I have placed I phone 12 mini order during big billions day offer and they committed to deliver my order on 7th Oct. order reached to my home town located Flipkart hub on 5th however they didn't delivered. after lots follow up they committed another delivery date that is 9th Oct however they again failed to deliver on 9th. on 9th Oct again I did lots of follow up and, they were saying issue will be resolved on 13th Oct and, then given another date given that is 14th. on 11th Oct I got below msg """""" Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for APPLE iPhone 12 Mini Blue has been delayed. A Gift Card equivalent to the shipping charge will be provided on order delivery. Alternatively, you can place a new order for this item. In appreciation of your patience, a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000/- will be added to your Flipkart account post new order is delivered."""" the same thing came on 14th Oct also. I preferred to wait for delivery because I phone 12 mini 64gb price reached to 45 k however during offer period it was 38k without bank offer. why should I placed new order on higher price so I preferred to wait for delivery even Adeeb from Flipkart he also mentioned yesterday you will be getting your order for sure and they are doing follow-up and, today morning, I got message that my order has been cancelled. Flipkart broken his promises more than 3 times for the same order and given wrong commitment. I want my order to be delivered on same price which It was given to me on 3rd Oct and need compensation on this harrasment which I have faced during this process. I was not able to travel anywhere because of this order as my phone was also in exchange with this order.

Flipkart called me twice and offered 2k gift card after new order placed however now price reached to above 45k and exchange also not available. Flipkart already refunded the money but my case is related to compensation and order to be delivered on committed price.

I don't want 2k. I just want my order to be delivered on the committed price which was offered to me on 3rd Oct along with bank offer and mobile exchange value.

    Hello sir/madam,

    I was ordered POCO M2 pro on 03/10/21 and I received the parcel on 08/10/21. While I opening the parcel I found that the mobile is POCO M3. So I didn't even open the mobile box. After that I raise for replacement and I sent all details like that ID proof and all details of product to you on 13/10/21, but no proper response,
    please approve my replacement request 🙏

      My order number OD[protected] has been cancelled after 15 days.

      Received a call that flipkart give Rs.2000/- gift card if i place the order again.

      I am ready to place a new order for the same price 39, 999 but at this point of time the product cost is Rs.50000/- i have asked flipkart to provide a link or to place a new order on my behalf off and asked me to send me the link for the same price 39, 999 for the same item or i will place a new order for what ever be the price, you provide me the price difference. This is my request.

      I felt that this is flipkart responsibility to honour the same price.

      When the sale was there few days back, flipkart kept quite. After the sale is over, how can i get for the same price even if i look in other website. That too flipkart have kept me in wait for 15 days.

      If you cannot provide me the price difference, you compensate me with a gift card worth Rs.5000 for making me waiting for 15 days with out the product delivery.

      In summary, provide me the product for Rs.39999 or provide me Rs.5000 flipkart gift card.
      Anything is fine.

              I Have Order From Flipkart Grocery On 28sept 2021, Order No OD[protected]. Supposed To Be Delivered On 06th But Due To Logistic Issue It Postponed To 11th October. Today It Is 16th October And There's No Tracking Update Or Any Notification From Flipkart. The Contact Support Is Useless They Keep Postponing, First They Said It Will Be Delivered Before 11th, Now They Are Saying Before 15th. But There's No Confirmation Of A Delivery Date, And The Tracking Isn't Even Working.

                I have received a damaged sofa and it reported it right away after delivery. No technician visit has been even after receiving two different dates for the visit. They even rejected my replacement once without having any technician visit and reviewing the product. I've also sent photo to the driver who delivered it and have screenshots of the time the photos and the videos were taken to prove that it was damaged before arrival. They are not taking any actions and have been providing dates only which gets extended each day.
                I have also ordered coffee table almost at the same time but till date I've not received anything. The promised delivery date was 14th October which has passed a few days back. They have also sent an email stating that this product is delayed due to shipping issues and offered a gift card and want me to order a new table although I don't want it anymore as the new table is also arriving around end of October which is also not sure. There reps are more like robots who are repeating company policies and are not doing anything about it. They are saying they can't cancel the table because it has a policy of cancelation within 24 hours but how was I supposed to know within 24 hours that this table will not arrive. I can't wait anymore. Everyday I am getting same emails and messages with a different date that it will be 18th October then 21st October. It is unfair to a consumer who is not able to cancel a product which has been delayed from the company's end. Also I paid the full amount for my sofa so why should I keep a damaged product. Please do the needful as I am mentally affected due to their delays and phone calls with vague answer and no resolution.

                    I have created flipkart account five years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number [protected].

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      Ordered Apple iPhone 12 128GB(RED) from Flipkart in the Big Billion Day offer for Rs 53499/- and still not received the product, Ordered on 3rd October 2021, Promised delivery date was 4th October 2021 and then extended to 7th October 2021 and still not received as of 15th Oct 2021. Waited so long for the product and still not received and also my money got stucked with them. Then they just cancelled the order without even intimating the customer and then received message of refund that too will be refunded on 25th October 2021(10 days waiting just for the refund).
                      Flipkart and it's team is not at all bothered to help on this. This guys are just disconnecting the call every time. HELP NEEDED to file a complaint against Flipkart.

                        I placed my order on Oct 3rd and original delivery date was Oct 6th. Today
                        is Oct 16th and I had to receive an update today about the delivery. But
                        yesterday it is postponed again to oct 18th and today you'll say Oct 21st.

                        I have been waiting patiently for over a week now. This is not acceptable
                        at all. I atleast deserve a proper explanation so that I can decide on
                        cancelling my order or wait for it. Please resolve my issue now. Did not
                        expect this kind of service from flipkart. Truly disappointed.

