a raised a complaint they told they will check and come back within 48 hours. After that the status has changed to return, refund. I don't understand I told them clearly that I did not receive any product from where will I return. And everyday I need to call customer service they don't have any information other than telling to wait for 24-48 hrs complaint raised the upper department will call. But till now I didn't receive any call from them. I paid the amount and without product waiting for such type of service. No money, no product... don't know what to do. Such a bad service, irresponsible people, pathetic

                                    Installation completed by 13th Evening
                                    My unit has screen flickering and bleeding issues over the screen. So that, I have created a replacement request for my unit. Replacement Requested Date 19/10/2021. They said that the order will have a tech visit before approving your replacement product. I have waited until the date comes. However, they didn't send a technician to visit. Tech Visit Date was 23/10/2021 Still, which is shows your order is processing... If I had called the customer and tried to raise a complaint? In between the call the customer associates are disconnecting the calls. The waiting period is in between 8-35 minutes. However, they are simply disconnecting without giving any answer. Please kindly help me regards the issue of replacement. I am waiting since 19/10/2021. Still, not solved the problem. Kindly help me with the refund or replacement as earlier as possible. I'm okay with refund if replacement is not possible. Thank You.

                                      I purchased a television from Flipkart and as per policy, I was supposed to get the installation within 48 hours, it has been almost 18 days since the delivery but no one has contacted for installation yet. Also, they have closed the return window. Now in case the television is damaged, they will not replace the same as well. If I would have opened the box, they would have claimed that you should have waited for the installation.

                                      Further, I was supposed to get a coupon for Samsung sound bar after the return period was over, it has been more than a week, I haven't received anything.

                                      Needless to say, I have contacted the team almost 15-20 times and every time they have the same sentence to say "Kindly wait for 48 hours". They are not providing any details for installation nor the coupon code. It has been a nightmare dealing with Flipkart. On Twitter, they give bot replies which have no sense. The social media team doesn't solve the problem and asks to wait for 48 hours. Worst ever online shopping experience. I urge everyone to not order anything from Flipkart if you want mental peace.
