Updated by Seema Lall For your kind information I would like to state that 960 has been credited to my paytm wallet however rs 89 has not been credited so far.. as suggested by flipkart team, I contacted paytm team also by giving them the reference ID provides by flipkart. Paytm denied about such reference id for the refund amount of rs 89..
Flipkart customer care is least bothered about how the payment was made and to which account the money has been refunded.
The payment was done through PAYTM AND THEY ARE TAKING ABOUT PHONEPE WALLET.
THIS SHOWS THEIR SERIOUSNESS ABOUT THIS CASE. I AM RATHER HARRASSED BY FLIPKART GRIEVANCE OFFICER BY NOT PAYING ANY HEED TO MY COMPLAINT RATHER AGENT IS ASKING MY AGAIN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PAYTM AND ALSO TO RAISE CHARGEBACK TO THE BANK.
MY CONCERN IS WHY I AM BEING PUNISHED FOR CHOOSING FLIPKART APP FOR ONLINE SHOPPING, MOREOVER I HAD TO RETURN THE PRODUCT DUE TO FAULT ON THE PART OF SELLER. I WAS FORCED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH I DID NOT GOT THE FULL REFUND.
WHY FLIPKART IS NOT ASKING THE SELLER TO RAISE CHARGEBACK FROM HIS BANK.
WHY A CONSUMER IS BEING MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY HARRASED FOR CHOOSING FLIPKART PLATFORM FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.
REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SUPPPORT CONSUMER AS IT IS TOTAL FAULT OF SELLER AND I AM BEING MADE SCAPEGOAT IN THIS CASE.
I AM ALSO ATTACHING YOU PAYTM PASSBOOK SCREENSHOT.

Updated by Seema Lall Not yet received the refund. Flipkart has blocked my email id.. I am unable to forward my complaint via email.
Flipkart is a big CHEAT.. FRAUD.
