1. Product (iphone 12 - 128 GB) ordered on 3rd October and the product was scheduled to be delivered on October 14. Online status of order showed โ€“ it has reached nearest hub dated 11th October, 2021.
2. My first call to customer care goes on 14th October and enquired about not receiving any Out for delivery message. Customer care requested to wait for 1 more day.
3. Next call to flipkart customer care goes on 15th October and they again requested to wait for 1 more day.
4. On October 16th I received a message that escalation team is looking after this request and will provide resolution by 21st October.
5. On October 18th I again called flipkart customer care to enquire about the current state and the customer care assured that the product has reached the nearest hub and I'll be delivered the product in a day or two. The maximum wait time will be till 21st October.
6. On October 19th, the first message I received that our team has resolved your issue and hope you are happy with the resolution without informing anything.
7. Later, I received another message that the product has been cancelled due to multiple attempt delivery failure and the refund has been processed which should be reflecting by 27th October in your source payment method.
8. Also deducted the charge of Rs.100 which was the fee for replacing the old product. No one from flipkart delivery/ escalation team ever visited/called even once for delivery.
Is this the way a responsible e-commerce company works? This needs to be escalated at the highest level. The company is highlighting about big sales through innumerable channels and at the end wasting customer's time, energy and ending up closing the order giving false reason. Deduction of Rs.100 is morally wrong and shows the companyโ€™s way of working and the total disconnect of what a customer has to go through, total disconnect between customer care, escalation team and delivery team and closing the order stating false reasons.
I can no more believe flipkart for ordering big products after going through this experience.

I have decided to return it but I got email from flipkart to submit a id proof . what is this I cant submit its my privacy. pls accept return . its bad idea of flipkart .Now I cant re buy now it is 2100rs .       I had ordered a phone from flipkart on 14th october 2021 and i was promised the delivery date of 15th october 2021. However on the day of delivery, it was showing out for delivery and i still did not recieve it. Now after 5 days it is still showing out for delivery and i am yet to reveive the phone. Their customer care is repeatedly asking to wait for 1 more week and extending it every day. The money has already been debited from my account and now I don't have the product as well as any information related to it.

        Ordered on 10th oct, I got the damaged Tv, later replacement product was issued but the old product not picked up, the delivery agent said that the tv serial number was not matching at from there side (technical issue or something) but the serial number was same on invoice label and tv, I hate the service from flipkart waste of time it's been 10days I ordered the tv. I contacting flipkart from three days there is no proper response please help us

        Hello sir, I placed oder on 10th oct, I received the product on 14th oct, I got the screen damaged product I placed the replacement on same day, but the replacement was not done . I got the. replacement product out for delivery on 17th oct, The replacement was not done because, the wish master not able to mark pick up in its application due to technical error almost 4days till 21st oct, he(wish master )daily called me and said he won't delivery the replacement product due to technical issue . The technical issue which he faced informed me as, when he tried to enter the serial number which was mentioned on TV and in my Invoice copy, was showing fail in the wish master (delivery agent) Application when he entered in its application .he said me to complainant to flipkart and also he said he will raise an complainant regarding the issue, on 21st oct replacement product automatically cancelled without notifying me. Again I Rasied the replacement was cancelled by the seller two times, today flipkart given me the chance to return the product and today I placed a return request, It was showing pending ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
        You make delivery success by taking the OTP from me and when you are picking up the product You are Taking the serial number etc, but all are correct from my side everything matching .
        The mistake is from your side
        Here I'm suffering a Lot
        Your Flipkart service not done the Replacement successful
        Today you given me both chances Return and Replacement
        I like to Return the product sir ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
        Accept the return and give my refund sir ๐Ÿ™

            We ordered TV from Flipkart but after 4months it's not working properly and we raised query . After checking they told they will do refund but already more then one month but problem not resolved.tillnjow we didnt received refund and replacement also.we contacted executive more then 10times but no use

              I have ordered a watch on 10th oct 2021with orderid:OD[protected]. this product not yet delivered to me but showing status as delivered on 12th oct 2021. i have contacted the customer care team several times but did not take any action on the complaint. keep on getting calls daily from ivr that 'the delivery parner has alredy delivered the order press 1 to confirm else press 2. and saying will resolve the issue in 24 hrs '.seems to be not taken any action till now (19th oct 2021).

