      Hi, I have placed an order for an iPhone SE 2020 on the 10th of Oct, 2021. It was supposed to have been delivered to me on the 14th of Oct, 2021. It had reached the Flipkart Hub nearest to me early morning of the 14th, at 7:23, according to the status on Flipkart's order page. And since then, my order has been sitting at the warehouse. It has been 5 days.

      Flipkart's help on their site only leads to a very unhelpful bot with trite responses. Their responses on their Facebook page are similarly unhelpful. All they ever seem to say is "We understand your concern. We are getting this checked, and will update you soon." But they clearly do NOT understand the concern nor do they make any meaningful progress on the delivery status. My order status on the Flipkart site still says "Delivery between 14th and 16th Oct." It is now 19th Oct!! Meanwhile, Flipkart remains mostly unreachable, and when they do respond, they only say "We are working on it, " but there is no progress, no update, no clarity on when I can expect to receive my order. The order is only 7 kms away from my house, at a warehouse. It has been there for 5 days, with no hope of ever reaching me.

      There is still no progress on this complaint. Flipkart has made no progress, provided no update, has not updated the status on their site, or even contacted me with any details.

        I have purchased a laptop with order I'd OD[protected] at Rs. 39490 with 5%cash back means effective price is Rs. 37515.50. Without my permission and even contacting with me flipkart cancel my order and now the price of laptop is 44900/-. And I want to buy the same laptop either flipkart paid the differential amount of rs 7384.5. Or they provide the same laptop to me at the same price. Even without out for delivery they say that their courier service provider could not reach you despite multiple attempts. is this my fault. I Have also try to contact customer support and they call my with [protected] and hold my call to 38.02 min and disconnect it and not informed me clearly about it now all website best yearly offer period is end. So I am unable to buy this laptop so please solve my problem either provide me the same laptop at same price or the difference amount credited to my account by flipkart. It's a big fraud to show low price and customer not go to others online platform and after few days cancel order itself. It's not only one order my three order are already cancelled and not sure about other orders.

          My Order : OD[protected] refund request is pending since 11th October. Everyday I have to reach out to Flipkart and I am not getting any solution. The customer care is disconnecting the call wiyh providing any resolution

            I'm purchasing from Flipkart for a long time now, just purchased a numerous no of stuff from Flipkart during Big billion days, and most items are deliverable to my pincode 711316.. but from past couple days whatever product I'm trying to buy or searching every product is showing not deliverable that too in between festive season where just moments ago it was deliverable/in stock.
            I would expect flipkart to resolve the issue ASAP considering the current scenario we are actually very much dependable upon online commercial sites like Flipkart.

              I ordered a phone realme GT Master Edition from flipkart on 2 October 2021 l, delivered on 6 October 2021. It had battery heating and connectivity issues so I requested for replacement within the replacement policy. A technician came to my house and told me that there is a issue but flipkart is not approving my replacement. He made false report or seller is not approving my replacement. Customer service says that replacement policy has ended but I was not satisfied with the technician visit and want it again or want replacement as I am trying from a week and fed up.

              Plz do something, I am very dissatisfied with my product and flipkart service. They are not doing anything. The seller's technician who came for visit cheated me. He told your replacement will be approved after 4 visits but the flipkart customer service is saying me that we cannot schedule tech visit again. I am so much disappeared with this service and ways.

                Order ID OD[protected] was order at 4th October during big billion days delivery date was 8th October then the order got delayed for 3 days to 11 October then again the order got delayed to 14 October then again the order got delayed stating that the order could not be delivered please wait till 18th October to get back To me but before the at 18th October 3.49 a.m my order got cancelled stating that i cancelled the order.
                First i was harrassed for delivery the then the order gets cancelled without my knowledge blaming me that i cancelled the order .
                After receiving the refund message i requested a call back and the agent apologized and stated the fact that there was no product out for delivery the seller didn't even had the product in stock i was receiving false information this whole time then he stated that the seller wants to compensate and told me to place the order again and flipkart will provide me a gift card with the amount
                Difference which i have to pay at full first because of the sale ending. I once again cooperated and told him that i will order again but first give me in writing that seller could not fullfill his order and flipkart will cover the difference with a gift card.
                The agent replied that sure everything he told me will be mailed to me but now i received no such mail. After that i contacted flipkart again their executive told me that no one can promise you such thing about gift cards he told me to order again because cancelled order cannot be made again. My question is did i cancel my order? Flipkart could not deliver the product then cancelled it now why do i have to shell out extra money . I demand compensation for my time wasteage and mental harrasment that flipkart has caused me

                  I'm a plus member in Flipkart...I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Flipkart on 2 weeks back.. The delivered refrigerator is damaged one.. so I returned the product thru customer care, at that time executive told me that there is only return and no replacement policy.. so I purchased a new refrigerator from other source now they are telling that they can only do replacement .Now automatically the return cancelled ... Please return the product and refund accordingly. The return date is over tomorrow.. Otherwise I put a complaint in consumer court

                    I ordered "Whirlpool 215 L Direct Cool Single Door 5 Star Refrigerator with Base Drawer (Wine Abyss, 230 IMPRO ROY 5S INV WINE ABYSS)" through Flipkart with order id OD[protected]. But I received the refrigerator without a base drawer. I requested two times for replacement, but they reject the requests. They replied that "your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact".

