Sir I ordered two pairs of Apple airpords rupees 8, 099 each but the day when I got the delivery of these airpods parcel in a single box I found there only one Apple airpods was there one was missing I raised complaint request two times but each time Flipkart rejected my request so I want the refund or that Apple airpods back. Please help .
Flipkart did fraud with me.

    First when I was ordered tha delivery date is 14/10/2021 but the product is not deliver so they told me to wait till 16/10/2021, but again they were unable to deliver so finally they filed a complaint and told me to wait till 21/10/2021, again I was called and ask about my resolution but they told me that 22/10/2021 is the deadline so you will get product otherwise Any resolution like extra compansation with your refund but today (22/10/2021 08:30pm) they told me to wait till 27/10/2021 for your product delivery.

      Unauthorized / fraudulent transactions have been done from my SBI credit card no. [protected] on dt-22.10.2021 @ 05:00 a.m. of Rs. 74250/- at FLIPKART PAYMENTS - BANGALORE. Total 5 nos. o[censored]nauthorized / fraudulent transactions, each of Rs. 14850 (Transaction reference number is - [1][protected], [2][protected], [3][protected], [4][protected] & [5][protected] have been done by someone to flipkart payment. I have lodge a complaint in SBI Card about the same. Since the amount is transferred to your esteem organization's account, it is requested to please stop the payment for above transaction reference numbers and please initiate refund process to my SBI credit card at the earliest.       I had similar payments on my sbi card, to same (flipkart) and even the amounts are 14850.

      What happened ultimately, please let me know?
      Sbi card is asking me to make payment.
      I received but did nit share any otp, infact I had just came back from office and it was around midnight.

      Don't know what's gonna happen. Let me know what happens with you.

        I ordered Iphone 12 mini from Flipkart on 2nd October, with exchange value of ₹5250 for my old device Poco F1. The product was delivered to me on 5th October, 2021. The delivery guy told me that the condition of my device was not up to the mark and he could only give me ₹3950 for my device. I paid the remaining amount and received my product. But when the invoice for my product was generated, it showed that the value that my old device was only ₹5250 and not ₹3950, and same was shown on the order page of the product as well. I informed flipkart about the issue and the customer executive told me that it might take a few days for the value to get updated and I should wait till then. But nothing happened and the value that is shown in the invoice is same till date. I called flipkart again and then the executive told me that the delivery service was not responding and I will get refund for the extra value I paid within 3 days. When I didn’t get the refund I contacted flipkart again and then again they told me to wait for three days and if I don’t get any solution, I can call them again and ask for the refund. I waited for 3 more days and after not getting any solution I contacted Flipkart once again to ask for the refund. But again the customer service executive denied to initiate the refund and wait for 3 more days that was until yesterday. But again I didn’t get any resolution of my issue. I have ordered devices with exchange from flipkart as well and the exchange value got updated immediately when it was decreased. I believe that Flipkart’s delivery executive has misappropriated with the value of my device and I am rightful to get the refund for the extra value that I paid.

          I ordered on 7th of oct using flipkart via paytm wallet, in flipkart it is showing order not placed but my amount 1088rs got deducted from paytm wallet, flipkart customer care executive is also talking rudely when I asked for refund, very bad service, flipkart is cheat I want my money back send me the refund

              I have created flipkart account almost six years back with a mobile number XXXXXX8972 . The service provider of that number was Aircel which is not operating now.

              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as the carrier is not an operative one and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

              I've already lodged complaints multiple times but they seems to not bothered about it. Incident Number- IN[protected]

                Sir, flipkart has blocked my account for no genuine reason. I purchased refrigerator which I received in damaged condition but I couldn't make a request for replacement because my account is blocked by flipkart. Now I have dues with Flipkart pay later and I want to clear the dues but I can't login so I won't be able to clear my dues and this affect my cibil score. My employer rejected me because I have a default credit. This only due to the worst policy of flipkart. My job is at stake. Pl do the needful

                  Compensation of Rs 800 for Late delivery of products to me

                  I have ordered TP-Link Archer C6 MU-MIMO Gigabit 1200 Mbps Wireless Router (Black, Dual Band) on 6th Oct, 2021 through prepaid method. It showed expected delivery date as 11th Oct. But my product has reached Nellore(nearest) Hub, but still they postponed my order to oct14 saying my order is out of delivery area(Pincode- Address mismatch) which is completely fake. They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code...

