I ordered Sony Bravia 55 inch LED TV on 3rd October 2021 from Flipkart at a cost of 62, 999 INR on EMI with a Bajaj Finance EMI card with a monthly EMI of 5, 250 INR and I got the delivery on 10 October 2021 and the TV got installed by Sony INDIA on 11 October 2021. On 12 October 2021, after using tv for a half-hour the wifi get disconnected automatically, when I tried to connect the wifi again it turned off again I have tried to connect wifi multiple times but it got disconnected continuously. After some time the wifi is not even connecting now so I decided to replace the tv because the tv is not working fine for even a day under the policy of Flipkart's 10-day return or replacement. On 13 October 2021, I filed for the replacement of tv, as Flipkart's policy of Technicison visits the technician has to visit on 17 October 2021 to see if the issue in tv is genuine or not but the technician has canceled the replacement without visiting for no reason after this I filed the replacement process again on 18 October 2021 now the technician has to visit on 21 October 2021 again his time the technician has not visited my home and canceled the replacement process then I called Flipkart's customer care multiple time to see this issue but the always put me on hold for a long time then I have to cut the call this happens at least 10 times.

I have provided further proof:-
1. The invoice of purchase.
2. Pictures of Flipkart website.

I want the replacement of my TV because 62, 999 INR is a big amount for me. I have used the tv only for 1 day from the installation after that I am not able to use my tv. Please help me I am in big trouble.

    I ordered my mobile phone on 4th october during BIG BILLION DAYS.
    It's been 12 days and still my product isn't delivered flipkart extended delivery date from 10oct to 12oct then 18 then 21 but not delivered
    On 15 october my order was out for delivery but not received product and also cant connect with delivery man

    Now I want flipkart to compensate for this and therefore give me a voucher for more than a thousand rupee and also deliver my order asap as I am their regular customer and it's my right to have it because of the difficulties caused by them and for wating for my product

    I hope mu issue will be cleared with correct help and compensation

      This complaint is for the order ID- OD[protected].
      I have Ordered this on 4 Oct 2021 and the expected delivery was on 10 OCT 2021.
      But what I can see is that the delivery date has been extending again and again like 12oct then 15 oct then 17 oct and recently they gave me the new one which is 21 oct.
      On 15 my product is out for delivery but again not received

      @Flipkart don't make false promises to your customers on delivery atleast.

      I hope I can receive my order, but I'm certain of your Ekart's delivery speed won't be a match.

      One of the reason why Amazon is much better than Flipkart is delivery.

      Kindly deliver my order today.

          Sir, i am Alok Pradhan. i had ordered a mobile Realme Narzo 50 A and 2 T-shirts, i got my product delivered on 14th october but inside the package i had received only two T-shirts not the mobile, that was a paper packet which is normally flipkart uses for garment items, that was very thin and only spaceable for two T-shirts not for any mobile, the thickness of packet was around 2 to 3 c.m . Inside the package i gotonly 2 tshirts along with mobile invoice copy means inside the box there was 2 tshirts and 2 nos. of invoice copy. but my mobile status was delivered, i had complained tonight about this to flipkart but still my issue has not been resolved, the concern team sent me a mail to share my ID proof, i had mailed them so many times but they are unable to receive the mail, ihad mailed on [protected]@flipkart.com but still my issue has not been resolved

            I hv ordered mobile on Flipkart 2nd Oct but I hv cancelled it on 3 Rd Oct. Flipkart mentioned that refunded to my Axis Bank credit card by 8th Oct but still now 21st Oct I hv not received any refund to my credit card.
            Whenever I call Flipkart, they keep saying seller has refunded amount.
            But refund not there in account.

              I had ordered a baby cycle from flip cart and the flip cart was showing delivery date 21.10.2021. In which I received a message on 20.10.2021 that my order will be delivered by 7 o'clock today, but I did not get my product till 21.10.2021. I am waiting for last two days And in the meantime I talked to the flip kart help line number many times and may times massage sent to flip kart app but they are not giving any satisfactory answer, and my product was also not received yet. And now 8 pm 21.08.2021 your customer care said that order not delivered due to undelivered attempt. This is purely wrong because I am waiting at my home and my home on road so undelivered attempt not possible. Kindly help me in this regard,

                I brought dell laptop from flipkart on 3rd oct 2021 with no cost EMI options using icici Amazon pay card...I was selected 6 months EMI options and will have to pay Rs. 6165 per month..but when transaction converted into EMI... EMI amount is higher than I was accepted...

