I bought samsung washing machine 7 kg 5 star inverter from flipkart 15 Nov 2021, from IWQNBECOMMERCE Seller.
Washing machine work 2 days properly 3 days it stops spin, it does not take load while spinning. As this washing machine is 7 kg but it can not take load of 8 cloths while spinning. Machine starts vibrating and turn off at high speed it is very dangerous to see . So I call flipkart service center on 20 Nov, they said we will refund your amount after technician visit . Technician came he also know this machine is defective he told us to do adjust with this machine put less cloth etc. We have paid 19k for this machine . On 27 flipkart person call me and says we will not refund your amount we will replace. This is very bad side of flipkart . Machine will not take load what we can do by even replace . So I was assuming I will get my 19k and will order Center technology, but they refuse to refund my money . I think this is very bad side of flipkart first they keep bad seller IWQNBECOMMERCE on they platform then they refuse to refund our hardearn money .So I tell everyone please do not buy anything from flipkart and like this sellers .

I have joined Flipkart affiliate program in 2016 and i received last payment in Sep 2017.
I set Payment mode as “EGV” and after successful completed condition for eligibility of EGV payment but still not received any payment from flipkart.
I have total Rs.8077/- approved amount in Flipkart affiliate.

I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money

Item was missing from the package thne I rise return request, thne the return request cancel again and again and finally account was blocked

my Order id-OD[protected]and OD[protected] sir mene 20Oct 2021 ko order place kiye the. jo ki delivery hua 25oct 2021 .jab product recvied hua . to very bad qulity . uske bad hum CUSTOMER care flipkart me phone kiye or unko puri baat batiye. tab CUSTOMER care flipkart return requst kiye.magar return requst CANCEL ho jaa raha hai. lagbag 5time return requst kiye .lakin bar bar return requst cancle ho jaa raha hai.jab hum Call karte hai Flipkart customer care me to bahut hi galat language se baat karte hai .or bolte hai tumko complain karna hai kar do mara koi kuch nahi kar sakta hai. ..

Flipkart's claim of easy returns and 14 days return policy is totally SCAM. In reality, i placed a return request but its not yet accepted. They are making me wait for 3 business days to even get an update whether they will accept the product back or not. While the quality of the product does not match the price tag o 4590, and its completely the seller's fault, but here my money is stuck and i cant return the product, and this is nowhere mentioned in the product description page that this item may not be returned.

Stop fooling and looting customers and sending them substandard products for such high price tag.

My order was cancelled from flipkart itself and I haven't received my refund from flipkart it been more than one month

I recently order iphone 13 pro max but the order wasn't placed the money was debited and than within 1 hour my money was received and than i ordered iphone 12 my money was withdrawn and my order was in pending for almost an hour and than it was cancelled and it has been more than 24 hours i haven't received any penny and the chat support is the worst they say hello and than they assist me with another specialist is this some type of joke i need my money back today itself or please placed the order i will really appreciate that and change chat support

I want to change the phone number that is in my flipkart because i dont use that number anymore and i don't have access to it. The thing is whenever i try to change my ph no. it sends otp on both new and old ph nos. As i said i dont have access to my old ph no. how do i change it without the OTP.? Help ASAP because some stranger is using that number now and she raised a complaint with flipkart. Help me change my ph no ASAP

I have been purchasing item from flipkart on pin code 123106 from many years, but now suddenly all 90 per cent of items are undeliverable, my registesered email on flipkart is - dr.[protected]@gmail.com.

I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 10 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me".

I have ordered 6 prepaid books set from the flipkart app but I have received only 3.Since I checked the parcel after the return policy period they are denying for returning the books.
