Hi,
I'm Rishabh Jaiswal, I had ordered 3 shoes from flipkart with Flipkart pay later, then returned them on 23oct, for which i had already paid Flipkart pay later bill for the same which is 3608 Rupees on 18oct.
After return I should have gotten my reversal in my Bank account but I have not. They are saying they have paid but I don't have the money.
Kindly help me with this issue

    I had placed an order for two product on October 07, 2021 at flipkart using paytm wallet. Amount of rupees 1030 has been deducted from my wallet. However the order was not placed due to technical error.
    Now money has already been deducted from paytm wallet and also received cashback of rupees 100 as per the offer on flipkart.
    I have talked to customer service number of both flipkart and paytm. However the issue has not been resolved till date. I dont know with whom my money is lying.

      I was trying to buy a new mobile by exchanging my old mobile. But when I entered IMEI no in Flipkart app, it says IMEI number doesn't match with my mobile. Kindly help me to get it resolved.

        Hello, I ordered a product on flipkart on 3rd October, 2021. The expected delivery date was 18th October, but on 16th of October I received a notification that my product is our for delivery, but I didn't receive it that it. After that the delivery date was changed to 22nd October. After contacting the executives, they assured that I'll receive the item within 25th, but today is 27th and I've tried many times to talk to the executives, they assure me they'll call back within a prescribed time, but I didn't get any calls from them. My item has reached the nearest hub on 10th of October, but still now I didn't recieve it. I've already paid for the item, so I want a full compensation for the product and also for the harassment they've caused me.

          I have paid Rs.1031/- for order ID: OD[protected] with 4 items on flipkart with paytm wallet transaction ID [protected] on 08.01.2021 at 12:17 AM. But order not placed on flipkart. Paytm confirming the transaction is successful from its end and i got cashback for this transaction also. But flipkart confirming the transaction is failed at its end. Both are not taking responsibility for resolution. Please help.

              The consignment received on 12th oct 2021.
              As per order item called wall mount should have come with the tv. Wall mount was not found in the box in the presence of flipkart delivery boy.
              Complaint was booked with Panasonic customer care and also flipkart customer care. But no action has been taken by any of the agencies .
              The problem is not yet resolved.

                This with regards to the double payment done by me for order no OD[protected], wherein I had done the payment initially through paylater mode, then subsequently through COD mode (QR code scanner) during delivery since the consignment was sent under COD.I was assured that the payment will get reversed within 24 hours in my paylater account which has not happened till date. I have raised multiple complaints since 07th oct and have not received any resolution, till date, accept annoying calls from your executives . I just want to reiterate that if the amount in not reversed latest by today evening, I would be constrained to take this matter with the concerned authorities.

                I had received a call from one Mr. Rajat claiming to be a senior officer from flipkart and asked me to download an app called Anydesk to get the refund. Since I am very much aware of this remote access app, I refused to do that and disconnected the call. I wonder how come somebody call from Flipkart customer care number and ask to do such things... Now I have my own doubts on the genuinity

                  I orderd lenovo ideapad gaming 3 ryzen 5 8gb 1tb and 256gb laptop(rs 62000) order id OD[protected] on 20th oct 2021 and i recived lenovo ideapad slim 3 intel core i3 with 4gb ram and 256gb storage(rs 30000) i told delivery guy this is not when he delivered on 25th oct and open the box he said to contact the flipkart customer care so i tried place return request but the return request is not working showing error like this a open delivery you return the product so i contacted flipkart coustomer care they postponed the team call with me but they are helping me this return policy last date is nov 1 so i concerned about the product and my money.

                  Issue is not resolved because they said they will contact you but they never do and i do not have the product i book i have the product lenovo ideapad slim 3 intel i3 with 4gb ram and 256gb storage color silver or platinum gray that is not what i orderd mine is lenovo ideapad gaming 3 ryzen 5 8gb ram 1th and 256gb storage color black

                  did you get any resolution? because i have been going through the same issue Seller is rejecting refund and customer care is not responding correctly

                  actually i have ordered poco x3 pro and i made prepaid payment...but the product which i have received is fena detergent soaps.
                  it's been 10 days they are not responding and now they blocked my account i am unable to check my refund is processed or not.

