    Greetings!!

    I ordered one laptop from flipkart on 23rd october 2021 with order id OD[protected] and it got delivered on 28th October 2021.
    I have got the different model.

    I have been placed a request for return just after receiving the product and also trying to connect with customer care but no resolution is provided till date.
    Its already been around 4 days and there is no update on my request.

    Request you to please get a resolution for my problem.

      I declined package FMPP[protected] but Ekart executive marked it as delivered. He refused to return the product. I gave feedback to Ekart but they didn't even bother to call me and understand my concern.
      Since ekart is a Flipkart subsidiary, I called them and lodged a complaint. They assured me that they will find a resolution in a business week, by Oct 27th, 2021

      Here is when it becomes more interesting. On 27th Flipkart informs me that since i have given them written acknowledgement of receiving the package they cannot help me. When I contested this, they sent me a scanned copy of the said acknowledgement letter. Upon seeing that I realised that someone in local ekart has sent a fraudulent letter on my behalf. So I sent them a photo of a hand written letter to show that the letter they got wasn't written by me.

      Now the ticket is reopened with a new date for resolution which is Nov 5th. No one from Flipkart or Ekart has contacted me since.

      Today, Flipkart called me (from +914461762300) and issued a refund. I told the customer care agent that I am still upset about the forgery ekart has done and requested him to raise an internal investigation request. But I guess customers won't be privy to those info.

        Hi sir or madam,

        My name is gurdeep singh and I am writing this email to report the faulty TV that I purchased from flipkart on 28 Oct 21.

        On Sunday, 31 October 21, TV was delivered around 1:30 pm after opening the box and found that the TV panel was damaged. I immediately called customer service and informed them the product is damaged and they informed us that it will be replaced.

          I orderd some product of worth rs 15989 through flipkart pay later on emi basis for the tenure of 12 months on october 31st 2021..and on the same date i paid my first emi of rs 1496..but i cancelled one of the product from the order the order... And out of 1496 that i paid, the worth emi of the cancelled product is 823...but still i didnt get the refund to my account... And the flipkart customer executives dont know how i will get the refund... But i need my refund back to my account

              I have ordered LivPure water purifier(LIV-PEP-PRO_PLUS) from E-commerce seller flipkart with Order No#OD[protected], installation for this product was completed on 9th October 2021. TDS levels of filtered water when it was installed was 80 which was meeting our requirement. But the TDS levels were gradual increasing there after reached to 290 and still increasing after every time, we weren't comfortable with that TDS levels.

              Hence, we raised a return request on 13th october'21(Due date for return policy was 17th oct'21). But there was no response in taking the product back as per my request and the request closed on 19th Oct'21 saying the due date for product return was elapsed(as per flipkart customer service executives). This wasn't a fair answer we were expecting. And on rigorous follow-up's flipkart customer support executive raise another refund request on 26th OCTOBER'21. And they promised the technician visit as part of return process on 30th oct'21, and they missed that as well. now we are clueless on my return & refund of this product as flipkart isn't giving proper updates nor following-up with their seller to resolve my queries.

              Past 25 days, we aren't satisfied with product we purchased, and pathetic after purchase support from flipkart. We are approaching consumer forum to get justice for the inconvinience we faced on this product and a faster resolution.

              Hello,

              After escalating my issue to a higher level and post raising a consumer forum case, flipkart grievance team called me and gave assurance that return will be done ASAP. But yesterday I again received a message from flipkart saying order return was cancelled, this is a very pathetic response to hear after 20 days multiple times. Seriously don't know why flipkart is playing with customers and wasting our time.

              Literally we have wasted 25 days of time after purchasing a product and spent an amount on buying external water. We are not in position to know whether flipkart will support or not. We have raised a consumer forum case this week, still I am not getting any support.

              As per process we have raised return request with in 4 days of installation, want to know why return has not been taken from flipkart even after 20 days?

              Kindly address this issue ASAP, if not we need to check the legal process.

                I product ASUS VivoBook K15 OLED (2021) Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5500U - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) KM513UA-L503TS Thin and Light Laptop was a faulty one and I received it on 10 October and since then I have raised more than 100 requests (calls, chats, twitter and facebook but no one has replaced it yet. When I call they generate a call back request so the call could not get recorded and then in call back the issue does not get fixed.When I ask to talk to any senior they disconnect the call and do not call back. I have been already harrassed mentally as even after putting so much effort nothing has been sorted out. The last date of resolution 31 October is already been passed and the scrap is still with me. Please help me as I am in a very helpless situation now.

                  Yesterday delivery boy camed to my house to deliver my product which was Rs 3149. He send me a link for sms payment via mswipe and I paid it I also received aproval code and transaction details in sms and he is asking me otp from Flipkart app but I didn't received anything from them then delivery boy not delivering my product. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                      Dear Flipkart team,

                      On the 21st of October I had placed a replacement request for the order MEETALI creations Women's Nighty BLUE color size XXL because the delivered product was defective and damaged. The Replacement ID is :[protected] and product ID NDNG447FSD9DDWZR

                      On the 26th of October I received a completely different product of a lower value with product ID NDNG5BBSBU4RFQFH from what I had ordered for which I am attaching pictures below. When I contacted Flipkart to inform them of this mistake they are asking me to raise a refund request as they can't do anything else and they cannot raise a replacement request because the product is out of stock for the seller even though the product is available by the same seller on Flipkart with product ID NDNG447FSD9DDWZR for my pin code.

