I ordered a Asus TUF GAMING F15 laptop, I received the product 1 day late from delivery date, the day i received the product i set it up, suddenly half of the screen frooze while half was working fine, and then when restarted the screen never turned on after that.
I called flipkart customer care of flipkart and they said that they will refund the money the product, but only when the technician visit
But the problem is that they've scheduled technician visit on 29th Oct, which is basically 17 days after the delivery.
Now how one is supposed to wait for 17 days in this work from home situation where laptop is an essential thing. I can't even order a new laptop due to this thing
Please ask the technician to visit within 2-3 days, or else skip the technician visit and refund me my money
It's really troublesome for me to wait that long, in work from home situation
Please resolve the issue ASAP