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes and Accessories

                  The issue that I have experienced was: I have tried placing an order for one shoe and sandle total cost of Rs1221 on the 7/10/21 through Flipkart app my money for the same amount Rs 1221 was deducted from Paytm wall with transaction ID [protected] but order was not processed technical error I have already contacted paytm they said transaction was successful need to contact Flipkart for refund contacted Flipkart multiple times with the screenshot of the payment but every time they ask me to share the same and till now it's not resolved even after raising multiple complaint on the same issue they always say they have escalated to the team and will get back but nothing happens

                  It occurred on: 7/10/2021

                  Reverse and refund Rs 1221 as there is no order attached to this transaction

                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    I ordered the laptop on 4th, they promised to deliver it by 12th. On 12th it was delayed to 15th, then to 21st, 22nd and now to 27th. There is no option to re order as the product is out of stock. They are denying me any way to cancel or give me a refund. They are basically forcing me to wait till the time which is convenient for them.
                    All the chat support keeps sending redundant messages and all call executives hang up after making me wait for 5 minutes.

                    The order was shown to be out for delivery but the number provided for contacting the delivery agen t was not working. Till the end of the day, even the delivery agent did not contact me. Now they have postponed it again for two more days. Pathetic.

                    Delivery has been further postponed to 2nd of November, which is approximately a month from the date in which the order was placed i.e. 4th October. Worst service from flipkart. They should have at least given an option to cancel the order. I can only cancel the order when it's in my doorstep. And they are not sending the same.

                    The ekart delivery people are lying about delivery attempts. They updated that delivery was attempted at 11PM and reported delivery to have failed by 1AM. This is harassment.

                      I purchased Electronic flipkart gift card worth 999 ruppes on 22 October 2021 and pay 90 ruppes in supercoin and 909 ruppes in net Banking. My money 909
                      ruppes was deduced in bank but 90 coin was not deduced in my flipkart's supercoin section. After sometime i get a message for unsuccessful as the payment of ruppes 909 was not confirmed by bank. But money 909 ruppes is already deduced in my bank account.

                        I ordered campus shoes on 6th Oct during sale, delivery was supposed to happen on 12, it was delayed from Flipkart to 14 but finally product is delivered today and that too wrong.                           In May, 2021, i checked my Cibil report and found there is a personal loan and 548 rupees is due on my name by IDFC first bank for which i never applied before. As well I don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While I contacted IDFC bank it is reflecting because of paylater option available by Flipkart. However nothing is due to pay in flipkart paylater option and the proof for the same is attached. Then I contacted flipkart and they told me that nothing is due in my account and they will resolve the matter with IDFC bank in 2 days. And it's been 2 months and nothing is being resolved by flipkart. It affected my Cibil score by 150 points and in the future I have to apply for a home loan and I am worried about the same. Flipkart and IDFC bank are misusing the information of the customer and forwarding wrong information to credit rating agencies which is a big trouble for us.

                            I have raised issue for my order. 3 times I have ordered same mobile but all got delayed and finally cancelled by Flipkart automatically without notification.

                            I have tried to chase for the reason. Flipkart told me that is reaches max attempt of delivery. But in fact no attempt was made to deliver the product. I have attached proof that I called delivery person and he never picked my call. No updates so far.

                              I have purchased Poco M2 Pro on 18th Oct 2021 and it got delivered today.

                              When I tried to open the box the mob looks pretty old and damaged with full of dirt and the Mob is very old stock more than a year old and looks already tampered. Corner of the box damaged too.

                              However immediately I have reported to Flipkart support team about this and convey I did not open the seal at all as it looks tampered already.

                              I completely afraid to open the box and did not seal it.

                              Kindly take the necessary action against seller and do the need on replacing the mobile which is new.

                                Regarding delivery of LG washing machine

                                I ordered a washing machine through Flipkart ( LG FHT1265ZNW) Order ID - OD[protected]. They send me damaged product two times, the first delivery and the replacement one. During the diwali sales I got the machine in offer for rs 22500 and with exchange of my old machine I got it for Rs 20600. Now since already the replacement has done they are only providing the option of refund which only gives me 20600. The price of the product...

                                Raising as issue as a seller with flipkart how to check new orders are prepaid or cod before dispatching to buyers.
                                The account i am handling as a self ship ordres so it is very important thing for me to know orders are prepaid or cod.
                                Flikart is not helping at all. Initially flipkart manager told me all slef ship orders will be prepaid by default which is not a case. After delivering al orders as prepaid, suddenly got to know from a buyer the order was cod. Riased so many indients with flipkart but no policy at all. No managers helped on this. Want to file a case against flipkart

                                Incident: IN[protected] is open with flipkart. All the orders successfully processed. Customers got the products delivered. All orders had valid tracking ID since the orders processed through self-ship method. Flipkart denied to pay for all the products which are successfully delivered to buyers. We also have shared poof of delivery to flipkart (POD), but flipkart didn't respond after that.
