I order asus rog strix with order Id-OD[protected] on 13 October
However I'm sorry to say that leave apart the delivery, the order hasn't even my shipped yet. All the messages and calls to CUSTOMER care have gone in vain.everytime they repeat the same thing that flipkart team is looking into it and will provide upgrade and everytime they say that the shipment has been delayed by seller. My patience I now slowly getting over and I'm getting frustrated.my whole work has been standstill due to late delivery of my laptop.flipkart have been mentally harassing me for past 1 week and I'm passing through a lot of trauma. Flipkart is a ### company with terrible service . I would advice everyone not to but from flipkart . I will also not buy from Flipkart every again. Earlier they said by order will be delivered by 20 and now they shifted to 27..no wonder they will shift it again...ship the order or I'll sue the company in the consumer court .

    Hi I am Hemant. I have used Flipkart pay later for shopping in October month. I have returned some orders due to size or wrong product delivered. And still I'm waiting for my refund amount since 10th October. Due to technical problems I have faced a lot of issues.flipcart is not working on my issues. Even when I called customer care they were saying we car working on your issues but still my issue is not resolved. Please solve this technical problem in Flipkart pay later as early as possible.

      This complaint is for the order ID- OD[protected]
      I have Ordered this on 4thOct 2021 and the expected delivery was on 15Oct 2021.

      But what I can see is that the delivery date has been extending again and again like 16oct then 20 oct then 23oct and recently they gave me the new one which is 23 oct.

      @Flipkart my only concern is transparancy. You should provide details on portal or in a app about delay.

      Kindly deliver my order ASAP or provide some compensation for this large delay.

        I've ordered a gshock watch for Men on 8th september 2021 vide Order ID - OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 12th september 2021 amounted to 7915 but instead received a defective product. The product was dead on arrived An immediate complaint was raised by me but after some complaints my account has been blocked by flipkart sying my account has high no of returns but I haven't returned even 1 product yet so I registered many complaints and I was given an intimation to wait for the next 3-4 days a but for which no heed was paid by company. Multiple complaints were also registerd by me but in vain. Since the product delivered was itself defective, the pickup could not be raised Return Requests were denied by the company stating the reason which was itself mentioned wrong by the seller. I contacted officials through Helpline and company local office but no corrective actions were taken. The experience of online shopping at Flipkart from last year has not been good as I've faced similar issues with my friends account in the past also to which I did not move legally and got it resolved after several attempts. All this has lead to a lot of problems and frustration on to me. I holds all necessary call recordings which will be made available on demand for how I has been fooled by Customer Service. It is high time I'm waiting for any response from the company for the loss I've occured and on the way to taking strict legal action against the company.

          I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                  I have ordered 2 luggage bags on 16th of October 2021. And within 5 mins i have cancelled both the orders for some reasons. Its 20th of October now and I haven't yet received my refund amount yet. Orders section of flipkart shows that my refund amount has been credited to my bank account, but i haven't received the money yet. Please help me with the issue.

                      Flipkart giving dates after dates,
                      they missed promise date 3 times,
                      I bought laptop on date 03/10/2021,
                      first promise date was 09/10/2021 and they missed it.
                      and then second was 12/10/2021 also missed it.
                      and then third they told was 18/10/2021 (wasn't on app or website via phone call) and today is 20/10/2021,
                      they again date forwarded to 25/10/2021.

                      My product is laptop, worth above 1, 00, 000 still nobody giving attention like this price is nothing.

                      My main problem is that I can't cancel it because
                      1) that product is not available all the time
                      2) sometime its not reachable on my area-pincode
                      3) it cost 15000 more than it is now
                      I trusted flipkart for this product and nothing good came out of it, now I can't purchase it on amazon either prices are high everywhere, Its clearly fault of FLIPKART

                      I want product, but they always says "we took your complaint, forwarded"
                      they just takes complaints and make the customer wait. they are not giving me address of where product is, so that I can pick up my laptop hence they failed to do so.

                        I ordered a iPhone 12 20th October is the expected delivery date in morning showing product is out for delivery but I called the delivery boy about 20 times he didn’t respond and didn’t deliver the product now it is 9pm

                                  This is regarding Acer Nitro 5 Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 4600H Laptop

                                  We have ordered the laptop on 2nd Oct 2021 from your website Flipkart - Order Value 55990 - Payment Mode - Card - Delivery received on 5 Oct 2021. (Seller - CORSECA)
                                  All packaging is good and started unboxing. we tried to start laptop but it’s not working & Dead & Informed Flipkart Its dead pleas replace it.

                                  A. Flipkart schedule Technical visit with Jeevs :- 1st Tech visit completed - Remark given product is dead
                                  - we have received text your return cancelled ( customer support said return rejected because customer don't like product)

                                  B. 2nd time Flipkart schedule Technical visit with Jeevs - Remark given laptop dead on arrival & Not working
                                  - we have received text your return cancelled ( Customer care said given remark is different - issue resolved & product dead)

                                  We asked Flipkart why all time jivas Tech visit remark and flipkart remark are different just they apologies and given solution.
                                  After 3 rejection & 7 days multiple conversation we got replacement on 12th OCT.

                                  12th October we have received laptop and created unboxing video also & surprisingly replaced product also dead.

                                  A. 13 Oct Morning 6.00 AM I asked Flipkart support for tech visit & Return but Flipkart said No need tech visit only schedule pickup.
                                  On 15th Ekart came for pickup and denied & Inform flipkart to schedule tech visit. ( EKART given wrong comment - product mismatched)

                                  B. on 16th Flipkart schedule 1st Technical visit with Jeevs :- Flipkart Executive Not visited & given product mismatched Comment.

                                  C. on 17th Flipkart schedule 2nd Technical visit with Jeevs :- Flipkart Executive Not visited & given product mismatched Comment.

                                  D. Dated 18th oct 2021 again rcvd a Misscall from tech visit person and then rcvd a message stating as:

                                  Here How Flipkart Service are playing with Customer, on 19th only Tech visit Given remark as Dead on Arrival and escalated as per previous conversation.
                                  How they are cheating with us.
                                  And the next message I received as:
                                  Issue Craeted and will resolve on 21st oct 10.49AM.

                                  Everytime seller rejecting order and flipkart only watching.
                                  How it is possible every time Technical Person visit remark is getting changed.
                                  Number of time seller rejecting return or refund request without any reason.
                                  Clearly looking like Flipkart is Involved in this case and manipulating things.

                                      Hello,
                                      On 17th Oct 2021 I purchased 55 inch LED android television from flipkart. I purchased this TV using no cost emi offered by flipkart. Mode of purchase was through credit card of ICICI. But next day I found that whole product amount is getting shown as outstanding in my credit card statement. This amount was Rs 42694/- .
                                      On 18th Oct 2021, I wrote mail to flipkart grievance officer seeking clarification as how this happened. They promised me to call on 19th Oct and reply me by 20th Oct eod. But they neither called me nor replied me by eod of 20th Oct.

                                      I feel completely cheated by this act of flipkart. They are not converting product cost to emi as what I selected on their app.

                                        I have purchased a feature phone from flipkart on 19th October2020.
                                        I am trying to exchange the phone with the new phone and when I am entering the IMEI number of the feature phone it is not getting verified.
                                        They have sold the fake imei phone.
