It is matter of harassment, delaying the case, lethargic approach, & wasting the time of customer, for that I need compensation along
with my wrong deduction amount.
Indigo Credit shell was available for Rs. 7828.00 for two passengers, for one passenger credit shell 50% (Rs. 3914.00) was used and they refunded the balance 50% of Rs.3914.00, and there was no deduction from indigo airlines since the flight was cancelled due to pick COVID situation.
Indigo was promised & refunded the full amount without deducting a single paisa, but flip cart has deducted the amount which is totally wrong and provide me only Rs. 2290.00.

Flipkart has given a 24-48 hours timeline many times, but the issue is not yet resolved & no status has been provided only giving 24-48 hours again and again.
This is a simple case of harassment
I need my money back
