    I have ordered Prestige PGMFB Grill (Black) order number OD[protected] by paying 821 rs with paytm of and i have returned the material but during the refund the amount credited to my account was 679 Rs and 100 rs as supercoins but still 42 Rs is pending matter is not about 42 rs but the trust and after chatting with customer care they are not accepting the fault but forcing me to contact with paytm while contacting with paytm they are telling the issue is with the flipkart merchant and kindly contact them the issue is now more than 20 days old and now iam not getting any response from flipkart nor with paytm kindly resolve my issue

      Flipkart IDFC pay later cibil issue

      In Nov 2021 i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 3000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available...

      Hello Flipkart Team,

      Team, today I have faced a very unfortunate incident.

      Order ID: OD[protected]

      I had placed an order from Flipkart a few days back on 30th October 21 which I received on 1st November i.e. today (Monday ) at my office address
      Delivery was on time, I received the order verification done by OTP.

      Outer package wad bit ramped I open the box saw seal tampered as if someone opened it n stick it back. Then there was a cardboard sheet folded in the place of the item.
      THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WAS MISSING

      I have been shopping with Flipkart ever since e com shopping hype began but never had faced this type of BLUNDER OR STEALING...
      I don't know what had happened .. but I immediately call support they arranged a callback.. when I received a call I was jolted .they said please report after 24 hours.
      After several numbers of requests for a call back I got a call and they said refund will.be issue but dint memtion
      He said I will be receiving a mail. All I received was acknowledgment mail.

      Please I would request your team please take this incident into serious consideration.

      I have used Amazon too never faced such an issue until now. With Flipkart.

      Please arrange a callback and I need a proper response.

        Wrong Invoice provided for my purchase

        I ordered Nothing Ear 1 headphones from Flipkart on7th Sep which was delivered to me on 19th Sep 2021. Headphones stopped working after 15 days o[censored]se and I went to service center for the repair/replacement. Person available at service center asked for the invoice for the product, I provided it digitally after downloading from the Flipkart portal.

        Service center guy told me that he can not accept this invoice as this invoice...

        Flipkart is making fools of customers frequently.

        Flipkart is conducting SALES on the name of BIG BILLIAN DAYS, DIWALI SALES ETC. by offering so many product offers.

        Customers used to attract and pay advance payments for the items they ordered. However, Flipkart is not delivering most of those items which they offered lowest prices and autocratically cancelling these items orders for which they took advance payments.

        Despite contacting and rising complaints, they are not solving issues. They suggest to re-order (at higher rate). By the time, customer tries to re-order, prices are definitely higher. In this way, Flipkart is making fools and idiates of all Customers.

        Flipkart is not making any effort to sort out the problem, despite may complaints and rising issues. Even there is no mechanism or system in their App or website to rise these issues clearly. Their Auto / AI chat or answering system is making customers as fools and bewakoofs.

        They are throwing issue on sellers, . Unfortunately, many times the seller is Retailnet, etc which are the sister companies of Flipkart itself.

        Further, when an item is offered in sets (like 5 sets), customer used to get only 1 set and on with grate difficulty of reaching Flipkart, they throw responsibility on Seller and won't take any compensate action to Customers.

        I am facing all above problems for last several years with Flipkart. Flipkart must compensate Rs.1 Lakh for each of isssue or problem caused to me due to mental agony and waste of my time and effort.

          Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with anyother smartphone’.

          I had purchased the same phone from Flipkart itself on 18 May 2017, i.e. 5 years back, and it doesn’t recognize now!!

          I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears genuine. I am using my mobile regularly without any trouble.

          I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognizing except carelessness and unprofessional-ism of Flipkart.

          Flipkart is making fools of Customers which I observed often.

              The order reached to my nearest hub by 31 oct only but i don't know why the delivery was delayed.
              The customer support was saying that the order is misrouted.

                Hello, My Flipkart account with mail id [protected]@gmail.com is blocked due to this I am not able the pay the remaining due in Flipkart Pay Later . I have complaint about my problem so many times but the they are doing nothing till now. Although I want to pay the bill I am not able to pay the bill due to there technical issue.

And received wrong MDH products( rajma masala 100gm and pav vaji masala 100gm ) with INR 220, on 1st November, 2021. However my return-refund request was accepted by flipkart when contacted their customer care executive. But till date no refund amount is added in my account.

                      I have ordered MarQ By Flipkart 9 kg 5 Star, Glass Lid Semi Automatic Top Load White, Blue (MQSA90H5GB) in Flipkart and I came to know that I have faced power fluctuations with this item while connecting.
                      Then I have raised refund return request and they have rejected my return request without technician visit.
                      Again I have raised another refund return request and they suggested me to change the wiring in my home and I have changed the wiring in my home. Again I am facing same issue. Today technician visited my home he also agreed with the same reason. But Flipkart again rejected my return request.
                      Could you please check and provide assistance with this issue.

                        I have placed an order on 28th Oct, and it was supposed to be shipped on 29th & delivered by 2nd Nov as per initial order details. However, the status has been stagnant ever since order was placed. It always shows as item is not shipped yet, and item is waiting to be picked up by courier partner. I called up customer care several times, and they say complaint raised an update will come by 8th Nov. The delivery was expected by 2nd, and they say update will come by 8th. This is very disappointing. Please do something and deliver my product at the earliest.

                              I had ordered a watch from flipkart, I received an empty package on friday, 29th October 2021, with no watch..
                              I raised return request and provided the required id proof as mentioned in their email.. After 4 days they rejected my request by quoting invalid id.. My money is stucked they have made a fraud and now not entertaining request properly..

                                I ordered jbl earbuds and the left ear has no sound and the right ear is not working as described in the app or website i raised a refund request but still the return request is pending approval.

                                  Dear all

                                  This is my last mail to flipkart and I this is end of our relation (me, my family and my knowns) with flipkart.

                                  This is limit of frustration I am facing with flipkart customer care and back end team..

                                  After one month of return complaint they just answer your return request is escalated and back end team is working on the same while nawratri dashara diwali are past but you people are not able to come with solution.

                                  Matter Brief :-

                                  I purchased fire fox nexus mountain bike that bike comes with front zoom suspension masera on 4th Oct 2021. Pic of that suspension is visible on website and details are mentioned in bike specification.
                                  You people and your saler deliver me that bike with normal local suspension on 8th oct. I raised complaint on 8th Oct just after delivery.

                                  With bike I paid for instalation and demo charges of Rs. 500. Service engineer came to install that bike on 10th Oct.
                                  He tried a lot to install bike but not succeeded. He updated me bike front wheel centre rod length is too small. Centre rod doesn't have space for Suspension grove and bolt. I updated same issue to flipkart on same day.

                                  Now flipkart starts playing their drama. First asked me my Identity proves and product Pic. I provided.

                                  After two days they again called me now flipkart wants FIR consent against bike saler from me. I provided that consent signed scanned copy to Flipkart.

                                  Now on 18th they reject my return request because of wrong head entry of complaint.

                                  I called again on 18th Oct and requested you put right head of complaint. Now new complaint raised on 18th Oct.

                                  Today is 2nd of November and status of my complaint is same. Your return request is escalated and back end team is working on the same. Even return request approval is still pending.

                                  Now my queries:

                                  1. What is flipkart system procedure for return request ?

                                  2. What is time dead line for return request approval and update ?

                                  3. What steps you taken against my complaint pls update date wise step from 8th Oct ?

                                  4. I submitted FIR concent against seller. Update status of that FIR?

                                  If you people have little bit shame please just revert on my queries because return is just dream for me now. I accept that return flipkart se na ho payegaaa...
