As promised time to deliver my product was 24th of October 2021 after moved to 26th and today 29th but still not delivered. Keep requesting call back service rom customer care but no help.

    I bought a Gionee Max Mobile on 26.10.2021. After Insert SIM, at the time of operating mobile display blinking. I requested for replacement . They rejected. How i will return the product. Either return or Refund money Rs 6299/-

      Myself Soundarya. Here is my concern.
      While applying for loan I noticed my Cibil score is low due to IDFC over
      due amount I have contacted bank and they clearly mentioned the due amount
      is from Flipkart. From records its mentioned that the loan was approved on
      04/11/2020 and I dont have any details of this on my records.

      I have been contacting Flipkart customer support the
      whole day and they mentioned as there are no overdue amount on my account
      and there was no proper response regarding loan amount.
      With out any interference because of this over due amount my Cibil score is
      reduced I want to take this on high priority and close this over due amount.
      If you dont take proper action Im going to sue you guys.

        Product not delivered only status updated as delivered.

        Promise Delivery date provide 22/10/2021 by Flipkart but whole day it is showing it will be delivered today (22/10/2021). But no product delivered by Flipkart/Your Courier Partner. Only Status updated product delivered on 13/10/2021 11:59 PM.

        I am facing same issues with my another oders

        Total Cost of all products is approximately 34, 000/-

        There is no tracking id, no courier name, no product travel history, no time for out for delivery.

          I have ordered a msi laptop GF 65thin
          core i710th gen from Flipkart on 3rd of Oct using credit card. Till date, I have not received my order. I have complained to flipkart several times. Each time, they gave a resolution date but nothing else. No revert from Flipkart side, nor any visible action to me. All my other orders from Flipkart, before and after this one has been delivered on time, except this one.

            I ordered a Samsung EVO plus 500GB SSD Order ID - OD[protected] from FLIPKART on 2nd October 2021.
            It was shipped along with two other products in the same package. When I opened the delivered package, I found only two products and this SSD was missing. I raised multiple refund request but it was rejected by the seller saying insufficient documents recieved despite I've sent all the related ID card they've asked for. And called customer care more than 50 times.
            Now they denied to log the return request because of policy.

            I request you to investigate the matter and do the needful.

            Flipkart is running a scam now.

              I've purchased a mobile from flipkart app on 02.10.21. And product was received on 04.10.21. When unboxing that product was missing in the package. I've raised complaint to flipkart on same date for missing product. After few days I was seen that refund is cancelled. Again I've raise complaint for refund or resolution but same again. Refund cancelled upto 5 times. After that flipkart customer support executive giving date 18.10.21 day to day increase date and up to till date not solved my issue and also my flipkart account is blocked by flipkart so from last 12 days I can't able to login my flipkart account.

              Dear sir

              My product oppo reno 6 was delivered on 04/10/2021 that delivered item was missing in the package or empty packet. when i had opened that box was found filled with stone and i had raised a complaint in flipkart. After complaints raised time was given for resolution on 18/10/2021 but that request was rejected by flipkart.

              Again I've raised complaint for missing product in flipkart. agin time given by flipkart for resolution on 19/10/2021 but that request also reject by flipkart.

              Again I had raised complaint for missing product in flipkart. agin date given by flipkart on 21/10/2021 that complaint also rejected by flipkart.

              Again I've complaint for same but upto 4th complaint not given positive response from flipkart and again date given by on 25/10/2021 that request also reject.

              Again given date by flipkart that date is 30/10/21.

              Today i tried to talk about my missing product status but from morning to afternoon not response from flipkart approx 12:50 am i received a call from flipkart. their customer support executive is telling your account is in block list than I had ask for missing product he is simply telling I can't help you due to your account is block.
              Again i asked why my account is blocked. He is telling i dont know I am Forwarding complaint for that and will update after 21/10/2021.
              Your account is blocked that's why i can't able to check your complaint. and i can't able to help right now. I'll update about your request after 21/10/2021 I'll check and call back from my side

              I'm continue waiting from 04/10/21 to till date and I want resolution from flipkart for missing product ASAP.

              And also please let me know why my account is block listed.

              I order a us polo shoes.when I open the package item was missing I call Flipkart customer care and someone talk to me and say till 27 feb your issue resolved and on 25 feb. I received an SMS from Flipkart that your money was not refunded and due to many returns you have been blocked I can't able to do anything the shoes worth 1949 rs. So what I do.                 My flipkart mobile number [protected] is blocked because of high number of returns. It was mine 3 years old account so obviously I had ordered lots of product in 2-3 years . If there is High number of orders then obviously there is high chances of product faulty that's why there is high number of return/replacement. I'm a loyal and old customer of flipkart but they did injustice with me 😔. They don't take care of their old customers. Also they didn't mentioned anywhere about how many return or replacement are allowed... Also they didn't gave any warning

                  Kind Attention: - Grievance Officer, Flipkart company.

                  Ref: Regarding not responsible for registered complaint-customer care-letter dated on[protected] & 24.10.2021.

                  Sub:-Reminder Letter for regarding not responsible for registered complaint –customer care and not replacing the Nilkamal Beaumont Engineered wood TV entertainment unit damaged by your technician during installation.

