Hello,
This is in regards to the last order that I tried to place on Flipkart Quick 90-min Grocery Delivery but due to some technical issues on the app it was not placed but my amount (Rs.730) was deducted on the UPI (Google pay) app.

Reached out to customer care via phone/email/Twitter but no one responded.

Request you to kindly please refund the amount as soon as possible.

    My name is Nikhil Singla. I am a normal customer of online shopping & frequently buys from websites like Flipkart & Amazon etc. As you all know, it is the time of Great Indian Festival Sales & like everybody else I want to buy a refrigerator at the biggest discount available.
    So I searched the refrigerator I want at many online shopping websites & came at a conclusion to buy it from flipkart as its price was Rs. 2000 less than the Amazon. That was my biggest mistake because I don’t knew at that time that It would be the worst shopping experience in my lifetime.
    I ordered the “Samsung 845 Ltr Side By Side Double Door Refrigerator (RS82A6000SL, Stainless)” on 24th Oct at 08:18 AM & paid Rs. 88, 990/- via upi mode, for which the delivery was scheduled by flipkart on or before 30th October (Screenshot 1). This order was shipped on the same day of ordering. Then on 30th October, i.e. on the day on which it was supposed to delivered, I got a message from Flipkart that my order has been delayed due to logistical constraints faced by the courier service provider & also giving assurance that my order will be delivered by 31st October.
    Then on 31st October, I received a call from Flipkart that due to some delivery issue, my order will be delivered by 1st November. I also want to mention that at this time, if the flipkart would have told me they can’t deliver my order then I would have purchased this item from other shopping website & there would be less problem for me. But that does not happen & Flipkart again contacted me on 1st November & this time & they postponed the delivery for the 3rd time & by a very long time i.e. 8th November. Now it was very difficult for me to wait & I contacted their helpdesk via “Need Help” section & after trying for 8-10 times, I was called by their Customer Care mentioning the same old reasons that they would the deliver the order at the earliest & there is no need to worry.
    In this conversation I felt that nobody in Flipkart seem to care that the date of delivery was after the big date of Diwali i.e. 4rth November the whole reason for which we make big purchases & then wait for item to arrive. My mood was spoilt but then also I have hope that the item would be delivered.
    But the real shock came for me on 3rd of November, when I received a message from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay & I can place a new order for this item in the next 10 days and gift card of Rs. 2000 will be added to my Flipkart account within 3 days of order delivery. That’s all.
    They don’t even called me even once before cancelling the order & tried to give me a Rs. 2000 at the time, when they have increased the Item price by Rs. 10K on their website & item was no longer in stock on their website. Now what would you call this if not a Fraud. I also want to mention that at this time my order was not showing as cancelled on their portal or App.
    I contacted their Customer Care again for several times & also talked to their Senior Head mentioning my issue. He again give me the false assurances that he would mention the issue with concerned department & a solution will be provided to me at the earliest. Then on same day, I got a call from Flipkart again that my issue has been resolved & my order would be delivered on or before 5th November. I was again happy to know this that Flipkart actually cares & I was wrong before.
    But what would I have known at that time that they are just making a mockery of their customer & common man. I received a message on 4th November at 11:42 AM mentioning my order has been cancelled & refund for the order has been processed which would reflect in my bank account by Nov. 16, 2021.
    Now I was really sad on the day of Diwali because the refrigerator I want to buy was selling at Rs. 100K in Local Market on other online websites or sold out & all Diwali Offers were long gone. I did not get the item even after spending my hard earned money & blocking it for more than 10 days.
    I was also unhappy because on that day I realised that big Shopping Websites like Flipkart can do anything they want with a Customer & we the Customer can’t do anything against them. I was feeling very helpless.
    Today on 6th Nov, 2021 I collected myself & is trying to make a voice against these types of Fraud by Companies like Flipkart via this letter. If you are reading this then kindly support me against these Frauds, so they also came to know that Customer is still the King & they just can’t do anything they want.

      Luminous battery of 150AH has been. ordered via above order number on 08 oct after paying the full amount to flipkart. As per flipkart website order tracking it was shown that the product will be delivered on 25 th Oct and product in shipped status. Same status was continued till 25 th evening. Suddenly the tracking status was changed as 'product delivered on 16 th Oct and return policy is ended. The fact was highlighted to flipkart customer care over phone immediately and they told the issue. will be resolved before 30 th Oct. As I need back up battery urgently for my home use, please solve the issue early...

        I have ordered luminous Zelio 1100+RC 18000 tall tubular battery (Order ID: OD[protected] in flipkart on 08/10/2021
        seller is STTRDERSKTL. Estimated delivery date was 25/10/2021. There is no tracking shows till 25th Oct.
        After 25th shows that the order was delivered on 16/10/2021 11:59 PM(Mid-night) and there is no invoice bill also.
        And same i complaint to flipkart customer care (Complaint ID: IN[protected]) on same day(25th).
        After that called customer care many times, but no solution till now(6th Nov).

        Please investigate about this issue and help to send my product as soon as possible.

        I am also facing the same issue with my Luminous Red charge battery from 18 October till now no response from Flipkart team.

        Trying to find a way to proceed legally. Hope for the best.

