    I am tausif and i am a regular customer of flipkart on 3rd september i have paid the amount of rupees 2383 which was successful i have the screenshots but the flipkart is saying they didnt receive it and routed me to the bank when i contacted bank they said contact with flipkart i really dont know where my money gone as the amount has been deducted from my accountand i also have the proof of the transaction.
    On top of that idfc bank is calling me threating me for the legal actions to be taken if i dont pay the amount again i am harassed and upset with this thing because when i call customer support for the help none of the seniors or agent loged my complain neither they transfer my call to the senior.
    i want my money back why should i pay it again when i have already paid and i have the proofs.

      I order iphone 12 mini (64Gb White) from Flipkart during Big Diwali sale for Rs. 38999/- after claiming offers discounts. Order was on track and reached to the nearest ekart Delivery center.
      Since delivery station is nearby to my residence, I went to delivery station in the morning to collect the order but due to heavy rush in the center I was called after an hour or so.
      After an hour I got email that order has been cancelled because seller is not able deliver to my location.
      This is absolutely rubbish since order is already arrived at nearest ekart Delivery center which within 250 metre radius from delivery location.

      when I called customer care, I was told a completely different story.
      they told me that thier delivery guy called me and I have cancelled the order which absolutely not true since i never got any call.

        I had ordered BAJAJ 15 L Storage Water Geyser (15L New Shakti Neo 150873, White)

        It was delivered on Sunday, October 17, 2021

        The installation guy visited my place in order to install the geyser at the desired location.

        After checking the installation wall, the technician told me that the inlet and outlet pipes required for connecting the geyser are too old and can not be opened as they were being used for the first time.

        The technician then asked me to take help from a plumber if they can make the pipes working.

        So the plumber also checked the pipes in the wall and confirmed that the pipes are too old and the valves can not be opened without breaking the wall which can burst the complete pipeline.

        As confirmed both by the installation team from flipkart and local plumber, there is no way the geyser can be installed at that place.

        There is nothing wrong with the product and it is absolutely in good condition but can not be installed.

        Kindly request you to cancel this order as I can not use this product.

          I have ordered Hindware Nevio Plus 60 Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney (Black 1200 CMH) via flipkart on date of 04/10/2021 and Flipkart Promised delivery date of 11/10/2021. it's total amount is 9249/00 and Order Number: OD[protected]

          After date of 11/10/2021, Flipkart cannot deliver that product, then I contact to flipkart customer care and they take complain provide new delivery date of 12/10/2021. then again they could not provide new promise date then again provide new date of 16/10/2021. then again same issue generated and provide new date of 19/10/2021.

          Today is 19/10/2021, but could not receive any update from delivery date.

          I am continually take follow-up from customer care executive. and they haven;t update regarding that product. They only suggest that your issue will be solved in few hours.

          I am complained against flipkart to short out issue asap.

            I ordered a Men’s crocs sandal on October 3rd and paid already..but i didn’t received my product as of today 19/10/2021..When ever i contacted the customer support they are saying that they will solve the problem and solve it..and yet now i didn’t got my delivery date …So kindly please make my delivery fast..and do the needs..

              Product Stuck at Motherhub

              I ordered Iphone 12 Mini on 2nd October, 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered at my Durg Address in Chhattisgarh between 8th and 11th of October 2021. But after leaving for Raipur Facility of Ekart from Farukhnagar Motherhub in Gurugram, Haryana on 4th October(8:56 pm), it reached backed to the same place from where it left i.e. Farukhnagar Motherhub on 5th October(9:32 am).               When I checked in Ekart tracking order it is moving all over India but no one taking any action about such delay..

                So I have purchased realme buds air 2 in flipkart during big billion days. I received in a couple of days. After two days I noticed the charge is inconsistent in the case. It drains up within few mins of charging the buds. So I placed for return request. But flipkart customer care called me the next day, I asked for refund and he placed for replacement. I complained about the issue. And they said that it has only replacement policy not a return one. And here is where the frustration begins. The customer has to use the product even he doesn't want it. Then why should we buy it.
                After the return and replacement request. The customer care said. A technician will arrive and diaganise it and then replacement will take place. So 4 days went by no technician arrived home nor contacted me. A number was displayed and I tried to contact him for three days. His phone was switched off. And all of a sudden that technician details went missing from the site. And mentioned that a new number will be displayed for the past one day. And still now no solution is given. Flipkart customer doesn't even help and just extends every 3days to wait. Meanwhile the return period is also got over, so flipkart holds our money for so many days and never gives support.
                I'm moving this here for a proper resolution at the earliest. The flipkart customer chat also disconnected my chat for more than 7 times continuously and gave me mental harassment. Two hours in chat and never got a proper support!

