I declined package FMPP[protected] but Ekart executive marked it as delivered. He refused to return the product. I gave feedback to Ekart but they didn't even bother to call me and understand my concern.
Since ekart is a Flipkart subsidiary, I called them and lodged a complaint. They assured me that they will find a resolution in a business week, by Oct 27th, 2021
Here is when it becomes more interesting. On 27th Flipkart informs me that since i have given them written acknowledgement of receiving the package they cannot help me. When I contested this, they sent me a scanned copy of the said acknowledgement letter. Upon seeing that I realised that someone in local ekart has sent a fraudulent letter on my behalf. So I sent them a photo of a hand written letter to show that the letter they got wasn't written by me. Now the ticket is reopened with a new date for resolution which is Nov 5th. No one from Flipkart or Ekart has contacted me since.

Complaint marked as Resolved Today, Flipkart called me (from +914461762300) and issued a refund.
I told the customer care agent that I am still upset about the forgery ekart has done and requested him to raise an internal investigation request. But I guess customers won't be privy to those info.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