                    What did they mean by intact? We are not claiming that we received a damaged product. Our only concern is that we ordered a 'with-base-drawer' refrigerator but we received a 'without-base-drawer' refrigerator. The price of the same model without-base-drawer was less than the price of with-base-drawer (~ 1000 rupees less). So, please short out the problem.

                      I placed an order on 4th October 2021, and the estimated delivery date was 11th October 2021 but due to logistics issue they extended delivery date to 18th October 2021
                      Today 18th October 2021, Flipkart cancelled my order without any info
                      I want compensation for this order or I want the same product.

                              Ordered a Borosil dinner set on 6th Oct 2021. Till 18th Oct the item is not delivered. It is not even dispatched from RetailNet who is the seller of the product. Upon raising multiple complaints, the Flipkart customer support are suggesting to cancel the order and re-order it. But now the same product is not available from RetailNet, but available at another seller at double price. So definitely, its a shopping gimmick by Flipkart. Just to show the huge number of orders on Big Billion Day, they create fake product listings by RetailNet, and then don't provide any updates for 2-3 weeks and at last when you do multiple follow-ups, they suggest you to cancel the order. What a BIG Fraud by Flipkart and RetailNet !!

                              I escalated the issue on Twitter by tagging the Flipkart handles and their CEO. Got call from Flipkart's social media team who ensured that the issue would be resolved. On next day that is on 23rd Oct, the item finally dispatched from Flipkart's Thane warehouse. Received the package in good condition on 24th Oct.

                                I was placing an order for "Realme realme Narzo 50i (Carbon Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM)" from flipkart on 18oct. The order was in stock then and when I confirmed the payment through UPI, the page popped up that the order is not in stock, my Rs.5949 got deducted, and order is not showing in "my orders" tab. There's no flipkart executive support.

                                    Tried an order on Flipkart on 7th oct worth INR 1999. The amount for the order was deducted twice from PayTM wallet, but neither the order was confirmed, nor the amount refunded to the wallet.

                                    Flipkart customer care executives asked to wait for 8 Business days excluding holidays and claimed that the amount will be refunded. Also, they keep the consumers on hold and never return back with the update.

                                    Now, they are saying they never received the amount at first place after 10 days of the first complaint.

                                    This is not acceptable as they are making false claims when Paytm team is confirming that the money was paid to the merchant.

                                    Please look into the issue at the earliest as the team is highly irresponsible for the queries raised by consumer.

                                      I ordered a laptop and a mouse from Flipkart, order number is OD[protected], the laptop was dead on arrival and I placed for replacement, now the company that the laptop was manufactured in are asking for the invoice for the laptop but Flipkart is not giving me the invoice or there is no option to get the invoice at all, I have applied for replacement on 11th and Flipkart customer support isn't helping either, I wasted 30 thousand rupees on the laptop and now I can't even return it due to Flipkart not giving me the invoice.

                                        I ordered Moto edge 20 Fusion phone on 7-Oct-21 and date of delivery was mentioned as 18-Oct-21, I can see/track my order is reached to nearest hub on 16-oct-21 at 5am and which is only 2-3km from my home.
                                        Today evening (i.e. 18-Oct) when I checked the status I can see my order delivery postponed to 20-oct-21 without even notifying through text/email/mob notification to me. Now it's showing that order will be delivered by 20-Oct.
                                        I can track that my order is at same hub from date 16-Oct.

                                        I'm totally unhappy with Flipkart's service, just because I paid full money for mobile and in-return they aren't providing timely service.
                                        I can see lot of complaints having same issues of late delivery and extending the delivery date without notifying the customers. I believe they are utilizing this money to gain interest in the name of Big Billion days.
                                        By doing so you are loosing genuine customers.

                                        I tried contacting customer support but I understood that all calls automatically set to bot/automated system. They keep telling you will set up a call with customer executive. And for suprise I got a call from them and within 5 seconds call got dropped from their before picking-up. I know for sure they will tell in defense that we called you but call went unanswered. I have screenshot of in how many seconds call got dropped from their side. Also they defense themselves by saying 16th was Dussehra. but what about other two days.
                                        I saw Ekart person delivering goods in my nearby area then what's wrong with my mobile delivery.

                                        I'm totally unsatisfied with Flipakrt's delivery service and I need my order to be received to my address as soon as possible. This is not the first time that they are to late for delivery.
                                        I'm expecting immediate action from Flipkart.
