    I am not get my money refund
    On 7th October I tried to order some items which price was rs1188 .
    The amount 1188 was deducted from my Paytm wallet at 10.56pm
    Transection I'd [protected]..was successful
    But at Flipkart order not placed ...after that ...till today I am not get my money refund...
    I am sharing my transection profe...
    I am requesting you that kindly refund my money
    ...
    On the same day another order was placed on 11.15pm at the same amount I mean 1188
    So that ... I request you that kindly refund my money

        I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago, I lost my mobile phone and the number.

        The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otp's are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          Dear Flipkart,

          Order ID :- OD[protected]

          This is regarding Acer Nitro 5 Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 4600H Laptop

          We have ordered the laptop on 2nd Oct 2021 from your website Flipkart - Order Value 55990 - Payment Mode - Card - Delivery received on 5 Oct 2021. (Seller - CORSECA)
          All packaging is good and started unboxing. we tried to start laptop but it’s not working & Dead & Informed Flipkart Its dead pleas replace it.

          A. Flipkart schedule Technical visit with Jeevs :- 1st Tech visit completed - Remark given product is dead
          - we have received text your return cancelled ( customer support said return rejected because customer don't like product)

          B. 2nd time Flipkart schedule Technical visit with Jeevs - Remark given laptop dead on arrival & Not working
          - we have received text your return cancelled ( Customer care said given remark is different - issue resolved & product dead)

          We asked Flipkart why all time jivas Tech visit remark and flipkart remark are different just they apologies and given solution.
          After 3 rejection & 7 days multiple conversation we got replacement on 12th OCT.

          12th October we have received laptop and created unboxing video also & surprisingly replaced product also dead.

          A. 13 Oct Morning 6.00 AM I asked Flipkart support for tech visit & Return but Flipkart said No need tech visit only schedule pickup.
          On 15th Ekart came for pickup and denied & Inform flipkart to schedule tech visit. ( EKART given wrong comment - product mismatched)

          B. on 16th Flipkart schedule 1st Technical visit with Jeevs :- Flipkart Executive Not visited & given product mismatched Comment.

          C. on 17th Flipkart schedule 2nd Technical visit with Jeevs :- Flipkart Executive Not visited & given product mismatched Comment.

          D. Dated 18th oct 2021 again rcvd a Misscall from tech visit person and then rcvd a message stating as:
          Dear Customer, our technician tried calling you for TECH_VISIT of Acer Computer (AN515-44/ AN515-44-R9QA / AN515-44-R8VS) (Case ID: FLVA-EE15AV-62TH7A-WKL3O9-1OHMCCT), however, could not connect.           After Waiting Long hours again I asked the status @ courier reverse pickup, instead they asked me whether courier guy picked the product I said no.

          Again I requested the Call, and received on
          Flipkart Service guy said the matter with wrong remark of broken and damaged product and required to be reopened again with correct remark.
          Here How Flipkart Service are playing with Customer, on 19th only Tech visit Given remark as Dead on Arrival and escalated as per previous conversation.
          How they are cheating with us.
          And the next message I received as:
          Issue Craeted and will resolve on 21st oct 10.49AM.
          Also the mail..
          Dear Customer,

          We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 21 Oct, 10:49 AM.

          At the End Rcvd One more call time 7.45pm 21st oct 2021, kya sir app mujhe sun pa rahe..3 times…and disconnected and rcvd message as usual trying to get in touch…..

          Everytime seller rejecting order and flipkart only watching.
          How it is possible every time Technical Person visit remark is getting changed.
          Number of time seller rejecting return or refund request without any reason.
          Clearly looking like Flipkart is Involved in this case and manipulating things.

              Hello,
              On 17th Oct 2021 I purchased 55 inch LED android television from flipkart. I purchased this TV using no cost emi offered by flipkart. Mode of purchase was through credit card of ICICI. But next day I found that whole product amount is getting shown as outstanding in my credit card statement. This amount was Rs 42694/- .
              On 18th Oct 2021, I wrote mail to flipkart grievance officer seeking clarification as how this happened. They promised me to call on 19th Oct and reply me by 20th Oct eod. But they neither called me nor replied me by eod of 20th Oct.