                        Please reply today and let me know why it is taking so long for a delivery
                        that has reached nearest hub!

                          I had placed na order on flipkart, it has delivered me today, the Order ID - OD[protected] of my order . the order have 3 items which are different eqch other, drools(hair coat, calcium &vitamin, fhe order have 2 hair coat & 1 calcium but vitamin one is missing, flipkart said they are not responsible beacuse this product is non returnable, if it is non returnable than compensate my loss. please resolve that problem which i m facing .

                              I had ordered for mochi shoes on 7th October 2021 size no. 2 sounding Rs 1049/-, however seller sent mochi shoes size no. 3 I.e euro size 36. As I ordered size no. 2 obviously that shoes were bigger one for me. I called flipkart and narrated the incidence and also requested them to re check with the seller.. in case the did not have size no.2 please get me the refund for the order else I would like to go for replacement.. flipkar person assured me that I will get size no. 2 and requested for replacement .on 11the October replacement order was place..again to.my surprise I was shocked to see that I again received size no. 3 instead of size no. 2. I really got disappointed and annoyed also as I ordered the shoes as there was some family gathering and I had to wear that. I again called flipkart customer care on 14th October and requested for return of the order and refund. I made the payment via payment.. so obviously payment should have reflected in my payment pasbook however I got refund of only Rs 960 instead on 1049/- . I had been calling flipkart customer care for refund of Rs 89/- more.. the difference amount however nothing has happened till date and moreover flipkart customer care showed their inability in getting refund of Rs 89/-..

                              For your kind information I would like to state that 960 has been credited to my paytm wallet however rs 89 has not been credited so far.. as suggested by flipkart team, I contacted paytm team also by giving them the reference ID provides by flipkart. Paytm denied about such reference id for the refund amount of rs 89..
                              Flipkart customer care is least bothered about how the payment was made and to which account the money has been refunded.
                              The payment was done through PAYTM AND THEY ARE TAKING ABOUT PHONEPE WALLET.
                              THIS SHOWS THEIR SERIOUSNESS ABOUT THIS CASE. I AM RATHER HARRASSED BY FLIPKART GRIEVANCE OFFICER BY NOT PAYING ANY HEED TO MY COMPLAINT RATHER AGENT IS ASKING MY AGAIN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PAYTM AND ALSO TO RAISE CHARGEBACK TO THE BANK.
                              MY CONCERN IS WHY I AM BEING PUNISHED FOR CHOOSING FLIPKART APP FOR ONLINE SHOPPING, MOREOVER I HAD TO RETURN THE PRODUCT DUE TO FAULT ON THE PART OF SELLER. I WAS FORCED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH I DID NOT GOT THE FULL REFUND.
                              WHY FLIPKART IS NOT ASKING THE SELLER TO RAISE CHARGEBACK FROM HIS BANK.
                              WHY A CONSUMER IS BEING MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY HARRASED FOR CHOOSING FLIPKART PLATFORM FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.
                              REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SUPPPORT CONSUMER AS IT IS TOTAL FAULT OF SELLER AND I AM BEING MADE SCAPEGOAT IN THIS CASE.
                              I AM ALSO ATTACHING YOU PAYTM PASSBOOK SCREENSHOT.

                                  I am Aryan kushwaha I have ordered mobile phone on oct 2 the delivery date shows by 0ct 8th, after that delivery date changed to Oct 15, today Oct 17 till now I am not recieved my product till now, I have tracked in E cart courier it reached the destination point on 11 oct.then what is the problem for delivering my product very bad delivery by flipkart.this is my order I'd [OD[protected]] and E cart tracking ID [FMPP[protected]]

                                    Kindly note that I have registered a complaint at National Consumer
                                    Helpline with docket number: 3031990 regarding this issue. This order was delivered on 6th October 2021 and under open box policy, Ekart wishmaster had opened the box and confirmed that the refrigerator was received with 2 big dents. Thus, I was made an offer of 20% refund of the total order value of Rs. 27650, that is Rs. 5530, if I accept the product. I accepted the offer and I received a call from [protected] on 7th October 2021 at 10:30AM (recording of which I have attached with this mail) confirming that I will receive a total refund of Rs. 5530 for the order.

                                    The details of the conversation are as follows:
                                    1. Bank details were asked. The bank account details are as follows:

                                    Branch Name: Vasna Road, Vadodara

                                    2. I was repeatedly confirmed on both mail and call that I will receive a
                                    total refund of Rs. 5530 in my bank account in 3-5 working days. But sadly, Flipkart's 3-5 working days are never ending.

                                    3. I confirmed that if given refund of 5530, I will not raise a complaint
                                    regarding dent issue again. I cannot replace the item under physical damage option on flipkart.

                                    Due to your 10 day return policy, I had to raise a return request today but
                                    I want 5530 in my bank account as per your multiple previous commitments, both documentary and verbally. Rest assured that you cannot dupe an Indian customer like this and I will take my deserving Rs. 5530 at the earliest.

                                      I ordered an iPhone 12 64gb during the big billion days on 4th of October and my delivery date was 9th of October but by 17th October my order is not shipped. I have been complaining to flipkart about this incident but they are not taking any action just saying me to wait by breaching their promised delivery dates. i would like to get my order delivered as soon as possible.

                                        I had recently purchased a product during the big billion days sale and was given a delivery date of 13th October. The delivery was delayed due to a reason, the reason not being given to me, and was given a new delivery date of 16th October. The delivery is delayed again, and now it shows they will give the delivery within 3 days. When I track my order, it shows the order has been in my city of residence i.e. Pune since 10th of October. I don't understand why was my order delayed in the first place because the order date and delivery date had a gap of 10 days. I have already the amount in full for this order on 3rd October.