                      I have told them time and again that a refund is not possible for me because I had applied ICICI bank offer for which the refund value gets adjusted in the discount. Meaning if I raise the refund request I will not get any money and on top of that I will have to pay the difference amount for the orders I have already purchased as the discount value of those orders gets removed.

                      So effectively I will have to pay money if I ask for a refund which is absurd and the seller and Flipkart are not giving a replacement. I asked for credits to be added to my Flipkart wallet as a solution to this to which they also refused saying they cannot do that.

                      They absolutely do not want to co-operate because a refund will only work in their favor and a replacement is something the seller and Flipkart are not entertaining because of false reasons about stock availability as the product can be purchased for my pin code for the same price, color and size.

                      Kindly request you to resolve this concern as soon as possible as your Help Center customer support team is not providing any helpful solutions.

                        On October 4 th both online payment and COD has been done for the three products which I have received from flipkart. since the delivery person asked for the cod. So I talked to the customer care they said they will refund the money to the bank account which I have provided to their mail. But till now I didn't get my 1939 rs refund for the 3 products and I have contacted the customer care for at least 10 times but no one resolved the issue. And they keep on postponing it.

                          I have ordered this Laptop on 3rd October. I got late delivery and received it on 11th October. My product was completely different from what I ordered.

                          I raised return request on 11th after that my resolution dates was changed everytime. Then the customer service executive asked me yo cancel it as it is stuck in a loop and he raised a fresh request.

                          After that I was asked to submit Adhaar card and Laptop photos on mail which I did. Then I was asked to share on orders page again I did. Then I was asked to submit it again on outreach mail ID. After all this pain ky request was rejected with no document received.

                          I had to call again and the Customer care accepted that they have the documents and asked me to accept replacement as Seller is asking for replacement this was on 22 October. After this pathetic service and my documents getting shared I asked for retuna and refund.

                          I was asked again to share documents. Now on 1st November I am again asked to share my Adhaar and laptop photos.

My order delivered on 29/10/21 with outer box damaged and helmet broken condition..So I request on 29/10/21 for replacement but Till now they don't make return pickup..The Flipkart website shows return will pickedup in 29/11/21...It's too late for return pickup..I need to replace my helmet quickly because It's seller's mistake, they send product without proper package so it's broken...My replacement Id:[protected]...I have enclosed my return pickup related screenshot...

                                Complaint No.1 - I can't order more than 40 items
                                Complaint No.2 - I ordered 1 Litre Fortune Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil. Fortunately, it was appearing for Rs. 1. Instead of changing my order of ordering 1 Rice Ban oil pouch. I kept it as 2. The delivery Agent very smartly asked me to submit good feedback, he told me that my salary will be paid if you give good feedback. Since this is a Diwali time please give good feedback without giving me time to count the products. Since this was only 1 Rs product given from company but it was around 180 Rs for me. So very smartly he kept my eyes out of it.
                                Complaint No.3 - This is 2nd time I haven't received the product. They always refund and I have to purchase it manually. What is the benefit of ordering online? This time they promised me a refund again, but of Rs. 1. Ideally since this product for me was a value of 180 Rs. they should refund the same so that I can buy it from outside.

                                This seems to be a planned fraud with company by the calling and delivery agents.

                                    I have ordered an item in flipkart with the order ID - OD[protected]

                                    The delivery boy refused as there is no price tag, How can i use the product with the price tag else there should be a prior notification that, they will not accept if there is price tag in it. This is horrible, I was a loyal member to flipkart for so long and this is the second incident i am facing in this month.

                                    I also ordered for a product subaa subaa stainless stell with lid - Order Id -OD[protected] but i received the product without lid. Flipkart Packing is also a issue now. it comes in transparent packing and it is not professional to look at.

                                      It is matter of harassment, delaying the case, lethargic approach, & wasting the time of customer, for that I need compensation along
                                      with my wrong deduction amount.

                                      Indigo Credit shell was available for Rs. 7828.00 for two passengers, for one passenger credit shell 50% (Rs. 3914.00) was used and they refunded the balance 50% of Rs.3914.00, and there was no deduction from indigo airlines since the flight was cancelled due to pick COVID situation.

                                      Indigo was promised & refunded the full amount without deducting a single paisa, but flip cart has deducted the amount which is totally wrong and provide me only Rs. 2290.00.

                                      Email from indigo for refund already provided to flipkart by me.

                                      Flipkart has given a 24-48 hours timeline many times, but the issue is not yet resolved & no status has been provided only giving 24-48 hours again and again.

                                      This is a simple case of harassment