              I feel completely cheated by this act of flipkart. They are not converting product cost to emi as what I selected on their app.

                  Installation did not happens to 10 days, so I raised a return request.

                  On 19th oct 2021 Flipkart representative said pickup person will come to your home. On 20th oct 2021, they rejected return saying problem is resolved by trouble shooting.

                  It’s pure cheating. The brand eureka Forbes did not come for installation for more than 10 days and Flipkart played fool of me and rejected product at last minute.

                  When installation did not happen, what’s the trouble shooting team talks about is not clear.

                    Lenovo 27 inch Full HD VA Panel Tilt Adjustment | Wall Mountable Monitor (D27- 30). Order Id: OD[protected]
                    - Ordered this monitor via Flipkart and as per invoice the selling company name is “Consulting Rooms Private Limited”
                    - Raised the return and refund request within 5 min of product delivery after noticing the damaged screen.
                    - Initially the refund request was accepted and put me on wait for long time mentioning that due to logistics unavailability, pick up of return order is getting delayed.
                    - After delaying for so many days, they cancelled the return and refund on 18th Oct.
                    - Escalated to Flipkart Nodal manager as well but no action has been taken yet by them. They mentioned that seller has cancelled the refund.
                    - Please help me to get the refund.

                      My Flipkart account has been blocked by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. on 19/10/2021, 14:00 PM. I am regular customer for 7+ years along with having plus membership. Flipkart unilaterally blocked my account without any valid reason on said date and even without any prior email or call. Even after blocking my account, I have not received single mail or call from there.
                      When I tried to contact to their customer care, they first did not picked call and after multiple failure they picked up and talked rudely, unprofessionally and disconnected the call. I am totally surprised to see this radical shift in behavior. I have requested them to cancel my ongoing orders, because i am not able to manage & track due to blocked account. But Flipkart refused to do so and dis connected call.
                      Tried to talk on flipkart twitter account but there also given no solution. Due to this am going through severe mental trauma along financial loss resulting in deterioration of my personal and working life. I have plus membership, gift card, gocery membership . This all going in loss .Over that unable to place new order.
                      I will surely approach Consumer court for this unilateral invalid account block incident .
                      Harassing genuine and loyal customer will not going to be easy remember.

                        I ordered Hisense u6g from flipkart @october 1st 2021. Estimated delivery date is 15th October. Waited for a long time. Every time flipkart says you will receive product. Until now I am not received and also flipkart not providing any compensation. Credit card bill also generated. If flipkart not provide compensation for late delivery then I will not buy any product from flipkart from now. Please compensate for late delivery.

                        Flipkart please respond. Some customers after ordered oct 3 also received 2000 rs gift card coupon as compensation. I am also a Plus customer.

                            Dear Team

                            I purchased Pureit by HUL ULTIMA MINERAL 10 L from flipkart on 9th october amounting to rs 13, 949. Order id is - OD[protected] Now i have below issues with the product.

                            Although it is a good product by a good brand but it is having some basic issues.

                            1) Our family doctor recommended us to have water TDS b/w 200-300 but it is giving 50 only ( as per water tds tested by technician) which is not good for health and immunity.
                            2) Its not even having the basic functionality feature of adjusting TDS.
                            3) The major problem in our t3 cities like Karnal, Power Cut is a regular problem and this product is not even dispensing the waster from its storage without electricity.

                            These issues and problems are not disclosed or being hidden intentionally by the company which is just making this product useless for us. Now, they say, this is not our policy to refund. But hiding the things on product page is also a fraud. If they had mentioned above things on product page, i would not have bought. So request you to pls help me to return the product and process the refund.

                            One more thing, i told them that if they cant refund me then i am ready to buy anything else but again no response.

                            Also, customer service is so poor when they want to sell the items they call and talk so polietly but when customer is in tention they dont help.

                            Flipkart has approved my return request but he is replacing the item. Why would i replace the item when I don't want that? The machine has same features.

                            managers, executives and so on. They keep me on call for lot of time but

                            body is talking about my refund.

