Subject: Complaints of the defect identified on the laptop purchased from Flipkart.

I have purchased a laptop, Manufactured by Acer, from flipkart.
I have ordered the product on 14-october-2021 and delivered on 16-october-2021.
Unfortunately the product has found with a defect on the display. Hence, i have raised the requested to return the product on 16-october-2021.
Flipkart has chartered a technician visit to troubleshoot the product on 19-october-2021. But, the technician (Mr.Anand V.C) wasn't attending the telephone calls from my side. Upon the second technician visit request & several complaints from me, another technician (Mr.Antony Anson) visited the product on 25-october-2021. After the visual inspection of the product, he has agreed to me that there's a screen bleeding on the display of the laptop. But, despite being agreed on the technical inspection about the defect, the technician has reported to the Flipkart as the product doesn't have any defects. In addition to the above attempt, i have raised another return request to flipkart and they've arranged another technician visit, which was scheduled for today(29th- October-2021), but received a disappointing response from the technician (Mr. Mohammed Asif) that he doesn't received any notification from flipkart and he warned me not to disturb him with any telephonic conversation. This is not a good practice and it's not tolerable.
I've been waiting for this product from 14th-october-2021 and still I'm being treated badly from the Flipkart team, even after spending more than 1 lakh Rupees for the laptop. I don't think these kind of approach would add any value in Flipkart's future business. I hope the Flipkart management would seriously look into this matter to find a prompt solution.

As a frequent customer of Flipkart, I'm deeply disappointed on the product quality and the service response s from Flipkart side.
I hope Flipcart would consider my request to replace the product or refund the money at the earliest.