                      Myself Aurelius Soares (25) Mumbai a Flipkart Customer of yours ([protected]) I had placed 3 Orders on 7th Oct worth Rs 3525/-
                      Nor my Order was placed moreover my Paytm wallet money got deducted for the same of 3525/-
                      I raised so Manny conserns but no Idea if I would get my Money back.
                      As your Customer I request you to please check on it
                      It is some money from my hardwork which I have put into if it was 200 ..300 I had no issue but the Paytm says we have initiated it's successful...and I have also received cashback for that Order of Rs 100..Please I don't want that cashback but my money to be refunded.

                        I recently raised a complaint regarding an earphone that I ordered from Flipkart because I had received the product box wih missing earphones and accessories.

                        Despite the customer agents assuring me that the return request would be placed subsequent to which refund will be issued, now Flipkart has sent me a mail asking for my Id proof which I am obviously not comfortable in sharing. I haven't had any e-commerce site demand such verification. Please look into the matter urgently.

                        I am comfortable in getting either a refund or a replacement of the product (I prefer replacement).

                          I had ordered luminous redcharge 18000 150ah battery on October 5th.
                          The orders placed are -
                          5th October

                          The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 18th October. After placing the order, i have been requesting flipkart to share the seller details or at least request the seller to deliver the products earlier than the promised date.
                          I had done full payment of the products with my credit card.

                          The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their app as delivered on 7th October.

                            I have created Flipkart account a few years back with a mobile number. recently I have changed my mobile no and trying to change it but not able to do.

                            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                            Tried calling the customer care but it says this mobile no is not associated with a flipkart account hence unable to connect to customer care.

                            There is no option either to reach customer care through mail.

                            Flipkart being such a big company not providing the option to even send the mail or to call the customer care without a registered mobile no. what sort of customer service is this. this is annoying and irritating.

                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account on priority basis.

                                  Discount issue of realme 8 (Cyber Silver, 128 GB) with order ID OD[protected].
                                  I tried placing order with and without Exchange offer, Also Tried using Different cards, No success.
                                  Spoke to multiple representatives, First was told t try next day, I tried and was still not working, Spoke to another, Was told to place order and would check internally after that since order is not placed, can not check.
                                  I placed order and checked after that.
                                  Everytime I get a call, People talk about cart value is not what is required. I keep telling them This order is not going through with Additional discount as mentioned in terms with or without exchange both ways, I also have tried using Different cards like CITI/AXIS/SBI, Does not work. Nobody is helping.

                                      I haver ordered more than Rs.15k products from Flipkart on big billion day 2nd oct 2021. And when I got the first product it was a jeans from Flying machine the item was used, the tag of the product is hanging with different stripe not the original one which a company provides with there jeans. The price of the product is Rs.899/-. And after that I registered a replacement request, next morning I found my account is blocked. There was no mail no notification no warning and when I called customer service they said you will receive a mail and all you have to do is to reply the mail and as soon as posible we will resolve your problem but they did not respond to my reply. When I called them again they said please keep in line and they just disconnect my call, it happened with me more then 15 times. Now today is 21st October now I received all products accept 1. But now the problem is I got One wrong size product ofRs.791/-. ( Roadstar Trouser men) one is totally wrong product of Rs. 649/- ( Hopscotch baby girl casual po) and a watch Which is not fitting on my hand (Fastrack essentials) Price is something near around 900Rs.
                                      I called them daily from the day when they blocked my account but they just cut off my line by saying please stay on line I am checking your complain. Sometimes they say will be resolve your problem but I wanna know when what should I do with those products which I did not want? They said your account is blocked due to high return but this is totally wrong I did not return any product from Flipkart in last one year.

I am guessing this is totally your system fault and one of your agent had admitted to me that this could have happened with you as he says this thing happened before. So please stop complaining and just unblock my account.
