Hi My name is Herish Viveka and i wanted to change my my old mobile number but I cannot as I have lost the SIM and now I cannot avail any supercoin benefits as you need to verify with your phone number first but when I try to change my account phone number then two OTPs are sent, one to the old phone number and one for the new one due to which I am unable to to change the phone number....

There is an exchange program offered by Flipkart where they provide an exchange discount of Rs 1, 500/- for any smartphone provided that phone is in Working condition and if it has any dents, scratches or screen issues then Rs 1, 000/-. I opted for this and at the time of delivery the delivery personnel just asked which phone I informed him the particulars and simply said this is not eligible for exchange and rejected it. Requesting to act on my below query-

- I ordered a product on 3rd and delivery date was showing as 5 oct ( not delivered on that day).
- 2 date provided as 8 oct still not delivered.
- Now customer care says wait till 13 October, if not delivered by 13th customer care team ask me to cancel the order ( which not at all acceptable from my side)

Now, As per expected time...
