Respected Sir I bought a kurta from Flipkart to use in Durga Puja but requested to change it as the kurta was not fitting. And the replacement kurta was supposed to be delivered on 18/10/2021 but the ekart delivery boy took the item back without coming homestep and And the thing has been canceled today, 03/11/21, after 17 days in the Ekart office, suri birbhum pin-731101. Why for the delivery agency my favorite thing I didn't get in time and couldn't use it. Why I lost faith in a trusted company like Flipkart.
My order ID was OD[protected].Mobile No. [protected].

    I want my refund on Realme C21Y as today i have completed 3rd technician visit and this was confirmed by your executive (Jhanvi [soory if spelling is wrong]) that further there will be no technician visit and you will have your refund but now your are saying that we can't process refund as seller is not getting any damage approval by technician. How can a visit of 5 min technician knows my problem of Mic/Speaker ask him to stay for 24 to 48 hours (my 2nd floor is empty) he will surely confirm the problem.

    Very rude behaviour for plus member till now I have never returned any product so this means there is some serious problem in this phone that's why I am returning it.

    Call me only if you are okay to approve my refund request don't make call to say "please visit to nearest authorised service centre" why would I visit if i have taken this from your website and what's the problem you have to take the phone and refund my money.

        I order real me narzo 30 mobile, cost 10999, on 29 October 2021 and refund date given to me by flipkart is 2 November 2021 and for some reason I cancel it, and they said my refund is initiated by seller, , order id is OD[protected]
        And refund id is CR21102912340124229600104
        And transaction reference is Pzt[protected]EG90J01
        But in my band there is no credit my refund following up with flipkart daily but no proper response. No update or no resolution and closing the issue without any resolution. Further, I enquired with ani bank as well and as per their response, there is no refund initiated as such from the flipkart. Kindly, consider the issue and resolve it as early as possible.

              I have not received my order OD[protected] for which I paid rs. 3299 from my debit card. The app shows the product is delivered but I have not received it. It did not even show the tracking id or any shipment details in the app. I have already made complaint to flipkart but no actions have been taken by them. They say product is delivered maybe to a wrong address. I want my money back. It has been more than 10 days I made the complaint.

                I have ordered pre paid the Luminous Battery on Oct 5th 2021. It is not delivered to me and track show that already delivered on 7th October 2021. I have raised complaint and call minimum 49times and also call also received but no one has given solution and information about my order. Flipkart is fake now and doing cyber crime..

                  Escalation for order ID: OD[protected], in which i have'nt received one item, which was in offer for Rs.18/- iwith Free delivery, if purchase value is 1200.
                  To avail this offer i have purchased 16 items worth Rs. 1227/-, but unfortunately, i havent received the above mentioned item.
                  Need appropriate action to avoid this type of fraud activities/sell in future, so that customer should not get cheated.

                        I have placed a prepaid order on 8th October 2021 worth Rs. 41050 (OD[protected] for Apple Ipad. It was supposed to be delivered on 13th October. However, even after almost a I have not received the item. We tried to raise our issue through various ways (customer case, social media), but issue is not yet resolved. May I request the Consumer Forum to resolve the issue.

                            I have ordered Prestige PGMFB Grill (Black) order number OD[protected] by paying 821 rs with paytm of and i have returned the material but during the refund the amount credited to my account was 679 Rs and 100 rs as supercoins but still 42 Rs is pending matter is not about 42 rs but the trust and after chatting with customer care they are not accepting the fault but forcing me to contact with paytm while contacting with paytm they are telling the issue is with the flipkart merchant and kindly contact them the issue is now more than 20 days old and now iam not getting any response from flipkart nor with paytm kindly resolve my issue

                              Flipkart IDFC pay later cibil issue

                              In Nov 2021 i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 3000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available...

                              Hello Flipkart Team,

                              Team, today I have faced a very unfortunate incident.

                              Order ID: OD[protected]

                              I had placed an order from Flipkart a few days back on 30th October 21 which I received on 1st November i.e. today (Monday ) at my office address
                              Delivery was on time, I received the order verification done by OTP.

                              Outer package wad bit ramped I open the box saw seal tampered as if someone opened it n stick it back. Then there was a cardboard sheet folded in the place of the item.
                              THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WAS MISSING

                              I have been shopping with Flipkart ever since e com shopping hype began but never had faced this type of BLUNDER OR STEALING...
                              I don't know what had happened .. but I immediately call support they arranged a callback.. when I received a call I was jolted .they said please report after 24 hours.
                              After several numbers of requests for a call back I got a call and they said refund will.be issue but dint memtion
                              He said I will be receiving a mail. All I received was acknowledgment mail.

                              Please I would request your team please take this incident into serious consideration.

                              I have used Amazon too never faced such an issue until now. With Flipkart.

                              Please arrange a callback and I need a proper response.

                                Wrong Invoice provided for my purchase

                                I ordered Nothing Ear 1 headphones from Flipkart on7th Sep which was delivered to me on 19th Sep 2021. Headphones stopped working after 15 days o[censored]se and I went to service center for the repair/replacement. Person available at service center asked for the invoice for the product, I provided it digitally after downloading from the Flipkart portal.

                                Service center guy told me that he can not accept this invoice as this invoice...

                                Flipkart is making fools of customers frequently.

                                Flipkart is conducting SALES on the name of BIG BILLIAN DAYS, DIWALI SALES ETC. by offering so many product offers.

                                Customers used to attract and pay advance payments for the items they ordered. However, Flipkart is not delivering most of those items which they offered lowest prices and autocratically cancelling these items orders for which they took advance payments.

                                Despite contacting and rising complaints, they are not solving issues. They suggest to re-order (at higher rate). By the time, customer tries to re-order, prices are definitely higher. In this way, Flipkart is making fools and idiates of all Customers.

                                Flipkart is not making any effort to sort out the problem, despite may complaints and rising issues. Even there is no mechanism or system in their App or website to rise these issues clearly. Their Auto / AI chat or answering system is making customers as fools and bewakoofs.

                                They are throwing issue on sellers, . Unfortunately, many times the seller is Retailnet, etc which are the sister companies of Flipkart itself.

                                Further, when an item is offered in sets (like 5 sets), customer used to get only 1 set and on with grate difficulty of reaching Flipkart, they throw responsibility on Seller and won't take any compensate action to Customers.

                                I am facing all above problems for last several years with Flipkart. Flipkart must compensate Rs.1 Lakh for each of isssue or problem caused to me due to mental agony and waste of my time and effort.

                                  Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with anyother smartphone’.

                                  I had purchased the same phone from Flipkart itself on 18 May 2017, i.e. 5 years back, and it doesn’t recognize now!!

                                  I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears genuine. I am using my mobile regularly without any trouble.

                                  I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognizing except carelessness and unprofessional-ism of Flipkart.

                                  Flipkart is making fools of Customers which I observed often.
