Unable to change old mobile number

Hi My name is Herish Viveka and i wanted to change my my old mobile number but I cannot as I have lost the SIM and now I cannot avail any supercoin benefits as you need to verify with your phone number first but when I try to change my account phone number then two OTPs are sent, one to the old phone number and one for the new one due to which I am unable to to change the phone number....

Wrong product delivered P5SSD(ordered) and delivered in MX500 SSD

Product ordered is not matching with the product delivered .Item ordered is Crucial P5 SSD 500GB(CT500P5SSD8) but the product delivered is SSD MX500.As the product having no return policy there is no process to raise this issue. Hope flipkart will look into the matter seriously and take necessary action....

Damaged and defective laptop received

Delaying Delivery of the product

I ordered a product trough flipkart on 2nd of october with order id OD[protected] . Its delivery date was 6 oct but i didn't received it yet. On 5 oct it was dispatched for my nearest hub but their is no update after that. Please rectify the issue and deliver the product as soon as possible....

Sansar Nursery Two Layer Bamboo Plant

Upon receipt of the product, it was yellow and there were fewer stems than was displayed in the product page. When I complained to Flipkart, the customer executive replied that they are responsible for the quality of the product, and they do not sell directly to the consumer. I'm not sure if Flipkart accepts this as their Standard or if they place an incompetent customer service representative to handle customers....

False claims under mobile exchange offer

There is an exchange program offered by Flipkart where they provide an exchange discount of Rs 1, 500/- for any smartphone provided that phone is in Working condition and if it has any dents, scratches or screen issues then Rs 1, 000/-. I opted for this and at the time of delivery the delivery personnel just asked which phone I informed him the particulars and simply said this is not eligible for exchange and rejected it. Neither did he check...

By mistake paid twice for a jeans and seller is not returning amount

I ordered Tokyo talkies super skinny women blue jeans and paid for it online but due to fault of seller my mom again paid the amount when I was not at home. Not able to raise return request for my products

Facing so many issues since last 15 days because I am not able to raise return return from my ID. Need to return products due to size issue. Every time I am facing mentally torture as every time they gives different deadline for resolving the issue. Scammed of 5139 Rupees

Product not delivery even after 3rd date

Dear concern,

Requesting to act on my below query-

- I ordered a product on 3rd and delivery date was showing as 5 oct ( not delivered on that day).
- 2 date provided as 8 oct still not delivered.
- Now customer care says wait till 13 October, if not delivered by 13th customer care team ask me to cancel the order ( which not at all acceptable from my side)