                  After posting complaint here they have shipped it ...i will need on or before 23rd October 2021.

                  Will wait for 23rd October 2021 ..but very bad experience with sellers on flipkart.

                      I am ragular customer of FlipKart.

                      I tried to exchange also with customer care but they can't help because of product in no refund policy.
                      I received wrong size. In product dispaly correct tage but not as actual size.
                      Very very bed expraionce with tak with customer care. He hold me long time and cut phone may time without solve my issue.

                      If flipkart can't replace this it means any vendor sell any type product with any tag ?
                      then give me one answer can I sell 1kg oil with 5kg tag/label ?

                        1. Product (iphone 12 - 128 GB) ordered on 3rd October and the product was scheduled to be delivered on October 14. Online status of order showed – it has reached nearest hub dated 11th October, 2021.
                        2. My first call to customer care goes on 14th October and enquired about not receiving any Out for delivery message. Customer care requested to wait for 1 more day.
                        3. Next call to flipkart customer care goes on 15th October and they again requested to wait for 1 more day.
                        4. On October 16th I received a message that escalation team is looking after this request and will provide resolution by 21st October.
                        5. On October 18th I again called flipkart customer care to enquire about the current state and the customer care assured that the product has reached the nearest hub and I'll be delivered the product in a day or two. The maximum wait time will be till 21st October.
                        6. On October 19th, the first message I received that our team has resolved your issue and hope you are happy with the resolution without informing anything.
                        7. Later, I received another message that the product has been cancelled due to multiple attempt delivery failure and the refund has been processed which should be reflecting by 27th October in your source payment method.
                        8. Also deducted the charge of Rs.100 which was the fee for replacing the old product. No one from flipkart delivery/ escalation team ever visited/called even once for delivery.
                        Is this the way a responsible e-commerce company works? This needs to be escalated at the highest level. The company is highlighting about big sales through innumerable channels and at the end wasting customer's time, energy and ending up closing the order giving false reason. Deduction of Rs.100 is morally wrong and shows the company’s way of working and the total disconnect of what a customer has to go through, total disconnect between customer care, escalation team and delivery team and closing the order stating false reasons.
                        I can no more believe flipkart for ordering big products after going through this experience.

                            I had ordered a phone from flipkart on 14th october 2021 and i was promised the delivery date of 15th october 2021. However on the day of delivery, it was showing out for delivery and i still did not recieve it. Now after 5 days it is still showing out for delivery and i am yet to reveive the phone. Their customer care is repeatedly asking to wait for 1 more week and extending it every day. The money has already been debited from my account and now I don't have the product as well as any information related to it.

                              Ordered on 10th oct, I got the damaged Tv, later replacement product was issued but the old product not picked up, the delivery agent said that the tv serial number was not matching at from there side (technical issue or something) but the serial number was same on invoice label and tv, I hate the service from flipkart waste of time it's been 10days I ordered the tv.                               Hello sir, I placed oder on 10th oct, I received the product on 14th oct, I got the screen damaged product I placed the replacement on same day, but the replacement was not done . I got the. replacement product out for delivery on 17th oct, The replacement was not done because, the wish master not able to mark pick up in its application due to technical error almost 4days till 21st oct, he(wish master )daily called me and said he won't delivery the replacement product due to technical issue . The technical issue which he faced informed me as, when he tried to enter the serial number which was mentioned on TV and in my Invoice copy, was showing fail in the wish master (delivery agent) Application when he entered in its application .he said me to complainant to flipkart and also he said he will raise an complainant regarding the issue, on 21st oct replacement product automatically cancelled without notifying me. Again I Rasied the replacement was cancelled by the seller two times, today flipkart given me the chance to return the product and today I placed a return request, It was showing pending 🙏🙏
                              You make delivery success by taking the OTP from me and when you are picking up the product You are Taking the serial number etc, but all are correct from my side everything matching .
                              The mistake is from your side
                              Here I'm suffering a Lot

                              Today you given me both chances Return and Replacement
                              I like to Return the product sir 🙏🙏🙏

                                    I have ordered a watch on 10th oct 2021with orderid:OD[protected]. this product not yet delivered to me but showing status as delivered on 12th oct 2021. i have contacted the customer care team several times but did not take any action on the complaint. keep on getting calls daily from ivr that 'the delivery parner has alredy delivered the order press 1 to confirm else press 2. and saying will resolve the issue in 24 hrs '.seems to be not taken any action till now (19th oct 2021).