                  In continuation of our complaint letter dated on[protected] &[protected].. As per your reply letter that you have assured to update and solve the problem within 24 hours as on[protected] and[protected]. As per your company's peoples phone conversation, phone message and letter written by your flipkart people to me, you have not given any replacement of the material or refund the amount to me till date 29.10.2021,

                  I had a phone call from no [protected].who name was Kusumanam and she told me that she was the executive supervisor calling from the Flipkart Company. She said that the unit will be replaced within three days. I had another phone call on[protected].from Flipkart Bangalore no- [protected], He told me that the flipkart technician will come to uninstall it within 24 hours and after uninstallation is done, it will be replaced.

                  And also I got a text message from your company regarding technician details and his phone number. The technician called me on 22.10.2021.he told me that he will come for uninstall on[protected].But, he called me on 23.10.2021 at 7.50.pm. he told me that he won’t come for uninstalling and repacking Because of technician visit program has been cancelled by the Flipkart. I could not understand why you have sent such a message to your technician who was assigned by you, it seems to be duped customers in the name of customer services. Because I made a compliant more than 15 time still you have not given any solution to me, I had phone call from [protected], she said that the issue can solve within[protected].Again The technician called me on 29.10.2021.he told me that he will come for uninstall today .But, I received a message that the item has been closed based on supported by technician. but the technician has not come to visit our place how can you closed the issue.so it seems to be cheated mi. have all communication records like phone call, messages, etc.. by Flipkart. I can produced to consumer protection council.

                  This issue has been originated by your company technician and customer care people during installation of the unit, which it is absolutely not from the customer end. Even though, here I have complained many times as per your customer care people instruction. All complaints details and text messages from your customer care are given below. I can also give reference of your customer care all SMS and phone call records to anywhere.

If you have not replaced the unit or refunded my amount within 24 hours', I am compelled to take further legal steps as per bill 2019 in this regard.

                      I ordered: Intel Core i9-9900KF 9th Generation Desktop Processor which is priced around 30999 after discount.

                      the delivery boy delivered the item today and left. Once I opened the processor. I found Intel Dual core processor instead of Intel i9-9900KF processor. Intel Dual core is priced 1000rs and Intel i9-9900KF is priced 30999.

                      When I called for return, they said it is in process. wont send the return pickup.

                        My name's RAHUL MURALI
                        I have purchased a laptop, Manufactured by Acer, from flipkart.

                        I have ordered the product on 14-october-2021 and delivered on 16-october-2021.

                        Unfortunately the product has found with a defect on the display. Hence, i have raised the requested to return the product on 16-october-2021.

                        Flipkart has chartered a technician visit to troubleshoot the product on 19-october-2021. But, the technician (Mr.Anand V.C) wasn't attending the telephone calls from my side. Upon the second technician visit request & several complaints from me, another technician (Mr.Antony Anson) visited the product on 25-october-2021. After the visual inspection of the product, he has agreed to me that there's a screen bleeding on the display of the laptop. But, despite being agreed on the technical inspection about the defect, the technician has reported to the Flipkart as the product doesn't have any defects. In addition to the above attempt, i have raised another return request to flipkart and they've arranged another technician visit, which was scheduled for today(29th- October-2021), but received a disappointing response from the technician (Mr. Mohammed Asif) that he doesn't received any notification from flipkart and he warned me not to disturb him with any telephonic conversation. This is not a good practice and it's not tolerable.

                        I've been waiting for this product from 14th-october-2021 and still I'm being treated badly from the Flipkart team, even after spending more than 1 lakh Rupees for the laptop. I don't think these kind of approach would add any value in Flipkart's future business. I hope the Flipkart management would seriously look into this matter to find a prompt solution.

                        The following documents attached with this mail would be self explanatory for the concerns raised.
                        1.Details of flipkart return policy
                        2. Telephonic call records with the technician.
                        3. Photo of the defects identified on the display of laptop.

                        As a frequent customer of Flipkart, I'm deeply disappointed on the product quality and the service response s from Flipkart side.

                        I hope Flipcart would consider my request to replace the product or refund the money at the earliest.

                              I ordered Noise Smartwatch Colour fit pro 3 (Order ID: OD[protected]. After receiving when I open the box, I found that my product was missing and in the place of my product, a pebble was there. I was completely shocked and I didn't know what to do. I have complained for the same. I have heard these things on newspaper and various that in place of product we received such things and now @flipkart made me experience.                                   It means some sorts of fairplay violation against the mention terms and condition in flipkart gamezone.. I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'.

                                    On October 21, 2021, I ordered the Realme buds Air 2. Upon receiving the product on 24 October, I noticed that the left earbud does not function. Thus I tried initiating a return, however Flipkart is not letting me return when they have clearly stated a 7 day return policy. Instead they are asking me to take it to an authorised dealer. I request for a return and full refund. Why should I spend more money to get the defective item repaired?

                                      Dear i purchased a adidas ub 19 shoes from flipkart and also return it due to some issue but no one is pickup from flipkart from last 12 days i already talked many times but no response from flipkart and they give new date for return but not come.

                                      I also want my refund i will not get my refund until shoes not return. So help me and also flipkart is fraud company for this.
