myself debasish sethi from rourkela, odisha i have ordered a whirlpool automatic washing machine on 5th october 2021 and shipped on 7th october with order id (od[protected] but till now i have not got my product . Today evening your customer care try to contact me and requesting me to order this same product again .When i disagree she told me some of " logistic issue " my product did not reach me. This my first time bad experience about delivery system. You can check my account . I have never faced this much of disturbance. Kindly resolve my request.

    I want a solution . Order done 16 october 2021 at 8:49 pm approximetly.
    Bt 18 october is sa shipping date and 21 delevery date .. today 19 still no order shipping done and i am sure 21 october not recive my product .. also raise a complain and they provide me a resolution date 22 october. Incase its not resolved then i have. A another option also for shopping amazon . Please solve this issue and provide me a good resolution as soon as possible

The pacaking was very bad and crushed. After opening the package, I found the defective product was delivered on the first impression of arrival. 3. After lot of trouble, I tried reaching Flipkart, as they do not have any direct contact number, no direct email id, no exclation matrix.They have only the outbound call or chatbot.I was tying to reach them with very difficulty & Mental agony. Here are the Defects/problems/Issues i observed in the laptop: 1. The icons on Desktop are not funtionaleven on first Usage of arrival.(.exe files are missing). 2. MS Office 2019, should be Pre-Installed with lifetime validity as per the description. So paid an huge extra amount for Licensed windows & Licenced MS Office with lifetime validity.(Without preinstalled MS Office, the product is lower in price, I prefered this product for only licessed factory versions ) 3. But No MS Office Pre-Installed as described in the selling portal page of FlipKart.(This is misguiding, misleading & Cheating) 4. The icons on the Taskbar(On the Right) are not being displayed unless cursored. 5. Giving lot of errors during operation, opening of files - randomly. 6. Lot of heating issue. 7.Lot of battery drain issue. Getting drained in 2 hours after full 100% charge. 8.Initially Alexa is non-functional.(which is in-build as per description). 9. Cortana Non-funtional. 10.Called Lenovo Premium Care, after multiple failed attempts to contact FlipKart (The agents on the floor of Flipkart are abusive, rude, rough, Lack of attention towards customer query, Non - Courteous towards customer.) 11. Lenovo Premium Care took the laptop Remote access & tried to trouble shoot the issue, Later finally concluded as DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Tried a lot for 1 hr remotely. 12. Also Concluded their is a Malware/Firmware/Manufacturing/Funtional regressive Defect and came as DEAD ON ARRIVAL. 13.Battery drained off to 10% within 1 hr from 100% Charge. 14. If purchased directly from Lenovo, then Lenovo would have either Replaced or Refunded. 15. Since purchased from FlipKart, asked to get it resolved through FlipKart only, either Return or Replacement. 16.Firmware/Malware/Software Malfunctioning. 17. Tried contacting FlipKart on the same & I am not getting proper response. The agents on the floor are abusing, hurting, rude, rough and uncourteous. Also they are asking me to Buy from Amazon rather than FlipKart. Now they are saying, some local Technician will come and fix the issue on next month. How can i accept a repaired laptop with pirated & Corrupted software after paying such a huge hard earned money. I am facing lot of Mental agony and spoiling my health. If any of my health spoiled, then FlipKart would be responsible.

        I received wrong product so I placed return/ replacement request and was asked for an id.i mailed my pan card then also my request was cancelled saying id verification failed and asked for another id..I mailed my aadhar card and now again they are asking for new id .how many IDs and why I have to send it to flipkart...when we buy things they dont ask for anything then why in returns they want a id

          I bought a phone from flipkart on 2nd October 2022 and it was delivered to me on 5th October 2022. I received a wrong model. I ordered samsung galaxy f22 but received samsung galaxy f12 so I lodged a complaint for replacement on 5th October 2021 but it's not solved. I called flipkart customer care more than 20 times but they just says issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours but nothing happens. It's been 15 days. Also they gave me ticket issue no. But nothing happens they change the resolving period every time after 48 hours are over. Even if I try to make contact customer care, they don't return my calls and if they do, they do call me after very long period of time. Now I have keep this wrong product even after paying more than it's full worth?
          Here is my ticket no. that is created by customer care:
          Ticket 1- [Incident: IN[protected]] will solving on 13 oct 2021 but delayed
          Ticket 2- [Incident: IN[protected]] will solving on 14 oct 2021 but again delayed
          Ticket 3- [Incident: IN[protected]] will solving on 18 Oct 2021 but again delayed
          Ticket 4- [Incident: IN[protected]] they rejected replacement request I don't know why they are rejecting it. I just called flipkart customer care and created new issue again and they told me that it will be solved on 31 oct 2021. I have to wait 11 days more. Worst customer service ever. None of them are solving my issue. It's been 15 days over.
          Even I called in customer care regarding this issue, they told me that my issue regarding the colour of my product is solved. I haven't complaint about the colour. What kind of service you are providing? Your owns members don't remember the problem of customers.

