Discount issue of realme 8 (Cyber Silver, 128 GB) with order ID OD[protected].
I tried placing order with and without Exchange offer, Also Tried using Different cards, No success.
Spoke to multiple representatives, First was told t try next day, I tried and was still not working, Spoke to another, Was told to place order and would check internally after that since order is not placed, can not check.
I placed order and checked after that.
Everytime I get a call, People talk about cart value is not what is required. I keep telling them This order is not going through with Additional discount as mentioned in terms with or without exchange both ways, I also have tried using Different cards like CITI/AXIS/SBI, Does not work. Nobody is helping.

Complaint marked as Resolved Issue never resolved, because i raised it here, they probably decided to give me hard time n cancelled order. I had to gift it to someone n now i can not. I do not like this retaliation.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by RupeshGoyal I have had Numerous interactions, Last one was wherein Representative who called me said he can not do anything and I asked if I should escalate on my own since he was not ready to do it, He asked me to escalate it wherever I want and hence, I Raised it here in this forum.
