Hi, I have placed an order for an iPhone SE 2020 on the 10th of Oct, 2021. It was supposed to have been delivered to me on the 14th of Oct, 2021. It had reached the Flipkart Hub nearest to me early morning of the 14th, at 7:23, according to the status on Flipkart's order page. And since then, my order has been sitting at the warehouse. It has been 5 days.
Flipkart's help on their site only leads to a very unhelpful bot with trite responses. Their responses on their Facebook page are similarly unhelpful. All they ever seem to say is "We understand your concern. We are getting this checked, and will update you soon." But they clearly do NOT understand the concern nor do they make any meaningful progress on the delivery status. My order status on the Flipkart site still says "Delivery between 14th and 16th Oct." It is now 19th Oct!! Meanwhile, Flipkart remains mostly unreachable, and when they do respond, they only say "We are working on it, " but there is no progress, no update, no clarity on when I can expect to receive my order. The order is only 7 kms away from my house, at a warehouse. It has been there for 5 days, with no hope of ever reaching me.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
