Worst Flipkart,
I ordered a motherboard (ASUS TUF GAMING Z590-PLUS Motherboard ) having Order ID Order OD[protected]. was delivered to me in Horrible condition by the Seller named "RetailNet" was packed the motherboard so carelessly. I got the parcel in damaged condition as attached pictures below in this mail Seller is just sanding the motherboard with original box pack not even packed properly nor wrap a single layer of paper on it I don't know how he sent such a delicate Item in such a manner, and for that that the motherboard was damaged.
This is not the end ... and for this.
I request a replacement for this to Flipkart (Replacement ID:[protected]). and the customer care people told me that the replacements will be on 20/Oct. then I was called on 18/Oct/2021 to customer care after several calls to customer care people told me that the replacements were canceled and initialized for refund Refund ID:[protected]. So in this was Flipkart company cheat the people and play with their money and time and also sentimental as well.
After a long discussion with the customer care senior person, he gave me the email address of " [protected]@flipkart.com " and he also told me we don't do anything regarding this...????
So it is my suggestion if I reorder a new motherboard then please return me the difference amount in my Flipkart gift-voucher or give me replacements of same in a sealed pack .with proper packing. I already Share all the things on Flipkart's Twitter ([protected]@Flipkart), Facebook, youtube, and other social media that How Flipkart Cheat thiir customer. All the customers trust Flipkart as an Indian company. But being an Indian company Flipkart just cheat people ...

Flipkart.com is the very very worst online service in India. It needs to be closed as soon as possible. The such Great Flipkart company is the only motto is harass the customer and cheat the customer. The customer care people are also cheating they only repeat the same work again and again and they are always told it may take 48 Hr God knows when the 48Hr to irritates the customer. when I called customer care they asked for the same thing which was happening and already, and also mailed several times to your company and the great thing is all things is known to " grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com".
But it is very strange that "grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com" was also do nothing for the same. I want the replace the motherboard with a new one with proper packing. Or cancel the order to make a fresh order and kindly return me the difference amount to my account as soon as possible.
Please don't make Fool people say again it will take 48Hr and so on... Please close the Online service The great company "Flipkart.com " It will just downgrade our Country Image to make India's innocent people Fool So please Close the company for batter future of India