                            I am really feeling Harrased. I complaint for refund but as there were no

                            1) Our family doctor recommended us to have water TDS b/w 200-300 but it is
                            giving 50 only ( as per water tds tested by technician) which is not good
                            for health and immunity.
                            2) Its not even having the basic functionality feature of adjusting TDS.
                            3) The major problem in our t3 cities like Karnal, Power Cut is a regular
                            problem and this product is not even dispensing the waster from its storage
                            without electricity.

                            These issues and problems are not disclosed or being hidden intentionally
                            by the company which is just making this product useless for us. Now,
                            flipkart say, this is not our policy to refund. But hiding the things on
                            the product page is also a fraud. If they had mentioned the above things on
                            the product page, I would not have bought. So request you to pls help me to
                            return the product and process the refund.

                            Flipkart has raised his hands, he is not ready to help and refund. I
                            request the grievance officer to pls help me bat your earliest.

                            Flipkart is not listening to me he is stagnant on replacement of the item. clearly I do not want replacement I want refund because replacement if the same machine and I do not like the same water purifier machine.. I request you to refund at your earliest.

                              I purchased Pureit by HUL ULTIMA MINERAL 10 L from flipkart on 9th October amounting to rs 13, 949. Now i have below issues with the product.

                                I had placed a prepaid order (using no-cost EMI) for an MSI laptop on Flipkart. It has been nearly half a month and the order has not been delivered yet. The customer service executives lied telling me it's the seller's fault (when it's actually shipped from Flipkart's warehouse as it is an Assured product). They said it will definitely be delivered by 16th October, 7 PM. After that, they said please give us 24-48 hours but the product is still not delivered. I have lost a lot of money due to lost work from this delay. Bhiwandi to my house is 45km approx. How can it take this much time? The first EMI on the product will be due before the product gets delivered. They did not allow me to collect it from the nearest hub either (where it has been lying idle for more than five days). I request you to provide for a swift resolution by immediate delivery as well as compensation for the loss of time as my work has suffered tremendously. I have even tagged Flipkart's leadership team, but they have been very unhelpful. I am sure this is not the service anyone would want after paying close to 60, 000 of hard-earned money on a work essential gadget online. Had I known it would take this long for delivery I would not have placed an order. Delivery estimate for a fresh order is showing 22nd October if placed today. Yet my order from a half month back is not delivered. They advertised that it's a limited time discount because of the Big Billion Days sale, but the same discount is available now also. Is this not wrongful advertising?

                                They asked for 48hours on Saturday. Now on Wednesday, they are asking for 48 more hours. I ordered a product from Amazon and it came from Bhiwandi to my house in two days. Yet Flipkart is taking nearly half a month and the product is still not out for delivery.

                                I've spoken to everyone from the management team to escalation team, regular customer service and even social media team they've done nothing so far. They aren't even letting me pick up the product from the nearest hub (5km away) where it's been in for the past week.

                                  Previously delivery date was showing 15.10.2021 but after placing the order delivery date got shifted to 16.10.2021

                                  No communication after that on 16.10.2021 at 8 PM I received a message about the delivery getting delayed to 19.10.2021
                                  called the customer care, but eh executive asked to wait till 19.10.21

                                  On 19.10.2021, another message was received that it will be delivered in the next 3 days.

                                  The EMI has been converted and commenced in the bill statement, whereas I haven't received my order.

                                        I have purchased a DELL product online at flipkart on 30.08.2021 and it have been good for 1 months and it has been giving out lots of problems like battery runout rapidly and even with 256 SSD it hanged for exactly 15 minutes and then comes a major problem it gives out lot of heat under the hood even we don't use internet and hotspot and even background applications was cleared using taskmgr and we tried to contact customer care there were no support from their end they are deliberately making products to last long for a month so we can't return the product and product they sell wear out in a matter of time and when i contacted the DELL support they keeps changing the support team person to vice supervisor to supervisor and customer support but they dont resolve the issue and i almost spent 8 hours for making this problem clear and still they dont get it they only says we are looking into the matter but they dont even tried to come and get their product for services even though i have the warranty for 1 year and client customer care number is[protected] and i am deeply regretting i made a choice to get a product from online like flipkart and i request a refund and Thank you for the help