          I purchased a mobile from flipkart through sbi credit card. When i initiate payment first time my transaction its showed i crossed domestic limit then i purchased same product through sbi add on card. This time transaction was succesful. Amount debit through my credit card was 18749. After two days my sbi credit card unbilled show money debit twice. 18749 and 184749 my sbi aacount became negative -16633+ they charged overlimit fee 600+112 gst . Without my fault. I complained sbi and flipkart till date my refuned not received and my credit card bill generated. Plz help

            I have placed an order for Hindware Atlantic 3L instant water geyser on 22.09.21 (order id OD[protected] RS.2349. Till date neither the product is delivered to me nor the refund get credited to my account beside multiple complaints on flipkart website, email, telephonically and even on social media platforms. Multiple times I was told to cancel the order, provide bank account details which I have done and multiple times I was getting a message that the return/refund is cancelled by the seller. Till date the status of order on flipkart website is out for delivery. On 02.10.21 flipkart asked for my bank account details to credit the refund which I had provided and later on I was informed that the refund is cancelled by the seller. Afterwards I have placed multiple complaints on 03.10.21, 05.10, 14.10, 16.10. On 16.10.21 I was told by an executive to share bank account statement on [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com which I had done and no joy. Again the same thing repeated on 19.10, 20.10. On 20.10 I got a mail mentioning that the order is cancelled by the seller as courier partner is unable to deliver the product and amount will be refunded. Later on nothing happened. On 24.10 I have raised a complaint to grievance officer of flipkart with all attachments (communications and mine Bank account Statement) nothing happened. On 26.10.21 again I raised my concern to flipkart social media team again I was asked for bank account details which I have shared and again the same thing repeated. On 02.11.21 suddenly I got a message from flipkart that seller has cancelled the return of item. I made a call to flipkart tollfree number and I was told that the order will be cancelled at their end and refund will be processed. Suddenly after few hours I got a message that as per my request they have cancelled the return of item. I made a call again at flipkart customer service and told them that I havenot raised a request to cancel the return but I have raised a request to cancel the order and refund my amount. From last one and half month I have given a lot of precious time of mine for this issue. The response of flipkart is pathetic even 14.10.21 afterwards I asked the number of appealing authority and everytime they denied mentioning they cant share the number of any senior executive. It is an open and shut case The product is yet not delivered to me and many times I was told that the refund will be credited and not done. Kindly intervene to get me refund.

                    I would like to inform you that I have been facing trouble with the replacement of the DOA laptop which I bought from Flipkart. Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] Laptop already sealed packed by Hp engineer and received from DOA certificate from HP. Many times I inform Flipkart customar care but still no dispatcher or courier person contact with me from Flipkart about it. I bought this laptop for my upcoming project work which will start in Nov mid but still, I don't know what I do. I requested to you that kindly replace this laptop on an urgent basis because due to this I facing a lot of problems in my work life. Please arrange a courier for replacement as soon as possible. This will greatly help me in the timely completion of my work assignments.

                          Hello, I am Santosh (PNR No. D23DVF) - Emirates (EK 45),

                          On 19th October I have booked a flight ticket through Flipkart from Hyderabad to Frankfurt. On 31st October, I got an email from Flipkart travel booking partner Tripjack that my flight has been cancelled. From then, I was calling Flipkart to reschedule my flight. My friends are also calling them on my behalf regarding the reschedule. All together we might have called them at least 25 times, sent request emails at least 20 times. Complained to the customer service at least 12 times. No response at all, my flight has not been rescheduled yet. I have given them the options to choose among 3 different departure cities, 10 different dates without any time preference. Still,
                          they failed to book a seat for me. When I called the airlines, they told me that they could reschedule my flight in 5 minutes if I would have booked with them. However, in my case, as I have booked with Flipkart, the airlines, can't do anything, and they said that I should contact the respective travel agent (Flipkart).
                          I would never ever book a flight ticket with Flipkart. Also, this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced with. I really don't know what to do to get a seat on any of the flights. I am stressed and worried.

                              On 5th October 2021, I ordered Cojin adult diaper pants combo pack of 2- 40 pcs - M worth Rs 1175 which was a prepaid order. The product was delivered on 15th October, 2021. I ordered for a combo of two Cojin adult diaper pants Out of the two I received only one product . I immediately complained the customer service and they told me that I will get the refund of the same and they told me that I have to send my government issued document for verification through a reply of the mail sent to them. I tried for about 10 times to send my documents (adhar card) but could not send as there always came an error from mail delivery system. After that I opened the Flipkart app and tried sending the documents from there but the technical problem arises there as well and I was unable to send my documents for verification. I spoke to the customer support executive and then she told to cancel the return request and create a new return request and do the verification process. But then also the verification was not successful as there was a technical glitch from flipkart. I tried damn hard to send the documents but due to technical glitch of flipkart, I was unable to send. My money was also wasted. I don't know why I have to suffer due to the technical glitch of flipkart. This is very bad. I need the refund ASAP

                                  Flipkart is asking for identity proof for return request specifically mentioned adhar card or voter id or driving licence. Which are known as Address proof why they neee for address proof despite I have already submitted KYC which is verified and approved by flipkart portal and approve ita flipkart pay latter facility in my account. Though they asked for the same..realy funny and irritating.

                                  Please see flipkart and improve your return policy. I am still waiting for return approval despite have flipkart plus account with flipkart pay latter facility.
