I have ordered two saree from Flipkart
with order ID OD[protected] but I have received only one saree in the packet whereas I have paid the money for two saree. I am very disappointed with the service of Flipkart...

I have ordered an asus laptop from flipkart on[protected] which has to be delivered by[protected] but the delivery date rescheduled by flipkart to[protected] and after complaining about this to flipkart executive they told me to wait till[protected] but the sale only till[protected] and the discounts availed by me are no more applicable on new orders now I am worried about what I will do if my order got cancelled by flipkart and also there...

I had ordered products in flipkart at the time of billing 70% of products are canceled automatically and the amount had been deducted from my account and remaining product which I received is shortage in quantity when I received ordered 10 products but received only 8.if flipkart is not able to give products on discount why u r wasting my time...

I orderd an i phone 12 having order id is(OD[protected]the shipping date is 03/10/2021 but it is the date of 07/10/2021 still my order not shipped yet...and the delivery date is 04/10/2021 but still not delivery this product...i call the customer care they said that the product will be deliver you 07/10/2021 bit still the product not delivered yet...they could not help me...i am very unhappy...please solve this problem as soon possible.....

I had Booked iphone 12 (128GB) in sale. The order will received but they sent iphone SE (64GB). The box also opened by courier boy i said to him its not my mobile its wrong so you get it and replace the order. But he told its not our fault pls contact to customer care.. so i call customer at the delivery date. But the told its coming technical error technical error.. they not responding properly. I am not using that till now the problem is...

I am not able to change my number in flipkart account and the account is almost 3/4 years old. The problem is when I am trying to change mobile number, it's mandatory to provide OTP that's been sent to old number and the old number is not available with me.

Because of this reason I am never been able to connect with customer support executive. The chatbot is useless and one of my order is not being delivered to me, the delivery...

I perchage a realme tv from flipkart.
But tv is damaged on back side body...
I called to flipkart but flipkart not give me proper response. He told only for waiting. Some days. But i spend my money so i want instant replacement...

I had ordered an iPhone 12 blue 128gb on 2nd October 1: 10 AM and payment was fully made by my ICICI debit Card. And promise a date of 3rd October item to be delivered. Then my order doesn't process. However today 7th October Flipkart automatically cancelled the order today morning even though regular deliveries are made to my address and I'm using flipkart since 5 6 years. I ordered a product during the big billion day offer. They delayed the delivery for 5 days after that wothout me canceling the order got canceled that the dealer has cancelled the product now the same product amount has increased by 10k...

Now the phone price has gone up by 3000 and the variant I ordered is shown as out of stock. Refund as per Flipkart will only be done by Oct 15 too. I am perplexed as to what can be done...

I ordered a IPhone 12 device on 3rd of October, 2021.
This is my prepaid Order.
Expected delivery date was 5th of October 2021.
On 5th of October I received a message from flipkart that due to logistics constraints Your order is getting delayed and will reach to you by 8th of Oct 2021

But my order is not yet Shipped.
Today is 7th of October.

I have place an order on 2 October with order ID OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 5 October. But it was not delivered. Then they reschedule delivery for 9 October. But till 7 October the product has not been shipped....

I have complaint Air Cooler repair to flipkart smart by and they are replied on September 20th and I will get call from technician with 48 hours but I didn't get the technician till date, I have called regarding same issue on phone they are raise new complaint and wait for 48 hours still I didn't get the call from technician.

I called two times to flipkart smartby customer care they are replying that, technician was called...

I had ordered headphones on October 4 from Flipkart, it was expected to be shipped by October 6, Today is October 7 and they have not yet shipped the product, please ship it as soon as possible....

I place an order on 2nd octuber 2021, it supposes to deliver on 4oct, but on 4oct after the message, out for delivery and the time got a chance to 6 Oct delivery time. now again out for delivering statute on 6 Oct, but today is 7 Oct but still no status for delivery.

I purchased Motorola G60 worth ₹14, 500 on 2nd October, 2021. The order was already paid. The mobile phone has not even shipped yet after 5 days, the date is 7th October, 2021 at the time of writing this. ORDER ID: OD[protected]

Flipkart Blocked my account saying that items that I purchased or not for my personal use.

How will you able to say that I'm not purchasing products for my personal use ?? I can prove that I ordered products for myself and for my family how wil you say that ?? Do have a look at my account check the address I might have ordered to different address. Without proper Information from the customer don't take the sole dicision that's...

Item is delivered on Oct 6 but the installation is scheduled for Oct13th. There is no process or way to prepone/change the installation date. Flipkart is not even responding to the installation request. One customer executive blames the seller and another on Jeeves Customer support. I even contacted Jeeves support for this and they are denying to take any requests on installation. They will consider any request only after 10 days of the product...