                    With reference to Flipkart order id- PZT[protected]QYIW01, I have ordered a backpack on 07/10/2021. Payment through Paytm wallet transaction id- [protected] of amount Rs.878 was deducted but order not placed. Till now deducted amount not refunded back to my Paytm wallet.
                    Please do the needful otherwise I have to take legal action.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I purchased a product named Judge by TTK Prestige Deluxe Kadhai 30 cm diameter with Lid 6 L capacity {OD[protected]} from Flipkart app on 17/09/2021. Due to send wrong product I have returned it on 26/09/2021(Refund ID:[protected]). Next I have had a E-mail from Flipkart mentioned that ‘’ Your refund amount Rs-933 has been transferred successfully by seller on 02/10/2021 and it will be credited by on 11/10/2021(SBI a/c no –[protected], account holder name- Labani Sarkar Debnath, IFSC- SBIN0003199), NEFT reference number NFT[protected]GN00232, If the amount will not be credited by that day, you will must visit your home branch of your bank and claim the money” . Till now the amount is not credited, then I visited my home branch of SBI and they said there is no option to solve this. They said to reconnect with Flipkart. After that the Flipkart executive told me they sent the money successfully to my bank account mentioning my account number and reference number. Then I was trying to register a complain through online SBI (SBI complaint no[protected]. But after 2 days showing “case closed” without solution in complaint status. Actually I don’t know who’s fault in this case.
                      Sir/Madam it is time lost, harassing and loosing value of money . So it is my humble request to you that- Please help me to get the amount as soon as possible.

                        I have returned the product on 9th of October 2021, and It has been more than 15 days, and I have not got my refund. Their customer service keeps asking me for 48hours, 72 hours, but they are not resolving my problem, and sending my refund.

                              Sir,
                              I have placed an order for three pens at Flipkart on 4th October 2021.
                              The order was a prepaid order.The order was not delivered to me but the status at Flipkart shows that the order was delivered.
                              I have informed this to Flipkart over phone and through mail. They simply say that they will look into the matter but as of 27th October they have not resolved my issue.
                              They have made a partial refund .

                              I am surprised that I made payment collectively whereas they are making refund partially.what about my
                              rest of refund.
                              Every time when I call they hear my issue as a new issue.
                              Very pathetic customer service.

                              I believe bringing the matter here will do something helpful to poor customers like us.

                                I Order a product id no OD[protected] order on 5 Oct 2021 and expected delivery date 18 Oct 2021. On 11 Oct 2021 I check in my Flipkart app my order was delivered but where delivered I don't know so I raise a complain regarding this matter, customer care assured me that this problem will be resolved till 18 Oct 2021. I remind everyday to customer care on 18 Oct I got ivr phone call in which two questions put if product delivered press 1 if not press 2, I press 2 because product not delivered to me then in ivr take wait 24 hours i.e. 19 Oct 6:48 PM. I wait on 19 Oct again got ivr call and same question ripit then also I press 2. After that I not received any ivr call. And on my Flipkart app shows problem resolved. I again open this because my problem not resolve they assured my I raise complain regarding your product missing and you receive your refund till 26oct 3:05pm but till date not received. I request please put this problem in court against Flipkart and their customer care's those misguide the customer and also harsh the customer. I have all recording of their customer care. Please do the needful

                                  So Flipkart or Ekart as I may call do not deliver the products to the customer at delivery time the executive will say that the product will get delivered the next day and when you ask for a reason he will disconnect the phone and block the number and after 30mims you will recieve a message that customer denied delivery this like seriously pathetic and this is the 3rd time I faced the Issue there a like 50people approx whom I know who have faced similar issue by flipkart and we are planning to lodge a fraud FIR against flipkart and also slam them with a legal notice for cheating and forgery and mental harassment. Flipkart should be taking strict action against these delivery executives or they will definitely run out of business soon.