                  I placed my order (iPhone 12 mini amount 39999) on 2nd Oct on Big-billion day, delivery time 4 Oct, items out for delivery I got called, they told I am not able to find a phone on the warehouse.
                  from that days I keep on calling customer care, they are telling me they will resolve my problem, I got an email that some problem with the delivery team.
                  but finally, they cancel my product, Reason they told that they could not reachable, after 20 days, but please check my order history daily i am doing order with same address.
                  Now iPhone price got increased they mentioned please order again.

                    I have order i phone 12 mini order no.OD[protected] on 3rd october but still its not delivered to me everytime they are showing in track details its moved from gurgaon after moving 1week in whole indian again returns to gurgaon.Flipkart and ecom express are big fraud .Their customer support is extremely ridiculuous they put your call on hold and even don't speak some time.
                    i have even purchase charger, screen guards and cover for moblie what should i don now of that will flipkart pay for it ?
                    You are mentally harassing the customer India will not going to tolerate this we will surely throw you out of our country.

                      I have purchased a laptop from flipkart on big billion days sale on 4th October 2021, the item was not delivered by flipkart team and eventhough flipkart has cancelled my order on 19th October 2021 without any information. On enquiring with customer care, it is informed to me that I have to repurchase the item but with higher price.
                      I have requested that I will reorder the item but as this is not my fault hence I will not pay extra charge and the extra amount (difference of current price and previous price) to be reimbursed to me.

                                Hi, I have placed an order for an iPhone SE 2020 on the 10th of Oct, 2021. It was supposed to have been delivered to me on the 14th of Oct, 2021. It had reached the Flipkart Hub nearest to me early morning of the 14th, at 7:23, according to the status on Flipkart's order page. And since then, my order has been sitting at the warehouse. It has been 5 days.

                                Flipkart's help on their site only leads to a very unhelpful bot with trite responses. Their responses on their Facebook page are similarly unhelpful. All they ever seem to say is "We understand your concern. We are getting this checked, and will update you soon." But they clearly do NOT understand the concern nor do they make any meaningful progress on the delivery status. My order status on the Flipkart site still says "Delivery between 14th and 16th Oct." It is now 19th Oct!! Meanwhile, Flipkart remains mostly unreachable, and when they do respond, they only say "We are working on it, " but there is no progress, no update, no clarity on when I can expect to receive my order. The order is only 7 kms away from my house, at a warehouse. It has been there for 5 days, with no hope of ever reaching me.

                                  I have purchased a laptop with order I'd OD[protected] at Rs. 39490 with 5%cash back means effective price is Rs. 37515.50. Without my permission and even contacting with me flipkart cancel my order and now the price of laptop is 44900/-. And I want to buy the same laptop either flipkart paid the differential amount of rs 7384.5. Or they provide the same laptop to me at the same price. Even without out for delivery they say that their courier service provider could not reach you despite multiple attempts. is this my fault. I Have also try to contact customer support and they call my with [protected] and hold my call to 38.02 min and disconnect it and not informed me clearly about it now all website best yearly offer period is end. So I am unable to buy this laptop so please solve my problem either provide me the same laptop at same price or the difference amount credited to my account by flipkart. It's a big fraud to show low price and customer not go to others online platform and after few days cancel order itself. It's not only one order my three order are already cancelled and not sure about other orders.

                                      I'm purchasing from Flipkart for a long time now, just purchased a numerous no of stuff from Flipkart during Big billion days, and most items are deliverable to my pincode 711316.. but from past couple days whatever product I'm trying to buy or searching every product is showing not deliverable that too in between festive season where just moments ago it was deliverable/in stock.
                                      I would expect flipkart to resolve the issue ASAP considering the current scenario we are actually very much dependable upon online commercial sites like Flipkart.

                                        I ordered a phone realme GT Master Edition from flipkart on 2 October 2021 l, delivered on 6 October 2021. It had battery heating and connectivity issues so I requested for replacement within the replacement policy. A technician came to my house and told me that there is a issue but flipkart is not approving my replacement. He made false report or seller is not approving my replacement. Customer service says that replacement policy has ended but I was not satisfied with the technician visit and want it again or want replacement as I am trying from a week and fed up.

                                        Plz do something, I am very dissatisfied with my product and flipkart service. They are not doing anything. The seller's technician who came for visit cheated me. He told your replacement will be approved after 4 visits but the flipkart customer service is saying me that we cannot schedule tech visit again. I am so much disappeared with this service and ways.