            Purchased a Diwan worth 20k+ and recieved it in damaged condition. We were assured replacement night till date no response. Service is pathetic and I have not seen such service in any online online shopping sites.
            No body gets in touch not responds to messages.
            This is truly faceless site.
            They should learn from Itokri how to deal with customers.

                I made a purchase of this realme robot vaccum on 4th oct, was told it would be delivered by 13th.
                On 13th around 8pm I got a automated call saying ‘they would deliver by 16th. This time, I got the same automated called saying they’ll deliver it before 21st oct.
                It’s a pre-paid order of 17k. I don’t know if I should wait or do what.
                I don’t know if Flipkart is just going to scam me or am really going to get the product.
                Please help.

                I got the product in sale for 17k and now its 25k

                    Flipkart blocked my account from getting rewards which I have earned by playing flipkart games and videos.
                    In these games I have won gift vouchers and coins. When i won a number of rewards, they blocked my account saying suspicious activity detected. I haven't done anything which causes suspicions, they blocked just they have to pay rewards

                        I ordered from flipkart. I tried making payment via google pay from my sbi bank but it was unsuccessful, so i tried again malik payment for the same then it was successful but when i saw my transaction history i was shocked on seeing that rs.1120 were deducted twice for the same order. I complained for the same in flipkart but was not helpful. I need my payment of rs. 1120 back.
                        Kindly do as early as possible.

                          I ordered products around 30k during the big billion sale and three products came empty so i raised a complaint these guys were not replying initially but one day one of the agents told to provide bank account no for refund of one of the products and then i mailed them that no refund is done yet then they mailed me directly you wont be able to login to your account and blocked my account it had 4.6 k in my gift card balance along with 5k pending refund and i even placed 3 orders in the morning worth 1.4 k and now they are not replying to the mail and no help is being offered

                            My name is usman
                            0n 11th oct i had ordered a mobile phone Mi 11x pro which was delivered to me on 13th oct . When i opened the flipkart box i saw that the brand box seal was already broken . And when i opened the brand box the phone which i received was a used phone which had scratches on it . I tried to return/replace the product for 4 times . But every time my request was cancelled without any reason . I have also provide my aadhar card, photo and video while i was unboxing my phone as a proof . I have tried a lot to return or replace the product by talking to ur customer support but none of them helped me out in this . My request to flipkart is kindly go through it as soon as possible Or else i have to file a fraud case against the company .

                              Ordered a toy gun, plastic hand juicer, whiskey bullets for the toy gun…with total amount 1093 paid by paytm wallet order no confirmed then paid again….paid twice but order not confirmed yet…paytm guys are saying that the amout has reached to merchant….and flipkart guys put the call on long holds….when call back is arranged the guys don’t even say a word and disconnect the call after 2-3 minutes

                                Product (iphone) ordered on 5th October, 2021. It has not been shipped yet. Delivery date was 8th October. But today is 19th October and I have not got it. Customer care is falsely and repeatedly telling me to wait 1 day more.

                                  I ordered Realme GT ME 6/128 on 3rd October (pre-paid) and the expected delivery date was 13th of October. But it got delayed to today, i.e 19th. Still as of 7.53 pm, there's no response from their side about the delivery. Even in the track order section, it is showing "Arriving Today". I ordered before the Durga Puja and will probably get after Laxmi Puja. Job well done Flipkart..!!!

                                    I have placed MI 11 Lite on 4th Oct which is supposed to be delivered on 9th Oct, however, it's been more than 2 weeks now, and the product has not been received yet and customer support keep extending the time, now the 1st EMI is generated, however, haven’t received my product. The customer support team doesn't have any information about why there is a delay. they will keep on extending the date and the worst part is we can't cancel the order as well. This is one kind of harassment to the customer

                                      Its been over 9 days and my two returns are not getting picked up. The maximum pickup date given was 18th October. Its 19th today. I got an 'out for pickup' sms today but where is he ???? Their phone number doesn't go through!! Keep calling and calling and calling!!

                                      Does flipkart expect us to leave our jobs and sit at home waiting for their damaged products to be picked up everyday??? WE HAVE JOBS TO GO TO!!! How many days do you expect us to stay at home?? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! A REAL INCONVENIENCE.

                                      Their customer service has totally degraded. The caller never knows what to do. They never help. They just say wait for another. HOW MANY DAYS ???? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! My issue is never resolved.
